Delicious and cooked fresh, very tasty, much better than a regular burger place.

£40 for an Uber eats order for 2 people. One item was completely wrong and and the hotdog’s sausage was raw in the middle. Completely unacceptable.

Was looking for somewhere that served up some filthy smashburgers and reviews for Burga looked great, pleased to say they're well founded as this place was excellent! Great location and decor, love that the serving point and kitchen is literally a burger van within the restaurant itself. Friendly staff and great quality food, did not leave hungry! The "Hey Hot Stuff' burger had a great kick to it, very generous with the jalapenos and sauce. Meal deal was very reasonably priced too, even after upgrading to loaded fries for a little extra. Highly recommend!

Great burger! Really tasty! I like how they've done their own style, dirty fries were amazing, I actually ordered online and was hesitant as I live about 4 miles away but it arrived hot, packed the dirty fries in the middle so they were still piping hot! Nice to see a place that seems they care rather then just slapping it together. Will definitely be coming back!

Best burgers in Southampton! If not the best burgers full stop. Really surprised it's not at 5 stars - completely unjustified in comparison to the rest of burger places. It's at least a MUST TRY in my opinion.

burger had something sharp in it, cut my lip and made it bleed, don't order from here! also said no pickles and they put pickles in

Absolutely amazing food, we had hotdogs and the cheesy bacon fries and were both too full to finish all of it. Best burger place around, highly recommend

Always great good from Burga. Looks amazing and tastes amazing too, just not a huge fan of the fries. Would be nice to see some different variety of chip (sweet potato, curly, etc) added to the menu.

I love spicy food, but for some reason these chose to cover mine chilli. I had the burgs sauce on chicken tenders (no warning about the sauce even being normal spice) and it was painful. Other good I order was good tho.

Ordered the buffalo wings, Mega hot & the sauce was lovely! The chicken was a bit tough on some of the wings though. Overall experience, a 3 out of 5 stars.

Ordered at 20:47 food arrived at 23:40. The excuse was i didn’t pick up my calls or opened the door. Apparently i was lucky that they had another order near by so they could send it out again which i believe they never did before. I had to call them 11 times to reach them. Do not order from this place

Ordered on uber eats, but store uses their own drivers, delivery driver didn’t come to door or ring door bell. I was standing outside next to the big house number. Eventually driver called saying he was down another street and he had been waiting 20 minutes at the wrong address even though the house number was written on the bag? Shocking. Food was alright but not worth £35 for 2 regular burger meals

No food to review, ordered at 2300hrs, I’m writing this review at midnight, no food, no delivery update and telephone number isn’t contactable. Uber Eats need to remove this place off their app.

I've been meaning to come here for a long time, It didn't disapoint, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I opted for the BBQ burger (it comes in a black bun), and it was lovely, loved the chips too. Some of the burgers come with a beef or chicken option too! There is also a veggie menu! A great selection of sweet milkshakes (£4.95) Fast food feel, but restaurant quality food so expect to wait a little while for the food, it is worth the wait!! Prices are around £8-£10 for a burger, u can add drink and chips for £3 so it's probably not in everyone's budget but a lovely treat once in a while.

Always 10 out of 10. Customer service/staff are always great, very friendly and official. Food is delicious & my absolute go to takeaway! You won’t get better burgers or chicken&fries elsewhere!! The best place for food in Southampton by far!

The gentleman on the phone started to lie to me saying they try ringing me and that they push my buzzer witch I check while the man was on the phone and surprise surprise it was working even though he insisted they they push witch clearly they didn't. Then told me to bring it up with Just eat about the driver. Witch I'm shore he know this when saying. But there no way of physically speaking to any from just eat. To make it worse they didn't even want to sort out the order as he said he not cooking it again. So if I wanted it I would have to accept the food he cook over two hour ago by the time it got me. Why would i order £60 of food if i didnt actually want it .Absolutely joke I work in the same industry as this so i can understand things our not all so simple. But this service provided to me was shameful. I would be disgusted if my staff treated customers like that.

what a joke we been waiting an hour and half just phoned burga and they try to tell that the delivery driver try to call and push my buzzer witch they haven't as I went out to test and it worked. Burga just trying to blame us even though proved on the phone to them that buzzer was working. Still after that they still wouldn't send us the order out again even though the delivery driver didn't bother at all.

Ordered online 1.5 hours later still no food, no answer from restaurant. So canceled order in app. If there not interested in happy customers let their company fail

Ordered food over two hours ago, called them to find out where my order was to be told they had no drivers and had cancelled the order but 'might' be able to deliver in another hours time. When asking for a refund was told the manager would call me at some point. So no food and now out of pocket, brilliant.

Delivery meant to be from 18.30-18.50 after a phone call they said it hadn’t left yet even though I had a message to say on the way, finally got food at 19.20, was still warm luckily

Out of all, this burger restaurant is great. The lovely guy front of house is very friendly and offers you a student discount - he asked me right away if I was a student. He also listened carefully to any allergies I had and what I asked for and gave recommendations on burgers. I live a 20 min walk from Burga and even when I got home they were piping hot. The “manager” also gave me a complimentary milkshake and ‘animal fries’. I would definitely recommend going back especially with family. For a family of 4 we paid £32.50. It was definitely a great experience and we would recommend it to all our friends and family.

So far I cannot review the food since is been 1h that I am waiting for it to arrive... Tried to contact them via phone, they don't pick up, sent them a message via chat, no reply and I had to contact Portsmouth branch to contact them so we know if we start cooking or order something else. Got a phone call in the end with the excuse that had technical issues, which i am really sorry, but i don't buy it. I am not even sure of the quality of the food since they'll try to send it ASAP... Update: we received the order - our burgers have ZERO SALAD OR ANY ONION AT LEAST

Ordered man's on hot burger and Cheeto chicken both had very horrible salty and vinegar taste..it's not easy to eat and we complain about it. Same burger a few months back was delicious I'm not sure what happened. Maybe the new staff and chef needs to understand what customers are complaining about. Since the same complaint is in few other reviews here also. The kid's burger was nice. The cost is reasonable and the atmosphere is nice..

I love this place. It is clean, funky, the staff is very sweet and the food is delicious. Not greasy, not feeling heavy. It feels healthy, and their house mayo sauce is spot on . Always worth a visit when in town

Tasty food, we would like to come back to try something different. Minus for cleanliness, dirty table, sticky menu, sticky floor. I saw the staff only cleans the tables but does not wipe them at all.

First time ordering Burga from the UberEats app. Went with the Willy Wonka burger and it was delicious! Never had a bangle bun before and the fact it was rainbow was an added bonus. Didn't wait long for the food to arrive and it was still hot. Will definitely be ordering from burga again or visit the restaurant!

Staff were friendly enough but my burger was raw in the middle so hoping I don't get ill from it... Although the place was nicely decorated, it lacked atmosphere for eating in. Definitely wouldn't go back.

Delivery time was already an unusually long 40-50 mins for a Tuesday night but after 2 updates it ended up nearer an hour and a half. I don’t think it was the drivers fault, just the speed at getting it out the door. Food was lovely though (but a little cold) so I’ll give Burga another shot.

I really hoped this would be nice, but sadly, not the case. Food was luke warm at best with the chips being mostly cold. The classic burger meal apart from being a bit bigger, just tasted like a burger from a well known fast food place - which would be fine if I paid those prices but for £11 I expect something a little better. I'm not sure if I'd order again.

Burger bun was completely soggy burger slid out the soggy bun salad wasn’t even in the burger was just thrown into the box, chips are a choking hazard rock hard and dry. Kids meal chips are the same dry and a choking hazard!! Food came so late and wasn’t hot so disappointed my daughter couldn’t even enjoy her food!! Food also came late and cold!! Only decent thing was the buffalo tenders!!

The kids meal chicken tenders said it comes with 4 chicken tenders, however it came with 3 and they were tiny and the chips were mushy and had no salt on them.

Mac an cheese replaced with mac and cheese bites yet the prices are completely different. Food amazing as always but next Time If I pay more I want more

After finding the best burger place around . Being a regular customer the food arrived slightly late but . The burgers were barely warm . The side were ruined and un-edible. Truly disappointing as the restaurant have been let down by the delivery.

Burga takes forever, always. I can sort of accept the long delivery time (when it tells me it will take a long time). However, it's frequently late beyond the estimated time. Then the food is always colder as well. They never seem to learn

Food was late… cold fries, there was 5 tater tots to a portion, they substituted a £5.50 mac and cheese for something cheaper without contacting us, the cheese hotdog was just a cold slice of orange cheese on a bun with a flavourless sausage with no sauce.

Found a staple in our chips, so we are worried for people's health who may not spot this. Tried to raise via just eat and tried to call the restaurant. No interest from either party.

Food was cold, chips were chewy because of this. Chicken tenders were unnecessarily spicy for BBQ sauce. Delivery was abysmal - over 90mins after placing the order. Burgers are ok-ish but very expensive for what they are and lack seasoning.

The food is good as always but a delayed delivery time this evening. Not normally late. Maybe just a one off who knows.

My favourite Burga place ever! Been to both the Southampton one is a step above due to being a full restaurant instead of takeaway only but just awesome food!

Appalling! Order missing items stated on the website, phoned up and they didn’t care! First phone call he put the phone down on me, second attempt he said “Just request a refund via just eat” didn’t even attempt to resend my missing items! DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

We’ve been ordering from here for over 2 years and recently (last 3-4 orders) there’s always been something wrong or missing. Usually easy to sort out over the phone but quite tedious when it happens so regularly now. Todays order my boyfriends tater tots weren’t even half full and my chips had no cheese which I obviously paid extra for

Burger tasted okay, The donut topping tasted like it had baby milk powder all over it lol.. maybe there could be chunkier bits of oreo instead?

Ordered a classic burger as a meal. Burgers & chips were delicious! Unfortunately our drinks didn’t arrive with our order but was offered a refund. I would definitely recommend you try this place!

Very good burger options. Halal food available. Good ambience. Man's not hot burger is great. And definitely should try Buffalo Wings.

Orderd home delivery from here twice and both times delivery was late and cold , shame because if on time would probably have been a nice meal. Won't make the same mistake again.
