The best restaurants serving American food in England

The dining experience was very delicious and the service was very nice, especially Mr. Mario, who was dedicated to his work. I thank him for his good reception, his quick service to us, and his quick response to us. I thank him very much.

Absolutely shocking service. I normally love five guys and I've been craving them for weeks and thought I'd treat myself. My mum ordered a few meals for the family. After ordering the food and getting the collection she asked the lady if that was the whole order to which she responded with yes. When my mum got home, all that was in the bags was only the milkshakes. Bearing in mind that we live in Ladbroke Grove. It isn't just around the corner! She then called the store due to the mistake and was asked to come back to the store to collect the food. So my mum went all the way back again which is about 40 minutes in itself. Got the food (which they cooked fresh after the mix up). She then brought it back. Even after getting it back home the food was still wrong. What an absolute joke!! We normally go to the one in Portobello, I wish we never tried this branch at all. I can't even explain how pissed off I am. Apparently a burger with all the black and jalapenos means just a burger and jalapenos? Like, what world to you live in? And they read the order too? In fact, all the burgers had the wrong stuff in it. It's a sorry sight! I'll attach the photos so you can see I kid you not. Just a dry jalapeno burger. I mean, who on earth just orders that? Shouldn't alarm bells have been ringing at that exact time. Also, if people ordered meals, how on earth do you just pack the drinks? Don't you read the receipts before stickers all the bags as people can't check what's inside once they are sealed? Was today training day or was all the staff high af? Either way, not impressed by the service, or the inconvenience!! You've got to do better!!

We came here for something to eat and drink after visiting the stadium. Great place, spacious, very tasty food and beer. Totally the greatest was the staff and service! Very friendly, open-minded people. I really recommend, we felt like we were visiting family 😄 Special greetings and kisses to Beata! Great team, great place! We hope to meet and visit again, this time hopefully after the Chelsea game!

Great calamari and fresh pints. The fries were good too. How’s the service was slow and we could see the floor staff going to help in the kitchen and there weren’t many floor staff either probably coz it was the middle of the week. Could have been better managed service wise. However our server Joe was excellent and tried his best to manage.

The hot honey chicken burger is the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. Period

I happened to pop in here to grab a chicken wrap for breaking my Ramadan fast. Without me even mentioning I was fasting, they left some beautiful medjool dates and a free water bottle with my food in order to break the fast. Honestly, such a nice touch and it was greatly appreciated! Great customer service is defined by going above and beyond what is expected and making an extra effort to genuinely serve your customers. Overall brilliant service and it’s always nice and clean in the shop which is another positive! 😄

We went here for Valentine’s Day and had a set menu. The food and wine were delicious, I couldn’t fault anything. Our waitress Ana was so friendly and attentive. We had a really good time, highly recommend. We’ll be back very soon :)

Vine aquí el sábado 8 de marzo de 2025 por unas copas. . en el bar 2 personas frente a mí pidieron un montón de bebidas y la mujer del bar pidió el pago después de que ella sirvió bebidas, así que cuando me tocó a mí y btw im un scouser tuve que pagar antes de que ella sirvió una bebida. Volvió el 9 de marzo y lo mismo cuando pido una copa la misma mujer me pide dinero primero y todos los demás pagan después... ¿así que ahora juzgas a la gente cuando abren la boca?... la comida es buena pero necesita reciclarse en hospitalidad ya que tengo 20 años en mi haber... una forma asquerosa de tratarme con solo abrir la boca... no volverá y no recomendaré

Nice cafe latte. Clean inside, loads of seating. Toilets are downstairs and were clean.

Absolutely discusting. The chefs that can't even cook a steak. It's apparently a steak house isn't it? This is not the 1st time we have had problems with middletons. We went out for my wife's birthday and she wanted a medium/well done steak. As we know that middletons can not manage to cook a medium so she aired on the side of caution. As you can see from the picture is was at best rare!. This place is a total joke and I would advise anyone who wants a good experience to 100% go elsewhere.. They can seen to find a good chef and lets be honest cooking a steak is hard Gordon Ramsey skilled is it?? Good luck if u do decide to go there! You have been warned!!
