Food was completely cold & did not taste nice

it didnt even come. delivery instructions said to press door number, delivery driver apparently didnt even leave his car, apparently waiting for me to come down and collect it.. without notifying me

This shop is always late with my food

FOOD NEVER ARRIVED AFTER 2 whole hours of waiting!! WOW… I didn’t even get a refund yet honestly so so upset and don’t recommend anyone ordering from here. Now I have to find somewhere else to order from after all this time. Insane

Food hasn’t come and no body came to the car park I received a missed call text and then when I spoke with the driver he put the phone down on me

Not happy sauce all over the inside of my bag dip dot wasn’t closed properly. Awful experience this time.

I ordered a lamb doner cheeseburger with burger sauce, cheese and onions and was given a doner wrap with salad, sauce and crispy onions. The Nutella donut is also just a bland chocolate donut.

Chillos never disappoints… looking from the outside you’d probably give it a swerve but you’d be crazy to bypass this place. Everything I order is Always top quality, always double order for lunch the next day at work lol… the absolute most reasonable prices, actually too cheap for the quality… if you’re on the fence, trust me, you will never look back.. get it down ya! Personal highlight is the Korean BBQ wings, add the cheesy sauce… I’m halfway there just thinking about it. 10/10 👍👍

Love coming to this chicken chip shop, they have some amazing peri peri chips. I guarantee that the food there will be worth it once you try it out their chips. Also, there is great customer service and the people there are nice, and managed to get the order correctly

Takes more than double the predicted delivery time, forgets burger sauce. Will not order online from them again.

what can i say these people are 10mins from me it took them over 2hrs to deliver to me and then the food was cold and to top it off missing item too. i mean come on.

Came late, wanted peri peri hot chicken, they gave mild. I ordered peri peri curly fries and they gave just normal fries which is like £2 cheaper this is like the 3rd time they have done this and I won’t be ordering from them ever again!!

Food was great, but the drinks were not at all the ones I ordered. Delivery was delayed but not late. Overall, 8/10

Terrible service, will never order from here again , rude staff said a it been dispatched and will be 10mins but that was over an hour ago and they keep saying 10 minutes . It’s been 2 hours now. Terrible service!! Do not order from here !!

I've ordered food at 20.30hrs. Food didn't arrive until 22:30. when I called the restaurant, they said they are going to cook the food !! Will never order again

the delivery left the restaurant at 11:25 which is 10 minutes from my house distance the driver got lost and had to call me and didn't arrive till half an hour after the time it left the restaurant at the food was loot warm the driver was abrupt and impolite when I told him how late he was and then tried to charge me £14 when the actual price was around £13.70 and I've also got a sore stomach from the food now the next day I would like this resolved

No communication from the shop or the driver also got told the order was on the way when it was still at the shop would not recommend to order

Missing chips and asked for piri piri on 2 of the chips … none was put on , chicken wings were warm and chicken was dry .

Food nice as always. Only criticism was the dessert. I ordered the chocolate brownie cheesecake, was very nice, but I was disappointed at the portion size for the price, very small.

Called the restaurant to find out where our food was and was advised it was 10 minutes away, 20 minutes after the phone call our food arrived

Been there with some friends and have ordered take away too few times. Their chicken is out of this world, well cooked, soft & delicious. Staff is 5star too. We can’t have enough of their food. Very high quality, highly recommended.

We came with a group of friends Had Chicken wings were crispy and hot. The Lemon and mango chicken was just right on sweet and chilliness.. Will definitely be back..

Ordered food at 5pm, at 6:30pm I get a call advising driver is in ‘heavy’ traffic and can not delivery the food. There was no traffic. They then asked me to come and collect the food from the shop which makes no sense because if there was heavy traffic how could I collect my order? They clearly are known for lying so do not order from here .

Chips were cold. and had loads of over cooked curly fries. Seeing as that was not a part of my order. I can only assume they have not cleaned their fryer in a while and that's from a previous order. chicken fillet burger was tasteless. I honestly feel it was made a while ago and they have just microwaved it to resell.i asked for a Tango. they sent me a Pepsi which I never drink. if you do not have the drink you could have asked me what else I want. peri chicken was of poor quality.

Food always abysmal. No meat on the chicken and stone cold Called them (15mins late already) and after listening to an argument between driver and staff (supposedly) said will be 5 mins ‘for sure’. Food arrived cold, the delivery driver was blunt found him very rude, the delivery time was ridiculously late, over an hour from the expected delivery time was delayed twice and then my food was marked as delivered when it wasn’t, it wasn’t delivered until 20+ minutes after being marked delivered

I got there at 12 and assumed it was closed but then i saw a delivery driver walk in so i went in as on the website and the door it said it was open, but the owner was being rude saying I should’ve known it was shut and telling me to go out. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place, never been there before and never going again. And judging by the reviews, I didn’t miss out on much

Don’t usually leave reviews but needed to on this occasion. The food came on time, in all honesty we wasn’t expecting much but it was BANGING! The chips were hot and crispy not soggy like I’ve had from other places, chicken was amazing, fillet burger was big and can honestly say we were both very satisfied with it.

Chicken nuggets we’re supposed to come with chips and a drink (I ordered sprite) but those items were missing.

Food is very nice and also customer service is very nice I really love that I recommend to everyone
