Ordered food at 5pm, at 6:30pm I get a call advising driver is in ‘heavy’ traffic and can not delivery the food. There was no traffic. They then asked me to come and collect the food from the shop which makes no sense because if there was heavy traffic how could I collect my order? They clearly are known for lying so do not order from here .

I got there at 12 and assumed it was closed but then i saw a delivery driver walk in so i went in as on the website and the door it said it was open, but the owner was being rude saying I should’ve known it was shut and telling me to go out. Food and service 0 shut this place down!! This place isn’t even a proper peri peri place I ordered a peri burger and it was fried covered in peri sauce I called them and they told me that’s a peri burger HAHA what jokers. The food is horrible and so is their service they take forever to deliver and your food will come cold avoid this place.

Do not order from here it's a waste of time. The problem: Food has taken so far 1hour and 30 minutes to deliver. Store does not respond to calls There is no response from store or app. Food still hasn't arrived. I'm always willing to give a store an hour to wait for food, and very happy to wait an extra half hour if it still hasn't arrived, but this store will take up to and over 2 hours to deliver. Just don't use any takeaway app or service, avoid the store on online delivery, the staff need to be trained better to handle quick and effective deliveries. Until then don't. They also make fake profiles and rate them selves 5 stars so that the reviews get balanced out.

The guys from 6pm are always good, very friendly and helpful, however the last couple of times we have visited during the day. At this time there has been an extremely rude woman with little to no respect for anyone in the store, colleague or customer. This has bothered these past few times as I travel far and get treated with no respect. Get her gone!!!!!!!!!!!

Been looking for a good food place in the area for some time now. I then found this place and it was a great decision. Great value for the flavourful food they serve. The customer service was also good, they were very friendly and attentive. Will be a frequent customer from now on.

Ordered food at counter . Very friendly staff, very clean also. Food satisfaction excellent than I expected. What a nice peri peri chips which I never eat before. Chicken fillet burger was outstanding. Very reasonable price. Fillet burger meal only £4.99. Well done guys. 👏

Always get food wrong! Take 2hours to deliver! I have tried ordering here a few times now and tonight will be the last, to call up and have them row in the background regarding my order wrong to then tell me someone came in to collect it when no one had been. Complete shambles. So if your happy with missing food and don’t mind waiting hours for delivery then this is the place for you.

Chillos peri peri has this african style peri food, love the food from here , i love spicy food, its better than nandos trust me. And certainly very affordable Would recommend you to try peri chicken i prefer extra hot, chicken fillet burger and spicy wings are my fav. My goto place for fastfood or easy dinner Would highly recommend this place Thankyou

They work late hours, prices are fair.

To order for an hour, no one to answer your phone ..... now when I write I have an hour and a half without my food being sent from the store. It is inadmissible to wait two hours for a meal. Instead of enjoying a quiet Sunday, I ruined my day waiting for my food to come. I recommend everyone to never order from them.

Ive never received a more disappointed shikh kebab wrap, only had meat inside. And some lettuce given on side. Chips were so oily unbearable to eat, appeared to be fried 3x. If you want a nice takeaway order from yo grills

So first of all no offence but I went in and asked for a meal of 2 peace chicken and chips as a meal with a drink and I asked for normal chips I got asked by someone at the deep fat fryers and he said to me do I want normal or piri piri chips but I had already asked for normal but no offence at all so would I recommend it and my answer would be Yes and no

Just don’t visit this place and it’s not even about saving your money... save yourself !!!. On the bright side staff were friendly haha but food was awful.

I was disgusted, no ones cooking with a face mask except the guy who’s preparing the food. I’ve never visited a chicken and chip shop with alcohol being sold. The shop stunk of an indescribable smell as if dead rats and out of date flour live in the air. Now to the food, the chips were soggy and oily. The burger was dry and as thin as paper (bearing in mind this was chicken) I could get an after taste of blood. If you have a sense of taste then you wouldn’t even get tap water from here if you want my honest opinion.

Wrap was lovely and chips was beautiful very late with order the delivery driver was quite rude to be honest other than that food good.

I like their Piri Chicken, it was cooked grilled and spicy.. like the skinny fries too. My local at Chelmsford made a mistake not having the skinny fries but in comparison with the chicken it's bang on I'd say they are both as good as eachother, price is good. Delay the other night because they was well busy but they kept in contact with me.. well deserved five star.

Would give 0 stars. Absolute joke. Food took over an hour to come. I paid with a work credit card and asked for a receipt 3 times. Ordered food around 10.50pm, food arrived at 12.40am with no receipt. Had to call 3 times to chase it up and when I asked for a partial refund, they said you can get the chicken but no chips.. For God's sake. JUST AVOID.

Place an order through just eat. I paid more then full price. Got food deliver with mixture stale and fresh chicken. Old warmed chips. Wings were missing in food. I called them on shop and asked them to send my wings. Chicken had blood inside. After 5 calls they said we can’t send you wings as it closing time. But he gave a choice like if i really need it i can collect from shop next day Morning.😡 Very unprofessional service, food quality is very poor and expensive. Hygienically worst shop. It was my first and last time experience. I have complain in Thurrock council as well.

I placed an order I tried ringing them 84 times to see where my order was and they was going to send it to my friends house I wanted an hour and 15 minutes and they still haven’t answered will not answer the phone to me I highly recommend not to order in just eat to this place as I think it’s a disgrace I’m very angry with this and I hope I get a refund

I used to be the biggest fan of this sauce, once a week i spent over £20 here, until today after ordering my meal same as usual the sauce was very very different, extra sour, yellow in colour more like turmeric not the normal sauce and tastes damn horrible., i had to ring them and ask if they have changed the sauce to which they said they had,chicken was horrible, wings were burnt, they looked more like charcoal, I wont be going back again, I will find another grilled chicken restaurant in the area.

Chips tasted awful and with a chemical taste, fish was burnt, brown and full of chilli made my mouth burn I sent it all back awful food

Horrible chicken. The corn was mushy and sloppy, the chips were stale and overall a waste of almost £20. Never going back. The garlic bread was the only thing I could just about eat.

Last time I went the food wasn't cooked properly, and the confusion in that place when you order is a lot. They need to update their menu as when I went in there I had to change my order 3 times as they advertise a lot of dishes that they don't do.

Put in my order for a peri peri burger and wrap instead got a simple fried chicken one. Everyone was so hungry so couldnt fight about it but very disapointing.

Would give 0 stars. Ordered, waited an hour to which I recieved an email and text saying they cancelled. I rang as the money was taken out of my account to which they refused to believe I ordered anything and claimed I was 'trying to get free food' when I had evidence!! Every male staff that I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, uphelpful and constantly hanged up. I contacted my bank and they transferred the money back to me ASAP. Would never order online or in person from here again. Rather would make the effort to go Nandos as its better food and staff for the same money. Wasn't expecting high end service, but I'd rather eat my dead skin of my ankles for dinner then be in any contact of the company and staff there.

Food is disgusting it is cheap for a reason. Chips tasted awful like they were soggy and dry. Wings are so small and no flavour . Driver was late and on delivery had no change. Do not order from them.

ordered here for the first time never again!!! food was awful a handful of chips with a tiny bit of cheese and chips were cold. overcharged me on coke, and driver disappeared without even saying anything when he was suppose to be sorting out my order at my door. never ordering from here again a lot better takeaways around
