SHAMBOLIC Eat here if you want to get ill. Cant even make a hot dog wow. All you gotta do is cook on both sides. Burnt to a crisp one side and not cooked on other. Then I was rudley told by the manager cant have another one made, as it will come out the same (wow). Just SHAMBOLIC. I Would never ever Eat at five guys again. If you do Good luck. Funny as already spoke to customer services at five guys. This was five guys emailed response. Whilst we recognise that the hot dog was not up to our usual standards, this was prepared within the standard amount of time. We cannot see a deviation of our customer service standards. WHAT YOU THINK GUYS. Wow got told my the manager this is how the hotdog comes so i asked for a refund which was dealt with rudely and agressivly with no apology about the item i received. Then when i emailed five guys they investigated and said they did nowt wrong. This is why i took pics and made this review so others wouldnt have this same experience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. ITS PRECIOUS!

Bacon in the burger was cold, too much salt on the fries and I was given my milkshake 10 mins before the rest of my meal, so it started to melt before I could even sit down

They took my allergy order very seriously, great service.

Unfortunately it was really dirty, really overwhelmingly busy and the food wasn't great

Another disappointing experience !! Paid almost 15£ for Double cheese burger and little fries, to receive a cold bun not fresh, fries was hard like wood, very disappointing!

Love this chain. They do the tastiest burgers and nicest milkshakes, better than any of their rivals. You get what you pay for and five guys is worth treating yourself to every now and again.

Unfortunately, I didn't feel well after the meal.

It was great how Sergio help me with the menu he explain evreything and it was a good time.

Great service, we was attended by sergio at the till, he was very friendly and helpful.

Sergio was very nice to us, he treated us very well and the food was very fast. Definately coming back.

Never tried 5 Guys before. A little more expensive than other fast food places but I was impressed with the burger I got. You can actually see into the kitchen which I really like.

Love Five Guys and this one was very impressive.

It seems like a lot of people gather after watching the soccer game. Even though there were a lot of people, the staff service was still good.

The bacon cheese burger was exceptionally good. The salted and Cajun fries were not special, the serving size is massive though. Chocolate milkshake was bad.

I ordered a veggie burger thinking I'd get veggie patty, turns out the it's only a "salad burger" which cost more than a usual burger. can't say I was impressed

I had a hamburger, small fries with cajun salt and a diet coke. This is the first time I had something from five guys. The fries are awesome. I dont know how to describe it. I have had fries from mcd, burger king, KFC, but nothing better than this. The burger tasted alright. The price seems high compared to the portion. It would be better if they have a meal for the price range of 10 pounds like most others. The only thing that i would like to point out is the price for the portion served (apart from the fries).

It is our kid's favourite place to eat then going to McDonalds. Food is fresh burgers or hot dogs Must try Biscoff milkshakes which is good. They don't serve hot brews

The food takes a lot of time even though there arent many orders. The staff has the worst attitude.

I was there at 11:40 p.m. and the door was closed in my face and the security guards didn't let me in, along with my family.

Props to the store manager on duty that evening for his friendly service (order at 8.11PM on 13/7 Saturday). Thank you for making our day ♥️

My favorite burgers, I recommend them to everyone

It is actually quite good to be a fast food, expensive though. It's good if you want a quick bite but don't fancy the usual fast food

Burger and chips were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Five guys burgers are perhaps a little more expensive than other fast food places but they are definitely worth it as a treat. Burgers are some of the best around as are the chips, of which you get a very generous portion size regardless of size.

Great burgers as expected, bit lively as it's right on a big square. Lots of loud people and drunks but there is security on site.

Food was poor and overpriced for the quality of what you got. Not impressed with customer service either - It was nearly emply when we went so the staff weren't busy but they weren't very welcoming.

my burger came pink!!! DONT come here or you'll get pink burgers like you're going to the nicki minaj concert!! Should call it The Nicki Minaj Special. and you need a code for the bathroom with special locks. I'm about to piss myself let me have a wee!! Now I know why this place is empty. Will not be coming back! You've just lost a customer!

This was my first taste of Five Guys. I liked the Ambiente and the overlooking of the restaurant…. The burger was okay … but not what I expected… maybe I have to try it again… Staff was perfect and helpful for newcomers

Staff were friendly & pleasant. Place was clean Although the food was a little pricey (like everything else) it was worth it.

Burger was OK, a bit dry, they were stingy with the relish. Fries were abysmal - I've had 5 guys fries at other stores in the Midlands and South that have been amazing. Always found the ones in Greater Manchester stores to be the same, insipid offerings- maybe a area manager problem with QC, but my nearby stores need to get the fries right!!!!

As always great food with the best peanut butter milkshake in the world

Staff are always great, food used to feel expensive but with today's prices they're pretty on par Shakes are huge and delicious, having access to all toppings for free is fantastic. A large fries bag feeds a group of 4. It goes without saying if you have a PEANUT ALLERGY you can't go but besides that it's fantastic. The grilled cheese is super underrated, can get 2 for the price of a cheese burger and its loaded with cheese, can have all the same toppings, and they use a different bun. Is my go to now. And the staff are always great.

Food was great as always. A shame there are bouncers on the door as there are a lot of dodgy characters around Piccadilly Gardens.

First and last time in a Five Guys. I’d heard such good things about their burgers over many years but never tried one before. We were in Manchester for Peter Kay’s latest show (even more disappointing than my burger! But that’s another story) I found the place dull and depressing with zero atmosphere but still, I was looking forward to my burger. The service was fast and efficient, if cheerless, but I wouldn’t expect a smile from the poor devils having to work in this place. I had the ‘Everything On’ version but curiously, it tasted of nothing? The bun was cheap and airy and literally tasteless. The actual ‘meat’ part of the burger was more like cardboard than any actual meat I’ve eaten. And the rest of the ‘everything’ was unmemorable too. To be fair, the fries were good, and there was enough to feed a family of 4 in my portion, but they were the only reason I’ve given this place a star at all.

Rubbish and massively overrated and overpriced. £16.95 for a kids burger meal. Same as the McDonald's £2.99 happy meal.

I don't do burgers so went for the BLT sadly the bacon is served cold which I didn't realise but it was ok what the burgers are like I've no clue

Simply the best snack I've ever eaten! The potatoes are also wonderful and served very well. The milkshakes are very tasty too. the location is great, the staff are friendly and the service is very fast even on the busiest days.

The food and staff taking the order were great, but i asked for a cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, mayo, Ketchup and Mustard, which I got, and with a few extra mushrooms that I never ordered. My partner and her sister ordered fries, as to which when receiving the bag, one of the fries had been placed into the bag, UP SIDE DOWN, which felt intentional and a slight but not major inconvenience, just clear lack of due diligence....

If you ever go to Manchester you must visit staff very friendly and excellent service the food is excellent

Excellent food, as always, but slooooooow! They prioritise uber eats/deliveroo orders, so if you go in to order, expect to wait 20+ mins. Great quality, high price, not really “fast” food

Burger's are OK. Guy who served me (Sergio) needs to learn to speak rather than just wave and point. If he listened properly he might have a chance of getting the order correct.

Love that you can get lettuce wrapped burgers, great for those trying to cut back on carbs. For those who aren't the chips/fries are super tasty, freshly cooked in peanut oil using UK sourced potatoes. They are moreish, and it's nice that they always add some extra fries in the bag. My dad is obsessed with the Strawberry milkshakes (they use fresh strawberries and cream).

The most bland burger I’ve ever had No salad the smallest bit t of ketchup 2 burgers really small . fries and drink for £34:65 What a rip off I should have just gone to McDonald’s a few doors down And it would have to tasted better never again

Came here to get my child some food for the bus ride home. They don't like things on the burger as they are autistic, so we asked for it to be plain. We got all the way to the bus stop and to their disappointment, the burger wasn't plain at all. They got so upset as they was really looking forward to it and was super hungry. I've now for one sad hungry child on the bus home.

Staff refuse to give you the correct order you’ve paid for. They then throw the food you did get in the bin. The manager was swearing and shouting at me to the point his own security guards told him to chill out. Avoid at all costs

I would rate this 5 stars for the food because my burger was absolutely faultless. And tasted awesome. However, my friend had a hair inside the meat of their burger. This was changed by staff immediately. So for this reason only 4 stars given. Overall, the shop could do with some more frequent cleaning as the floors were covered. But this was a busy Saturday afternoon.
