Staff are always great, food used to feel expensive but with today's prices they're pretty on par Shakes are huge and delicious, having access to all toppings for free is fantastic. A large fries bag feeds a group of 4. It goes without saying if you have a PEANUT ALLERGY you can't go but besides that it's fantastic. The grilled cheese is super underrated, can get 2 for the price of a cheese burger and its loaded with cheese, can have all the same toppings, and they use a different bun. Is my go to now. And the staff are always great.

Food was great as always. A shame there are bouncers on the door as there are a lot of dodgy characters around Piccadilly Gardens.

First and last time in a Five Guys. I’d heard such good things about their burgers over many years but never tried one before. We were in Manchester for Peter Kay’s latest show (even more disappointing than my burger! But that’s another story) I found the place dull and depressing with zero atmosphere but still, I was looking forward to my burger. The service was fast and efficient, if cheerless, but I wouldn’t expect a smile from the poor devils having to work in this place. I had the ‘Everything On’ version but curiously, it tasted of nothing? The bun was cheap and airy and literally tasteless. The actual ‘meat’ part of the burger was more like cardboard than any actual meat I’ve eaten. And the rest of the ‘everything’ was unmemorable too. To be fair, the fries were good, and there was enough to feed a family of 4 in my portion, but they were the only reason I’ve given this place a star at all.

Odder on uber eats food came freezing and bacon was missing

Friendly service, there is also a security guard. The burger was a bit soggy.

Food was nice but a bit expensive, service was very slow and the tables could do with a clean as there was a lot of full trays and rubbish that could/should have been cleared, of all the FIVE GUYS...it'd only take one to have a tidy round 🤣

Rubbish and massively overrated and overpriced. £16.95 for a kids burger meal. Same as the McDonald's £2.99 happy meal.

Food was tasty but expensive for what it is. Spend over £40 for 4 burgers and a portion of chips which is crazy as you could go for a meal out for that sort of money.

I don't do burgers so went for the BLT sadly the bacon is served cold which I didn't realise but it was ok what the burgers are like I've no clue

Simply the best snack I've ever eaten! The potatoes are also wonderful and served very well. The milkshakes are very tasty too. the location is great, the staff are friendly and the service is very fast even on the busiest days.

Burger and fries are amazing, taste like homemade. I like that it is an open kitchen u can see ur food is being cooked on clean surfaces. Overly priced but i will be back again. I really enjoyed my food.

The food and staff taking the order were great, but i asked for a cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, mayo, Ketchup and Mustard, which I got, and with a few extra mushrooms that I never ordered. My partner and her sister ordered fries, as to which when receiving the bag, one of the fries had been placed into the bag, UP SIDE DOWN, which felt intentional and a slight but not major inconvenience, just clear lack of due diligence....

If you ever go to Manchester you must visit staff very friendly and excellent service the food is excellent

Excellent food, as always, but slooooooow! They prioritise uber eats/deliveroo orders, so if you go in to order, expect to wait 20+ mins. Great quality, high price, not really “fast” food

Burger's are OK. Guy who served me (Sergio) needs to learn to speak rather than just wave and point. If he listened properly he might have a chance of getting the order correct.

Love that you can get lettuce wrapped burgers, great for those trying to cut back on carbs. For those who aren't the chips/fries are super tasty, freshly cooked in peanut oil using UK sourced potatoes. They are moreish, and it's nice that they always add some extra fries in the bag. My dad is obsessed with the Strawberry milkshakes (they use fresh strawberries and cream).

The most bland burger I’ve ever had No salad the smallest bit t of ketchup 2 burgers really small . fries and drink for £34:65 What a rip off I should have just gone to McDonald’s a few doors down And it would have to tasted better never again

Came here to get my child some food for the bus ride home. They don't like things on the burger as they are autistic, so we asked for it to be plain. We got all the way to the bus stop and to their disappointment, the burger wasn't plain at all. They got so upset as they was really looking forward to it and was super hungry. I've now for one sad hungry child on the bus home.

Staff refuse to give you the correct order you’ve paid for. They then throw the food you did get in the bin. The manager was swearing and shouting at me to the point his own security guards told him to chill out. Avoid at all costs

The food was really soggy.The quality was very poor and costumer service was very rudely.staff behavior was badly .And most importantly, it was very expensive.We feel sick after eating .

I would rate this 5 stars for the food because my burger was absolutely faultless. And tasted awesome. However, my friend had a hair inside the meat of their burger. This was changed by staff immediately. So for this reason only 4 stars given. Overall, the shop could do with some more frequent cleaning as the floors were covered. But this was a busy Saturday afternoon.

I paid for bacon cheeseburger and receive a burger without cheese, when I complain they where trying to give me the bacon, but the point going to eat out side is to receive a complete meal, is ok a mistake but the person who was making the burgers instead to encourage the mistake was rude and with a bad attitude, however I receive a new burger after I ask for one very quick that’s why my score, manager is just a head up to you and train the people, need more people skills, rest of the employees was amazing.

Was waiting 40+ minutes just for a burger and fries, when I asked them they had forgot my order and when I finally received it I was only given a burger. Total waste of my time.

Five Guys! The best fast food burger in town

First ever visit to a five guys not cheap but tasty what let it down was we asked about the bacon is it smoked or not as we don't like smoked bacon took 3 people and about 5 mins to get an answer, as we cook our own bacon was not the answer we were looking for

First ever 5 guys experience! Burger was top-notch & fries were also very good! I would deffo come back on my next visit to Manchester.

Messed our order up a couple of times but are always happy to fix and replace it quickly but most of the time they're perfect and is great for fussy eaters

If you want to Tey the best French fries that is perfectly prepared and not frozen and freshly prepared. Fried in ground nut oil. Then this is highly recommended. If you are vegetarian. The French fries and milk shake is all you will get.

Milkshake amazing food felt under cooked went in the bin

Just bought a burger thru uber eats and I got half way thru it and discovered it was raw. I hope I don't get food poisoning. I uploaded a pic of it on Google reviews as well.

I waited 27 minutes for a burnt hamburger. Tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned for a good while. Hard and over cooked. I hate giving poor reviews, especially to a brand that I usually enjoy.

They may be more expensive than the McDonald's and Burger Kings, but you get what you pay for! Food is MUCH better and their Peanut Butter Milkshakes are lovely! 😋

Excellent quality burger, made to order. Good choice of toppings and sauces. Despite the emphasis on bags of fresh spuds lining the walls under a blackboard confirming their provenance, the fries are only average. Lazy skin on variety, cooked in peanut oil that doesn't seem hot enough to make them crispy. The Oreo milkshake I had was dreary. However, would still go again as the burger, although expensive, was very good.

Absolutely loved this place, first time at five guys. My burger and fries were gorgeous. They dumped loads of extra chips in the bag. Everything comes fresh to order, no heat lamp stuff sat waiting for you. 5/5 will be back.

Right in the city Center. Ideal place to have some munch. Milk shakes are always great… my favourite is Chocolate-vanilla. Maybe difficult to find parking.

A proper burger, dripping but dense as the flavours explode in the mouth, well-paired with great fries (crispy edge, soft centre) and the kind of milkshake you dream of as a kid.

Excellent Five Guys. Treated myself to a cheese burger and chips. Not busy (8pm) but food took a while. Overall a good experience. No complaints.

Central location with great burgers

I'm a five guys newbie but a friend recommended it for lunch. The burger was delicious, I can't fault it. Even the chips were good and I'm not a huge fan of them. Didn't get anything else so can't comment beyond that. The restaurant wasn't busy but it was clean. Restrooms are behind a key code that you get on your receipt. There were food trucks across the street that were very busy so it may have been a factor in why it was so quiet.

Milkshake and chips were amazing. Please try the milkshake!! The main thing that impressed me the most was a member of staff. She was so kind and helpful since it was our first time. She explained everything to us and gave us recommendations. Honestly such a great person.

A burger joint that NEVER disappoints. It’s my first stop every single time I travel to the UK. Juice burgers that taste beef. The best fries as a side complete a full meal. One of the last fast food chains I actually enjoy dining at.

I love having my Sunday brunch here. The chips has been the attraction and it has always been my wow experience

Sorry guys, chips were nice but veggie option was poor. Staff were friendly but the overall theme was a bit tacky.Not for me but others seemed to be enjoying the food.

Lunch first from recommend visit . Burger bit rare in middle. Security man obviously bored , kept looking over, felt like over stayed , only there 20 minutes Asked for code to loos before left , staff opened door, went down 2 flights, but didn't have code for actual toilets . Felt to embarrassed to ask , so left

Never been to a Five guys before and went in for a snack for me and my wife. Just went for 2 large fries, thankfully the girl working there informed my about the size so went down to one. It was huge and amazing value for money. The staff where amazing and had a laugh at my attempt to order a extra ton of fries
