Atención al cliente Cinco chicos es mi opción cuando necesito una buena hamburguesa con patatas fritas, sabrosa, sabrosa, buena calidad y cantidad. Nunca me defraudan las visitas a cinco chicos, ya sea en Leeds o Manchester. Pero anoche ( 5 / 3 / 25 ) visité este brunch a las 20 : 30 , solo para ser recibido por un miembro del personal en la caja que estaba lleno de actitud como nunca he visto, ningún saludo solo directo a preguntarme qué quería. Pedí una hamburguesa con tocino y queso y debido a su actitud tuve que fingir y preguntar si viene con papas fritas! Su respuesta fue “¡qué coberturas!”. Pensé que si era mi primera vez con cinco chicos, de todos modos llegamos a la parte de pago, le entregué el pago y en cierto modo ella se lo arrebató ligeramente y pensé para mí mismo por qué está siendo así. Me devolvió mi cambio mientras ya iniciaba una interacción con el siguiente cliente. Fue muy grosero y su actitud era indiferente hacia mí. Quizás estaba teniendo un mal día, pero eso no es bueno para el servicio al cliente. Nunca escribo en trip advisor pero esta mala actitud me atrapó. Gracias

La tienda estaba limpia, muchos asientos y la señora en el mostrador era excelente (Rasika) . La comida se preparó rápidamente y la señora que nos lo entregó fue muy amable. La comida era 10 / 10.

Cheese dog was delicious, hamburger was extremely bland. The music was far too loud and holding a conversation without the person behind hearing me wasn't easy. Kari served us and her customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. She was pretty rude, abrasive and doesn't seem like she wants to be here. Barely spoke a word, rolled her eyes when adding an extra topping to a burger. Honestly, if you don't like people, don't work in customer service. We've been here before and normally the staff are extremely welcoming and warm, but she's really letting you down here if I'm honest.

Paid £35 to be given the complete wrong order. Was so excited for my burger and now I’m just broke and hungry :(

To be a fast food I have to say that it is one of the best I have ever provided.

They have no way to track orders which means you have no way to know if your order is being made. They also have no mechanism to prevent/deter theft. Waste of time.

In general, like all other Five Guys establishments, but there is a lot of garbage, it is dirty and because of the uncleaned vending machines for drinks, Coke and the rest taste like mineral water with a little Coke for color, but the burgers are delicious

Really enjoyed my first visit. Not a huge fast food person, but the nature of the burgers here set it apart from the US conglomerate establishments. Burger was tasty, with crisp salad and actually a decent temperature ( unlike most). It was very busy, so there was a little wait, but nothing I thought was excessive. A nice occasional experience if you want a decent burger.

10/10, the person who served us (Yassine) was so friendly. Yummy burgers, yummy milkshakes, yummy fries, didn’t take long either

Food was delicious, but unfortunately many people leave their garbage there instead of taking it with them. Employees are nice and there is free mayonnaise and ketchup. You can refill your drink again.

I was a "five guys virgin" The lady who served me was VERY helpful, I wish I could remember her name, she was fabulous 👌 We visited the Christmas Market 🎄 and called here for lunch. The food was a bit disappointing, but the whole overall experience was nice

Had a great lunch at Five Guys today! Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but you know what you’re getting with their brand. The real highlight was when we had a small mix-up with our order - Saint (that’s her actual name!) was absolutely fantastic about it. She sorted us out with a completely new order right away and was super friendly about the whole thing. Big thanks to Saint for making what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. The food was delicious as always, but its staff like her that make you want to come back!

Always identical service, menu and quality in all locations

I had to sell two of my kidneys and one lung to afford this meal, my girlfriend says it was worth it but I struggle in day to day life now. However the lady that served us couldn’t understand me as my thick scottish accent shocked the lady to her core sending her into a frenzied panic. My girlfriend completed the order and ate her first ever BLT, she’s chuffed and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. But 50 buckaroonis for a basic takeaway meal is kinda crazy tho, I didn’t realise i was also buying the five guys who work there. The place was extremely noisy, however I am used to my quaint little scottish environment.

FIVE GUYS CANT MAKE ONE HOTDOG. RUDE MANAGER AND BURNT FOOD. Eat here if you want to get ill. FIVE GUYS more like its a DIVE GUYS. Burnt to a crisp one side and not cooked on other. see photos. When asked for another hot dog, I was rudley told by the manager cant have another one made, as it will come out the same (wow). Just SHAMBOLIC. I Would never ever Eat at five guys again. If you do Good luck. Funny as already spoke to customer services at five guys. This was five guys emailed response. Whilst we recognise that the hot dog was not up to our usual standards, this was prepared within the standard amount of time. We cannot see a deviation of our customer service standards. WHAT YOU THINK GUYS. Wow got told by the manager this is how the hotdog comes so i asked for a refund which was dealt with rudely and agressivly with no apology about the item i received. Then when i emailed five guys they investigated and said they did nowt wrong. This is why i took pics and made this review so others wouldnt have this same experience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. ITS PRECIOUS!

5 guys is my ultimate fave place to go for food , food is always great and service is incredible but I got served my miranda and she's seemed very rude , all I asked was where the toilets were and she went downstairs with a right dirty looking face on her and it made me feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable, custome service should be friendly and comfortable

We were "served" by cashier Rania M. When i asked for a burger, she answered just the "patty". When i answered just what is servered regular she answered again with just the patty? She doesnt seem to bother to help at all. What a disappointment.

I've never experienced that there are so many flavors of cola haha What we thought was ideal is that you get the hamburger and decide for yourself what you want on it instead of having to tell us what you don't want.

Si pudiera darle a Five Guys una cifra negativa calificaría esto como 2. Nunca lo había probado antes, y mi hija y yo teníamos mucha curiosidad por saber de qué se trataba el bombo. En primer lugar el servicio era realmente malo. El personal estaba muy ocupado hablando con amigos. Se esperaba que supieras exactamente lo que querías (a pesar de que era nuestra hora de la calle 1) el menú no era claro y cuando no pudimos decidir que nos ignoraron. Le pregunté si hacían café y me miraron como si me hubiera crecido una segunda cabeza. Huelga decir que definitivamente no iba a pagar £ 8 por un hotdog o hamburguesa. Así que nos fuimos. Sigue siendo un misterio para lo que es el bombo, pero ahora sé que nunca lo averiguaré. Aplazado de por vida.

Good option for fast food, yet pricy like fine dining. A meal for one person with fries and drink easily hits 16~17 pounds. The guy made a mistake and forgot to put our complete order for take away , that forced me to walk back to the store after I reached home. It was sorted out at the end , but with some hassle included.

They took my allergy order very seriously, great service.

Bacon in the burger was cold, too much salt on the fries and I was given my milkshake 10 mins before the rest of my meal, so it started to melt before I could even sit down

Unfortunately it was really dirty, really overwhelmingly busy and the food wasn't great

Another disappointing experience !! Paid almost 15£ for Double cheese burger and little fries, to receive a cold bun not fresh, fries was hard like wood, very disappointing!

Love this chain. They do the tastiest burgers and nicest milkshakes, better than any of their rivals. You get what you pay for and five guys is worth treating yourself to every now and again.

Unfortunately, I didn't feel well after the meal.

It was great how Sergio help me with the menu he explain evreything and it was a good time.

Great service, we was attended by sergio at the till, he was very friendly and helpful.

Sergio was very nice to us, he treated us very well and the food was very fast. Definately coming back.

The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations since I wasn't familiar with the menu. However, the place is a bit dirty.

Never tried 5 Guys before. A little more expensive than other fast food places but I was impressed with the burger I got. You can actually see into the kitchen which I really like.

It seems like a lot of people gather after watching the soccer game. Even though there were a lot of people, the staff service was still good.

The bacon cheese burger was exceptionally good. The salted and Cajun fries were not special, the serving size is massive though. Chocolate milkshake was bad.

I had a hamburger, small fries with cajun salt and a diet coke. This is the first time I had something from five guys. The fries are awesome. I dont know how to describe it. I have had fries from mcd, burger king, KFC, but nothing better than this. The burger tasted alright. The price seems high compared to the portion. It would be better if they have a meal for the price range of 10 pounds like most others. The only thing that i would like to point out is the price for the portion served (apart from the fries).

The food takes a lot of time even though there arent many orders. The staff has the worst attitude.

I was there at 11:40 p.m. and the door was closed in my face and the security guards didn't let me in, along with my family.

Props to the store manager on duty that evening for his friendly service (order at 8.11PM on 13/7 Saturday). Thank you for making our day ♥️

My favorite burgers, I recommend them to everyone

It is actually quite good to be a fast food, expensive though. It's good if you want a quick bite but don't fancy the usual fast food

Burger and chips were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Five guys burgers are perhaps a little more expensive than other fast food places but they are definitely worth it as a treat. Burgers are some of the best around as are the chips, of which you get a very generous portion size regardless of size.

Great burgers as expected, bit lively as it's right on a big square. Lots of loud people and drunks but there is security on site.

my burger came pink!!! DONT come here or you'll get pink burgers like you're going to the nicki minaj concert!! Should call it The Nicki Minaj Special. and you need a code for the bathroom with special locks. I'm about to piss myself let me have a wee!! Now I know why this place is empty. Will not be coming back! You've just lost a customer!

best fries in central piccadilly

This was my first taste of Five Guys. I liked the Ambiente and the overlooking of the restaurant…. The burger was okay … but not what I expected… maybe I have to try it again… Staff was perfect and helpful for newcomers

Staff were friendly & pleasant. Place was clean Although the food was a little pricey (like everything else) it was worth it.

Burger was OK, a bit dry, they were stingy with the relish. Fries were abysmal - I've had 5 guys fries at other stores in the Midlands and South that have been amazing. Always found the ones in Greater Manchester stores to be the same, insipid offerings- maybe a area manager problem with QC, but my nearby stores need to get the fries right!!!!

As always great food with the best peanut butter milkshake in the world

Staff are always great, food used to feel expensive but with today's prices they're pretty on par Shakes are huge and delicious, having access to all toppings for free is fantastic. A large fries bag feeds a group of 4. It goes without saying if you have a PEANUT ALLERGY you can't go but besides that it's fantastic. The grilled cheese is super underrated, can get 2 for the price of a cheese burger and its loaded with cheese, can have all the same toppings, and they use a different bun. Is my go to now. And the staff are always great.

Food was great as always. A shame there are bouncers on the door as there are a lot of dodgy characters around Piccadilly Gardens.

First and last time in a Five Guys. I’d heard such good things about their burgers over many years but never tried one before. We were in Manchester for Peter Kay’s latest show (even more disappointing than my burger! But that’s another story) I found the place dull and depressing with zero atmosphere but still, I was looking forward to my burger. The service was fast and efficient, if cheerless, but I wouldn’t expect a smile from the poor devils having to work in this place. I had the ‘Everything On’ version but curiously, it tasted of nothing? The bun was cheap and airy and literally tasteless. The actual ‘meat’ part of the burger was more like cardboard than any actual meat I’ve eaten. And the rest of the ‘everything’ was unmemorable too. To be fair, the fries were good, and there was enough to feed a family of 4 in my portion, but they were the only reason I’ve given this place a star at all.

Rubbish and massively overrated and overpriced. £16.95 for a kids burger meal. Same as the McDonald's £2.99 happy meal.
