Food delivered late, cold and fries were shocking

Never usually write reviews but needs to be known. Order from here regularly, they've gone so far downhill and the prices have shot up dramatically. Ordered on Saturday night, took an hour and 40 mins to arrive. The food was cold, chicken was hard like it had been microwaved and there was bits of veg on the burger didn't ask for. Ate a few bites then left it none of it was edible. By Sunday morning I was throwing up, aching and generally unwell. They have given me food poisoning. I didn't eat anything before their meal so I know it is definitely from them. Food seems to be microwaved and for the price is a joke. Won't be ordering from there again and suggest you avoid unless you want to be ill as well.

Undercooked chicken and undercooked pizza. Chips chewy like they've been microwaved. Stuff of nightmares and will be blessed if we've not got food poisoning.

Ordered a takeaway. Took over 2 hours. Food arrived, garlic bread was rock solid, could literally bang it on the side. Chicken was dried up and awful! Chips were awful. Me and my family couldn’t eat it. Would not leave a bad review unless I felt it was needed.

If i could i will give none stars at all. I bought chicken nuggets and portion of chips for my kids. When i go back home i couldn't believe how food was looks like. Everything was burned. The taste was terribly. I put it to bin straight away. If my younger kids wasn't in bed that time i was going to back to this shop and threw on top of counter!!! Never ever!!!!

Staff can be rude (or short) not sure which and sometimes not get the orders right. Food is ok the most of the time but sometimes can be a let down.

Credit where its due! First time ordering from here. I have 3 happy kids. All gave a big thumbs up. We will be ordering again. I did pinch a few chips and they were lovely, best I've tasted from a take away 👍

Maybe I'm just lucky judging by some of the bad reviews given. However,?I've had 20+ takeaways is from here and everyone has been perfect. I'd highly recommend them because I can't fault them.

The last 2 orders have been wrong, food bland, cold and the meat tough/over done. I gave the befefit the 1st time but no longer. Many better takeaways in the area to choose from.

Ok to good food for very low prices so great value for money. Service a little slow for walk ins, but not unreasonable for cooking from scratch. Fried chicken seems to be the main fayre and comes in several good value meal deals. Cheap and cheerful pizzas also available and chicken tikka, donnar and sheesh kebabs with very generous volumes. Great option for a cheap bite that'll fill you up, albeit not exactly healthy! 😉

I've been ordering from here for years but today has put me off. The guy tried to get off without giving me change and then when I told him there's change due he ran to his car, sat there for two minutes to get change, came back and short changed me then to top it off the food was luke warm. When i called, theyre gonna tell me he doesnt speak English?! Thats the excuse??? Not to mention the orders I've got in the past with missing drinks. Im done with you guys, you've really gone downhill!

Love the chicken wrap, very caring staff, always talking to me with respect, I suggests everyone to try the food out it’s very reasonably priced.

By far the worst takeaway I have ever had the displeasure of eating in my life. The food arrived looking like roadkill and it wasn't even cooked properly. Reported to trading standards as it was seriously hazardous cooking. Beggars belief they think this is acceptable. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Ordered food from here today and got halfway through my burger to find it raw in the middle so I phoned up to complain and ask for a refund and was told they don't do refunds and that my burger was fine as people like to eat steak a bit pink in the middle and it's the same meat I said mate its not steak it's a burger he laughed at me and said next time ask me for it to be well done and no refund Public health will be getriggered a call in the morning

Visit twice a week. The chicken is the best around and the pizza kebabs and all the meal deals are very reasonably priced. The staff are great and work hard to please. Out of all the takeaways I've used over the years this one is heads above the rest.

Great people lovely and friendly. When I order food there is never a bad thing I can say about it. However I called in for milkshakes and when you pay £10 for 4 I expect more than 2 Ferrero Roches in them. They was bland and just tasted like cheap vanilla ice cream.

Chicken fillet tower burger is huge and so tasty! Is my fave here I have all my family eating it ! Amazing ! Pizza is so good also ! Really really love it here

I have been coming to chicken bar for a couple years and no once have I been disappointed, my favourite is the chicken burger meal as the chicken is so succulent and tasty, I just love it. The cheesy garlic bread is amazing I seriously recommend it and they have now started doing milkshakes and OMG so delicious. Try them!!!!
