Spent nearly £35 on food and drink( really overpriced) only to get my burger and if am honest it was really not very filling cos after I had finished was still hungry. The only place that made me feel full after a meal was wimpy (not so long ago). I feel I was dupped to having a burger meal that wasn't filling even though people have said that it is filling

The burger seemed a little dry but at least the free toppings made it feel more moist. The portion of fries was far too large and we wasted most, but were expensive for what they were. Seating not that comfortable and having to wait for your number to come up to collect your order is not my favourite way of ordering food. On the higher level in the mall.

We wanted to have something to eat since many places no longer served food. They attended us with a smile on their faces, and made the order easy. They were served immediately. The food was very good, filling and in quantity. The local staff is very good.

Didn't know what to expect but got served the litest fries ever. The service was great,the cheeseburger and cajun fries hit all the taste buds. Great choice of milkshakes as well. It's definitely worth another visit.

The French fries wasn’t that good. But i really enjoyed the peanut butter milk shake.

The atmosphere and service are not what I expected. However, the burger is amazing. It seems to be the best for enthusiasts as it is incredibly high in calories and has a heavy taste. If you purchase drinks, you can use them unlimitedly, and you can also use unlimited roasted peanuts. It might be a good place to visit when you don't want to worry about this or that.

If you've been to a Five Guys before you know how good the food is and this place was excellent 👌 Usuall prices for food comes to around £20 for a burger, fries and a drink which is average for the area. If you've never had Five Guys I'd recommend to try it at least once and this location is good.

There were two items missing from the order. When I called the store to complain I was basically accused of lying. The person I spoke to was incredibly rude and told me I would need to speak to Just Eat for a refund and they wouldn’t be able to just send someone back out with the missing items. The items we did have were freezing cold and soggy. An abysmal experience and I wouldn’t order here again!

Love a good five guys especially the chips and mayo

I adore five guys burgers and chips but I could only fit a burger on my belly ! It was so good and juicy and I could eat another right now ! Every bite tastes the same as the first bite. Endless flavour. Can’t wait for another trip.

A generic five guys with same standard of service. food was hot and fresh and staff were helpful nothing negative to note. I will visit again when shopping in the Arndale

The staff here are polite and helpful, if somewhat deaf. The guy serving didn't heat my order properly and to begin with we got 1 burger. He didn't repeat my order as is usual with burger places. Originally fot my order wrong - I asked for 2 burgere and got one. Why did he suggest large fries with one burger, which is what he did? I have no idea why 5guys is so raved about. I've made burgers myself that taste far better. What is all the hype? And why wrap them in foil? That just makes the bun soggy - and soggy it was as mine sat in the bag for 10 mins in top of the fryers. Cheese stuck to the foil too. Overpriced burgers - Maccy D's do better At £40 for 2 burgers, 1 fries and 2 drinks, I expected far, far superior Disappointed, very much so! To add to respond to the response: quality food? I beg to differ. Frozen or not, the burgers weren't great and didn't taste of anything much. Just because you've always done something ie wrapped burgers in foil (what a waste and isn't environmentally friendly either) doesn't make it OK or right.

Bit colder than would of liked but wasn’t stone cold and was still 10/10

The staff were so lovely and had a lot of time for us explaining what we could put in our milkshakes. Everyone was smiling and happy. Service with a smile is rare but they do it here. Lovely. 👍😃

It was freezing. Temp was -3. Cold and hungry!! We ordered and couldn't wait to dig in some hot melted cheese burgers. Sadly, the burgers were cold, and cheese was nowhere close to melted. Fries were cold, too. Lol

Food is great comparing to other chain stores. Wait time is usually short but this time was rather long.

You guys are not serious, I ordered today on just eat around 17:46pm, you accepted and said it would arrive by 18:50. You then change it to 19:10 and my food was not even being repaired I was still at thanks for your order. I called 8 times the lines were busy during all those calls. Then at 19:49 you sent a text saying my order has been cancelled, why accept it if you know you cannot fulfill the order? Why keep a customer waiting way past estimated delivery time + 10 minutes past that time only to cancel it. Just nonsense and like a fool waited hungry. Never again, anyone ordering just go straight to the actually shop so you are not messed around don’t order online.

Burger was undersized and tasteless, fries were burnt to a crisp. Will not be going back.

Second time I’ve been here first time service was quick and second time wasn’t me and my mate ordered at same time and hers came 15 mins before mine did and we ordered at the same, food was great but bad service clearly need more staff

I've never been here before. I'm glad we did. Burger and chips were the best, and an added bonus on free refills on any soft drink was great. We will definitely visit again

Extortionate prices when you consider you have to wait half an hour stood at the counter until your meal is cooked and then have to find somewhere to sit.

A nice Five guys place, liked it. It’s crowded, but I suppose having in mind the location, it’s a given. Tried the grilled cheese for the first time and liked it very much.

Over priced for what it is, 10 pound plus for a little burger and 6 pound odd for a large fries although fair play they piled the fries in the bag.

Awful awful awful, the cheapest most horrible food ever. All just threw into a bag, stone cold on deliver. Bacon hot dog not worth £9.95!!! Its was tiny on stale bread and tinned hot dogs have more taste. Never wasting my money again

Burgers either didn't correspond to their stickers or just weren't made right. Very dissapointed as they are not cheap. Fries were good but the mcdonalds £2 burger i had later that night honestly tasted better and for 1/10th of the price. Last time i try five guys there's just no value for money. Beef patty size is nice but lacked any real flavour/seasoning.

Loved the burgers, we ended up with enough chips to fill a bucket. Service was very friendly and the beer went brilliantly with the cajun chips.

A little bit disappointed in the main manager yesterday, I went and she was incredibly moody, the young lady on tills was fantastic, an incredible start but a major let down and the assistant manager was friendly however the food wasn’t good at all, fries massively over salted the patty would’ve rolled away if id have flung it across the floor. Cleanliness wasn’t good again considering there were 2 staff on the floor I didn’t want to say anything to either. Please improve and go Trafford centre or even Piccadilly

I was having a really bad day and had bad period pain so I went into five guys to get a milkshake to make myself feel better - the staff were so lovely and gave me so many chips and the food was great. shout out to grace - completely turned my mood around

Food was nice, however Dani on the floor was rude, didnt smile and was basically forcing me out of the venue after I had swallowed my last bite of food. Claiming she was management when i asked to speak to her manager. Would order again, wouldn't stay for long - staff aren't very polite!

I can’t put into words how much I adore this place🫠Regardless of price this place is quality and the fries are too die for!!! Only downside is I have to travel for this mouth watering experience… might be for the best because if I went everyday I would be happily fat and incredibly poor… Bacon double burgers 🍔 oooohhhh yeeeaaahhhh

Joel was amazing. He was extremely helpful and informative about items available and recommendations. The food was tasty and hot, we got 2 burgers, 1 portion of salted chips and 2 milkshakes made to order. All went down a treat! Would 100% return to this 5 guys in arndale manchester

Missing in action. You know 5 Guys, right.l? Premium burger, high end prices. Normally you get what it offers. Today, it seems 4 of the Guys were missing in action. Sure the food was good, but the floors, surfaces, tables and toilets were disgusting. No one has cleaned up there, by the way it looked, since the days of Boris Johnson. I know it’s hard to get service staff, but come on, Guys, retrain. Manage. And show up. 1 out of 5 isn’t acceptable (& before you tell me you were busy; you weren’t.) I was sadly disappointed, and my wife wouldn’t even eat her food. But no one cares, obviously.

Get it out there first - staff were great! But honestly, for 3x the price of a maccies (£19 for a SMALL burger, chips, and SMALL milkshake), I'd expect so much better than a basic smash burger. Very underwhelmed and feel ripped off. Chips were pretty good, and you get a hefty portion, but soooo not worth the price!!! I've tried it now, and it was far from horrible, but I won't be going to Five Guys ever again 🤷

Gorgeous food, burgers are huge, you can add any of the fillings that you want or just have a simple burger, they are wrapped in foil to retain the heat. Large size fries are easily enough for 2 people. The shakes are to die for, you can mix flavours together and then top it off with a huge swirl of cream...scrumptious Also I just want to add how friendly and helpful the staff are 😊

Half the drinks were unavailable, there were no straws laid out, the potatoes were sickly sweet and the toilets were out of order. £18.55 for a disappointing lunch. Avoid.

Clean and well managed despite heavy footfall. As its a famous brand, all as expected compared to other Five Guys, but what makes this one special is the staff, all hard working, shout out to Graham, for his excellent customer service, funny conversation and just all round being a great help to us!

I think I've had better five guys but it wasn't bad, it was still fairly good. Service is fantastic, everyone is very responsive, even the cooks had good interpersonal skills.

Overpriced mediocre burger, first and last time visiting. £25+ for 2 burgers and 1 milkshake.

First time visiting. The burgers were expensive, I was given someone else's order [which is astounding given how few customers there were] and when I did finally get the right order it was mediocre at best. The burger was dry and flavourless, the mushrooms were undercooked, and the hot sauce was such a paltry little dribble that I couldn't taste it on the burger at all. On the plus side, I now have an answer to the question "how many guys does it take to ruin a simple burger?" If you want the Five Guys experience without actually going there, just burn a tenner and eat some old food off the ground.

Had an amazing time in the five guys arndale store :), upon ordering I was curious about my burger and spoke to the manager at the time, I think he said his name was Charlie, he helped me out and my food was wonderful! The staff were friendly.

The counters that take orders from the customers are oddly located, where its is difficult to make a proper queue. Moreover, the management of this place should ask their employees to improve their attitude towards customers. While standing in a queue, when our turn came, the lady asked us to go to another queue because she had to do some thing. Yet, we were the only ones standing in her queue and then had to move to the last spot of another counter. Afterwards, we ordered milkshakes and it took the lady 10 minutes to make them, while she was visibly free.

You get what you pay for. Yes its expensive but its also amazing food. You will never finish all the chips

Can not recommend enough. The staff are lovely friendly and went above and beyond. My son and I visited on 24/4/23 as a treat. He had a £45 gift card there was issues with trying to put the card through the tills. The manager i think called Bobbie-Leigh put his burger through as complimentary. A lovely act of kindness that she didn't need to do. A wonderful employee and credit to the branch. It absolutely made his day and the kindness blew me away. He's had a really tough time undergoing a gruelling treatment plan of Proton Beam Radiotherapy and chemotherapy for Bone Cancer. We have travelled from Scotland to undergo the specialist Proton Beam Radiotherapy at the Christies, and this is the start of week number 6 our finally week and he finishes on Friday. Thank you so much for your kindness. 🥰 Place is very clean, food tasty and son demolished his burger. I trust the cleanliness of the kitchen as we need to be extremely careful as to what he can eat and how it's cooked. You definitely pay for what you get, good quality ingredients and always loads of fries.

Next time I won’t be ordering the Bacon Cheeseburger something about the cheese just wasn’t right for me. Next time I’ll stick with Bacon Burger. Overall service, cleanliness chips and burger apart from the cheese was spot on.

I can't say the burger wasn't nice, it was ok but I didn't like how it's looked bun seemed to look old .. Liked the options extras what is possible add to burger like pickles fried onion etc.. fries was beautiful. and loved choice of drinks I had nestea raspberry

Hodně drahý burger. Burger byl fajn s obyčejnou hořčicí a kečupem. Maso hodně udělané. Celkově byl burger fajn. Možnost si ho sestavit. Hranolky cajun jsou výborné, ale mohlo by tam být méně koření.

Har prøvet dem før i Tyskland, men endnu ikke været i en her i Danmark. Men man, de laver gode burgers. Du vælger den burger du vil have og så vælger du det fyld du vil have i og hvilke sovse/Ketchup du vil have. Og det smager himmelske. Her kan McD og Burger King godt pakke sammen. Der er kun et lille problem. De bruger ikke magert kød, men det er helt klart med til gøre det smager så godt. Helt klart et besøg værd.

The most mediocre burger ever. For a price like that I was expecting more. I’m not sure why everyone raves about this place. My first and last time trying Five Guys. Not worth the price at all! You’re better off cooking. Service was lovely though.

One of the highlights of my trips to Manchester is an opportunity to treat myself to a visit to Fiveguys. It's always different... the servers bring their own personalities to the job, and the food is always well prepared, if not presented - in a typical "fast food" manner.

My bun from my burger was frozen. £50 for 3 people to have cheese burger and fries. Not much better than maccies. The meat in the burger was nice. Service is terrible and slow. Wont go back.

Burger is so juicy and fresh, I really like the unlimited toppings. The fries is even better, crispy but not too oily. The portion is always generous too

Food amazing, restaurant clean, only downside was disabled toilet unavailable and l was told to go outside in shopping centre for toilet, not ideal as family were still eating and l needed someone to walk me there.
