The steak was really good, cooked just how i asked for it. Really enjoyed the meal. Both girls serving were very friendly with genuine smiles. Thanks Mike the chef.

Breakfast menu supposed to be served until 10.30 got there at 10.10 and food was cold. Blonde haired lady on greeting guests is quite ignorant, 3 times now had bad experience with her not wanting to let you in anytime from just after 10am... always says they are clearing up... if breakfast finishes at 10.30 then service should be until 2 mins before... clearing up should be done AFTER 10.30...

I went to the observatory with my Husband for lunch on Friday. Great food as always, and staff friendly, helpful and attentive.

Our food was very good. Our server Ben and all the staff we met could not have been more welcoming. They treated us like friends. Very happy.

Ordered 2 surf and turf with side of onion rings. Think I now need the dentist. Think calamari and onion rings been frying since January save your money and avoid

Don't bother! Food awful and staff even worse...if she yawned and tutted once she did 10 times! Food practically thrown at us and she was very put out that we didn't want to accept 1 of our main meals with our starters! Service at the bar was Very slow and staff member very rude. Had paid for breakfast too as we were staying at the Premier Inn that was also awful! It was like we were an inconvenience to the staff member having to find us a seat! No instructions as to whether she would take our orders or we just got up to help ourselves. Eventually ordered poached eggs for us to have to chase them up 15 mins later to be told they had been overcooked and thrown away! Honestly save your money and go to mcdonalds you will have better service and food!

No wonder beer garden was empty on a sunny afternoon! Bar staff seriously need some training in customer service and basic manners. Live very local but this will be the last time I waste my money visiting.

It is a terrible idea to come for a meal it took 40 minutes to get a drink while the rude manager just stood there doing nothing and didn’t even talk to us and talked to the person behind us and sat them at there table the ribs and steak was overcooked and on the verge of being burnt it was a over all a horrible time

Myself and son have just eaten here as we are staying in the premier inn. We was seated and served by Anna who was so very friendly and very quick and efficient in her work. We both had a mixed grill which was cooked to perfection so a shout-out to the kitchen staff who don’t always get the recognition. Also sitting close to the kitchen area we enjoyed listening to the lady in the kitchen singing, it’s nice to see that the staff seemed happy in their work.

Had a lovely meal, service was amazing. I am gluten free and had a few options for food. Felt safe to eat. Probably the best Beefeater we have been too! Thanks Jav for great service :)

What a lovely experience for breakfast this morning, lovely friendly staff especially Dan the muffin man who got us 3 muffins from the back as the shelf was empty and they were delicious!! 😍 Can't wait to return

Last minute decision to go out for dinner on a Monday evening. The restaurant was busy but Danny gave us a warm welcome and looked after us. There was a wait on the food but that purely down to how busy it was. Danny even asked if we wanted to move to a quieter part of the restaurant as there was a large party behind us. We took him up on this and our experience was improved. Food arrived and it was all really well cooked and enjoyed by us all.

Dine in | Breakfast | £10–20 I and friends go for breakfast once a week also on occasions with family, venue great for those with disabilities easy access and egress. Wide range of items for breakfast , produce to a good standard. Service first class. Staff supportive and welcoming, even with requests for certain food . Place is great. Suggest booking as it can be busy on occasions. Would recommend for all ages. They even make all ages special and value the experience. Tried local venues in the area not a patch on this. Parking is good , but remember to log reg number on arrival.

Took a long time to get our drinks and food. When our food arrived it was cold, but we eat it as we were starving. The waiters seem overwhelmed.

Lovely clean restaurant, staff very attentive and took away dirty plates when needed. Breakfast items always stocked up so never the need to ask for more. We are just passing so stopped overnight and had breakfast, if in this area again will definitely come back.

I visited the observatory for lunch today with my elderly mother, It’s her favourite place to come. The food is really good but it’s the outstanding service that we come back for. Anna is always so welcoming and friendly, she brightens my mums day with her smile and chit chat. Well done beefeater, it’s the accomplished staff that make the observatory our go to place to eat.

The food was very nice but the waitress was rushed off her feet and it took a long time for our food to arrive. One person's dessert arrived at least 10 minutes before everyone else's meaning they had finished it long before anyone else received theirs. We also found there was a vary cold draft from the air conditioning. We did mention this to the waitress but nothing seemed to change.

The Sunday lunch was really nice I would recommend it to anyone and yhe service was really good as well. We were served by Sophie who was really good at her job and very pleasant and always smiling 😃

This is a great place to come for a few drinks, always a great atmosphere. Staff are always helpful. Manager Lauren is always super welcoming, and the girl serving us, lily was lovely.
