How can a KFC be 32/33 in Nuneaton? Is it that bad? Yes.... Ordered Uber eats... it was awful. Chips were stone cold and Chicken we shouldn't have eaten! Uber eats dont want to know.... have complained to KFC

Después de que tuve la peor experiencia hace 2 años y nunca volví a esta sucursal de Brixon, vi que renovaban sus instalaciones, incluso poniendo un guardia de seguridad dedicado allí, así que pensé que tal vez todo se ha mejorado, así que decidí darle otra oportunidad y fui allí para pedir solo una hamburguesa zinger por su cuenta. Esperé 17 minutos para llegar y esto fue a la hora del almuerzo alrededor de las 12 : 15 . Fui a casa y descubrí que se equivocaron en mi pedido de nuevo, no era la hamburguesa zinger y esto era solo un artículo - pedido. Abrí la hamburguesa para encontrar ensaladas podridas dentro (ver fotos). Tuve que desechar todo del trozo de pollo, lavar y cortar algunas ensaladas, añadir un poco de mayo y mi propia salsa fría para poder consumirlo. Thanks, KFC Brixton.

Dirty. Table service took 35 minutes! Order was wrong. Went to change it and woman literally just stared at me. I shouted to someone else and a guy refunded it because our other friends got yhere order wrong twice! Never again!

Uncooked chicken, disgusting thrown straight in the bin 04/04/25. Drive thru mega box for one.i was unbelievably hungry and knew from the first bite something was wrong, picked up a chicken fillet as a first bite and knew it wasn't cooked.

Tuve una entrega de solo comer. Las papas fritas estaban frías, empapadas y poco cocinadas. El pollo era casi aceptable. No voy a pedir a través de comer de nuevo.

Incompetent staff member. Customer before us ended up with terrible product as half dropped on floor. Gloves left on to collect goods from store, take cash and make sandwich. Very poor standards.

We had finished a swim session at a local leisure centre and it was close to dinner time so we decided to visit the Walsall wood KFC restaurant. My kids both had popcorn chicken meals, I had a zinger tower meal and my wife had a rice box. Whilst my meal and my kids meals where fine, my wife's rice box was abysmal. A pitiful amount of salad and rice, I mean, it's supposed to be a rice pot not what was clearly a rice I can't be arsed pot also someone had decided to scrape the coating off the chicken fillet whilst trying to slice it presumably. To top it off there was a nice strand of hair in the salad. Thanks but no thanks.

I ordered breakfast off them at 10 and was left waiting for half an hour sat next to the workers. I was about to approach because all the workers seemed to be standing around doing nothing while we were waiting. When they call our food as being done just to tell me they stopped serving breakfast HALF AND HOUR ago. While I did request a refund service was terrible there was nothing stopping any worker approaching us to say they were unable to make our food rather than leaving us sat waiting. The manager was no help and had to wait for him to refund me and the staff were useless!

Just arrived home, with Chicken and stuffing stacker and chips, after 2 mouthfuls of the burger I nearly threw up !!! It was just a handful of disgusting tasteless mush!!! The chips were tasteless !!! Just binned the lot !!! Never again 😡😡😡

Staff are lovely and place seemed great but not sure how a business such as KFC refuses Amex in 2024.. staff are lovely but could not get a meal with my only card.

Yo y mi hijo, pedimos el Cubo de Variedades Malvadas 10 piezas. £ 23 - 99 y no puedo creer lo pequeños que eran los trozos de pollo, no vale la pena el dinero se han ido son los días en que luchaba demasiado comer 10 piezas, seguro que no vamos a pedir que de nuevo solo un desperdicio de dinero
