Kfc in Coventry

Had a delivery from just eat. Chips were cold, soggy and under cooked. Chicken was just about acceptable. Won't be ordering through just eat again.

Soggy food and was cold and the customer service is a joke will most definitely not be eating from here ever again

When busy poor service ! I used here while working locally, I used the drive through, staff didn’t take care and occasionally got my order wrong and when using a local delivery service also got orders wrong. You are charged before delivery so you get what you get. I suggest you check your order at the window before you leave. Food is not always hot. Staff appears rushed and that shows in the level of mistakes.

Second time ordering with just eat and the second time the order has been delivered with missing items. No one answers the phone when you try to ring the store. If you order from here, don’t expect to get what you ordered or paid for.

Ordered from this KFC on just eat, I have done several times and never had any issues. However today, I ordered at 11:20 and the restaurant accepted my order and was all going smooth, was due to be delivered at 11:46. It is now 12:26 its been an our since I ordered, it still says that its trying to assign a driver but apparently the restaurant is now closed!!! No ones been able to help me I've not been able to get a hold of anyone and they still took my money! So both me and my daughter miss out on a treat and I lose money. Really not happy

If you've never been to a KFC then you're not missing out. Anyone, this KFC is OK and in line with most KFCs. Service was friendly enough, and as I had the app their was a discount on the price for one of the buckets. KFC chicken tasted good and we all ate to our fill... i probably more than the others. However, chips are not that good. Its a KFC so if you like it go, I may visit in the future post lockdown or order via the delivery apps!

Second time visiting kfc the most awful one I have been to the staff can't speak a word of English got all of our order wrong .advise get done staff that can actually take the order down correct and also she was very rude

Ordered online and yet again there is something missing off our order!!!! Eveytime we have items missing And I called up the attitude the man gave me on the phone was a joke!!! Poor severe poor attitude ../ will NOT be ordering from this kfc.... read and check your orders before sending them do your job

Probably used this place several times over the years it has been open. On having bad experience leave it for months/years before return as they are obviously franchised with massive turnover of staff. I have experience being over charged, wrong orders in bag/things missing, over cooked chicken, pieces with hardly any chicken, staff who in the main are less than au fait with the products and offers available. All in all a terrible place and it will be a long time until my next venture into the unknown.

The quality of service was terrible, staff was very impolite. Food was awful as well despite a high price

Once again we gave it a go.. We were told at 21:30.. Sorry we don't have boneless chicken and zinger meal is twenty minutes.. There was no one else waiting.. What a waste of time, the reviews say it all.

Arrived at this place and went to the toilets first for a Jimmy riddle and to wash my hands,wish I would of brought my swimming gear because of the urinal dripping. Then it was the food, hahaha asked for large popcorn and fries and 2 piece of chicken. On arrival back to my vehicle I found look warm chips, around 7 round bits of popcorn and sadly in the corner of a separate bag 2 pieces of what I would call chicken breast on a diet. All skin and bones. I no a lot of people that would love to know there dietricion name. Sorry about the spelling. O and I only got a small portion of chips , not what I payed for.

Awful customer service, rude manager and stale food. When questioned about order got defensive and rude. Need to change staff

Looked at the previous reviews and was skeptical if to stop here for dinner, but I must say the customer service was excellent, food was a little slow but it was freshly cooked. The staff went above and beyond.

I have ordered Tower burgers and they had all the ingredients, amazing. The lady who served us twenty minutes before closing had a face like a smacked Ar!! A good tip in customer service is to put the change in the person's hand as you did receive the money that way and not put it on the counter and walk off.. If you don't like working there.. Dont

I would not use this restaurant for a takeaway. If you do make sure you check your order as there is usually always something missing (sides, dips, sauces). It happens all the time. .the staff are friendly but i don't like being ripped off.

Staff were quick to take the order and deliver the food. A little queue formed behind us, but staff dealt with it quickly. Food tasted good and staff were generous with sauces.

Go here regular.... Can be frustrating sometimes. Food is usually excellent however it's a bit hit and miss. Sometimes too busy... Sometimes items out stock and sometimes items missing when you get home and finally sometimes no chicken in the bun mainly batter

I have had food from here a few times and the zinger burger is very small and you only have the bun. Hot wings very small and oily. I have tried other KFC's but will not be using this one again

No es una experiencia, eso seguro, pero es lo que es! Uno KFC es muy como de otro, la única diferencia es que lo bien que elegir para cocinar la comida. La mayoría de las comidas que he tenido desde allí son buenas, pero frío y grasienta. Como es llevar foid44 no se exactamente llevar y quejarme, ¿no? Aún así, no está mal para el precio y comodidad.

I visit KFC on Walsgrave road from time to time. I find the staff friendly and helpful enough and my order is always correct. The chicken is tasty and normally freshly cooked, nothing special but normal kfc fare.

Went to get a take away and as I entered the shop 2 blokes arguing with staff over cold food so not a good start shop was dirty in the seating area ordered food and paid I live only 7 mins away but food was cold the chips were fine when I called the store to complain they said I had to call head office not them very disappointed

Los nuevos burritos son simplemente muy desagradable. No era ni remotamente mexicana. Todo lo que era simplemente dos piezas de pollo dentro de una enorme terraza con queso, arroz, mayonaise picante, y unos poco piezas de lechuga. Lo digo en serio, si vas a intentar vender un burrito, menos usar queso rallado en vez de queso que es una reacción de plástico! ¿Dónde estaba la salsa, cebollas, tomates, guacamole, pimientos o calientes? Hicieron que el panorama deliciosa y sinceramente, parecía un burrito decente, pero salió como una televisión de pantalla plana, panecillo desastre. Fue la cosa más repugnante que he pedido. Ni siquiera ofrecen ketchup para nuestras patatas fritas. Todo era tan decepcionante. ¡Qué desperdicio de 15 libras.

Hadn't had a KFC in a long time & decided to pop in "on a whim" to the Walsgrave Road outlet. The chicken was way way overfried & tasted like eating a bag of crisps. Bit of a shame cos all previous KFC meals have been "spot on" but I will never go in there again!
