Last time we came all the drinks were warm. This time they have stopped all vegetarian patty options and only do the bean burger. Every time we come here while travelling it's a solid disappointment.

We returned here again today to collect some food,we noticed on arrival that the cleanliness has improved which was great as last time the seating area was not very clean.So they have obviously responded to my feedback which I’m pleased about.However service was still really slow again today,order took forever to come.But if Burger King can’t serve quickly that’s bad because car parking is a maximum of two hours here.Hard rock cafe could do a better job in serving more efficiently than BK!On the receipt you can scan a qr code to tell BK about your experience and get some stuff for free.Read all instructions carefully before doing it.So value gets a 5* in the value box on this review.Also they were playing the famous Burger King Roy Oribison track which was pretty cool.

Nipped in on way back to Plymouth,waited over 20mins. Received order which was thrown in paper bag,male staff member sweating all over it. Took it outside and chips were only worth eating. Chicken nuggets tastes stale,and the Fanta was warm and non fizzy. Only four staff on,who simply couldn't cope with it at all. Went to take food back,but wasn't waiting any longer for fresh food etc. Won't be going there again.

Thought this was meant to be a fast food service, didn’t expect to wait over an hour and a half for 4 chicken royals. They weren’t even serving soft drinks or milkshakes. Canceled the order and got our money back, waste of time.

All food was made timely The staff member George was very friendly and even double checked our order number to make sure we weren’t waiting too long. I double checked our order mentioned that we missed two items that we had ordered it was promptly fixed by George. Only downside I saw a guy in the back working no uniform on but other than that a positive experience

Restaurant in a quiet (at the time of writing) M5 services, 1 person serving who is doing his best but cannot cope with the queue. 25 minutes from order to getting food, waiting list currently on the screen shows 22 other people waiting. Absolutely pathetic, get your food elsewhere if you stop here.

An ok Burger King really not as good as McDonald’s but I suppose did it’s purpose.Ordering on screen was very easy and I was absolutely surprised by how large the menu was but then we had to wait ages for the food and also the bk dining area was absolutely discusting,but the decor looked nice and the prep area was clean.But it does need thrice the amount of staff it’s got already

Kids running asylum, no supervisor whatsoever and kids working who really don’t care. I had a code to be used at the till, he served his mates first and gave them free drinks as I watched it all happen, they were even gloating afterwards. He then dissapeared, behind talking to others. 20 minutes later he eventually takes my order, I asked for it be large. This confused him and low and behold when I got my order is was regular, well I say regular, 8 chips was regular, complained abs got told fryers are off now so they have what they could and again the child team left there posts! Annoyed, I walked over to Costa to get a large drink to only see him and his bk mate barge in front of me at the till and order. Once ordered they decided to chat and the woman st Costa wouldn’t serve me until there 5 minute chat was finished. Where the revelation of cleanliness came up, the bk people said they are meant to go back abs clean, but they never do and they leave early! What a disgusting place

I would have loved to have given this place a full 5 and apart from the wait time I would have. I visited here on the 24/07 and being late evening it wasn’t particularly busy but just seemed like a lot of the staff didn’t care enough to do their job and a basic job at that! I want to commend the young girl working alone packing the orders and trying to hustle to get them out, she seem so on the ball and the few young men I saw sauntering about could take a page out of her book.

ordered food, went forra poo, came back, done about 3 laps of the place, full time whistle went, still no food poor service.

Unbelievable experience. What I can only assume was the manager aggressively shouted at me and my partner for using one of the self serve tills when apparently we weren’t meant to! This person’s behaviour should be looked into by head office. Please send mystery shoppers to see what I mean!!

The only reason I stopped in here was because McDonalds was heaving, and I just needed a small bite to eat. It was virtually empty in there despite being lunchtime. The place was filthy and disorganised and although the staff were friendly they all looked a tad disinterested. And I couldn't get over how everything is so overpriced. It's a shame.

We were looking to stop off somewhere to use the toilets and get a bite to eat on the way to our holiday. The toilets were disgusting and the place was. Not a place where you want to take young kids or stop off. It was the worse ever. Really dirty. I am surprised they don't have health and safety visiting! should knock it all down and start fresh. I would not recommend it.

Im 51 years old and never failed to finish a burger until now. Last Wednesday evening we visited , granted it was busy still with holiday traffic at about 7 pm , i had a double whopper meal, partner a chicken sandwich. The price was nearly £20! The order was delivered wrong, we had to walk around the tables until we found one fairly clean.Halfway through eating my burger i saw liquid pooling on the wrapper underneath, believing it was water from the salad i touched it and it was fat or oil off the meat , disgusting. The worst experience in a fast food restaurant ive EVER had, i was tired and hungry and had no wish to raise the issues with staff as i was already close the throwing some chairs around and didn’t trust myself. Do yourself a favour and go to mcdonalds at m5 cullompton junction, ive been here many times at all times of the day and never been disappointed. Burger king Exeter M5 need staff more interested in quality and service and more motivated to clean tables regularly AVOID IT!

The location and facilities at the services were great but the service at the BK was so slow and I waited far too long to get my food.

So it's a way of getting her to eat 'red' meat and she loves the chilli bites.......I found it okay but now it's moved it's a long walk to get to it so I can't really be bothered which is a shame as the occasional burger is always fun.

We visited this place on the way back from holiday we was tired hungry and wanted feeding The whole place was dirty there was food and rubbish on the floor Behind the counter was a pile of trays which Was dirty stacked up on the dirty floor Staff were rude

Having been stood in the que for a while a female member of staff just came to the counter and supposedly mumbled "we are closed" leaving people wondering what she had said, a English member of staff came to the counter ( yes they sent a young lad ) to advise us they were now closed. We pointed out it was only 10:55 and there was another 5 minutes but he said the manager has closed early.These was no apology for closing early, and no consideration given to people whom were in the que. In 50 years this is the rudest person I have ever encountered, shame on you burger king.

Paramos aquí en nuestro camino a Bristol para algunos brunch.La zona estaba limpia, ordenada y abierta. El personal estaba bien. Pedí la comida whopper doble que era estándar.Mi marido pidió el tocino y queso hamburguesa doble que también era estándar.Un poco de buen pitstop y cumple las mismas expectativas, así como otras ramas bk merece una visita en sus viajes.

A menudo parada aquí de camino a y de Cornwall, en una práctica romper el largo viaje. BK siempre tiene largas colas, incluso peor cuando, como hemos experimentado, autocares de adolescentes descendiente de un viaje. Vale la pena inscribirse en Moto wifi a beneficiarse de las ofertas

Stopped on way home from West Country for quick lunch.

Me paré en Exeter Servicios por desesperación por algo de comer a las 9 de la noche. El Burger King comida parecía muy apetecible en el menú. El primer error fue creer que el menú. La hamburguesa en sí era pequeña, más preparado y servido en una pasada roll con 800 hojas de lechuga y no vestidor o la salsa. La porción de patatas fritas era tan pequeña que les podría contar con mis dedos y los dedos. Todo esto por 6 libras. Muy mala relación calidad-precio. Muy mala calidad. Nunca más.
