The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Food was OK but the actual place itself was disgusting. Place wasn't busy, maybe a couple of tables with people at them and a delivery guy waiting. The tables around were dirty from previous diners. There were at least 5 members of staff behind the counter not very busy looking at all, bins were all overflowing and the toilets were needing checked. I certainly wouldn't go back here.

I am really surprised at the other reviews. We frequently visit this Subway, and the staff are incredibly charming, sometimes it can be a bit slow with only 1 member working, but the place is generally well kept. Other reviewers have to remember that respect is a two-way agreement.

AVOID. GO TO COSTA INSTEAD. Very rude & aggressive barista. Got my drink order wrong. Then told me he could not make me the drink that I ordered. Then gave me some Luke warm alternative as they could not be bothered to add the correct amount of ice. Walked past an hour later and saw him get into his white BMW convertible, which he had parked outside the store, with a large ice drink looking smug.

Have been here many times as is local - the KFC is often short staffed and I worry overworked. I am writing this however as the staff are always kind, and clearly good people. Especially Parvinder, who has served me a number of times and always makes an effort to light up your evening.

Dreadful. Slow to give order. Chips were cold and stale/solid. £17 for a worse-than-McDonald's burger, and then they wanna charge you for ketchup...

This restaurant has finally given me the strength to never trust or eat KFC again in my life. Bad hygiene, cold food, off chicken, my son and myself have both been poisoned 🤮 from this KFC. I look forward to my life without this brand.

I have been going to this particular McDonalds with no issue . However based on what I witnessed and how I was spoken today . I will never go to this branch again! The manager spoke to me like rubbish and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Left there very upset and bewildered!

My husband ordered via an app for dinner last night.he ordered zinger burger and I, chicken wings. I’m currently pregnant. Luckily, I had eaten something else as I was very hungry coming from work. Early hours of the morning he started vomiting and diarrhoea. He clearly has a stomach bug from poorly prepared food. Never again will I order from KFC. It would’ve had a significant effect to me and the baby!

I ordered from this kfc branch on my holiday, we ordered food for 6 people with 3 young children and we were utterly disappointed and quite frankly shocked with what we received. Our food took an hour to arrive, which with 3 small children is completely too long. Our order was missing coleslaw, a piece of chicken and beans for my 2 year old who is extremely picky. We attempted to call this kfc, calling around 10 times and the call was declined each time, which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable after our cold, minuscule meals with missing food for a 2 year old. Don’t order from this kfc!!! this meal completely ruined our weekend away and caused nothing but inconvenience having to find picky children food to eat.

An hour and half wait food came cold burger was raw in the middle only cooked on the outside chicken tikka was raw inside wrap full of oil chicken burger was hard never known it to be bad normally a great takeaway but not even cooking food properly and the wait is ridiculous very rude on the phone aswel definitely won’t be ordering again

There was no other way to contact McDs but I wanted to leave some feedback about tonight’s drive thru visit. We are used to dealing with very disinterested staff when visiting here, however, tonight we had the pleasure of being served by 2 really friendly girls. The customer service was absolutely spot on. The girl taking the order was so polite and friendly, and the girl at the second window handing over the food asked us to park up, but again she was extremely friendly, warm and the customer service on point. Well done to both

Hello there we went for staff are very rude I like too say too all the costomer not orders in this kFC again this kfc harassing too public also the delivery person tell us they are harassing too drivers too 👎👎👎👎👎

This has got to be the worst fast food I have ever had. Whopper. Dry crumbling bread, lukewarm hard moisture-less burger. One small slice of tomato, wilting lettuce, few strips of onion, clumped together. Truly appalling. I would give it a zero if that was an option.
