Burger King in Rushmoor

This has got to be the worst fast food I have ever had. Whopper. Dry crumbling bread, lukewarm hard moisture-less burger. One small slice of tomato, wilting lettuce, few strips of onion, clumped together. Truly appalling. I would give it a zero if that was an option.

On the whole I like Burger King for a quick meal but this has got to be the the second worst Burger King in the UK after the one at Newport Pagnell. There were two of us needing a quick meal and we chose BK but maybe a simple sandwich from M & S would have been better. The Burger was appalling, tasteless and cold - but we had already left and were eating these in the car so too late to go back. The only bright thing was the fries - amazingly good and hot Unfortunately the Chicken was also tasteless and cold. All in all, for £17 the quality and value for money was poor and you wonder how BK can allow such poor standards at Motorway stops. There are better things to do with £17 .Freies

Been to a few burger kings but this has been the worst ever! Had to return burger as cold! Then when got a hot one was mouth burning so microwave was used! By then the chips were cold ! The cappuccino well half a cup! Really!!!!

Not exemplary, but nothing overly wrong £8 for a meal which you can order using the self service tablets which speeds up the process, food was cooked quickly and service station overall was clean and tidy.

i ordered a whopper no bun at the till as you cant customise on the screens unlike mcdonalds. instead of just assembling it and wrapping it they completely deconstructed it and gave it me in a box like a salad. i asked if she could wrap i as i pointed out i ordered a burger not a salad and the girl in the kitchen looked at the server and went no im not doing it. The server was like she cant where upon i asked for the paper tipped it out on the desk and wrapped in my damm self. How is it hard people!! Absolutely disgusting service walk over the bridge to mcdonalds and dont give them a penny of your money they dont deserve it its also twice the price as its a motorway services

We were on our way west, hadn’t eaten all day and it was 2 in the afternoon. We decided on Burger King for a bit of a change, and a horrible change is what we got. My chicken fingers were burnt, the onion rings were tasteless, dipping sauce forgotten, burger was bland too. Best thing about the meal were the drinks! When most menu items are £8 without the meal, you’d expect at least edible fast food. How you’re able to ruin deep fried food is beyond me. Won’t be going here again and probably not any other Burger King anytime soon.

We ordered from the customer screens and then waited a very long time for our food and drink. The child that ordered from KFC was served much more quickly. The food was to the normal standard but the drinks seemed watery. Prices were approximately what you would expect for motorway service areas. I wouldn't recommend this place but would use it again if I had to and buy my drink elsewhere.

The food is fine, the staff are fine, its always (in my opinion) fresh and tasty but its so damn expensive. simple over priced.

Called into here whilst travelling south on the M3. Fleet services is currently going through some major changes. Burger King in situated in the main area. Typical food available. Drinks as usual also tasteless. Everything here more expensive then your usual Burger King, but then that is usual with everything at a service station. Only went as was absolutely necessary to have a food break.

This turned out to be longer than I thought and wanted . After standing in the que for ten mins whilst watching some guy chat to his mate I just couldn’t be bothered to wait to I said ‘mate will someone take my order’ the other guy said err yeah . Bit rude but I just thought hurry up I have to get back to work . Food came quick but not a fast service and bad customer service .

As a frequent user of Fleet Services this is the second time I've used this Burger King in two / three weeks. Not "Fast Food" in any way, to few un-interested staff, slow isn't the word for it. Ice Cream Machine been broken for weeks (great in summer!). And why ask customers if they are eating in or taking away if you never give out trays anyway. It's a great shame the Big Mac's are over the road. It will be the last time I use this Burger King, and maybe any others, thank goodness there's a choice at Fleet.

Used this several times over the year ...... convenient on the M3 when travelling on business. It is exactly what you would expect.

Only accessible when the Princes Mead shopping centre is open during the day. Food always seems to be cooked fresh so you have to wait but its worth it. Seating area shared as part of a food court type area.

Food not very nice very bland. Burger was burned and not very warm did not feel that it was very clean. Burger tasted dry and rubbery

On the High Street close to Robert Dyas. Buy something useful for the home and then have a burger. Plenty of seats. Bright and efficient. Nothing exceptional but a nice change from a Big Mac.
