KFC in North Lanarkshire

Food was OK but the actual place itself was disgusting. Place wasn't busy, maybe a couple of tables with people at them and a delivery guy waiting. The tables around were dirty from previous diners. There were at least 5 members of staff behind the counter not very busy looking at all, bins were all overflowing and the toilets were needing checked. I certainly wouldn't go back here.

Twice I have had chicken twister Meal from here and ended up with severe diarrhea and nausea. I tried tracing back where I ate and after finding it happened the day after visiting this place ,twice it has happened. Will never eat KFC again.

Despite the fact the staff member was extremely busy, she went above and beyond to help me as I am not familiar with the menu . Excellent customer service, will definitely return. Food was hot and tasty, Her name was Milli I think. She is a keeper kfc. Polite professional and a credit to KFC .

I love how this place thinks because you have gone through the drive through that they can give you reheated (cold food) took right back in and complained, chips stone cold! Hot wings NOT hot and totally tasteless, actually thinking about complaining to environmental health, my chicken must have been reheated at least twice! Totally disgusting. Rather starve than go back here!

Went here with hubby on 6th Dec. as we were going to Showcase Cinema later. Placed our order and waited, and waited, and waited. I saw what I just knew was part of our order sitting on counter minus the french fries. All the deliveries were getting served really quickly, but customers actually wanting to eat in restaurant were piling up like cars on the M8 at rush hour. 5 mins. later I checked the counter and our part order was still sitting there getting colder and colder as we got hotter and hottert! Finally after 15 mins. called our number then was told we had to wait a few minutes for our fries...and yes, that was our order sitting on the counter. Asked for our money back and had a lovely meal in MacDonalds.

Me and my partner went in for some food n both ordered the exact same thing , boneless banquet and he had bit into his chicken and ate a bit and it was RED , and the other one he bit into had a big black bit , DO NOT RECOMMEND, will not be back as my partner doesn’t feel well at all

turned up at 2 mins to 11, was expecting to be turned away as they were closing but no they served us and got what we wanted to order, the food was hot so wanted to thank them for serving us so late

Asked for a 3 piece mighty meal and only received 2. I Feel they are constantly trying to cut corners. You don't get dips unless you asked even if specifically mention as part of your meal. Are always out of everything and staff can't seem to muster up enough enthusiasm to care.

I wouldn't normally review a fast food place but I was moved to as this was so disappointing. Chips were cold & uncooked, chicken was like rubber & corn on the cob was overcooked & wet. Won't be back!

Just finished a family night out at the bowling and my daughter wanted chicken as a supper. Ordered all our meals and everyones except mine would be ready they communicated this. I was happy to wait - shout me up i said. 5 or so minutes later Bethany brought it to me.... Such a professional, an asset to your company.

Stopped off here on the way home and after a long travel from mull i expected alot more than bad attitude from the young girl on the counter who served me. Yes this place needs a make over and staff need training in customer service only person i found polite was stewart. Food was ok felt like the chicken was really dry

Walked in today must have only been about 8 people eating at the restaurant ... Most of the tables were littered with rubbish and unclean !! Floor was sticky !! We turned round and walked out ! Wouldn't go back !

First up the service was immensely slow. When we got our order there were items missing. We received no apologies for the slow service and the long wait for our food. I found the staff to be clueless when we were asking about the menu. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend going here.

Only about 12 customers in and saw seven members of staff but still place was a mess. Tables filthy and bins overflowing that u couldnt empty your tray in. Ordered fillet tower large meal for daughter and wrap for myself. After a bit of a wait eventually got food. On opening it my wrap bearly had anything on it. Also fries were cold so returned them to be told would get more. Five mins wait and still none. Returned to counter to which they had forgot by then all other food was cold. Ate what we could then left because we had an appointment, on which my daughter informed me there was on fillet mayo and lettuce on her meal. Not happy at all. Will never be back. Disgusting

Very abrupt, uninterested and unapproachable staff. Smile? Forget it. The person behind the counter got my order wrong and when i questioned it started accusing me in an aggressive way, i. e. it was apparently all my fault. The other person behind the counter was just as unhelpful. Honestly these people have no idea what customer service is. Are they trained at all? All they had to do was say : "Ok, sorry i didn't hear you, here's another mighty bucket". Toilet smells. Food was ok.

Esta restricciones hará sus daños en la salud en serio. Comida rápida o no. Les dan órdenes equivocado decir que la culpa de su agresiva. Son idiotas pero bien. a Son suerte, decide ignorar lo que podría haber sido más que avergonzar a alguien Leathel y costar su trabajo. Entiendo que el dinero es todo lo que alguien que su era. Yo puse una orden que estaba equivocado totalmente me dijeron que pedí dos graveys mealwhen wicked zinger con una llamada de queja.

Oh dear, the place is dirty, tables floors and seats are uncleared, service is terrible, only one serving and nothing ready, poor poor experience all round

We went to Spectre in the Showcase cinema. Ver plush comfortable seating with plenty of legroom for my 195cm frame.

He estado allí varias veces y cada vez es el mismo, sucio mesas/piso, papeleras y contenedores estaban llenos, las colas en el mostrador porque normalmente sólo una persona tomando la comida los pedidos y sirviendo la comida tibia. Siempre revisa su pedido antes de abandonar...

Only one star bcoz it's close to a Showcase cinema , staff slow , cannot be bothered attitude , the place is dirty & grubby, very very slow service especially when busy , no drive or enthusiasm from staff , food ( ok it's a KFC ) very average , tired & dull looking just like staff . Avoid unless you are prepared to wait for food that is very mediocre.

Iv tried different KFC restaurants to ensure we weren't taring the whole company with the mistakes and eras of couple restaurants but unfortunately this wasn't the case...everytime we have had food from any KFC we have both ended up to some extent with food poisoning. Due to this we avoid all these restaurants like the plague.
