Had burger 7 a few times over the years always brilliant food choices decent priced and delicious, defo the best burger joint around

I have had Burger7 couple of times now and I must admit It never disappoints. A must try if you're fancying some Burgers.

Good food wee pit pricey if you have a family of 4 but nice as a treat once a month lol

Food is always excellent, service is always great and quick. I've only ever taken out so I can't comment too much on the atmosphere, but over all it's fab!

Burger 7 is my favourite takeaway place. Cowboy burger is amazing!!!

Just Eat delivered the ( much cheaper) wrong order. Burger 7 are taking no responsibility even though they are the restaurant who use Just Eat and it is the only way to get a delivery from them. Just Eat are uncontactable, but might refund eventually. So I’m now left with no dinner and a very unhelpful “it’s nothing to do with us “ from Burger 7. Disappointed in a restaurant I use regularly.

Burger. 7 has went down hill think they are using the cheapest of products but still wanting the big profits not interested on the costumers anymore the food was worse then a burger out Aldi’s frozen isle and very cheeky when called about it

I lived in the area a few years ago when you first started off it was awesome. But tonight I asked for a cheese burger meal, to be told you don't do meals anymore. I asked for 5 wings and again when you first open it was proper double jointed wings. I received wings I could have had from Morrisons rotisserie section. Will not be back........ If you want a good place to eat try @pocoloco in newmains.

Very poor customer service/arrogant staff (in particular the manager/boss), other staff are okay. Won’t visit this shop ever!

Burgers were ok. Mac and cheese nothing special, thought why not add some herbs or something. Garlic fries again nothing amazing. Food came on time and presented well enough.

This is how a burger should be. Collected our food tonight from Airdrie restaurant and got a warm greeting and handed our food straight away. Fresh, hot, generous portions and extremely tasty! The wings are the best out there. Only complaint is I don't have enough space in my belly for more!!! Will be back very soon. Well done team Burger7👍👍👍

5 stars for quality, 1 star for value for money I got burger 7 for 9.5 pounds, size of a burger from my favourite kebab shop with similar taste (except for the pickle) but I pay there 4 pounds... it was worth a try but never again. If someone is rich and doesn't care about his money at all - it is recommended.

Amazing food, they offer a menu with zing and snap, hard yo find these days, these guys do it different and better, wait to you try the burgers, there is nearby off street parking which is helpful, when collecting your food.

I’ve eaten from here fairly regularly, and the food has always been decent. The sit in restaurant in Coatbridge is great when it’s available but I’m yet to have a good experience from the Airdrie takeaway. Two of the past three orders have been incorrect. Last night I placed a £50 order for collection through their app, was given a 15 minute window for collection so arrived at the end of this after previously waiting far too long, and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. WHAT IS THE POINT IN ORDERING FOR COLLECTION IF THE FOOD ISN’T READY? Waiting at the door was disorganised chaos, a mix of Uber eats and deliveroo drivers, no rhyme or reason for when orders were coming out, and to top it off one of our burgers was missing from the order. Think I’ll wait until I can sit in but will be avoiding the Airdrie takeaway.

Too expensive for me, but food excellent.

First time ordering from here & sad to say it will be the last! Food arrived & was cold - the cheesy chips was a "clump" of cheese on top of cold chips. The burger which had pulled pork on top was disgusting to taste. Very poor quality of food - delivered cold - will not revisit!!

Still haven't returned my money from an order that was cancelled last Saturday after cancelling through just eat because it wasn't here in 3 hours ! Manager Matthew cheeky on phone ! Asked him to return my call last night still yet nothing ! Don't buy from this company who haven't refunded me and I never even got my food !!!

Ordered via Just Eat. Quoted 45 - 60 minute delivery time. Almost 2 hours later, food still hasn't arrived. I live 4 minutes from the restaurant (if you can call it that). AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE - LIES ABOUT DELIVERY TIMES AND CANT DELIVER ON TIME DESPITE BEING JUST ROUND THE CORNER.

Ordered a takeaway tonight at 7pm and still no takeaway had been delivered 2 hours later.. I have called the restaurant 105 times and its just going straight onto answering machine first time ordering and it will definitely be my last

I work in the area and popped in for a hotdog on the way home as I had never been and had heard people talking about this place wish I would have went to McDonald’s what I found when I got the hotdog home was disgusting chewy pulled pork on the bottom with no sauce a microwaved hotdog and not even melted cheese on top plus bun was flattened to slice of bread.

After reading about burger 7 on social media decided to go for a drive through 20 miles away.. very disappointed, order was wrong for a start, burger was flung together with layers of “slaw” & sauces, making the bun soggy & fell to bits, both burgers had all sorts on them that wasn’t supposed to be!! Bacon on burger burnt to a crisp, not to mention our pulled pork fries, pulled pork was dry & flavourless, everything we had was very greasy all in all very much a Disappointment but in fairness staff seemed under pressure with telephone orders! Won’t return to the Airdrie burger 7 there’s a lovely wee chippy over the road 👌

I've visited this place numerous times and I've never been disappointed yet, I will continue to come back again and again.

Burgers sides you name it are brilliant here, you can build your own too. Well worth the money, add what you like take out what you don't. They are very acomodating xxx

Tried here for the first time last month. Burgers are delicious (nicely wrapped and still warm by the time it's delivered) The mountain of chips are nice and crunchy. Been back since. Yum

I've visited this place on two occasions, first time placed telephone order for collection, collected the burger and drove to Cumbernauld, burger was wrapped in tin foil but there was only residual heat, basically it was cold. I thought that maybe this was due to the travelling time or maybe it had been sitting a while prior to me collecting it, explains why it would be cold. I went back again but placed an order in the shop and waited for it, received it wrapped in foil, paper bag, and plastic bag, drove the 2 minute journey home only to find it was cold yet again. I don't know if the toppings are cold out of the fridge and cooling the unseasoned meat, who knows. Staff were very friendly, burger was very cold. Nobody wants a cold burger. The end.

After reading the reviews I thought I'd drive over and give it a bash, average at best. Ordered salad with my burger and was charged for it - no salad. The burger was far too rich without it - hence the reason for the order. Partner ordered a double burger - he said it was tasteless. Garlic dip - cheap crap - you can taste the difference, cheap cheese on the chilli chips and bacon fries - no salt offered either. Wouldn't go back.

Visit this takeaway very regularly even though I stay 20 mins away well worth it. Everything is freshly made

Went to the Airdrie takeaway ordered online ordered got the order and part of it was missing, ordered the meal only got the burger so had paid extra for nothing, food was good but felt it was a bit over priced

For the fifth time, I have made the mistake to forget previous disappointments from Burger 7 and order from them again. Should have known but I thought if I explained my order explicitly enough and repeated it maybe this time it wouldn't happen. But yet again, wrong order. I specifically say no slaw and my burger is covered, I ask for sauce I get none, not the best attitude on the phone. Anyone with a customer service background would offer to resend the food plus a refund but no. This time I have definitely learned my lesson.

A thought I would try burger7 again as it was a long time since I've been there. Waited along time for my order which was just OK Overpriced

Been here several times a few way the mrs and pals, best burgers about and the ribs are 2nd to none 👍👍pick up decent aswell, never had a delivery so unable to comment on that

Basically burger meal and fries stank...!!! Delivery time meant it needed to be reheated in microwave

Pedimos comida para llevar de la tienda de airdrie y wow, me quedé sorprendido de cómo la comida era sabrosa. Deliciosos bollos brioche y no me puedo quejar del resto de la comida. Tuve un sándwich de cerdo desmenuzado y mi marido tenía el 7 burger y dijo que estaba en su top 3 mejor :)

La comida estaba bien, y el servicio era rápido y amable. Yo diría que quizás no gusto mucho diferente de la hamburguesa, pero grandes cadenas relativamente caro.

El personal es agradable, limpio, lo cual ayuda a hacer compras, hamburguesas son agradables de tripas corazón grande mucho en ese momento. Tenía un perro caliente. para probar el rollo no fue en un gran disco duro. . Patatas fritas plsins. dun cómo me gustan crujientes encantadora.

Great place for proper burgers and chips friendly staff and prices are on par with most other fast food burger places but the burgers are far superior they also have a restaurant in Coatbridge if you fancy sitting in to eat

Their beef burgers are delicious, but not been as impressed with other stuff like chicken fillets, ribs; called burger 7, go for burger is my advice is great.

We went into the Airdrie shop a couple of weeks back for the first time. Matthew was great - really helpful even accommodated portion sizes. We got a take away - The Cowboy & The Chick plus garlic fries and pulled pork fries. As far as burgers go... totally delicious. Loads of flavour, fresh and home cooked. I have resisted temptation to go back every single night since then...until tonight. Got a delivery and the food was divine and hot on arrival. This time also got Mac & Cheese which did not disappoint.this is totally on a par with the big burger joints currently taking control in cities.In fact, this has that personal touch which is a rarity. Thanks Matthew and family.I'll be back!

Seven adults and five children visited on a Monday late afternoon for a five year old's birthday tea. Staff kindly put a couple of birthday banners on the wall. Children had a mixture of burgers, chicken strips and mac & cheese which went down well but the chicken had a little bit of spice in the coating which may not suit all. Adults had burgers, chicken, ribs and beef brisket sandwich and shared various flavours of chips from plain through garlic to chilli and cheese. Beware, the chilli and cheese portion would serve as a main course in some places. Chilli could have been a bit more spicy though. Various sauces on offer and the hot sauce is particularly fiery. Soft drinks can be had as draught or cans and there are full bar facilities too. Staff were very patient with the children messing about with balloons etc. Everyone enjoyed the food and staff kindly cut up the birthday cake and served it too. Was a bit dubious from some of the previous TA comments but we would certainly return and try some other offerings on the menu.

Definitely the best fast food burger in Lanarkshire. Only 4* though as everyone I have been I've had a hot can. Awesome burger but hot juice takes the edge off.

Have eaten in the Coatbridge diner and had numerous takeaway from the Airdrie place.Nice food, although often cold by the time I reach home, not the best value for money for a burger and chips, however it is tasty.

Well, i never fell for the hype when this place first opened and have pretty much avoided until recently (very late August)...when we wanted something different from the usual take away places on a night where we couldn't be bothered cooking. Well have to say I wasn't disappointed.Being amateurs here we were unsure of what to order, so between the three of us we cot a meal deal (during the week was 2 burgers and fries for £10) and then a 3rd burger and a side of Chilli Fries...man were we fed or what!Opted for a normal Burger with pulled pork, The Cowboy and the Seven...and man we were stuffed. The burgers were huge....and tasty. All the accompanying fries were spot on too...particularly the Chilli Fries (Fires, Chilli and Cheese). Quality and flavours were just spot on. Have to say the seven was a behemoth of a burger....to the point where I was the only one to finish my burger with the rest of the family finding it just to big a challenge.Would we go back, sure we would...but i now fancy trying their sit-in place in Coatbridge first....just to see if the can replicate the goodness :)

Been here lots of times. The burgers are always very good but i feel the price is a bit much for what it is. Also ordered a delivery twice before and both times arrived cold, not what i would expect form a £0 food delivery.

Tried Burger7 for the first time after hereing food was very good. Chips where frozen and burger was nothing special, infact whole family put them in the bin.

Burgers are excellent and very good value. Chips are amazing! They also have a takeaway shop in Airdrie which we have used - very good too.

Had seen a few people posting on Facebook and thought we'd give it a try. We went early on a Saturday night - had a laugh at the fact we had booked as the place was empty. Decor not particularly fancy - not unpleasant but just on a budget. The two female waitresses were fantastic. Both very welcoming and so polite and friendly. Full marks for those girls. Not a single fault with the service they provided.Food? I ordered the special which was sliders with a side order of Cajun fries and coleslaw. Hubby had a roadhouse with a side order of regular fries and onion rings. Neither of us were disappointed. Both loved the burgers which were served on brioche buns. Coleslaw was excellent though it did look a bit strange as it was shocking pink (due to the red cabbage) and served in a tin cup! Regular fries were excellent though husband was reluctant to share - I was informed later that they were the best chips ever (and he should know as he eats a lot of them). Cajun fries? Nah - wouldn't rush back. Onion rings were very good but needed a dip. Waitress recommended a mayonnaise/jalapeno dip that worked perfectly.With drinks, bill was £31. Excellent value for a good meal with good service. Can't praise the waitresses highly enough. We'll be back.

This place is awesome service and food were top notch. We came in on a Thursday afternoon,party of 7 adults and 6 kids dealt with no problem. Lunchtime menu is split into £5 & £7 options, I went for bacon burger with bbq sauce and a diet coke, a variety of other orders around the table, the staff made us feel welcome and constantly asked how our food was and if we needed more drinks. I certainly would go back.

We love this place. The food is just superb. The service is great and if delivery the drivers are nice too the food is hot and fresh. We haven't tried the sit in restaurant in Coatbridge yet but my grandson tells me it's brill. Well done to the management who are 'visible' and friendly.

Best burgers we had in town! The Coatbridge restaurant is very nice, love the atmosphere and the design! Very family friendly, nice waiters!! we all love the burgers and the maltesers cheesecake and the chocolate sundae!

I used to go here a lot but recently it has changed. The reason unknown. I got a burger and as soon as i tried to pick it up to take a bit it just crumble in my hand. So i had to find a fork to eat it rather than waste the food. I do enjoy a REAL burger but the byn let it down. I think its good value for money though but i'm not a fan of messy food that just goes all over my hand.I think i will stop going for a while and hopefully when i return and might give a better review.

Food tastes amazing and the burgers are honestly so so good. The only downside I find is that if you need a delivery it takes way over an hour which has sometimes put me off.
