Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum! Burgers looked and smelled amazing, husband and both boys enjoyed very much! I had the Mac & cheese and it was lovely! Onion rings with the garlic butter and mayo were delicious… crispy onions on top of onion rings, GENIUS ❤️

food was delivered cold as Driver had taken 2 deliveries at the same time and mine was last to be delivered food was OK but stone cold !👎

Usually sit in and it's lovely. Great food and lovely staff. Don't deliver to your house though. The driver was rude and the food came freezing and soggy.

We ordered a delivery that was due to arrive at 22.05,it’s now 23.35 and it’s still not here although it says it has been delivered on the app. Phoned a couple of times but no answer at the restaurant.

Food never arrived. Basically nicked by delivery driver and told to contact just eat to resolve with no success so far. Used to be fine to order from but changed recently. Be careful when ordering from here

We have been here a good few times. If we ever fancy a burger, this is the only place we would go. Every visit the burgers have been fantastic! Tonight I had a chicken burger with pulled pork, it was delicious. Hubby declared his equally delicious. They have WEST beer on tap, what's not to like! My only recommendation, other than come here and try it yourself, would be bring a roll of kitchen paper with you 😄 🤣 as the gorgeous sauce, generously coating the burgers, can get messy. Great value for money, great wee place

Buffalo tenders & mac n cheese were spot on. Great portion sizes, and tasted fab. Just what I needed!

Food was amazing, only dropped a star due to waffles being too sweet for me, everything else 10/10. Service could not be faulted, so attentive. Atmosphere, a little quiet, but great music playing. The centre it's in may not look posh or new, but this place is a gem!!!

Bog standard food. Nice seating area, but no atmosphere atall. Food very average for the price, waitress polite enough but didn't seem interested in us. Couldn't ask if the meal was OK for example and didn't even offer any sauces for the chicken burger....plain and dry. Seemed like a frozen breaded chicken fillet from Famfoods, not a freshly made one. Not sure why she didn't bother to ask about the sauce, wouldn't return in a hurry. *to.add insult, the Manager has accused me of lying. Couldn't make it up. Jokers! Steer well clear!

Don't think I'll be ordering here again unfortunately. Burger had cheese and sauce missing, was very very bland and soggy. Loaded fries were soggy and unsalted, again very bland. Chilli tasted as if it was from a tin. My can of fanta was missing and the food was pretty cold. Delivery was brilliant timing but the food let it down BIG style. £25 wasted and majority went in the bin. Not a fan.

Uncle Sam burger was a bit drier than normal as they seem to have gone for a smash burger approach this time but I love the fact these don’t overdo it with chilli con carne, like other places do cos it’s a big gamble ordering a sandwich style scran with chilli in it cos some places think more is better. Do they not know what happens to bread when you pour 3 pints of the runniest mince over it? Anyway… these guys don’t do that

Ordered garlic fries and got give fries that look like peri peri or something which we couldn’t eat because we both don’t like those chips so spent £9 on something we couldn’t even eat

one item was wrongly delivered the first time, called store and the girl couldn’t have been more helpful and kind, and she then delivered the missing items herself. Which was massively appreciated. Food was also great!!!

Food was nice. Forgot my B7 sauce though. I also left a note asking for no bbq sauce and only ranch on the burger but there was no ranch at all (on the ranch burger) but bbq sauce on it. Don’t know if the note wasn’t read or just misread

driver was very impatient wasn't even at the door for one whole minute the first time he chapped the door he rattled it as I was unlocking the door with a key he rattled harder then left the bag on top step n git back into the car. there was no need for it

Salt and pepper burger was so salty on one half it was awful.. Very dissapointing as usually its great but this time its almost like itd been seasoned with the salt and chiili seasoning and then again with regular salt

Missing items, vanilla milkshake.

Ordered 4 meals and all delivered hot and well wrapped. All tasted great and cooked to perfection. Delivery was prompt and driver courteous on handover.

First visit today. Food was brilliant. Salt n chilli burger was unreal. We also got a couple of sides which were brilliant as well. Will be back as there was plenty of choice on the menu. Looking forward to it.

Far too much Cajun spice on the chips. To the point they are not edible. Not for the first time I’ve experienced this from here recently. The burgers are always good and the chips used to have a normal amount of spice. But someone is dumping half a kilo of Cajun spice over the chips now and it’s totally ruining them.

Asked for no ranch sauce on the tenders but unfortunately there was ranch on them so had to be binned! Other than that. It was goor

Burger was absolutely great. Soft bun. Plenty of cheese n bacon to complement good patties. If I'm being critical the cheesey fries very much overpriced. Tasty enough though tbf. You won't go wrong from here.

Gutted to say this will be our last Burger 7 delivery as we are moving to Kilmarnock, but honoured enough to finally leave it a review (I'm really not one for leaving reviews). This place never disappoints. It is always our go to takeaway as we have never had a bad meal from here. It will be missed. Cheers team, and all the best 👍

burgers are nowhere near what they used to be. thin overdone and dry. Used to be like 5 guys, now more like 2 week old mcdonalds. Second time in a rowits been like this so will never be back.

food arrived 2 hours late and wrong

Had a great experience when I went for dinner. It was quite quiet so we got in and served instantly. Our server was lovely and friendly. We only waited a short time on the food arriving but once it did it was lovely and warm. The burger was the best burger I have ever had, the tater tots had just enough toppings on them so get the flavour of them. We got a portion of BBQ wings to share and they were delicious. I would definitely recommend this as the menu has a lot to pick from and the food is a great standard.

Server was really nice but burger was terrible had a cheeseburger and chips with cheese. burger was chewy fatty one of the worst I’ve ever had my partner had a chicken burger which he said it was nice hit and miss prob won’t be bk

wrap was so heavily salted (maybe piri piri salt) it was completely inedible. don't normally take the time to leave reviews but a massive waste of money!

We got the salt and chilli chicken burrito and salt and chilli loaded fries. Fries definitely weren't loaded or salt and chilli. It was just chips and curry sauce with a few onions on top. Very bland not worth the money we paid for them. Burrito definitely wasn't salt and chilli chicken just plain chicken chunks, a small blob of curry sauce and the rice was plain white, not spicy as said in the description. Very misleading. Disappointed as my partner and I were looking forward to this.

Food was average. Burger was a bit bland and overly greasy, cheese on the chips didn't even melt. Was edible but not sure I'd pay for it again.

few issues store aren't willing to help at all we always drive over to get our order and always enjoy the food as we're all unwell we decided to get just eat massive mistake and I know it's a just order not store but still not happy way food

Wrong food was delivered, had to make my own way after I contacted the right owner of the food which has now cost me fuel expenses and close to £35 worth of food that I never received? Chances are someone has received a free meal and I am the one out of pocket? Understand mistakes happen daily which I can live with but unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the experience.

Great food as always. However, I did order the samurai chicken tenders which was supposed to have a wasabi mayo & spring onions but instead it just had normal mayo & no spring onions. Food was still delicious but I would maybe have chosen something else if I knew it was going to be different. Thanks again for the great food.

Ordered 2 salt and chilli burgers, and normally these are really good, but tonight both burgers tasted as if a bottle of salt was poured in. Ultimately they were inedible after a few bites. Very disappointed, however the chicken tenders were delicious!

It was lovely food and the service was great. The place was quiet when we went in for are takeaway so can't comment much on the atmosphere. Will be back if I am ever up here again for work.

Always love ordering from this burger 7 ( Coatbridge ) the food is always on point and never disappoints. The delivery was early tonight which most of the time it’s either early or just about on time. We genuinely order the same order every time and it always tastes amazing. Thank you everyone

As usual the burgers and sides were delicious ànd delivered on time.

The driver could not find the house. Drove past several times and I spent 25 minutes guiding the driver in resulting in the food being freezing by the time it was delivered. Very poor experience.

gave my lactose intolerant friend a cheese burger after specifically saying no cheese so he had to not have dinner

Not the usual quality from B7. The garlic mayo was off and the burger was burnt around the edges.

All food delivered before the estimated delivery time. Fries were hot n fresh and not floppy as if left over ...so really good. Burgers were filled as advertised and all tastes brilliantly. Wrap was made to perfection.
