As a veteran I have a Defence Discount Card (veterans discount) which should give me discount in KFC but KFC in Brixton has refused this the arrogant women claiming she is the supervisor was rude with a smile on her face. What annoyed me was not getting the discount but the smug face women behind the counter who refused ti admit she was in the wrong and she was rude.

Went to order and pick it up myself, black lady who was filling my box was looking everywhere else except what she was doing and so the 2 sauces and the 2 extra hotwings I ordered and paid for weren't anywere in the box once i was home. Now the food, chips where dry soggy, too soft and had no taste whatsoever. The Zinger tower burger was so bad, the bread so dry and old, the two "tiny & skinny" chicken patties where just dry tastless and hard as cardboard, no spiced coating just a little blob of hot sauce just horrible and i've had so many good zingers in the past :( Now, I though the hotwings have to be ok, they must cook them more often than the rest of the crap they served me so far.. They seemed nicely crisp on the outside, but inside → Freaking raw! Not just pink but almost red! These people need to be retrained, they need to learn bloody TEMPERATURES! And I'm a 28 years experienced chef and I have the right to say it. Never again, get a grip guys, start firing whoever is the manager who doesnt check the crap food and the attitude that goes on front house.

We had to wait a while to order our food at KFC Brixton after work (1am) on a Thursday evening/ Friday morning. However, when we did, we were greeted by the most kind and thoughtful human being Nikhil. Nikhil apologised for how late they were running and made sure we got everything we asked for, plus sauces. I have had issues with this branch before, but this was the most lovely experience and made the wait well worthwhile. Big thanks to Nikhil for staying polite and keeping good service for us key workers even at 1am!

As me and a couple friends went to KFC BRIXTON today we walked in the shop to see messy ques and out of service card machines. Not one of the staff members helped customers with the machines nor tell them that it was broken. The que was so unorganised. Additionally, staff were very rude, loud and slow. When i had then waited already 10 minutes in the que i waited even more than 15 minutes for my food to be prepared (there was not that much people in the shop at the time). The staff were having their own conversations not caring or noticing how much people were frustrated by waiting for their food for a long period of time. When i had got given my food it wad dry and cold, there was no salt on the chips. This is very poor and i shouldn't have to wait for my food that long!

In recent times, I have found kfc to be very lacklustre. On this occasion the food has been very good, and tasted great.

Constant disappointment. It is not a case of maybe something will be missing but a case of what will be missing when you order from here. The straw that broke the camels back and made me review - 80 piece popcorn chicken bucket was short an entire 10 pieces! Yes I counted because this branch has missed the mark several times before from experience.

Stepped inside a KFC for the first time ever. Lesson learned. Ordered a vegan burger, waited at the counter for half an hour while what felt like hundreds of customers who ordered after me walked merrily away with their quick beige food. There were a lot of us though whose order numbers just weren't moving up. You ask staff where your food is, they look through you as if you don't exist. They are very good at this. Better than they are at preparing "fast" food. What a s**t show.

For health and safety they should allow costumers use the toilet, the cleaner always is angry and never allow to use it. Lady, do you know that people can die for a full bladder???!!! Think twice darling, karma is a really thing.

Longue attente. Burgers et café tièdes tout comme l ice tea. Serveuses souriantes Pas de ticket à la borne.. Toilettes 1 sur 2 en panne. L'autre est d hygiène douteuse

Popped in for dinner the other day and waited over 20 minutes for a 2 piece chicken meal to eat in (which they wrapped to go). Every customer had to beg for tissues and they kept getting orders wrong. Poor communication between kitchen and servers and food server and person in drinks. Restaurant was not very clean either which was disappointing. Standards have dropped here and probably won’t go back. Lastly given the smallest portion of chips ever, which didn’t matter as they were cold!

Rude staff. I needed a wee. I pregnant and they didn't let me even though I was offering to buy something. Completely discusting. I will never go back

ok it is KFC and it is greasy but the quality was bad!!! all the pieces in the bucket were slushy in oil and not crunchy not a good time

It's not a place I frequent regularly, but once every few months. Unfortunately virtually every occasion the service and food falls well below standard. I guess because it's so busy, they possibly don't worry apart customer loyalty, but seriously..how can they get everything so wrong!

This branch of KFC always feels rather seedy. The staff have a disinterested air. I had to queue for at least 10 minutes before being served. It is usually busy. On Tuesdays, they currently have a very good value offer: nine pieces of chicken for only £5.99. And the tub contained a good variety, not just wings, with lots of meat. The restaurant has seating and is only a five minute walk from Brixton tube station, on a corner opposite The Ritzy Cinema.

Must be one of the last rank bits of 80s style brixton left . Servers who mumble so quietly customers ask them to speak up , surely these kids get training , if not then KFC are letting them down badly .

Solo llamé dos veces a KFC en Brixton Brunch para verificar mi entrega y me dijeron que faltaban algunos artículos y el supervisor o el gerente de la empresa empezaron a discutir conmigo y me dijeron que ese no era mi problema y que no era mi trabajo.Segunda llamada Quiero asegurarme de que todos los artículos que tengo orden estén en la entrega y quienquiera que haya estado en la cuenta me responda de la misma manera, diciéndome que ese no es su trabajo sino el trabajo de los conductores.Estoy trabajando en la restauración, pero esta forma de supervisor o gerente no existe en ningún procedimiento de capacitación. Si necesita otro entrenamiento, por favor, denlo o estoy seguro de que tienen personas con más experiencia y que buscan el trabajo adecuado.

Aunque el personal se esmeraba en ser simpatico y la omida es tal y como te la esperas de un KFC, el local lucia un poco rancio...

I really enjoyed the cold chips and the coated chicken was not much better. I've had much better KFC everywhere else but here So if you want an awful meal I recommend this place anytime

La comida estaba fría y parecía poco atractivo, algo que no había experimentado antes en ningún otro KFC! La hamburguesa que había tenido un poquito de lechuga y el bun cosechas perdidas sabía rancio y frío. Patatas fritas frías de piedra y el pollo también frío. bitsEste fue a la hora del almuerzo, así que esperaba que la comida para degustar y un aspecto fresco, muy decepcionado!

Sporco, bagni chiusi, ho ordinato il bucket grande e ricevuto metà delle cose per cui ho pagato. Cibo zuppo di olio. Assolutamente sconsigliato

Apenas me he comprar KFC en el Brixton Brunch, pero la última vez que estuve allí fue un desastre. Su nuevo sistema de comprar y pagar no es muy organizado. La comida, por supuesto, se ha estandarizado, pero el servicio es muy pobre y que necesita un código para utilizar el baño, aunque entiendo la intención detrás de esta política, sigo creyendo que no es útil es que hay que encontrar un miembro del personal para abrirlo. En general, no estoy impresionado con su servicio, además el restaurante no es muy limpio y eso es algo que es muy importante para mí.

KFC no es realmente mi comida para comer, pero si me paso, que a menudo han hecho en el pasado de Brixton es el mejor lugar para ir es siempre recién preparado y siempre está ocupado el turno es genial y vale la pena la espera... El personal es bastante amable y el precio es siempre justo.

Puede tomar hasta 10 minutos para conseguir tu comida incluso a las 5 de la tarde. 5 minutos a la orden y luego hasta 5 minutos por la comida.

Este es un KFC fiable - me parece a veces las mesas no se han limpiado, que es un poco molesto, el personal es necesario así que es puramente llegar a cambiar así que te dan la comida. Es un KFC muy concurrido y hay en los inodoros de sitio (que es práctico, ya que hay una falta de baños públicos en la zona particular fuera de horas!)

Me paré en KFC para un bocado rápido, y decidimos comer en el hotel. Las camareras deben haber tomado el día! Trozos de pollo, servilletas, patatas fritas y dividido bebidas sembrados el suelo! El servicio era muy pobre, y el personal de servicio grosero!

Después de una noche de copas, decidí que quería un KFC!
