Staff are lovely and place seemed great but not sure how a business such as KFC refuses Amex in 2024.. staff are lovely but could not get a meal with my only card.

As usual great service and great food. This is one of the KFCs which don't try and play games with customers, Highly recommend

All really hungry after a long day on Friday 13th. Decided to pop in and get a KFC bucket to take home. Not it's usual finger lickin' good appearance. Really dry dark coating and very soggy chips. Next day, one at a time, we all came down with diarrhoea and violent vomiting. Couldn't even keep water down or in. We've eaten from there before and all OK. But just this one time now, not getting anything from there again. It's only after we got sick we read reviews. I mean, seriously, why would you need to read reviews for a fast food chain?

Wanted a box meal would only allow me 2 wings and not one piece. It gives you a choice on menu. 0 star

The branch was extremely busy as early evening. Staff were professional and getting orders out as quickly as possible. My only criticism is that I felt the restaurant looked unkempt when I went in, however I was picking up a takeaway anyway so thankfully didn't need to use the tables.

Never going back here. Rude, patronising middle aged woman serving. Needs sacking asap. Treatment of staff and deliver drivers appalling, and in front of customers. Over packed bags causing them to split and drop food all over the floor. Zero stars.

Really horrible. Popped in for something to eat at 9pm on the way home. Would never go here again. There are many choices so really no reason to go here again.

My colleague regularly spends her lunch break here and orders the same every time. Yesterday when she got to the front of the queue her meal was already ready for her, she just had to pay for it. They recognise her and treat her very well.

Came in here with a colleague, after London. Place was tidy and clean and staff were friendly. Very rapid service. My colleague had a Zinger Tower Burger and a three piece box of chicken. I didn’t eat myself, but had a refreshing Diet Cola.

Avoid this KFC at all costs, if I had read the reviews before dining I never would have dined at this branch. If I could I would give it zero stars. I dined here on the 10th of December after work. I wasn't very hungry so my partner finished off my meal for me. Both of us were woken up with terrible poisoning, vomiting the works. When I went to get pharmacy supplies the next day to treat the symptoms, the pharmacist and their assistant from pharmacy across the road told me they had contracted food poisoning from there earlier in the week. Avoid this franchise at all costs. This episode has cost my partner and I a loss of three days work as freelancers. Angry does not describe my feelings at the moment. Have reported to Food Standards Authority. KFC needs to shut this store down and do an overhaul of their food safety training.

Gave me the worst food poisoning ever! Had to take a total of 3 days off work unpaid during the very busy Christmas period. Won't be eating here again!

Dirty floors, food all over the tables, behind the counter looked like a bloody mess. I ordered a boneless banquet and i got it in a bag the chicken looked over cooked the beans expired date was a day old. I got really bad stomach pains from eating this and the drink i got Didn't even taste like 7up it tasted like water. The guy that was serving me was too busy trying to get his uber eat order ready than mine and lastly i didn't even get my garlic mayo sauce. Just a really bad experience.

I had time before my text bus for a cheeky fat and calorie-ridden Zinger Tower burger meal so thought I'd pop in. There were six or seven people waiting for their order which I probably should have taken as a bad sign, however my desire for chicken overruled this. There were so many people in the kitchen doing so very little! If you go to a maccy D there is a manager encouraging their staff to serve quickly. Not so in morden, they really couldn't give a monkeys. Hey how I missed my bus and had to wait in the rain for the next one. Chicken was ok but I should really learn that it will never be quick

This food place is disgusting. The toilet is absolutely rank. There was urine all over the seat and a huge puddle of it on the floor with sodden tissue laying in it. The sink was black and it smelt. I ordered and ate food before going to the loo and if I had known this is how the toilet is kept we would have walked straight back out. My son had hot wings and has been violently ill with vomiting and diahorrea all night, it was definitely the kfc. This place would never in a month of Sundays pass a health and safety inspection or a food hygiene inspection. It is really run down with none of its machines working I.e ice cream/ krusham machines. It needs shutting down . I live in Morden but I will never go there again , first time in a long time and most definitely the last!

This is my closest KFC and sometimes I pick it up as there isn't much good food in Morden to be fair, chicken is chicken when they cook it right its nice here. This review is based on my last visit which had to be my worst, I literally waited 32 minutes for my order and there were so many people waiting getting mad. One lady literally stormed up gave her receipt and said forget my order, she was that mad she walked out without her order or her money lol. Anyway I see new staff in here all the time, which clearly means staff retention is awful because this KFC is so dam badly run. The toilets!, literally look like a squat home, they are so filthy and I cant blame the staff as I am pretty sure its not in their job description to clean them and they let anyone in to use them. They should get a code like nero and others because clearly I have seen homeless people using this place to wash, and other dodgy business. The staff have been ok some are good some not so much, I think they try there best in a crappy situation. I personally think whoever is the manager should be reconsidered as they cant be doing their job right. KFC should be a relatively easy thing to get right, its set recipes and the machines fry the meat and chips. The only stuff they need to do is keep the tables clean, keep enough staff to serve and provide basic customer service its not hard. Have I been back since my last visit a few weeks ago, No, Will I go back, Yes because I love a good zinger tower burger PS. Stop running out of hash browns and lettuce its pathetic !

De primeras el servicio en caja fatal!!!. Cuando llego a la mesa con la bandeja veo que le han hechado dentro cosas que no habia pedido siendo este ingrediente perjudicial para mi salud!!. Las alitas de pollo estaban riquisimas y la hamburguesa estaba muy normal, tipico de un local de estos todo frito al maximo.

We had a delicious Thai meal locally but decided against the usually drab south East Asian deserts! Off to KFC for chocolate and caramel ice cream balls! Winner!

Nunca he comido en KFC morden. Si pasas por aquí sólo después de que las escuelas acabado y será' escuela completo o niños, sentarse entre los brats no mi taza de té. Después de que los niños vayan, es un auténtico desastre, y no parece que arreglaban por edades después salir. Esto tiende a hacer el sitio negligencia.

Comimos en pocas veces de KFC un mes, sólo porque en morden no hay mucha variedad. El servicio es malo, no te preocupes. En general la comida no está mal, no es genial, pocas veces patatas fritas poco hecha. Nunca se sabe si la comida es fresca. Yo nunca volveré a comer allí, el lugar no está muy limpia, siempre para llevar.

estado una vez y nos dieron algo de comida para llevar a casa. Llegamos a la casa y nos dimos cuenta de que había sido de más, no regulan la comida ordenados y estaba mal/ frío. Puse en contacto con el KFC y no hicieron nada. Terrible de principio a fin. Ir al metro en su lugar

El servicio que recibimos en este restaurante es terrible pidiendo y para que puedan tomar su dinero está bien hasta que es tiempo para recibir su comida que es arrojado a y bandeja y la comida no era incluso fresco. Los baños eran horriblemente terrible. No es un KFC que esté comiendo en otra vez y para hacer que la experiencia sea más una mujer era alimentación aquí mascota pollo Kentucky Fried Chicken en la mesa detrás que esto no debería de haber sido en voz alta en el restaurante seguro.

Este es un pequeño y no muy atractivo KFC frente a la estación de metro de morden. A menudo es un poco confusa. Algunos de personal puede ser agradable. A veces se puede tener suerte y si les dices el personal lo que quieres es una cosa, que en realidad le dan a usted sin interminablemente preguntando si quieres patatas fritas, etc, etc, etc con bebidas que, a pesar de que sigan diciendo simplemente una hamburguesa, nada más.
