Lovely place for a quick snack, the service and feel sells it to me, super open and friendly. Made friends with george (one of the guys that works there) a nice place to go for lunch or a quick snack!

I spent 50 pound on the food two nachos and the portion sizes were for a baby when I asked for more it felt like I was begging for what I had paid for. Terrible service and isn’t what it used to before three nachos would’ve made the old portion. Go here if you want to be dissapointed

food is cold and came with the wrong rice

Can’t believe there was a piece of plastic inside my burrito, disgusting! I used to order from here regularly, recently the food has gone down hill. To make things worst, when I ordered a grilled veg burrito or grilled veg naked bowl a few times, they never add the actual grilled vegetables base. They only put the beans, rice, sauce and additional toppings without the grilled veg. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Food is freezing cold. May aswell have been kept in a fridge.

Burrito bowl turned up as a bowl of soup, the pico juice and sour cream had made a milky look. Was inedible. Other items okay.

Wrong meat sent. Ordered beef, chicken arrived.

Ordered a naked bowl through Uber Eats and my bowl was missing half the ingredients. Requested a refund from Uber and they refunded a couple quid. If I order a chicken bowl and there isn't any chicken in it how does a minimal refund make it okay. To add insult to injury, the restaurant cannot be contacted and is diverted to an automatic recording

Ordered a large. Portion size was tiny

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We ordered wrap meal deal for two, got delivered salad boxes. Tried to contact the branch over 7 times on the phone, dead end. The phone line is set so no one can connect them and raise their issues. Never again, I understand mistakes happen, but the fact you cannot even contact them in order to fix the issue is purely redicilous.

I will not order it again. Today is 2nd time they have missed another Bag of Tortilla Chips.

My first visit and boy! I love the tortilla!! Staff were patient with me when I told thar it's my first visit. As we went through the make up of my tortilla, which was with pulled pork, when the staff if I want this and that, she will tell the cost or it's free. Will definitely go back and try the others.

Poor hygiene. Guys in there tucking his shirt into trousers then immediately grabbing all the food to put into the burrito for the guy in front. Left and went elsewhere

I used to go here often, until I noticed they don't change their gloves or use tongs. Saw a guy adjust his belt and pull up his trousers (the same belt and trousers he presumably pulls up after going to the toilet). He then grabs the wrap cheese and lettuce with same glove. Emailed them. No response.

Our recent visit to Tortilla left us with mixed feelings. While the food was satisfactory and the staff generally polite, we encountered significant challenges that impacted our overall experience. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find a decent selection of dishes for our group of four adults and one child. However, our first disappointment arose when we requested assistance in heating a pot for baby food. The staff declined due to understandable food safety concerns, which we appreciated. The real issue surfaced when we asked for a spoon. Shockingly, Tortilla did not have any disposable spoons available and could not provide a metal one either. This left us in a predicament, as our child needed a spoon to eat. Despite the courteous demeanor of the staff, their inability to accommodate such a basic request was disappointing and inconvenient. Regrettably, we were compelled to seek help elsewhere and ventured to Franco Manca. Here, the manager, an Italian gentleman, exemplified exceptional hospitality by lending us a spoon without hesitation. His kindness and readiness to assist stood in stark contrast to our earlier experience at Tortilla. While acknowledging that the staff at Tortilla may be relatively young, the lack of preparedness and inability to provide essential utensils like spoons was unacceptable. Customers should not have to face such inconveniences, especially when dining with young children. In summary, Tortilla offers decent food with okay service, but their lack of basic provisions and preparedness for customer needs, particularly regarding young families, is a significant area for improvement. We hope that they address these shortcomings to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for all.

My first time and the staff was happy to answer my questions after I told it is mt first visit. I waited till it's quiet to ask them. Placed my order and another starts to make my burrito and telling me it would cost another £x, if I want it, which clear to me. The food was simple and tasty and I had the medium burrito with a drink. It's just vfm!! Note that when you get to the end it might just be a little messyc.. 😄😄. Have not taken any photo bu5 I am sure most of you would know what a burri5o looks like.

Don’t get delivery from this place, it’s a scam! My friend ordered a chicken burrito bowl and just got chicken & rice inside his bowl (nothing else), my wife paid for guacamole with her order and didn’t get it, and my own “medium” burrito was 90% rice with minimal other fillings and was the smallest “burrito” I’ve ever seen. Avoid if you can, many better places to spend your money and not feel like you just got pickpocketed by these guys

Food was ok but one of the staff members (a bald guy) kept staring at my girlfriend throughout our meal making her uncomfortable also called her babe. Unacceptable service.

I just had a delicious burrito! Loved it, especially the chorizo and guacamole toppings. George and his team were really adorable! After a day or hard work, it’s always great to be welcomed with a smile 👍🏽🙏🏽. The room was clean and the atmosphere is really nice too: beautiful decor and cool low music that doesn’t prevent you from chatting with your friends. I also love the fact that you’re totally in charge of which ingredients to pick from. So you can have a delicious and healthy meal if you want to, or just be naughty and treat yourself to the bolder options.

Just ordeded a burito bowl from Just eat with chicken, lettuce, rice and sweetcorn. Order arrive and there's no lettuce or sweetcorn with my order. Just chicken and rice. Honestly don't know how you can mess up such a simple order. It's 4 items you have to remember to put in the bowl. Absolutely mongs

Outstanding. The food is sublime and quite true to the experiences I had living in México. Whilst the country is so large, there is obviously so much variety; Tortilla manage to create a product that is true to a range of states and traditions that culminate in a superb dining experience. 100% recommend. Staff are lovely too and are keen to produce food that suits the customer’s taste, as there are so many ways in which a burrito can be personalised.

Decent Burrito here today. I had chicken with rice and beans and guacamole etc. it tasted pretty good. I couldn’t finish the large so maybe I will for for a regular next time. Good hearty food and you can customise it your way. My partner had a rice box thing which looked so tasty. She said it was great. So highly recommend going for alternatives as well as the obvious choices. It’s local so likely to go again even if it’s not my favourite cuisine.

The food was good but the portions was disappointing as I have paid for two large portions and receive two not even medium size!!! Really disappointing!!

Food was cold for the 3rd time in a row and the large burrito came as a medium again. Was hoping for 3rd time lucky but will stick to eating at Tortilla in future and give up on the deliveries in future.

Tasty food but LOTS of liquid, so the bottom of the container and bag were SOAKED. Perhaps including sauces in a separate container is the way to avoid this.

This is probably the Tortilla I visit the most. As an American, this is the closest I've found to a proper California style burrito here in the UK

Food was delivered cold and because it had lettuce etc in it we couldn’t even microwave it. I thought they used insulated bags to keep the food warm 😞

Great burrito and quesadilla last night

Food was more than 20 minutes late - driver was listed as 'waiting at restaurant' for 20-30 minutes, and then when it arrived almost all the packaging had opened/spilled, soaking through and tearing the paper bag and most of the juices gone from both burrito bowls, plus spilled guacamole in bag.

40 mins later than expected time and only managed to do half the order❤️❤️❤️

Fast and tasty food. You can choose between burritos to bowls. A lot of variety of ingredients to make your own burrito or bowl. My favourite is the pulled beef. And the tortilla chips with guacamole. The restaurant got a nice calm atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cold can of drink bagged alongside hot burrito. Means can arrives warm and burrito arrives cold.

Not bad for a quick bite, my son loves it and it is healthy option :)

After not visiting for several years, I recently returned to Tortilla and was impressed by their exceptional customer service. The manager, George, attentively cared for all customers and set an example for his staff. He truly excels at providing five star service. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and atmosphere. Tortilla offers an overall positive experience thanks to their thoughtful attention to customers and quality service. I highly recommend Tortilla if you seek a restaurant with great service. Five stars for the staff's hospitality and management's commitment to customers.

My group and I loved our lunch at tortilla Wimbledon. George, Carla and Rena were so lovely. They served us with a smile on their faces and did everything to make our time there pleasant. The restaurant was clean and the food absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely come again.

I went with a big group of friends for lunch here and oh my goodness what an experience! The food was great, the atmosphere was so pleasant and we had the best welcome ever! The best tortilla ever only 1 that comes close is gatwick. Eating here since they opened always spot on to this day.
