We returned to the Wimbledon Tortilla after a few years as we moved to Sutton, and the food was not only fresh and delicious, but Renata also kindly provided appropriately sized portions for vegans. Iloved the food here. I tried the Vegetarian Nachos and Vegetarian Rice Bowl. It was delicious. This place is reasonable too and worth it. Definitely recommend it.

DON’T ORDER UBER EATS. From all the places I’ve tried for tortilla and love, this is by difference the worse place. I paid £15, £15! INCLUDING £3,60 EXTRA for NO MEAT in the burrito except for a very small, thin, and dry portion. Tortilla is not longer what it used to be, this is my last order with them as they’re turning into a scam of rice and beans for £15. FO you lost one of your best customer.

The people at the counter were very helpful explaining the order process. They offered to swap their gloves after serving a person who chose meat options before me (i am a veggie). The restaurant was clean, tidy and spacious.

He estado yendo a esta sucursal durante los últimos 5 años y hoy será el último día que ponga un pie allí... Hay una compañera de tienda llamada renata que después de ser grosera, la segunda vez me expresó como cliente que "a ningún miembro del personal le gusto y que he sido grosera con todos ellos". Esta es una acusación falsa que hacer y no solo su acercamiento a mí fue poco profesional la primera vez y esta vez, sino también degradante... Tanto es así que no quería que me sirviera. Llevo bastante tiempo viniendo a esta sucursal, los fines de semana hay una jovencita filipina una jovencita de pelo rubio con gafas y tu asistente del manager que no han sido más que educados, serviciales y amables cada vez que he estado allí. No toleraré que se me hable de esa manera y tampoco volvería a ser defensor de la tortilla en Wimbledon. Necesita ser reprendido por su falta de respeto y falta de profesionalidad. Mi colega entonces después de este incidente, fue a comer su almuerzo allí después de las 4 pm, y la escuchó hablar en voz alta frente a los clientes diciendo "ella era simplemente grosera y yo estaba esperando! ¡Solo estaba esperando! ¿Esperando qué? ¿Es mi pregunta? ¿Es este el tipo de comportamiento que se considera aceptable? Cuando le dijo a un hombre de aspecto filipino masculino: "Sólo estaba esperando... ¿está recurriendo a la violencia en el lugar de trabajo entre los clientes? El supervisor a cargo no entendía lo que estaba pasando o lo que había pasado y después de tratar de explicar el comportamiento de las renatas ella y una joven llamada Harriet me ofrecieron comida gratis, sin embargo me negué ya que estaba tan sorprendido y molesto por este nuevo comportamiento de las jóvenes, El supervisor se disculpó por el comportamiento de renatas, sin embargo, el supervisor y Harriet no hicieron nada malo más que tratar de calmar la situación. Renata era muy agresiva pasiva, pero cuando se enfrentó quería desviar su comportamiento hacia mí misma... Estoy sorprendido si este miembro del personal va a representar a esta sucursal más lejos, ya que eso definitivamente mostraría una falta de buen servicio al cliente de la tortilla para un cliente que regresa a desear volver en el futuro. Más aún después de escuchar de mis colegas de sus comentarios de las 4 pm "¡Solo estaba esperando! ¡Sólo estaba esperando! The staff was extremely cordial and friendly. Me and my partner were new to the restaurant and they very much helped us with preparing the food and step wise guided us. Anu was a sweet and nice girl. Overall a good staff keep up the good standards 👍

Food is cold and poor value. Won't be back. Although it was almost empty, 6pm on Friday, they rushed us and got order wrong. Can't believe they can get such a simple thing like burrito wrong. It was like cold wet sandwich.

Probably my boyfriend’s favorite spot in the world. He loves the burritos from here! I do too as a vegan, but wish they’d give themselves an edge somehow (vegan sour cream or cheese), it’s been the same for ages now and would like to feel they’re taking care of other dietary requirements.

Just got delivered a completely cold burito through uber eats, I can tell it wasn't the drivers fault as it was definitely never toasted and even at the centre of the burito it was ice cold. I won't be ordering from this store again, like it came straight out of the fridge. If you can't be bothered to serve hot food, can you be bothered to wash your hands?

We ordered two burritos with very similar ingredients. One was huge the other rather small. It was unclear if they actually put any sour cream or cheese on them, and there was only one small glob of guacamole that was only on a very small part of the burrito. I assume they skimp on the mobile orders.

My chicken wasn’t cooked and bag of tortilla chips turned up with no guacamole so whole order ended up in the bin. Won’t be using tortilla in Wimbledon again. Never had an issue with the Kingston one.

Amazing service by Anu! I visited the Tortilla restaurant and had a great experience thanks to Anu. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and so patient while helping me create my burrito. Even when I took a while to make decisions, she guided me with a smile and made the whole process enjoyable. we ordered 2 burritos. one was meant to be spicy and the other not, and the restaurant made them both spicy..there were things in the non spicy one that shouldn't of been in there.

I had decent quesadilla here, it was very good for a chain restaurant since I didn't have much expectations. Definitely not the best I've had but I would say it was pretty good. Good portion too, for 11 quid. Ingredients were fresh but my main issue was with beef: it doesn't have much flavour, something what would make me react 'wow' with next bite. Similar issue with sauces, good amount of them thou. Nice texture and crunchiness. Food was super hot so take your time. Service was polite, I was served quickly and they would bring food to my table. Liked the look of this place but spotted few tables with leftovers on them, probably they don't have enough staff to do all duties. Still I would recommend.

First timer dined in with work colleagues instead of Wetherspoons. Surprisingly big portion. Surprisingly tasty. Surprisingly cheap. Friendly helpful staff. have always loved tortilla but I spent £20 on 1 meal and the food was not hot, the portion size was small despite having ordered double meat, the cheese and sour cream were super sparse. Just overall really disappointed
