Pedí hoy a Deliveroo y me lo comí, lo saqué unos 10 minutos después, lo abrí y no voy a mentir: parecía solo y triste, he visto hamburguesas con mejor aspecto, WOW. Tomé un bocado y me di cuenta de que la hamburguesa estaba de alguna manera completamente fría (literalmente no sabía nada de calor, es como si la hubieran guardado en la nevera durante una hora y luego se la dieron al conductor. Sin embargo, sospecho que teniendo en cuenta el el clima frío que el viaje aquí tuvo más que ver con el hecho de que es frío. Aunque saben cómo acomodar el clima frío ¿verdad? ¿Y saben cómo mantener las cosas bien? Deberían haber tomado precauciones: cuando llega más tarde por la noche, todos lo saben también se enfría y teniendo en cuenta que hemos tenido tormentas últimamente, realmente deberían estar pensando más). Tuve que calentarlo para comerlo. Y siento que ahora pagué demasiado por la muy mala calidad y el servicio que recibí, la última vez que ordené en realidad fui personalmente a Frankie & Benny's, fue realmente bueno. Me pregunto qué pasó esta vez, ¿se vuelven más vagos en la noche? Debería haber más queso en las patatas fritas y la hamburguesa parecía tan malditamente decepcionante.

Went to F&B to use a 2 course Groupon voucher I received as a Christmas gift. Our waitress was very bubbly & went through the menu pointing out what we could choose & what dishes we would need to pay extra for. Ordered some drinks & placed our orders which included bacon skins, the house burger, the Calabrian hot burger & the hot cookie with ice cream. You can’t go wrong at an F&B. Super time.

We had a lovely family meal for my grandads birthday. Staff were warm, friendly and very attentive- particularly the lovely Monika who made my grandads birthday extra special by organising a little cake! Thank you for the great hospitality Monika, a new family favourite restaurant!

Had a lovely experience, we were a big party and the service was great. We had Charlotte as our waitress and she was fantastic, very friendly and bubbly. Charlotte made our evening! Definitely will be coming again when I’m back in the area.

I ordered food online and was missing half of the food in my breakfast, and 2 milkshakes. Although the food was nice like always. I’m a regular customer and I wasn’t happy with the missing food and drink items front my order.

Visited the restaurant yesterday and was greeted by a really friendly waitress (I think she said her name was rainor?). Seated very quickly and served promptly by our server Charlotte who catered to our needs and gave us some good recommendations for drinks (it was my sisters birthday so we wanted to treat ourselves). Really lovely evening would recommend a friend!!! Thanks Rainor and Charlotte for everything.

Just returned from a meal with 2 friends at Frankie and Bennys. I had steak and fries, 2 friends had the mixed grill and New York Chicken, all were well presented and good portion sizes. The waitress (think she was called Charlotte) was excellent and was helpful throughout (even with one of my usually rather demanding friends). Drinks and food were brought out very quickly Food 4 ⭐️ service 5 ⭐️

Took the 3 kids to F & Bennies, the staff seem disinterested in welcoming the customers with real enthusiasm or explaining the options on the menu.

Fantastic service, the waitresses could not be anymore helpful and apologetic for the awful food and the 45 minute wait we had for our food because the delivaroo takeaways are prioritized... Poor, very poor, will not be back.

Having been to the Wandsworth branch last month, we really hoped The Tandem would be up to same level.

Was really disappointed with the Click and collect service. Food wasn’t ready on time, and then it was incorrect. Paid extra for sweet potato fries and once home realised they were just normal fries and then they were cold and horrible and didn’t want to have to go back out to complain and collect correct order or refund.

Haven’t used F&B;’s for quite a while as service was always slow, but decided to give it a go last night. Server was on point 100%, super fast, attentive but not encroaching, food great although didn’t have steaks or a couple of deserts, but really pleased we gave it another try

Having seen the menu for F and B on line we were impressed by the variety and range of food on offer so we thought we would give it a try. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly but the food quality was poor and the place had zero atmosphere. Much of our meal was tasteless and bland. Next I want pizza or burgers it will be Pizza Express or 5 Guys, they have far superior quality food and are probably cheaper.

Great service, made good recommendations food great and Alex was genuinely friendly and helpful. Alex made sure everything was great from start to finish.

i visited F&B; a few days ago after shopping in tandem centre. Very hungry ordered a italian hot pizza what i so on the big picture outside looks amaizing. Received food and drink really fast and the best was a pizza same as on the picture tasting amaizng.

The food was nice, especially the toblerone cheesecake. However it was hotter than the sun and the fans were not on. Why?! I feel sorry for the staff who have to work in these conditions. I can only assume from experience that it is due to the people who do not have to work here, doing real hard work.

Popped in for an impromptu dinner. Service was absolutely first class! Thank you Raynor for being such a great host! My boyfriend ordered steak which was delicious, well cooked and succulent. I had bbq chicken wrap which was pretty disappointing. The lettuce was brown and wilted, wouldn’t recommend it. If I went again, I’d definitely opted for the steak or the burgers (which also looked good)

Visited Frankie and Bennys in Colliers Wood on Bank Holiday Monday with friends. The food was good and the service was brilliant. Our waitress (think she was called Charlotte) couldn’t have been more helpful!

We visited today for my mums birthday meal. Laurence was extremely friendly and polite. The food and drinks arrived promptly and Laurence was sweet throughout our time there. 100% would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I live close to the Tandem Centre branch and met up for dinner tonight. We had none stop laughs with our main server Lawrence and and even better drinks from our bartender Szabi! Will 100% be returning soon :)

We ordered a spaghetti carbonara and a pasta and meatballs. The food was very watery, cold and tasteless. We sent them back and when they returned they were just as bad by which time we didn't want them. A very disappointing meal all round. Usually the food is very gd but on this occasion it wasn't.

We had been emailed a special offer voucher so decided to try the Colliers Wood restaurant. Very little information was included about the choices included in the deal and our lovely waitress and the female manager went out of their way to find out for us. We were given a recommendation for our sharer starter which was spot on. Mains weren’t quite so enjoyable, but overall, due to the special offer, and the lovely service it was a really enjoyable experience.

The staff, food, ambience, music and atmosphere all work together to create a relaxing and lay back feeling. A special thanks to Shabba for serving us and engaging in conversation with me an my friend. Would recommend for a family gathering.

We came here for breakfast as a party of 8, the restaurant was fairly empty. F&B;’s do a unlimited breakfast option whereby you can order the same item off the menu as much as you like, usually the service at the restaurant is very good and speedy. However on this occasion we make our first order and the breakfast arrived within 10 minutes which was great as usual. However after we had finished we made a second order, we waited for an hour to which our breakfast still had not arrived, the waitresses repeatedly saying it was on its way. After making our second order, new customers had came in, sat down and had two helpings of breakfast whilst we were waiting for ours. We asked to speak to the manager who stated ‘it’s your fault for ordering when other people came in’, she was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the situation, we explained that we had other plans so we needed to leave to which she asked us ‘so what do you want?’ We stated that we were unhappy to pay for the food since we didn’t get a second helping as we had ordered, which was the whole point of the unlimited breakfast option, to which she replied ‘well your going to have to pay since you ate the first helping of food’. She offered 25% off and said that’s all she would offer and that we would have to pay for the food still to which she then stormed off mid conversation. We will never return here, the service was slow, the food was cold and extremely average tasting, the manager was extremely rude and confrontational. Do not recommend at all.

I visit the restaurant on a frequent basis and I would like to bring attention to an amazing member of staff called kasia. My very young sister who is disabled has been with me on several occasions. Kasia is absolutely amazing with her, always engaging with my sister. She makes a point of asking what she would like and brings the drink over with the same glass as us adults as she always remembers that’s how my sister likes it. She knows my sister cannot communcate verbally but always talks and smiles. The food is great and we always have an amazing time.

We are visiting this restaurant almost every week . I would like to say thank you to all the chefs and to the staff who always look after us so well. Thank you to Jbolya(Jbi), Kasia and one boy with long hair always in tied hair on a tail ( I am sorry I don’t remember the name).

I would say that a huge improvement has been made from my previous experience at this spot. Food came quickly and all the ingredients were fresh. A wide selection on the menu and the team made me feel very welcome. Shout out to Marek and the management staff for running the place so smoothly :)

Went on a busy Saturday night with a couple of friends after a previous good experience at the same restaurant on a midweek lunchtime visit. We ordered the meat feast starter which was a real disappointment. Potato skins were stone cold, ribs luke warm with runny sauce. My friends both ordered burgers but I fancied a pizza so went for a large pan one with all the meats on it. When it arrived it looked like it had been cooked twice it was so dark and burnt. I tried a slice and it was indeed cremated with all the sauce on the base dried up and the meat crunchy. Our waitress was a star and returned it and asked if I wanted something different. I went for the hotdog with fries thinking they couldn't possibly mess that up, how wrong I was! The hotdog had obviously been thrown in a deep fryer and was like a lump of leather. It came in a plain bun with no onions or any sauces despite the menu saying it came with ketchup & mustard! I ate half of the warm (not hot) fries and left the hotdog. Our waitress took the pizza off the bill and gave us a complimentary coffee to make up for our disappointment but I still ended up paying £18 for a diet coke and an ice cream sundae. The only reason I have two stars is because the waitress was so amiable, it would have been one star otherwise.

Westerday is the first time me and my doctor arrive in frankie bennys Wandsworth and for the first time I lovely, good service faster, quality food and nice taste,I go toilets it is very clean and I pass in line from kitchen is clean aswell i just whant do a big tank you for everyone and special for manager him is very nice and put my doctor happy when give a ballon. I came in with a few of my friends and we were not sure what to expect at first but we were blown away by our visit so much, in terms of price, variety, that we all agreed we had to make at least ONE review. The meal was really well presented and all and tasted amazing so we will be coming back to the restaurant, but mostly because of the server we had. A young Asian girl, really polite! Made us feel as though we were sitting in a guest’s house or our front room. Really beautiful personality, confidently new how to conduct herself in getting us what we wanted to eat. We had all the same feelings about her, very good visit. He suggested us to try the sundaes in which we did, probably the reason we will come back is because of her suggestions for things we wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Give her a raise! Give her a pat on the back! She was wonderful!! So I am very delighted to be making this review on my friend’s behalf. She was excellent, truly a great waitress and worker. Thanks for the experience! Atmsphere non-existent, winew glasses grought to the table were wet-I queried it and was told they had just come out of the dishwasher - Ever heard of drying them before bringing them to the table??? Quality of food okayish, but far too expensive for what was offered.

Reasonable restaurant. Not very busy when we went at 3.00pm on Boxing Day. However, food still took a long time to arrive. My niece has a nut allergy and waiting staff Monika was very good at checking and making sure that the food my niece ordered was fine for her to eat. Apart from Monika's service, everything else was pretty average including the food.

Was a pretty average experience, door staff and waitress serving us was nice. Food was pretty average, nothing special. It was a nice festive touch to receive Christmas crackers whilst we were waiting for our food. The waitress who produced our bill was quite eager to get us out! She didn’t even give us enough time to calucate our bill as it was 3 of us. Not even saying “I’ll be back in 2 minutes” or anything. She made us feel quite rushed! We went twice because of its convenience. It was pretty empty which was great because it meant we could eat within a tight schedule. Food was nothing flash, but what do we expect at Frankie and Benny's anywhere ?

Tenía un Woucher 20, pero aún pagaba otros 40 por 3 platos y 3 sodas. El personal fue excelente. Nuestra camarera estuvo atenta. Ella y otra chica se echaron a correr, mientras que la gerente perezosa habló de no hacer nada e ignorar a los clientes.

I really wished I had checked Trip Advisor before I wasted my hard-earned cash at Collier’s Wood F&B;’s, but saying that it looks like most of reviews for this restaurant have been bad for more than 12 months. F&B;’s obviously not taking on board reviews.

We arrived very late (ther were closing in 15 mintes) but were very warmly welcomed by Marek (who then turned to be the manager) and received fantastic service and piping hot tasty food without any rush at all. We were not sure whether to go to frankie and bennys as per very poor experience in croydon branch not a long ago but this time it was really spot on and we will definately be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family .

I feel obliged to express my deep satisfaction for the excellence of the services provided in this restaurant. Friendly staff delicious food the manager (Marek) was very helfull definitely going to be back !! 100%recommend
