KFC in Southampton

Half order missing ! Cold food !!! Scammers ! Don't know whocthe manager is but they are absolutely scammers !!!!! Living 2 min away from restaurant,but it came in 1h when it was showing will come in 15 minutes!!! Absolutely horrible service !!! And worst management and employees !

Always order kfc online for delivery via just eat. Usually have 8 piece boneless feast. Really delicious whatever we choose on the day. Online it lets you know exactly where the driver is so you know when they will be knocking the door to deliver.

Worst Kfc ever!!!! I defiled all reviews and visited this afternoon only to be served left over chicken wings. Annoyingly not for a piece or two but 20pieces!!! I am so done kfc Portswood😠

reheated food, full of oil, black meat, terrible, I will never buy anything there again. This płace needs to be controlled more often. In my country kfc is perfect everything fresk and tasty. Here? Rubbish.

went into get a vegetarian burger for my partner and kfc box meal for me and had no one taking the order for ages, at counter so I waited ages and when someone finally served me,told me it had run out of the vegetarian burger, another customer before me had waited longer and wanted the same,why was it not put in the window they had run out , ,i got in touch with kfccare who emailed me a £5 voucher,which iused on the 15 feb,once again no vegan burger for my friend and told machine was broken down and will not be fixed for 2 months despite still advertising in its window,so i ordered my kfc burger meal expecting it to take £5 off the price,it came up on my phone has validated,yet nothing off the price,they rung kfccare twho told me that i had to contact them,the manager has no aurohity to do anything and had problems with its new system.so i got home after another wasted trip and they said they would reactivate the £5 voucher and would not increase its valur,despite 2 wasted trips and it had nothing to do with them and there useless system which they cared about rather than the customer..copys of the email below'm sorry for the further issues that you experienced. I will have your voucher code revalidated from our end however we will not be looking to increase the voucher value on this occasion. The e-vouchers are a relatively new system and some restaurants are still getting to grips with it. If you experience issues with your voucher on your next visit, please ask the restaurant staff to call us so that we can talk them through the process. Regrettably, we have no authority over the restaurants Managers to arrange appliance repairs however I will pass your comments to the Manager and Area Coach for this restaurant. My colleague who can revalidate our vouchers will be in office tomorrow so I will ask to have your voucher revalidated and email you to let you know when this has been done. Again, as our restaurants are franchised, it is not our remit to arrange appliance repairs, this is down the the franchise manager who we have no authority over so therefore there is nothing we can do in order to get the restaurant oven fixed to cook the vegan burgers. We have not robbed you of your voucher, we are having it revalidated for use so that you can use it as normal. I've fed back all of the information to the restaurants management team. This is as far as your complaint would be escalated within KFC. If you wish to seek third party advice then you are welcome to do so. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The beautiful dark skinned lady who first served me was very naturally complimentary to me regarding a situation at my home. She was really helpful and when clarifying certain things with her team members, they too were more than happy to meet mine and my families needs. A lovely lady called 'Happy'? Was very sweet and offered my son a free cookie with her best wishes. Really a very quick, easy and pleasant trip to KFC... To top it off, the food was fresh and hot, well cooked and just lovely.

The way the workers treat you is absolutely disgusting, horrible, rude, they don’t care if you’re waiting to order, they’ll look at you and walk away, then give you a dirty look when they see you’re still waiting. A worker got angry at me a few weeks ago because they got my order wrong, and I normally check on the receipt, however I wasn’t given one and they never came back. I double checked my order when they came back and they got angry that they got it wrong and called me a liar. I finally went back today and I had the same order, I checked the receipt and it was correct, however once I got home to check my food, they gave me the wrong order, exactly the same as they did last time. I don’t know who the workers think they are, but it wouldn’t hurt to not glare at everyone who wants food and to give them the right order.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food and the poor attitude of the staff who don’t care! Once we got home we realised part of our order was missing so we tried to ring but the phone must have been off the hook as they never answer!! My husband drove back to speak to the lady who served him and she couldn’t care less. Offered us a bottle of drink and no apology, she said to contact the manager. What a shame people have no pride in their work. Will not be visiting again.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been the chicken what was left of it was disgusting I ordered a Mega bucket for one three dry pieces turned up with gravy no fries and I paid for delivery I had one in the city centre earlier in the year and that was bad but not as bad as this I tried ringing but no answer suprised nearly 12 quid for a load of dry budgie legs Avoid at all costs

Quite simply a disaster. Poorly cooked food. Tasteless. Cold. Long waits. Nothing positive to say at all. Avoid!

Had a delivery this evening and it was disgusting, all cold. I ordered a lemon muffin and it was put in with my chicken so was covered in grease. The chips were awful, bland, floppy and greasy. Avoid

This is the most unclean place I’ve ever eaten at tables dirty and rubbish all over the place food trod into the floor we had to ask to get our table cleaned we had to ask three times before floor was swept a small child slipped on half eaten food on the floor Everyone seemed more interested in getting delivery’s out than people in the shop when the lady came to clean the floor she was abusive to outher customers I would never eat at this place ever again and I had to wipe my feet on the way out Good only knows what it’s like behind the counter and what conditions out food was cooked in I will never recommend this dirty hole

The place looked dirty referring to the eating area service was terrible when I paid at the counter the guy ripped the receipt and throw it in the air like I was supposed to ketch it when it landed on the till he still did not give it to me I had to reach over and pick it up of the till. lukewarm chips the person that gave me my order was no better.

THE worst KFC I have ever encountered. Poorly cooked lukewarm food. Their cooking takes greasy to a whole new level (fried food should not be this old and battered!). Tables were filthy and staff unengaging. Avoid, it'll put you off the colonel!

I attended on a very busy Tuesday evening but the food arrived quickly, was piping hot and very tasty. I was also impressed by the manager in the shop, a very young looking man, in his handling of a complaint from a rude and abusive customer

What a terrible place.. Coffee machine has been broken for 3 yes 3 months!! No ketchup!! No coffee!! Dirty place.. The staff are like zombies obviously they do not want to be there!!! How can such a brand name have association with such a dirty unwelcoming place??? Even the toilets were bunged up with paper!! The food was ok not brilliant but hey we were hungry and just happy to sit down (After we cleared our own table) they didnt even ask if we wanted to Go large!!! Take my advice and skip the restaurant and Go elsewere or you will be writing a review similar to this.

they refused to give me a paper bag saying the stuff I ordered doesn't come with a bag even and they seemed like enjoying it all smiling at me... what the hell I spend 6-7 quid here quite often and I can't get a stupid bag? was the last time I come here. thanks.....

Una experiencia muy mala. Hemos pedido para llevar, no sólo de los artículos faltantes, la orden fue completamente equivocada. Señora en el argumento contador con otros miembros del personal en frente de cliente. He informado a KFC, su respuesta fue sólo lo siento. No sólo hemos perdido tiempo y dinero, debido a la distancia que podían ir y pedir el reembolso. Sin duda evitar esta rama.

Clientele in here is much to be desired but that's because of the area. Not enough people working here for the demand. Won't be back again soon.

Me gusta KFC, realmente! Yo siempre vamos a KFC si quiero tener una comida caliente cuando estoy en un lugar o cuando no quieran buscar un restaurante decente. He estado en muchos KFC joits todo el sur y en otros países, pero el KFC en Portswood es el peor. Lo que lo hace incluso peor es que es mi local KFC!

Every time I go to this takeaway, the servers clearly don't want to be there, they are unsmiling, they do not care how long you wait. If they are that un-passionate about their jobs then are they doing the food as it should be?

Popped in here to grab one of the 5 pieces for £3 - always a good deal! Quite a small KFC but quick service and no problems to report.

Bargain bucket with stone cold chips and to add insult they left out the side order as well...never again

With our Eastleigh branch still being closed but the family still wanting their KFC I found this branch which was slightly closer than the previously visted (but terrible) Hedge End branch.Unfortunately this one was just as bad. Service was OK but the food wasn't. Chips were undercooked and the chicken pieces were all bad ones, mostly small and overcooked.I know the Eastleigh branch got some bad reviews but I'm starting to think it was actually very good compared to these others...

Im really upset about my recent visit here, being a nicken chugget and everything. But one of the people there named "Taran" ate me! Literally ate a section out of me! I'm not very happy about this.

Succulent chicken and excellent fries at a reasonable price; you get what you pay for, but a very convenient "Take Away".

Chicken was cooked to hell, coating was almost completely flavourless, and the staff were inattentive and rude. The guy on the till seemed half asleep.

Some how the heat must be turned down as that is the only way you could get soggy chips and greasy chicken together. I like KFC but this one is small and busy you may have to wait.
