This is now my regular go to place with friends, family. The desserts are always amazing even when I order to take out . The customer service is the best and cleanliness is top priority for staff. The portions are generous and the milkshake is so good that you cannot share . I would definitely recommend Kaspas.

Went for lunch/a treat. Saw it when out in Bury. Looks amazing. Ice cream is amazing and it’s wheelchair accessible. Would never come back. The service is awful. They’ve no idea what they’re doing. 15 minutes to clean a table, food arrived, no cutlery for 5 minutes, we had to ask! If this place got an effective manager it would be a gold mine! Such a shame.

We came as family of 4 on a quietish Thursday evening, we only ordered 2 x milkshakes, 1 x strawberry waffle, 1 x banana split and a coffee, you wouldn't think you could get this basic order wrong? Well they did. Firstly they kept bringing out items on their own so one of our group would be sat drinking milkshake before everyone else's arrived, then 5 mins after my strawberry waffle arrived the waitress brought the same one out again, I showed her our receipt and said we didn't order two she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off, she was wearing earphones in all throughout serving food which we thought seemed quite unprofessional. Then my partners banana split arrived he was really looking forward to it yet disappointedly they brought him the wrong banana one that had tons of strawberries and syrup on when all he wanted was a classic banana split, he didn't want to make a fuss as he didn't want to wait for another one. Just to top off the dreadful service they brought my hot coffee last which meant everyone was waiting for me as they had finished their food and shakes so I had to rush it. £27 was very expensive for what we had. I raised a complaint with a small male who worked there he did apologise but that was it. Didn't appear to be any senior management there. Would never return. For these prices I would expect to have a hot drink served first and some service with a friendly smile.

Ordered apple crumble and custard for takeout. Apple crumble looked like it had been there for weeks! Then syrup was added on the top - I only assume to moisture it as it looked all dry and old! Added the custard and tried it - one word, awful!!!! It was just solid pastry!!! Live several miles from the shop so wasn’t going to go back to show them how appalling their product was! Don’t think I’ll ever be ordering from here again!!!

Hi I would just like to add we ordered 3 times last week and the first one was a cherry sundae with a small tub of single cream was honestly the best the I've tasted ...the next order the day after was just as nice a banana and strawberry dessert absolutely perfect ....I d looked forward to last night's order but last night's order was inedible the cup was half full as u can see in the photos no sauce and the cream disintegrated..I don't like to complain but it was awful my daughter who orders will me left her mango smoothie it's still her full it tasted awful too..I hope to get a sorry at least or I will not be ordering again which is a shame ... my complaints have been ignored ..that s the treatment to a loyal customer denise

Ordered food from here in shop the guy who served us was rude all our order was wrong when we got home when I called up to complain got told to piss off. STAY Away

Paid for a £5 taxi to here said it was open only had £15 and weren’t open so I wasted my money on a taxi and it said it was open on the website

Yucky! Yucky! Yucky! Visited this place the other evening, so regret our choice. The saying “Looks can be deceiving,” well this place is just that. I agree it ‘looks’ the part but everything else is horrendous, to put it mildly! Where to start Customer service was diabolical, I’m assuming the manager was the guy wearing the not-so-clean green t-shirt, walks around like he is some ‘Big Shot,’ the one who ONLY comes to take your order when he sees fit, and attempting to take your order while still on his phone! The lads that make and pack the order clearly have no experience or knowledge of how to pack a bag, clearly they need training! We ordered a few slices of cakes, to take away. Waited over 30 minutes!!!!!!!... while watching the ‘Big-Shot’ walk up and down chatting on his phone when in reality he could have helped his staff with the orders and the bagging and get the orders out quicker. When we returned we had to clean every foam box as the chocolate sauce seeped everywhere. Finally now ready to eat.. Yuck Yuck Yuck.... God knows when these cakes were from, must have been days old, dry stale hard, crumbling away before we could even touch it, clearly they had gone off....one can only assume why it was still on display when in reality it was ready to go in the bin days ago! I’m not sure they are allowed to legally sell things that are out-dated and not fit for human consumption!

The quality of cakes, deserts is disgusting, under baked and not rich. They are quick and grabbing the money, people do not waste your money on their cakes. Instead go to Gelato Passion and enjoy their cakes. Managers and staff are rude, all they want is money, service is terrible and the cakes as well as everything else over priced and rubbish quality.

Went into Bolton, didn’t actually particularly go looking for this place, it kind of caught our eye, we thought it would be classy, expensive but the desserts would be great. Didn’t fancy driving around so found this and gave it a go. Well decked out and lots of glitter and lights to distract you from the cowboy finish of the decor. (I can spot these things without getting carried away with all the glitz and lights) joiner must have had an off day or as we put it maybe eyes were not in sane postcode. Anyway it wasn’t that busy, staff were busy though chatting away amongst themselves as we walked in. After a few moments were greeted by a mature fella who turns out to be the manager/owner. Were seated but we had to move seats as the table we sat in was wiped down but not thoroughly and there were food bits still on the table so we took it upon ourselves to move tables as we could see staff were in deep conversation amongst themselves and we being kind natured didn’t want to disturb their important chatter. We ordered 3 waffles and one milkshake. All good so far. The desserts arrived looking very tasty. And that was that!!!! All 3 waffles were cold. Luckily I had the milkshake, I asked for it to be without cream yet it came with cream. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough or they speak a different language down these parts. Regardless we started to wave arms and look over to the staff and manager who...yes you guessed it were in deep conversation looking very busy yet there was only a handful of customers in the shop. Go figure that one out. He eventually came over and when we told him he immediately went on the defensive. I explained to him the waffles are supposed to come piping hot. We are connoisseurs of desserts after all. I have even had waffles delivered to my house piping hot. He disputed it stating they came straight out of the machine and onto our table. We told him to touch one with his finger which he did and he could see it was stone cold. He started a futile defence by stating the plate was warm on the very bottom (just slightly warm, not hot) but sadly it told me that he was lacking in customer service as all 3 waffles were cold. Reluctantly he took them away and replaced them. This time we had them a bit better than before but only slight. We asked for cutlery which was literally slammed on the table without any serviettes etc so could have picked up germs etc. We replaced these, quickly are and left before the waffles got cold. Overall this place was an embarrassment to the staff and especially the owner/manager. No regard for customer service. The customer is definitely not the priority here. Slamming cutlery into tables, no serviettes and having to ask for them a few times, staff far too engrossed on the goings on with instagram etc gormless manger/owner roaming around proud of the mess he has created. This is not how such an establishment should be run. Customer service, good desserts, great atmosphere, clean hygienic place are all things that are an absolute must yet lacking big time at this place. I’m afraid we will not be going back to this place and I really hope that they improve or maybe send the owner on a customer service course and presentation/hygiene skills which he can then pass onto his staff. This will bring this establishment into the current year and maybe it will get more busier and gain better reviews. Having lots of glitter, fancy lights etc does not mean good food and service. Stay clear of this place until they improve.

Ive been to kaspas twice in the last 2 months. Probably one of the WORST places in terms of customer services and desserts!!. There not friendly at all especially the small girl with glasses. shes actually rude, aggressive and angry all the time! They need to hire nice friendly people who know how to SMILE!! The crepes are disgusting and taste like RUBBER!! Cube, roccos, heavenly and dolci are miles better than kaspas and I will never be going again!! All the reviews are bad and everyone has stomach ache after them just like I have.PS. Tell your Staff learn some manners!!!

Visited a few times before, was just average but thought we’d try again. The rocky road special waffle was so dry and we were unable to eat this dessert. Customer Service is very poor, extremely disappointed won’t be returning.

after visiting kaspas deserts as its a personal kraving i immediately left and was feeling under the weather after my m&m waffle i had to go for a black coffee americano at raffels coffee house and i went downstairs without even having my coffee and my bomb doors instantly broke open without a shadow of a doubt , i even stuck my two fingers down my throat i thought i was going to be sick i usually devour my kaspa’s desserts but this service was appauling i couldn’t understand a word they were saying too say the least im not eating for the rest of the day need to get all the waffle out in the most motherly naturly way possible plenty of black coffee coming my way x

Second visit here as a family of 3 We tend to come after eating somewhere nearby for main meal then come here for dessert.On this occasion we ordered a crepe between two of us and our child had a chocolate brownie and milkshake. We also had a drink each so 3 x drinks and 2 desserts just over £20 so not cheap but they were good so as a treat I dont mind but couldn't justify the price regularly.The decor is really cool & glitzy & I can imagine a group of 17 year old girls having a booth here & enjoying taking selfies of the cool decor and scrumptious desserts.On the whole would recommend.

9 of us visited this dessert bar last night. Upon arrival I noticed it wasn’t busy (only another 3 tables being used) so we went straight to the kiosk to ask what eggless options they have. I was told by the guy on the counter ‘we only do this plain cheesecake (pointing to the fridge) and a raspberry sorbet.’ So we asked is there nothing else and as a reply the guy piled out the food allergy list and told us to go take it with us and check the list. Upon sitting down we looked and saw there was other ice cream options which were eggless as not all their ice cream contained eggs and to be fair there was a few too so I asked my husband to ask the guy for a pen and paper so we could list the items and ask the kids and adults to chose from it. At the counter my husband asked for a pen and paper to the guy servicing and the response we got was ‘do you have a phone?’ to which my husband responded ‘yes’. The guy at the counter then said ‘go to notes on your phone and wrote on there!!!’When my husband told me what he had been told, we decided to immediately walk out, what arrogant people, no customer care or service and even upon leaving no one seemed to acknowledge us. We then decided to go to CUBE on Halliwell Road which had 1000 times better service! It’s fair to say I will not be returning here in a hurry! Sort out your customer service Kaspas!!

Hygiene is just non exsistant. Toilets filthy .tap broken . Toilet paper thrown on floor in pool of wee. Service so slow . Only 2 other tables in so not even busy .. very very poor . Woyld not eat there left majority of dessert as put off .if front of house is so poor what is back luke i dread to think . Never again . Photos to follow !

Waited 45 minutes to be served 2 waffles..ordered the brownie waffle and the strawberry cheescake waffle..im sure we were given the standard strawberry waffle not the cheesecake one after waiting 45 minutes for them to arrive..maxs wait should be 15-20 minutes for 2 waffles.When the waffles arrived they were awful..definitely not fresh at all..none of the fresh fluffy taste to it instead very hard and dry..and the dough tasted sourish..not the sweetish taste you usually get from waffles..I would never ever go again..worst ive had id say..could definitely make better at home myself..new place has opened down the road..if their standard is anything like their standard at the branch in the trafford centre then I dont see this Kaspa place lasting long.

I used to take my kids to Kaspas and we loved it... However, the last two visits were absolutely horendous and I will never visit them again!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE. Manager is very rude and has no manners. We ordered a strawberry waffle and there was only 1 strawberry cut into small pieces. When I asked for more strawberries, the manager refused to put any more and was very rude about it. We went again tonight and the service was even worse!!! We were 2 families, a total of eight people and they gave us a circular table that harldly fit. When we asked for a bigger table that was available, they refused to give it to us because it was for a family of ten and we were only eight!! When I spoke to the manager, he refused to listen. I asked him if he was willing to lose eight customers and he said that he was willing. He did not care for his customers or his bad service. I have never been anywhere where customer treatment is absolutely trash!! And Kaspas is absolute TRASH!! I will never go to it again and I highly suggest no one make the mistake of going there!!!

This is a new dessert parlour that has opened in Bolton. Like the one in Preston, the deco and furniture is new. The service is ok, I have read that many Kaspa's owners tend not to treat their staff that well unless they are related to the owners.The price is rather on the high side, not too different from other dessert parlours. The desserts we had were ok but really nothing outstanding.

Never knew this place existed.Had a terrible experience at Grillaz on the other side. So this was a good step up.Can't comment on the service as others have mentioned below. My friend ordered. But majority were smiling whilst going about the work!But I can say it was clean, felt fresh but more importantly it tasted right. Ordered the brownie waffle. Neatly served with some tidy whipped ice cream and milk sauce in a tiny jug. Smart.Slight criticism, would've preferred more chocolate!

Very disappointing experience here today. Have been many times before and was previously told as long as you have ordered and are seated before 11pm it's fine. Went in at 10.45pm today, waited a while for someone to come to us and there were still a lot of customers. When the rude member of staff came to us he basically refused to give us a table. I said to him don't you close at 11? He said yes but now we have started cleaning so you can't have a table. I was disgusted at his tone and attitude. I then said to him it also doesn't say this on your website that you can't have a table after a certain time. Its a shame you're turning away bill paying customers. Next time will definitely stick to our usual and favourite place Cube Desserts because not only do they stay open later but most importantly their staff are OUTSTANDINGLY POLITE AND FRIENDLY and value the customers and have so much respect for them.

My Wife wanted to go to this place as she had visited the one in Leeds and enjoyed it and so we thought we would try it.Friday evening and half empty we asked to sit in a booth, we were told these were for bigger parties but we could have one right at the back if we wanted.Having been sat for 2 minutes the manager i assume (he had a pink shirt) came over and told us these booths were for families and as its a friday evening they expected to be busy and would move us if the booth was needed. Talk about rude!! We ordered and it took an age for our desserts to come, the waffles were warm and the hot pudding was cold!! When i asked to for a hot one the 'manager' apologised and then brought out another a few minutes later which was piping hot. he then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that the pudding was cold as i had left my seat for all of 2 minutes. In all my life i have never seen such poor customer service. The desserts were average and the decor standard. All in all a poor experience and would certainly not recommend to others.
