An absolute disaster of a meal. I won't be buying again in the near future. Delivery left on my doorstep, without being notified. Abysmal service.

I ordered chips,popcorn and a wrap in their saver meal and got something totally different,if your going to change someone's order at least let the customer know,shocking

All they care about is uber eats just eat and delivered customers in the queue they don't care total liberty poor customer service

My partner & I ordered from here via just-eat. Postcode & address entered correctly, however the information given to the drivers was wrong. We received multiple phone calls informing us that they could not find our address, they proceeded to go to the wrong address even though we had given them the entire address again. Our food was then cold on arrival. We were hugely disappointed as we had been looking forward to this Saturday evening treat all day. Also to top it all off, burger box meal was tiny, hardly any chicken inside the burger.

really and truly just fu**ing embarrassing now. 3 visits. 3 wrong orders. you’ll never see me again.

Food was ok (eventually) never use just eats again as when I ordered it said 30 -45 min. 1 and half hours later I had to ring just eats head office as a driver had still been allocated the job. They told me they have no contact with drivers and the drivers pick their own jobs. Obvious lie as while I was on the phone a driver became allocated to pick my mewl up. Eventually nearly 2 hours after I ordered my food turned up.

This has to be the slowest serving takeaway....ever! And the sad thing is that it's very apparent that it's down to the staff and their complete lack of interest in doing a good job. Very rude and moving at a snail's pace. @KFC, can't you do something about this? You just need to look at the last 10 reviews on TripAdvisor to see that this is a consistent problem.

Currently standing in the queue here waiting for a mighty bucket for 35mins & counting! Staff rude & no excuse given for the wait! Will never return!!! AVOID!!!!

Such a shame. Not much to say. Filled with kids. I clean tables and loos. Staff not that helpful with menu. Menu don’t show a lot of choice. Taste is different. Along with dominos this is a let down on take seats b

Myself and My mum popped into kfc last night we ordered 2 fillet burger meals, I over heard the guy say there’s no fillets left so when I questioned him thinking he may ask if we would like another option as it was 11.30 they may not want to cook anymore. He rudely answered me saying no there is for your order but then that’s it !! BUT when we got home we both got the burgers out and it was all bun and one piece of thin spicy strip. So what I over heard and questioned there’s no fillets left was correct. It was awful service and couldn’t eat just bun mayo and lettuce !!! Will be making a complaint !!!

Visited on a Friday evening. Guy behind counter ignored me and kept serving others who came in after me until I said something and he just glared at me. Ordered and food passed out quickly without a word being spoken. When I got it home I was amazed the chicken was cold and very dry, and the 2 portions of chips were so small!! I counted the chips and 1 portion was 21 chips the other was 23 chips!! Not good at all and I will be complaining

Phoned up KFC to ask about an order I placed on Just eat, was greeted with some rude lady who really should not be working in customer service with her attitude. This was on 10/03/19 she decides to get her manager but in the process shouts to her manager "this lady is on the phone, cant bloody hear her she needs to speak louder for ****sake. Don't know why she did not phone Just Eat" all while I heard every part of that. So thank you Tarpots kfc for having the worst customer service in benfleet. Oh and still havent recieved my food or refund.

Maybe the worst kfc I've been to. Asked for two large meals and gives me 1 small drink . Told the guy on the till and he gives me a large drink but doesn't ask or check the rest of the meal. Checked the chips and these are small. Then checked the food and they missed out all the hot wings lol Forgot to put cheese in the burger even though I was charged. Get in the car and park up and there's no spoon to eat the beans Chips were all soggy didn't eat them Going to give kfc a miss from now On and stick to McDonald's.

Arrived at the drive thru to order lunch. The ordering point speaker looked in such bad condition from random stickers and rubbish laying around it I thought it must be out of order, so proceed to the window. This is where it went wrong. There was a very rude and scruffy looking Irish man that leans out the window told me to drive back round and order properly as my order would not be taken here. When I challenge him by saying that as I was here already why couldn’t o just be served. To what he replied no. Go back and order properly or don’t bother. I happened to mention what the f and why can’t I just order now. He shut the window and walked away. The lady manager arrived and said she wouldn’t serve me and I should leave. Great customer service.

Ordered through just eat - paid £30 for order. When it arrived there was no gravy that was on the order. There were only 2 dips for a 12 peice bucket and the chicken was so slimey the skin was just falling off. Called restaurant to ask for the gravy to be sent, the girl would not listen and spoke over me. They said they can’t send the gravy as it’s down to just eat. Spoke to just eat and they can’t re deliver. So a very annoyed husband and a very unenjoyable meal that cost £30

Chicken dry I mean really really dry. Staff with no manners at all one who seems to be bullying the others. Sort this out it used to be so good now it’s very very poor in every way

Waited 40 minutes for chips, 1 piece of chicken and a mini fillet burger. The bread was frozen, chips were cold. Chicken is greasy and well poorly cooked. Fuk Colonel Sanders.

gravy tasted bland- watery. When asked to change the staff said it was because of the ‘batch’ so they would all be the same. My friend ordered exactly the same her chicken resembled jelly. Not even a piece of chicken in sight. Awful and for the staff there all lazy and don’t really seem to care what anyone does. Will not be returning

I don’t indulge very often but two or three times a year I give in and get a bucket if my sons home . It never disappoints who doesn’t like KFC it was my addiction when I was expecting lol

After queuing for ages we were finally served for a take away. We only live 2 mins away, by the time we got home the food was stone cold and stodgy. The chips tasted like they’d been sitting under the heater for hours. Won’t be going back to this branch. what a waste of money!!

Picked up a takeaway from kfc as only five minutes from home. Haven’t been to this takeaway for a While and won’t go again.

Poor service . Cold chips . No serviettes or wet wipes hadn’t got any !!!!! No spoons given for beans had to ask !!! No straws given had to ask !!!! Didn’t give drinks until asked for them !! No mayonnaise left no lettuce left .

We used this restaurant as it is in a convenient location for us and the range of food is excellent, with good value for money. The staff are friendly. We have joined the KFC club that offers some good discounts and complete the customer satisfaction surveys where you can earn 15% off your next order.

The staff are always helpful, this is s small KFC with no drive through. Sometimes there is a wait if the shop is busy but the food is always hot and tastes great.

Qué puedo decir que no todo el mundo ya conocen KFC. Muy sabrosa. El personal es amable. Mis preocupaciones son sólo 2, en primer lugar, los aseos. He estado en aseos mejor público en una estación de tren. Solo pueden ser descritos como asqueroso! Este necesita abordar. En segundo lugar, en varias ocasiones he estado y tuvimos que esperar al menos 10 minutos de ordenar, ya que han "acabado de pollo" era que no esperaba vender cualquier chickenn! ! Venga chicos, esta es una sucursal de lleno y nunca debería suceder.

We have enjoyed KFC meal from here. its nice and tasty. however, parking can be tricky here because its a very busy area.

Firstly, this KFC is the worst in Essex! I don't recommend anyone to even step foot in this place. Customer service is god awful especially from Jenny (Keep noted the old woman with glasses with the most unpleasant face known to any customer, also take note, that if you are of 'colour' don't expect her to give you the money in a way customer service should be.) Also her colleagues are not very pleasant either as they tend to be presenting the food as if it was presented to dogs. Yes... Dogs. They also need to make sure their drinks machines are in working order as my younger son was feeling rather ill after drinking their Tango. Also for the love of GOD! My meal came with a source dip which is officially an extra 10p included in the price I bought it for! To not even bother to hand me that in my meal along with a lemon wipe is absolutely wrong and goes against customer services once again and the hygiene behind KFC. Everyone reading this, avoid here! The hot wings are not cooked to top standard either...

Fast food....well any slower and they would stop....a 25 minute wait with 2 tills open & only 5 people in front of me is a joke.....half the time they are reading screens trying to remember what they typed into the thing!

Pedimos comida para llevar desde aquí. Yo estaba indignado por el servicio de atención al cliente. Eso no me importa esperar por mi orden pero en verdad ... el personal estaban discutiendo, arrojando cosas en cada uno de los demás. Realmente? No había HELLOS, gracias o adiós!. Por favor KFC ... No re-tren su personal de atención al cliente (incluso un entrenamiento básico sería bueno!!) no volveremos, eso es seguro.
