We had finished a swim session at a local leisure centre and it was close to dinner time so we decided to visit the Walsall wood KFC restaurant. My kids both had popcorn chicken meals, I had a zinger tower meal and my wife had a rice box. Whilst my meal and my kids meals where fine, my wife's rice box was abysmal. A pitiful amount of salad and rice, I mean, it's supposed to be a rice pot not what was clearly a rice I can't be arsed pot also someone had decided to scrape the coating off the chicken fillet whilst trying to slice it presumably. To top it off there was a nice strand of hair in the salad. Thanks but no thanks.

Took over 15 minutes to serve 4 cars in the drive through. Staff member at the window was extremely rude (26/6 1810). Avoid.

Smallest pieces , rip off. 4 pieces I asked for and got 3 drummers and a very small piece of chicken. They know no one will check on a drive thru

The worst kfc to exist NEVER fails to forget something I have paid for always ruins my day staff are terrible. Really needs sorting out so ridiculously bad it’s a joke. Staff must be blind? The way they don’t check orders

10 piece bucket, requested only 2 legs and gave me 8, said it’s all they had and up to the store what they serve not the customer, manager was snardy and insulting, said it was delivery drivers fault so would exchange

I think they had trouble catching the chickens in this branch all I ordered was a snack wrap and at the time of writing ring this review has taken 20 minutes so far

I was driving back from bilston to sheffield and my 19month old son needed a nappy change. As soon as I entered carrying my baby boy a crew member (Amear) opened the door for me and gave me the radar key for the baby change facilities. When I got in there it was very clean to a good standard. I then thanked them for the key and wished to.purchase a drink and said I would be leaving this review. The manager was really happy with this feedback for her team member and store.

Absolutely diabolical! Ordered several times now via just eat and orders never turn up. Not to be trusted,! Poor customer feedback, poor management feedback, never order from here

Awful. Ignored for 10 minutes - service was so slow. There were delivery drivers everywhere. Customers constantly asking about orders because they were wrong Never again

Had an issue here previously, they offer discount to blue light card holders... But only through the drive through??? So this time went through drive through, had offer mailed to me at about 12.30 re Tuesday deal. So at 3.30 went to collect late lunch/early dinner for family. Told no offers, but could order same thing for twice the price, ok, had promised KFC so said yes & mentioned blue light card Got to till, all woman said to me was 'Blue light card' so showed it on my phone. She then walked off, never said a word. Another woman appeared, said the same, not a Hi, how are you, nothing. So showed card again. She then asked for further ID. I'm sat here in my uniform, with cash, no other ID, don't take wallet to work, its not safe. Leave a little cash in the car. Sorry I say no I.D, she says no discount it could be fraud... £1.69 would have been the discount... Seriously going to dress up & try & defraud KFC for £1.69. I just drove off. Will not use that KFC again.

Waited 25 mins for one family bucket of Chicken. 5pm Saturday Also No receipt, order number given from machine. Won’t return..

Waited a long time for my meal, I was eating out and no lid on my drink. Had a toasted twister, the picture shows couple of pieces of chicken and salad. I got one piece of chicken and a shed load of pickled red cabbage!! I hate the stuff. So basically I had to scrap everything off it and just have one of chicken in a wrap. I won’t eat there again.

I went in for food you know we all love chicken but unless you’re occupied by someone over 18 you won’t be served didn’t know the chicken had alcohol in wasn’t even given a reason

greasy chicken soggy grease soaked chips. you could fill the sump of your car with the amount of oil on the food.

Drive through Purchased 3 meals through the drive through. Boneless box for my mom and me and my brother had burger meals. Drive through was efficient, quick and the food was great and very hot. Couldn’t believe the coleslaw has shrunk in size. But still tasted yummy. Thank you yet again. Never had a bad meal from here.

I purchased a takeaway about 2 3 Fridays ago, it was evening so about 5 hrs later went to bed, I then was awoke at 1.30in the morning and rushed to the bathroom where I was violently sick, which burnt my throat as I was being sick, I had eat the same as the wife apart from that meal so it had to be this meal. That said I left it because I assumed 1 bad experience, the following Friday I was out and the wife decided to have Kentucky, this was from the same Branch, hrs after she eat hers she was in the toilet with awful diarrhea, so now a week later same branch this is no coincidence.

Chip portions sizes are small, always forgot to add cutlery or correct sauce. Customer service and how your spoken to isn’t the best. Chicken sizes are small

The West Haverstraw NY McDonalds, has had the most well trained socially interactive young people, from the drive up window to the order retrieve window they are friendly, courteous, happy and engaged, very professional and a feeling of They enjoy what they do. Great training McDonalds. I hope these young entrepreneurs are steered in the many facets of hospitality, which can open doors to other highly demanding well paying careers in Hospitality.

I was sat in the car park with my son eating away, when I saw one of the cleaners with a brush and dustpan quickly brush the table with the very same brush that cleans the floor. Very disgusting. Do they clean their homes the same way?

This is probably one of the worst KFCs I’ve been to, I don’t expect fine dining but the amount of chavs that stand outside and intimidate everyone entering is ridiculous and nothing ever seems to be done about it. I’ve been here several times and it’s always the same. The food isn’t as nice as the usual food I get from other KFCs.

Scorching day restaurant on entering was fantastic air conditioning respite from the sun. Service was excellent so was the food all freshly cooked five of us we had £18.99 bucket food was tasty and well presented. The restaurant was lovely and clean.

I made a quick lunch stop today to this KFC. I had been here before and hadn’t had any complaints.The food again today was great, the chicken was hot and freshly cooked. I was pleasantly surprised to see the NEW mash potato on the menu. (It too tasted great)The staff were very friendly too.

We have stopped using this KFC altogether now after trying at least 10 times+ to have a good experience. The only thing consistent about it is that it is consistently poor!The food varies from overly greasy and full of fat, to dry and hardly any meat. The staff are 50/50, sometimes you get lucky and get served by somebody who is polite and know what they are doing, other times its awful service. You have to ask for chicken breast despite their "2 breasts per 10 pieces" rule you would think you automatically would get them in a 10 piece order but no you have to ask and even then you're lucky if they accommodate it. Very often get orders wrong, I can't tell you the amount of times we have gotten all the way home only to find the order is wrong or something is missing. Have complained several times to both the store and the head office and nothing changes, head office very reluctant to help. The restaurant is always surrounded by local youths causing trouble and it is very intimidating, this has been logged with the police as an issue and I have personally spoken to them about it too, I am advised they now have security guards on patrol in the store!Family members also do not rate this branch.I have also been when there has been no chicken, I've been when I've had to wait nearly 20 minutes to receive my order and I've also been there and watched a member of staff flirting with a policeman she was serving and letting him have the food without paying.

Well I was quite shocked on visiting this KFC I found the staff member to be rude, when asked what bottles of pop they had I got a blank face, I had to wait over 10 minutes for the food, while waiting you tent to notice things I noticed there where meat flys flying around 6 to what I noticed, counter wasn’t clean and behind the coffee machine which are able to pull out was a disgrace, in a restaurant environment a deep clean should happen once a month minimum. Best part they had not long opened so there was no excuse they was busy
