Weddington Terrace is the worst KFC in Nuneaton when ordering for delivery. Always items missing and when you phone to advise they tell you it was in the bag because it was marked as having been put in, this is every single time, I shall definitely not be ordering from here again.

Too salty , way too salty, like dangerously salty, we order often but this was not enjoyed unfortunately this time. So sad.

Called in fir £6.99 bucket of 10 chicken fillets and chips. All young people who don't care, no bucket a KFC paper bag. They need to learn how to count as we only had 8 when we got home. Too far to walk back if they do this to a lot of people then there making the company a profit. I won't go back in a hurry. Some need to go to a school that can teach them some manners.

Absolutely incompetent staff. Got home only to find half my order was missing. Tried calling them on the phone but the phone just rings out.

18/05/22 some of staffs don't seem to blame herself what she did to me today on drive thru not ever say sorry or apology to customer when she spill the drinks on me but one of staff I think she a packing food she an Asian girl she bring the foods to me to the car and I did tell her for what happened to me she been saying sorry and apology what been happened that not even her fault at all. thank you for Asian girl how nice she is.

Only place I know that doesn’t have lids for hot drinks. Continue to ask for a coffee every time I visit and continue to be told they they are not serving hot drinks because they don’t have any lids. Surprised they can’t keep a stock of lids in, imagine if they run out of Chicken 🐔

Service was ok, but the food took 20 mins to come and when it arrived everything was stone cold. I had the new gravy box meal and the whole thing was cold so I sent it back and they just reheated. Also, some of the food wasn't wrapped they just threw it into the bag. Not a great experience at all.

Quality of meat is disgusting, oil smells very poor service , don't go there wasting your money. Thanks

Absolutely rubbish. Place an order for delivery just shy of £45. Delivery arrives, no notification just left on the door step by the Uber driver! I check the order and the order isn’t mine. I call the driver who said take it up with KFC. I take the order back to the restaurant along with the receipt on the delivery and a copy of what I ordered. (Lucy) the team leader refused to rectify my order. Refused to re-do it and refused to give me a refund. Bearing in mind I had spent £45 and the items delivered were for £20. So no food, no refund!!! I complained to Uber Eats and KFC via phone call and email. So far NOTHING!! No one has even bothered to get back to me. DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE as the team leader was so rude and unprofessional. While I was in the queue, the two customers after me were also lined up with complaints about the wrong orders. AVOID THIS PLACE

we were the only ones in there apart from (just bloody eat people ) they seem to have first dips to the hot food, and we were left with bill for cold and not cooked properly chicken and chips even the drink seemed watered down, its now 5 hours my self and daughter have pains in our bellies. this will be the last time we will eat in kfc anywhere

Wrong order twice in a row now, cold food over cooked and dry. Staff are rude and are not very apologetic for it being wrong. Glad its not just me after looking at google reviews and trip advisor. I think they need to get some new staff/management as it doesn’t set a very good example for a large establishment when you are spending hard earned money on a treat for the family. I’m sure plenty people would like a job in this current pandemic so could easily get new staff. Not Happy ☹️

Apart from the huge mountain of uncollected rubbish in the car park - not too bad. Food appears freshly cooked and hot. But it drives me nuts when, in this and other fast food restaurants, you aren't given cutlery, condiments or napkins until you ask!!! I'm driving a car and I don't want greasy chicken from my fingers all over my car - I want to be able to clean up after eating and use cutlery like a civilised person. Some staff look a little dishevelled but on the whole it's one of the better ones.

Ordered two Festive burgers and one Tower meal at the Drive-through. I asked if the order was complete when it was handed to me at the delivery counter as it looked small. I was told 'Yes' and if my mate hadn't looked for the (missing) Tower burger meal I would have driven off and not realised it wasn't there unitil I'd got home. Also the (horrible tasting) Festive Burgers we ordered as the advert suggested that there was corn AND beans not corn OR beans. There was nothing on the boxes to distinguish which burgers were which. Very disappointing experience and unfortunate as the store wasn't especially busy. Half the Festive Burger ended up in the bin.

Crap service didnt want to listen to my order so they got it wrong then pulled face when i told them it was wrong .... had to wait for ages at the second window staff are rude and dont care food was dry gravey was a blob and chips were old .... never again

I love going here with my mum and brothers. Love the wraps and southern fried chicken. I would clearly recommend going here to try it for yourself and not to mention the family and friends aswell

I have just been through the drive through at kfc and they got my order wrong and had to wait to speak to somebody! The manager Betsy was rude and wouldn’t even throw it in for free. Her attitude was a absolutely disgusting I would never come here again! The service is terrible...... avoid!

Kfc in their wisdom have decided to change the fries. Our whole family found the new ones horrible. They spoiled our meals. Sorry kfc we won’t be back until you come to your senses.

How can a kfc not be able to serve coffee?... last time I visited it was crushems? And the chicken meal looks reheated and came with no dips!! Strange as it was a chicken dipping meal!! I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt following having to return a meal that had obviously been reheated from the afternoon !! Worse than chewing a flip flop !

Been here a few times and have today it's always mediocre at best. Sometimes the chicken is over greasy or just really really dry.

Best KFC for miles. Beats Bermuda Park hands down. Food always hot. Staff very friendly. Restaurant always spotless. Car park always free of litter.

having used the Kentucky in Castle Bromwich for some time (we used to live there) this branch did not meet our expectations. food had to be thrown away.

Having not had KFC for around 4 years we gave it a try and glad we did. Our variety meal was very good and was hot. The girl who served us was very helpful and polite. We had a dessert of ice cream with caramel sauce which was delicious and such good value. We will not leave it as long till next visit as it was so good.

The restaurant was open, people were eating inside and I was at the drive through on my way home, waiting for the staff to take my order but it never happened. Sat there half talking to the intercom with a couple of cars behind me, but after trying to get noticed - in the end just drove off a bit disgruntled and went somewhere else.

Popped in to pick up a take away chicken dinner, the service was polite and reasonably quick, the food was exactly what you expect from Kentucky Fried Chicken, tasty and hot
