Today (14th Jul) I have to give 10 stars for the service. The guys were excellent, both service and behavior

Drove all the way to Birmingham got lost literally 5 minutes away from the subway in Corley Coventry food arrived hour later after saying it was out for delivery freezing

Live a 3 minute drive down the road from the restaurant and the driver ended up going all the way to Birmingham and back with my food. Very late and good would have been made an hour before I got to eat it

As stated there’s supposed to be cheese in the breakfast sub and ketchup there is neither on it extremely dry really disappointed

Wish I'd checked the reviews before buying a sub. Had mine toasted but it was lukewarm on the top layer and cold in the rest. Definitely won't make the mistake if eating here again.

Stale bread, not even warm in the slightest. Delivery time changed twice so my food just sat in a bag for that time. Not happy. A lot of money wasted

I was charged an additional £1 for the vegan cheese option even after I explained to them I am lactose intolerant. The sandwich came with standard cheese, but wouldn't do a straight swap despite the fact I genuinely can't have it. If I'd been on my own I'd have walked off and taken my custom elsewhere.

I watched the delivery driver on the map take the longest detour ever and when he arrived with cold, squashed food, he said we live 22 mile away from the shop. We actually live less than 3miles away. Won’t be ordering from this one again, I only did as it was nearer to our home address than the next one

Terrible customer service. Paying almost £8 for a sandwhich to be told I can't have the dressing I want on it as its a set dressing already prebuild by subway .How atrocious,who in the right mind would Want to spend money on something they can't have to their likings it doesn't make sense especially in time like these where people think twice before spending .not happy at all !

Incredibly rude staff called natalie. The other server was equally rude. Refused to alter salads on sandwiches, refused to serve bread because it was too fresh and might be hot ...despite putting one sandwich on the toaster to make it hot... Left with no food and will not come back. So rude so so rude.

Tried Tuna sandwich, chocolate cookie and latte. Really happy with service provided also tuna as tasty. Customer service was five stars.

I pre ordered my food and it was still late I couldn’t eat it because my break time was over at work and it was a waste of

Ordered a baller. They didn't put pepperoni on it. When I asked for the pepperoni they said I had ordered the meatball. No options for salad. They asked if I wanted pepper and onion, I said just pepper. They said onion? I said, no pepper please. Got a meal deal. Poured a drink, it looked weak but took it. On drinking it was watery. Awful service, not listening to what you actually ask for and drinks weak. Avoid and go to somewhere else.

Food cold and times kept getting longer for delivery after I ordered food not Happy

Great Subway, food fresh and hot. Service helpful and friendly. Salad stuff looked fresh

No meatballs ("We always run out at 1pm") and no tuna. I had cheese and salad gluten free costing £4.69. It was sooo dry. The guy really didn't care, at all. I suggested that they should order more meatballs if they always ran out at 1pm. While I was there a girl asked for a tuna sub. They're losing business.

Would give 0 if I could. Really poor food hygiene, gave me food poisoning last night. Definitely this as it was all I had to eat that day. Will never go there again.

I was served by the manager here, who was incredibly rude, I ordered three cookies, and she tried to give me a broken onewith half of it missing. I asked to exchange for one that hadn’t had half of it broken off, she then expressed frustration and practically threw another cookie into my bag causing me to spill them on the ground. Very poor service especially from a manager. Other staff members here are very nice tho, maybe she could learn from them.

Terrible service at this Subway. I asked for the big cheese steak and they had no clue. The lady at the bread section started to prepare a footlong with turkey and ham.I had to ask her to stop and start over with a steak and she stood there with her hands on her hip, looked at the young fella stood next to her and said" what am I supposed to do with this bread" lol! Like honestly I thought she knew what I was talking about and I was expected to have the sandwich she was preparing. The guy on the salads and the lady at the bread section were absolutely rude. They were referring to grated cheese as mozzarella which I know it is but i know it as grated cheese and the fella was correcting me and just laughing about.I was so put off that I picked up just some kids sandwiches and went to burger King next door to pick up my sandwich. HORRIBLE IS THE WORD.

Girl who served today needs a reality check and some actual training in how to serve customers.

Wanted a burger but only had 4 quid. But it blew my socks off. Great staff. Great ambience. Great sandwich. I went for a cheesy pepperoni which they kindly allowed me to have without cheese like it was Christmas or something. All the salad for my health and south west sauce - i'm from the south west and I've never had a sauce that good - like drinking from the teet of an angel, of sauces. They say the bread has so much sugar in it it would be classed as cake but it tasted pretty savoury to me mate. If i pass away on the road then bury me here. Subway Corley Southbound I salute you. 10 /10

Apparently coach driver vouchers aren’t accepted here even though every single other Subway at a Welcome Break services do accept them.

A place where the service makes you feel like an intruder. Awful experience. However sandwich was really tasty 😁

I am here right now..came for subway there’s no no one at the cashier and then after 10mins one lady came casually not even a single greeting from her.and we asked for vegan food she said all run out that’s doesn’t matter but the way she respond is bloody disgusting.as per your web page it’s shows your shop close at 9pm.if it’s true pls change your timings for customers convenience.

Abysmal service Served on 26.06.22 at 15.27. There was one person serving across the whole line: bread filler, salad and till. He was extremely rude and and used the same gloves to make my Plant Patty after making an Italian Spicy and didn’t even offer to change them. He then tossed cheese on my sub that it didn’t even melt on the patty. And salad was so restricted he placed 4 small pieces of olive and 4 slices of onion on. I have never been so disappointed in a Subway before, and regularly use this station due to the electric charging services available but will certainly keep away from this store if this is the standards.

Served by a very handsome fella called Haydn who exquisitely crafted my sub to perfection. I was very satisfied with his footling , it’s filled me up very well. Would definitely recommend again.

Went in today, walked to counter Nobody waiting, stood there a few mins, I said to the one women is there a board to order off ? No I will have to wait! Few mins later the other women served me, She asked if I wanted 1ft or 6inch, I said 6 inch Asked if I wanted meat I said no You don't want meat ? No I don't want meat, I asked for cheese, 2 small triangle pieces of cheese put on my roll, I said I wanted everything on the salad, The veggie parties where cut in to 2 So half the size of them in other subs shops, Had sauce, She never changed her gloves, It's was £3.39for my salad sub Which is usually a lot less And more cheese Theses Motor away services don't care about the food they gove you or the price of it, Go no choice to to call at one of them

They changed their gloves on request and carefully made my sandwich. The lady and young lad both were very respectful to me.

1620. We seemed to break into a chat between the two lads at the till who seemed to resent our intrusion and presence. Not quite rude, but pretty close to it. Perhaps Subway don't have managers who teach politeness any more. Who pays their vast wages and salaries?.........oh yes! Its the customers! Perhaps the other outlets there value the public more? We'll see next time. Disappointing, would have given them 0 but it wouldn't register.

Ordered same wrap I have all the time. With meat warmed up and cold salad. Woman serving told me I couldn't do that. It was either all hot or all cold. So told them to stuff it. Hot salad? No thanks.... Have subway all over the country and never experienced anything like it before. Total rubbish. Went to burger King instead. Which was lovely.

The gentleman serving us was very nice and made us order a pizza sub and was great.

The cheeses are contaminated with meat. I had to walk away seeing the lady put meat on the sandwich for a customer before me and then use the same gloves to pick the cheese, with bits of meat on her gloves. Defo not suitable for vegetarians.

Closing time of 7pm at a services is utterly ridiculous.

Very overpriced & served by an extremely rude women called Doris. She had a can't do attitude & service without a smile! Not even offered a sorry when my sub was made wrong. Will not return!

Hardly any fillings to choose from, was told to try over the bridge so went to kfc instead.

Best customer service of all subways !

Can't beat a subway for a tasty lunch!

Far more expensive then a normal subway. Kids meal £3.50 instead of £3 and three cookies for £1.50 instead of £1!
