£25 for two meals!! Blimey I need a mortgage to eat here!!! All I ordered for my partner and I was two large meals. My double cheeseburger was tiny, and the cheese loaded fries weren’t with real cheese, just a cheese sauce. My partner had a whopper meal with cheese and bacon loaded fries but he enjoyed it as best he could. I will say though, my vanilla milkshake was really nice. Probably won’t order from here again, might just pack a sandwich instead.

The male manager was unhelpful and rude

No coffee at 8.40am .. massively overpriced for a breakfast bap. And it was rubbish, can see why there was a que at greegs..

Ordered 3 meals, 2 bacon double cheeseburgers had to be exchanged as both stone cold. McDonald's would have been better. Just had a "no worries mate" and when fresh give, had "there you go". No apology etc.

Refuse to let me deliver food as I could not take my food bag of the back off my bike without a tool to bring it in to show them I had a bag, how else am I meant to carry the food you idiots it's a motorcycle not a car don't have a spare seat just to sit it on, cancel the order because of this sorry for who got late cold food as it was not even on a heated rack too.

After my fantastic service from the adjacent costa coffee, I thought I would give Burger King a try. Although busy and looking rather understaffed , manager chloe provided admirable service in such a quick time! Will be frequenting this establishment again, thank you very much for the tasty burger!

The service wasn't very good. The staff was too busy talking than serving customers. The food wasn't so good too. Burger king is my favourite but not this one. The table were dirty and it wasn't even busy.

Burger was cold. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Told me that they have to through my drink and chips away infront of me. They did offer to make mea new burger but not chips as they were nothing wrong with them. So burger king are prepared to watch starving people starving and wastefood. Beginning it. It's been a long time since I've had a Burger King, but I'm sure the burgers were always a lot bigger. If I'm honest, it was the worst I've had. Food wasn't exactly hot and it reminded me more of a wimpy with the size of the small burgers and luke warm chips. Safe to say I won't be craving one in a rush.

Wow! Amazing customer service from Lewis who served us tonight. Despite it being a really busy Saturday night, and us being a family of four, we were served with a smile and the food was delicious when we came home! You made our day :)

Came to this bk services because it says it's a drive through but that isn't the case. Got the chimichurri fries which is honestly the best thing ever.

Orderd a meal 3 minutes later got it went back to my truck everything cold and for the price I paid id have expected the burger and chips to be hot not cold if I could give a - I would won't be calling at burger King Tamworth again it will be Greg's or KFC at least there food is hot.

Considering I spent just shy of £40 for 3 meals, the burger was the worst part of it. Can tell the buns have been frozen as they are dry and falling apart. Was stingy with the spicy mayo which I complained about and it was literally a light spread on the bun. Honestly a waste of money and should of spent it in KFC instead. Dont waste your time or money coming here it’s a joke.

For 2x burgers that costs 25.50£ a litte but pricey i’d say, the quality is too low. The burger itsel was super dry with almost no existing sauce in it and the bun wasn’t fresh as expected

staff lovely but I threw most of my plant based burger away as it was cremated round about 4mm deep all round the burger by the time i had cut it all off not a lot left even my dog would not eat it to far to travel back to change it really disappointed I had been looking forward to it for hours

Not had a BK for a while.. It used to be you had a BK meal and were full...Not any more 25 quid on 2 regular meals and 1 side and then had to pop to Greggs after has still hungry...

Food ok. A few things was missing from last order but today I wasn't expecting a "lettuce block" in my burger. Its really hard to separate lettuce leaves? Or its easier to give me leftovers without separating it. I have never seen anything like this lol 🤣

The burger was cold, the drink was flat and had very little syrup. The chips were warm but not hot

Carrying bags of food, 3 burgers, 3 chips out, bottom fell out of bag, spilling food all over floor. Happened to another (irate) customer as we waited. Had to get food re served, but have doubts it was new as new food was cold. Not good. Even if staff on counter advised customers to hold bottom of bag would of have helped. Suggestion maybe an older member of staff, experienced, would help. RH

It's an OK Burger King, food is as expected. Service is good. It being in services makes it onky half pleasant to spend time in. Doesn't affect me much when I take away.

Bread falls apart, cold food , took 2 hours .. this place really is shocking

I order my food online got accepted at 14:40 said would be within 30 mins delivery. I then look on again after it being an hour to see that the delivery drive had left due to food no being cooked and him waiting along time. So another delivery driver has excepted the job and now my food will be here at 16:40. So I’ve waited 2 hours for my food which will probably come cold. Absolutely disgusting service. Tried calling restaurant 2x no answer. Terrible!!

Ordered my meal and stipulated that I didn’t want tomatoes. Meal came with extra tomatoes. The zombie that served me didn’t care. Will not be ordering there again. Felt quite jealous if the people queuing at greggs in my way out….

Visited this establishment on Thursday and ordered a cheese and bacon burger meal. Burger cold, thoroughly, chips lukewarm. Took the meal back, the young lady serving took the bag off me threw it straight in the bin. I was presented with another meal and again it was cold. Couldn't be bothered taking that one back and threw it in the bin myself. Certainly won't be visiting this particular establishment again. Appalling experience.

Well I used to look forward to a flame grilled burger over a McDs. But not any more! Burger luke warm didn’t even melt the cheese, bread so dry that the bun fell apart. Only edible thing was the chips! AVOID.

Picked up 2 meals on the way back home as it’s local. It was not really that busy for a Friday evening but it took 20 mins to get our order. There were only three staff visible with one young lad at the front seeming to do everything for everyone. My son said his double whopper was acceptable. As for the chicken burger that my daughter got, she would’ve got fresher ingredients from scraping the bottom of my compost bin. It was putrid. The fries were acceptable but the drinks flat. £20 for 2 meals…. sadly it’s a pee take! AVOID

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I ordered a vegan burger, but had been given a chicken burger instead served in a veggie burger wrap. The worst service ever, I was also supposed get 20% discount which the guy at the till said he’d applied (never did). Would not recommend in a million years.

Tamworth Burger King was a bad experience. Not only did i wait & watch while she was making fries etc for nearly 10 minutes, then someone who just came in got served over me!! I said no salad just onions but what i got was a tomato hiding in the middle, no onions or cheese. This was supposed to be the gourmet burger which had grizzle in every bite. Will not buy from there again.

Definitely the worst burger I have ever tasted. The burger could be compared to beef slop and tasteless. The chips could have been counted in the packet. By far a disgrace to call it a burger from Burger King.

Green Lane, Tamworth B77 5PS Male server happy to chat with his friend from Greggs ordering on a staff discount. No interest in serving me. For some reason I was charged extra for cheese on a cheeseburger. If that meant 2 slices, I only got 1. It was lukewarm at best. The fries were terrible. The cappucino was passible. Whilst I was waiting for my order, another customers order was ready and he called for them. When they didn't respond (gone to the loo) he started complaining to the young woman server "why do people order stuff then go". Probably because it took you so long to do it. When my order was ready I got a "sorry for the wait". Which was fine. The sarcastic comments to his colleague "please don't come again" wasn't fine. Your staff either need to find new jobs or some manners. I spent 20 years in customer service and I'd have been out the door if I showed such crappy attitudes as these two; especially the man. Not only will I never buy from this BK again, I'll never buy from another one if this is the standards you accept. This isn't an isolated incident judging by the reviews of this site.

Me and my wife went there on Saturday the 11th of September 2021. The Burgers were flavourless and just warm, the service was so bad I almost walked away before ordering. With the benefit of hindsight, I wish I had walked away. I was short changed by the server who disappeared and only when I asked where the change was, the server, looked at my receipt before he gave me the change I should have had in the first place. The worst Burgers and the worst service I have experienced anywhere. Go there at you peril.

Waited 35 minutes for 1 burger. I paid for extra cheese which was not on the burger so waited all that time for a damn disappointment Staff sipping away at coke and laughing while customers are waiting!!! I’ve worked in service and fair enough we all have bad days but at least have go and fanny about at the back and not in front of the customers. And get the order right…

The worst food I have ever experienced. Chips had clearly been recooked two or three times and chicken Royale burger was cold and an abomination. Received some horrible ice cream dessert instead of the milk shake I ordered. Useless staff. Contemptible impolite business

Usual traveller fare of quality burgers - don't knock it when arriving late at a hotel when travelling!! Best value can be obtained by the Burger King app (Yes I travel a lot) but also via the Moto app. Never pay full price for a burger again!! Can't beat it!!

I know it is on a motorway service area and so the footfall is probably high but my review is as follows:Cleanliness - none it is visibly dirty both in the seating area and behind the counter so goodness knows what the kitchen is like. Staff - do not care one bit about delivering any kind of service. when it is ready you can have it, full stop. Availability - I don't think I have ever visited a BK on a motorway where the milkshakes were actually available and this one is no different. Food - cold, thrown together, under cooked, close to inedible.I was introduced to fast food by McDonalds, Burger King and KFC when I lived in the USA. The concept which is underpinned by consistent quality of product and highly atrentive service is simply NOWHERE TO BE SEEN at this BK outlet.

Had to stop for a quick bite. Thought a Burger King would be a good bet however we were quite wrong. It was all very dodgy. The servers were nice but clearly quite new. The nuggets, burgers, fries.. all lacking that extra bit you expect from a Burger King. This felt like a run down McDonald’s..

They are all the same, a bit pricier than MacDonalds but the burgers are so much better, handy to take back to the hotel literally 100ft away and it beats a pot noodle, not a bad meal and it's was quick

Stopped at servicesfor a break went to burger king as loved by son and hubby. Ordered 2 chicken royale mèals and veggie burger. My veggie burger looked like it had been badly thrown together literally and tasted worse. My son who loves a royale said it was his worst ever.Place not clean only 1 pleasant staff member. I would suggest that you all stay away.Can't give a minus score had to give a one.

I usually love burger king but went here last night on way home from long journey and it was absolutely disgusting. Ordered the jalapeno bbq burger and mango chilli chicken burger, both were thrown together and falling apart trying to eat it. Both were gross too. Chips had been there all night and they couldn't be bothered cooking anymore so gave us half empty chips each. Chilli bites were old and gross too. Was waiting a ridiculously long time despite only being one other guy in there cause staff were all sat in the back chatting or too busy making krushems for themselves to drink instead of actually sorting customer's orders. Awful customer service, could tell they all just wanted to go home.

After a very long, very hot, very busy day at work, thought I’d drop by to grab a burger on the way home. After a frustratingly long wait in dirty surroundings and being served by people that clearly didn’t want to be there (it’s called summer sweetheart, we’re all hot) I get something unrecognisable wrapped in paper and chucked on a bag for my £11.48 - In fairness, it was hot and it tasted OK (managing 2 things the local McDonalds franchises cannot) but customers clearly deserve to get better than this.

My review is based upon just the Burger King franchise in the services - I have used other parts of the services such as M&S and the toilets and all is fine there but we needed to grab some food at 9:30 on a Sunday evening and we decided the services was a place we could be guaranteed to get something. Well we did get something but - filthy counter top filled with outer wrappers from drinking straws and used sugar sachets. There were dried up drips from drinks and the rubbish was strewn across the floor and under the tables. £15 for a whopper and a chicken Royale with fries and a drink. - tasteless over processed white bun filled with a tasteless processed piece of meat resembling chicken with a bit of limp chopped lettuce and mayo. This was accompanied by a bag of cardboard sticks known as fries. What utter rubbish! I really wish we had not bothered.
