I have waited this long to write my review as I have emailed the restaurant but have not had, to date, a response from them so this tells me even more about their service. I'll keep this as brief as I can. We went for my sons 18th, there were incorrect orders, cold steak, a broken cup served to my 85 year old dad, who cut his lip on it, and my mum was extremely ill for a few days afterwards, she had the fish and chips. Dont get me wrong, the cup was replaced, the steak taken away and warmed up but this should not have happened in the first place. In total over £400 spent on this night, my younger sons order was wrong so he didn't eat it, and I was pretty embarrassed by this point to call them over yet again and my son said he didnt want anything anyway after that and yes, I paid for a full plate of food, I know, my fault. The staff were pleasant and helpful enough when called over but honestly they could have taken more notice of everything coming to the table so we didn't have these issues, had they even bothered to respond to my email sent a few weeks ago I may have had an outcome from it to tell you, but alas no response. I saved hard for this special evening and was disappointed so I would advise you to save your money or spend it somewhere else.

I went with a few friends today and we loved the interior , upon looking at the menu we figured it was pricey but sounded pretty good , the staff had air pods in which was a red flag and the establishment had an overall of 3 tables in and that includes us which is red flag number to , i ordered the cheesy burger i believed it was called with a side of mac and cheese which was a total of £13.99 and when it arrived i was shocked it was a small bowl of mac and cheese although disappointed with the size of it, it was very nice. However my biggest disappointment was my burger i feel like it was equal to a £1.99 cheeseburger from Mac Donald’s and i was very upset with the size . Overall my experience was okay at best … Our server was lovely it’s just a-shame some staff had air-pods in when they were on floor and the food was very small for its price

Started queuing at 10.50 with a sign up saying wait time for food was 8 mins. Got seated quickly enough mmjw to be told it was lunch menu only. Disappointed but ordered anyway. After 40 mins still my food. That's simply not good enough when you're trying to catch a flight. Really bad show. 👎

Burger bun stale. Garlic bread stale. Pizza poor (just like it came from the supermarket frozen section). Server not really bothered when I reported this. Won’t return.

This is about an incredibly disappointing experience my family and I had at the Aztec Temple Restaurant at Chessington Aztec Hotel on the evening of 11th April. When we arrived, there was no staff at the check-in kiosk. After several minutes of waiting and searching, we finally found someone to check us in. Despite the chaos, we were asked to pay approx. £100 UPFRONT, even before being seated. Just minutes later after being seated, we were told by a staff member that the restaurant was closing - despite having just been seated and having paid full price. There had been no prior warning at the time of payment that the buffet would close imminently. The food options were limited and poor. The starters included just two options: a Thai-style poppadum and a bland savory pastry. The salad bar featured limp vegetables and stale beans - certainly not worthy of the price that seemed extortionate. It was clear the buffet had already begun winding down before we even arrived, yet we were still charged full price. When we raised the issue, the manager assured us we could take our time and that the restaurant would stay open for us to finish. However, just minutes later, another staff member contradicted this, reminding us again the restaurant was closing. This back-and-forth left us feeling rushed, nagged, and incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, both I and my child experienced digestive discomfort and acidity later that evening - undoubtedly caused by being rushed into eating substandard food under pressure. What should have been a relaxed family meal turned into a stressful, overpriced, and physically uncomfortable experience. I formally escalated the complaint the next morning (12th April), while still at the resort, but no one from the team contacted us during the remainder of our stay. The response we later received was dismissive - suggesting the matter could only be handled at the time, despite us raising it in real time. We have been offered a 20% discount for a future visit which is both inadequate and impractical, as we clearly mentioned that we have no intention of returning. We feel misled, let down, and ignored. Guests deserve better communication, respect, and value for their money.

Asistimos aquí utilizando el Wowcher de £ 20, que es una gran relación calidad-precio de un menú fijo. Puedes tener un entrante y un principal, o un principal y un postre. Nos pareció que el servicio era aceptable - estaban un poco estirados. Pensamos que la comida era buena y volvería.

The staff that we were served by were lovely and deserve to be told that. As for the food and the experience, I haven’t been for years and the new branding just doesn’t work for us. The food is basic, no presentation in the dishes we had and the restaurant was quite dirty. The food was nice what we had tho and I would go back to try again if we were passing. Thanks to our server, I would mention her but she didn’t leave a name on our receipt (:

Ordered through UberEats. We got two burgers, two sexy fries and a mac and cheese.The burger bun was dry, the sexy fries were absolutely nothing like the photos and at a whopping £5 each, I would have expected something half presentable. The Mac and cheese was an absolute joke. We got the side but there were barely two spoons of Mac and cheese in a tub which was 10% full. See pictures. You can see the shadow on the outside of the tub which indicates how full the Mac and cheese tub was.We tried to call the restaurant to complain but no answer and auto response from ubereats telling us feedback will be passed on.I’ll never order again from here.

Comida y bebidas muy caras. Pero debido a la ubicación, supongo que estos son los precios que esperarías pagar. Así que la revisión no se basa en los precios. Estábamos en el bar deportivo inferior. Tenían dos mesas de billar que aceptaban pagos sin contacto. Estos rara vez funcionaban. La máquina también tomó monedas pero nuevamente se negó a trabajar. El personal no parecía interesado en que perdiéramos bastante dinero en estas mesas y no hicimos nada al respecto. Cuando llegamos a jugar, las mesas eran muy desiguales y mal cuidadas. Por la cantidad que cobran por un juego, uno pensaría que cuidarían mejor las mesas. En los tableros de dardos. Tienen dos tablas en una zona muy estrecha. Muy poco margen de maniobra cuando dos personas juegan a la vez. Un ligero lapso de concentración al recuperar tus dardos podría verte golpeado por dardos de la otra tabla. La otra cosa más extraña de esto fue que no hay máquinas de puntuación, lo que sí sucede en algunos pubs, pero tampoco ni siquiera pizarras para tiza sus puntuaciones. Mantener puntuaciones en tu teléfono no es lo más ideal para echar un vistazo rápido al lanzar. Pobre show. La zona es un tamaño muy agradable y tiene el potencial de ser un pequeño gran lugar para fiestas privadas, etc. Lamentablemente los precios, la falta de cuidado de las instalaciones y la comodidad a la hora de jugar hace que le dé los pulgares abajo. Una mejor gestión de esto podría hacer que sea uno de los mejores lugares en Londres para piscina y dardos. Esperemos que los propietarios puedan aprovechar un bar deportivo increíble potencial.

Ordered a takeaway through JustEat, who conveniently won't let me leave a review. Food was stone cold, ordered chicken with 2 carbonaras, neither had any, and one even lacked the bacon! Complete lack of care when contacting the restaurant, pretty much told it wasn't their problem. Do NOT waste your money
