I Tried To Call Up But Phone lines are closed on Sundays I believe but I Just Wanted To Thank the Gentleman Who Served Me This Evening Today For He’s Great Service & Polite Approach, also very helpful Only he will know what I am talking about. Honestly you don’t get helpful customer services these days anywhere so I just wanted to let him know that I’m very grateful and appreciative of he’s customer service & that he’s Good Deed will come to him soon. Just ordered a summer salad. Was surprised at first that it was just a load of lettuce and a piece of chicken on top. I ate half of the chicken and then realised it looked pink. It was RAW in the middle. Unforgivable 🙄🙄

I’ve actually been here twice this year with my family, once to sit in and once via the Drive-Thru. The building itself was massive - genuinely couldn’t believe the size of it. Access via car was, in my opinion, a bit confusing. The road markings and approach were far from simple. That aside, we had no issues with the Drive-Thru nor with the sit-down area inside and the staff were friendly enough. The food and Hot Chocolates we ordered, on both occasions, were great. Genuinely no issues - the Biscoff Doughnut in particular was top level and to be honest, will be my go-to in the future. One downfall - the price. I could probably justify paying what we did on the odd occasion but for me, they’ll surely lose regular repeat business from normal, middle-class families. On our second visit, it cost just short of £20 for my son and I to have a hot drink and Doughnut each, so not even a full meal. Taking all of the above into consideration, a respectable 4/5 rating is fair.

Great variety, very tasty, lots of drinks options. Order at table is very easy and convenient. First choice for a celebration as everyone is catered for. Staff super friendly and good people. Quiz nights are a great addition

This is definitely the best barbecue you will find in this area. Great selection of smoked meats and a good size menu. All the staff are very polite and the service is really good. Definitely didn't come away hungry. You have the option of the meat trays or a wide selection of burgers, the trays are a good size and although this place is more expensive than say TGI fridays the food is much better. I don't mind paying for something that is authentic and not mass market produced and heavily processed. I cant comment on the vegan stuff as thats not my scene. Cocktails are good as well and competitively priced. Excellent really especially the brisket.

This has been a regular spot now for a few years. The steaks are perfectly cooked and the peppercorn is amazing even when dipping in chips.

Went in for breakfast x 2. One small and one large full breakfast. Priced at £12 and £16. The breakfasts were very dry and bland - the potatoes far too large, like an under cooked roast potato. Sausages scorched / burnt on one side like they’d been BBQd. And what is the attraction with the homemade beans - they were rubbish and we both left them - as we left, we saw two other diners plates and they’d left the beans too - just go with Heinz and save yourself a load of time. All In all, quite a poor breakfast and not worth any where near the money.

Badly made burgers with products of dubious quality. When I made a complaint, I was met with an impertinent and bad response from the waiters, who were very rude. This had never happened to me before. Absolutely not recommended.

Cenamos y tomamos cócteles y el servicio de Skye fue de primera clase: esta es una organización que se centra en capacitar a su personal para estar atento al servicio al cliente y crear una sensación de teatro en la entrega de cócteles. No puedo recomendarlo lo suficientemente!

Delisha is THE best. She is so lovely, patient and was only interested in providing great service and being friendly. The breakfast was really good as well. I look forward to coming back. Thanks so much, Delicia we love you.

Return visit again, food was good service was excellent, lovely atmosphere and reasonable price, only downside is food could have been hotter and more choices on the vegetarian menu would be good. Will definitely be back.

We went with my partner who is Peruvian for a nice traditional meal. It was expensive for the kind of food and cocktails served. From the begining we arrive the experience was not great we ordered a Passion fruit Pico sour and it was made without egg white making the cocktail looking very bad without texture.We had to ask the waiter to redo it with egg white in a proper way. When the food arrived the anticucho was warm and felt like it was reheated in the microwave not cooked fresh in the grill. The ceviche was not great either and was far too spicy where we asked to make it without spice. The Arroz Marisco again same as the anticucho reheated the king's prawns were cold in the middle, the sea food was very poor quality. The Lomo saltado a meal than even I not a professional cook can make it tastier that what we got served and again the meat was very bad quality. Disappointed experience in particular where there was only 1 additional table of 4 at 9pm you would though that the kitchen have to time and doesn't rush to make the food in such a bad condition. It is a shame as the food was with good presentation but the taste and quality of the ingredients was really not there.
