The guy on the phone doesn't seem to listen when I request for less sauce on my waffle! They drench it in chocolate sauce & sent wrong waffle!

Took the other half for his birthday. The food was fantastic! Staff were professional and friendly, lovely atmosphere, only thing I'll add is if you're middle aged with failing eye sight like us then maybe ask for a table near a light 😉 😂 will definitely be going back

Only popped in briefly for a quick pint, but had a good selection of real ale, including kne of my favourites Titanic plum porter

Absolutely loved this place! I took my parents out to dinner here and it was lovely. Food was delicious, quick, services was A*. 100% recommend!

Good chicken shop and friendly staff but the website needs sorting out. It's charges an extra £1.50 for a meal when you have already chosen the meal option.

Confusing from the start. Trying to find the correct place to order was a bit of a trial. Doors with no entry. When we finally got in there only two people behind the counter, one of which isn’t serving. Food was expensive. £13 for a plain hot dog Fries and water. Hot dog was dry had been split down the middle and re cooked, rubbery and very small, like a skinny tinned version. Fries had been waiting a while and were dry And tasteless. I felt pretty conned tbh. There was a German hot dog stand that we noticed opposite. For a fraction of the price a proper sized hot dog, Not a dry piece of shoe leather. Give it the swerve in my opinion

Loved it we went to meat up with a few friends and everyone loved it .waiters were lovely. Everything was great great for meeting up with people and very family-friendly. loved it great night out🥳🥳🥳

Menu was limited in my view for lunch options. No wraps or soups/lighter options at the weekend apparently. Staff server lady was very pleasant. Food just ok, nothing special & nothing I can't make in the house. Restaurant was clean & nicely decorated. We won't be back however due to menu options & prices which were not value nor money.

Expensive and Warm everything. Ordered the brisket, partner ordered a burger. Brisket was dry from being under the heat lamp and the coleslaw and pickles were warm. (Probably made first and then had to wait for the burger before bringing it out) Given a 20% west quay discount (after I complained). I should have just refused the food, but I don’t like food waste, so I ate it anyway. Overall very disappointed, and I won’t be going back! As a side note the servers were friendly and tried their best.

It's been a long time since we have visited F&B and it has been absolute delight of a date night for us. The food was lush and a lovely ambience in the venue. Ashleigh made our evening with her friendliness and attentiveness and a credit to F&B. Would be lovely if this was shown to her :)
