Unreal food, quality was perfect. Service and friendliness of staff was great as well. Made it a pleasant, enjoyable and stress free meal and ordering

Very good fast food-type of hamburger place, I liked the availability of smaller size burgers and the possibility of customisation at the time of order (I chose to have raw onions, tomatoes and pickles with mine), and also the fries with the potato skin. Definitely more enjoyable than some bigger and more famous competitors. Good for a fast break during a shopping day.

Amazing customer service delivered by all members of staff, very attentive, were very Patient with me and put a smile on my face! Best customer service I have received and will continue to come back to five guys Wandsworth! :)

Actually with rampant inflation 5 Guys doesn’t seem so pricey anymore 😀. However, standard fayre done your way. I had the veggie sandwich, which was tasty, along with a peanut butter milk shake. My impression was that this was how McDonalds burgers probably tasted when they first started out in the 1960’s, full of flavour.

Angelo served us with amazing customer service. Angelo made the experience at five guys different and unique. We have come here before many times but we kind of eat asap and go this time the customer service put us at ease and made the time here feel relaxed. The food was delicious and made on time. Tasted great! My son enjoyed his food and we look forward to eating here again.

“We have no burger or hot dogs, but you can have some fries if you like…”. Why on earth do five guys have no burger or hot dogs?! Hire a supply gain junior to sort this problem. We are in the biggest city in Europe and you are struggling to run a burger store and obtain the stock you need? I’m impressed at the ability to make this look challenging - 36 years in the business and you can’t source the stuff you need. Every Five Guys in london seems to be following the same trend of useless service. Wow.

Today I wanted a burger with fries, the girl in till was friendly, the service fast, the food good, but no workers including the girl at the till seemed happy, I wondered if maybe they are not happy to be there, maybe they do 50 hours per week with low salary, maybe they need incentives like a pay raise, it was really sad, I felt like yet another customer of that poor girl from the till. 🥲🥲🥲🥲

FIVE GUYS WANDSWORTH 100%QUALITY/FRESHNESS my day off i decided to go out for lunch and shopping, i went to five guys wandsworth, i had very good experience ,customer service 11/10 ,the bacon cheeseb urger i did order was nice and juicy fresh toppings in a nice toasted and soft burger bun , fries amazing too. i tried the new shake dessert strawberries chesecake that was a great susses also . im very happy i had my lunch here i will go back to this place and i relly advice to go to this place and have this great experience :)

Went there for a quick takeaway milkshake. Really fast and friendly service and they adhered to social distancing rules as required. And the shake is, as expected, next level! We’d recommend it for sharing though - having the entire huge shake on your own might lead to a serious sugar rush....

Love the quick service and good quality burger! You are able to customize it when you order which is nice! Also have free refills of your drink when you eat in, slight more expensive than other fast food joints but if you want a quick good quality burger go here

This was my first time in a Five Guys and definitely the last. We ordered 2 burgers and some fries, when we opened the bag it came in, we noticed that they dumped a huge amount of fries on top of the burgers so we had to fish them out. I didn’t understand why they did this, such a waste, most of it went in the bin. The burger was very greasy and tasted funny, the fries were strange and the whole thing was ridiculously overpriced. Long story short, go to McDonald’s or Burger King instead.

Wow, well nothing really great about the meal just costs way too much for what it is, I wonder why it’s so empty. £37.60 For 2x cheese burgers 2x fries and 2x milkshakes Worst of all Mac Donald’s tastes a lot better!! Never again.
