Great spot for a premium processed sausage. I had the Yellow Dog Red Dog hot dog with fries. It was more or less a very premium processed sausage with lots of toppings in a soft bun. There was a hint of meaty flavour that was a little overpowered by the toppings. The crunchy onions texture added to every mouthful. Similarly, the bun had a soft but not too chewy texture and a light taste that didn’t interrupt the main parts of the dish. The mustard and ketchup were not overpowering, nor the pickles. The fries were particularly crispy in places and fluffy soft in others. It did feel like I was shovelling them into my mouth at times as the potatoey pieces were quite small. The location was great but with limited seating. I would recommend a visit, possibly to share fries between two.

Awful customer service. For such a small business, that I’ve heard good things about, their customer service is really bad. Not sure if he’s the owner, but he was rude. A smile would go far it’s not hard :) x

Superb service and beautiful breakfast prepared and arranged by the Chef du Partie at the Fitzrovia branch. It was a very nice breakfast.

Food was over an hour late in arriving. Food was cold. Pizza was soggy and tasteless. Missing chips from our meal deals. Rude delivery driver and no apology when contacting manager at the store. Never had an issue with previous owners: very disappointed and won’t be back

Ordered from just eat. Missing parts of meal and the loaded fries we ordered had stale cheese on them and tasted like they were reheated. Chicken burger was ok but only had a drop of sauce and barely any salad on it. Disappointing meal.

Ordered through just eat and at the time the delivery time was estimated at 35 - 40 minutes but by the time we confirmed the order it had changed to 65 - 85 minutes which we though ok we can live with that. 2 Hours it took for our food to arrive. There were items missing and the curry was Luke warm and only half filled the tub. Worst worst worst take away I have every ordered. Tried calling the take away and whoever I spoke to claimed to not understand a word I was saying which is strange if they can take phone orders. My wife also called before me and they hung up on her. Avoid avoid avoid. Very rude staff for what was a very poor take away. Totally disappointed but now know to never order from there again and to make anyone who asks not order from their either.

Lovely food with an attentive team, coupled with good value for money. Unfortunately, my dining experience was compromised by the mice in the dining area and this rating is given because of the manager’s handling of the situation. As I started to explain about the mice, the manager stated that he was aware of the situation and there are several mouse traps within the restaurant. Also he indicated that this was problem for all restaurants in the area. However, I should be assured that he is meeting all the hygiene standards. Had I known about the mice I would have spent my money elsewhere. Hygiene and mice is not a healthy combination. So I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Después de un encantador paseo por el mercado del condado nos dirigimos a Patty & Bun después de escuchar excelentes críticas sobre la comida. Qué lástima que no tengamos tal revisión que transmitir. Actualmente estoy muy embarazada, así que al sentarme le pedí a la camarera una bebida que parecía muy saciada, tal vez porque le pregunté antes de que estuviera lista para tomar mi pedido no estoy segura. La misma camarera entonces procedió a lanzar mi bebida y vaso sobre la mesa, lo que hizo que todos en la mesa de al lado miraran y puso a la gente en mi mesa muy incómoda. Le pedí a otro camarero un vaso limpio y me dijeron que solo son marcas de agua porque el lavavajillas no tiene suficientes sales. Después de esto fue solo una experiencia extremadamente hostil, pagamos la factura menos el cargo por servicio y nos fuimos. Lamentablemente no puedo decir mucho de la hamburguesa que comí, pero no estoy seguro si eso se vio empañado por la experiencia.

Yum yum yum yum yum love the décor, love the food, love the hospitality, so sweet, kind professional the staff and made us feel so welcome and made us laugh to and so cosy! actually one of my favourite places.. chill relaxed good food and positive energy/environment... the food is SO SO good always make a visit when I'm in town!!

Travelling to London for football, Grange Park is a perfect halfway stop for me. Hamburger heaven is an absolutely brilliant Diner with so much choice, it probably takes longer to choose than to eat! Friendly and thoughtful staff who take care not to intrude while eating is in progress. A1 excellent place to eat, Very close to M1 and A45. Highly recommended by me!

Fui con mi novia para una comida rápida antes de ir al país de las maravillas de Navidad y estaba disgustado. Las alitas de pollo se empanaron y se mezclaron en salsa, haciéndolas ver como turds. Esto no habría sido un problema si hubieran probado algo además del agua de mar. No pude terminarlos. Mi novia tenía los tiernos y aunque también eran extremadamente salados, al menos eran comestibles. no vayas aquí sin 5 litros de agua. La comida es horrible y todo el montaje se siente barato. Tuve que arrancar toallas de papel del rollo con las manos sucias para conseguir una servilleta lo que me hizo pensar en cuántas otras personas probablemente tenían las manos cubiertas de salsa, se lamían los dedos y luego jugueteaban con el rollo delante de mí. Asqueroso.

Been here a few times now, foods good, quite clean but for the customer service? Where do i even get started with this, for starters the staff are just blatantly rude, making complaints about ur order infront of you, never have enough stock in, come here for my usual all the time and am normally told they don’t have ham or something. When I walk in the door I am normally greeted with someone telling me there’s no chips, which by the way how do u know if I want chips? Sort ur staff.

Happened upon this place last week and stopped by for drinks. We saw the menu, which looked appealing and vowed to come back to try it out. We went back a week later for pizza and to try the garlic fries. We were not disappointed. The fries were delicious and generously portioned and the pizza was the best we'd had for ages. It was fresh and tasty. Although it was a busy Friday evening, we were sat quickly, and our orders were taken by a friendly member of staff, who recognised us from the previous week. The food ws freshly prepared by chef, who was busy all evening. We loved the decor of reclaimed stained glass and wooden features with pictures of cowboys all over the walls and books, which we were encouraged to look at, on the shelves. We will now make this place a regular spot for eating out and try more of the food.
