Food was over an hour late in arriving. Food was cold. Pizza was soggy and tasteless. Missing chips from our meal deals. Rude delivery driver and no apology when contacting manager at the store. Never had an issue with previous owners: very disappointed and won’t be back

Had a lovely meal, food was great, drinks were good. The customer service was fantastic, a really nice vibe, servers were very welcoming and accommodating.

5 Exchequer RowGreat place to grab a drink or watch boxing/ufc when the clubs and bars close. Staff are friendly and service is good. if you plan on coming here late. Come slightly before the 3AM rush or there is a queue to get in. Games look fun but i don't gamble.

Unit FS3B, Union SquareNEVER BUY TAKEOUT OR DELIVERY. Trust me. Every time I have, they forget a big part of the order and only give me drumsticks in the original piece buckets (which might be good if you like them). This time was the last straw when they forgot my order of 8 hot wings - which are my favourite part. Unbelievable! I have a feeling the employees might be put under too much pressure when dealing with takeout and deliveries. Always eat in here.
