Giraffe in Aberdeen City

Ordered a delivery through Just Eat. Didn’t even get 1/2 of an item ordered. When rang the shop, the staff told, another packet is still on the shelf. Then asked me to contact the just eat. So I had to spent another 20 minutes to sort that out and didn’t get enough to eat. Why do the customers need to contact the delivery agency for their mistake? Very upsetting

All of the order was cold so I had to put everything in the microwave. Disappointed considering the price of KFC these days! It’s extortionate, not anything to do with Just Eat but KFC needs to look at this! It shouldn’t be over £20 for two popcorn meals plus delivery on top!

The order was placed at 11.15 for delivery time of 12.15 after accepting the order 20mins later delivery time moved 20/35 mins later chip arrived cold and chicken was cold and bags was ripped open on delivery time

order made at 9pm for delivery at 10.30pm. 00.07 am the delivery status changed to delivered but no food received.

Good Food, delivery was advertised between 25-35 minutes but was 55 minutes which was the only shame

Ordered 4 piece meal, chips were soggy and inedible. I would expect to get 4 different pieces but got 3 chicken legs and 1 thigh. Not worth the price I paid.

It's sad to say how a great place to get fast food fast, went down with the service and touched the point where you have to consider eating here or ordering the food at the counter is worth your time and being frustrated with the staff's mistakes and countless checks if they placed the right items in the bag. I have been there twice within two months and my experience is the same, I had to wait longer, the staff was packing and unpacking the bag with my order, some of the staff members tried to sort out the situation but it was quite difficult because new customers were approaching the counter as well as some customers with complaints. 4 people were trying to sort out what was going on with my order. The time was wasted, food was colder but I received a pineapple stick as an apology.

Customer service is absolutely shocking I placed an order at 7pm had no update on the app (the app said the whole time “driver heading to restaurant”) cutting it close to 9pm at this point I phoned the restaurant again for the second time after being told my order was on way the first time I phoned (it wasn’t) I was told another would get sent out I asked the driver to phone me when outside n was told it’s upto the driver if they want to do that the boy was no Help whatsoever at this point it’s been 2 hours since placing my order and I’m being told I just have to wait for the app to eventually automatically say delivered before asking for a refund so that’s £40 down the drain wouldn’t recommend delivery as the folk who answer the phone barely even speak a word of English and are so abrupt it’s unreal.

Instead of beans I got gravy. But the rest was ok.

Whole burger was missing from the order when received. Refund requested for missing item but haven’t heard from Justeat yet after 72 hrs. Disappointed

NEVER BUY TAKEOUT OR DELIVERY. Trust me. Every time I have, they forget a big part of the order and only give me drumsticks in the original piece buckets (which might be good if you like them). This time was the last straw when they forgot my order of 8 hot wings - which are my favourite part. Unbelievable! I have a feeling the employees might be put under too much pressure when dealing with takeout and deliveries. Always eat in here.

Delivery was fine, driver was friendly. Food was terrible with missing items from the order. Clearly this doesn’t travel well, especially the fries.

Despite giving explicit instructions for delivery, the driver did not read the note. He was then all over the area looking for my not hard to find house. I sent him two text messages and had 5 calls with him to get him to come to the right part of the street. And then, to add insult to injury, the food was stone cold as it was just sitting in his back seat and not in the insulated bag

Asked for no lettuce on the burger but got some lettuce. Food was cold and took ages to arrive.

My order didn’t get delivered I waited outside the property for 35 minutes and nobody drove past and no items were received, order marked as delivered but nothing was delivered

Absolute crap wrong order , told to wait in car park more than 20 minutes it’s a drive through can’t even complain to head office no one picks up , phoned Aberdeen guy didn’t know if he was the manager or not , no body cares doubt if Gordon Ramsay could sort their shit out , sides were salad and coleslaw what did I get gravy really gravy ten pieces of chicken not eight yes eight , a 4 year old can count to ten yet kfc staff can’t not the first time I’ve had issues with this outfit last time raw chicken ps gravy is out of date , phone call to trading standards and environmental health.

Order was wrong, no gravy delivered, food was cold and soggy due to delivery driver going to wrong location even though I used the pin point map facility. Driver sat at wrong place for about 20 minutes even after I tried contacting telling them they were headed to wrong location in first place. Have submitted a refund claim, if don’t receive full refund I will open a case via PayPal, I record and screen shot everything these days.

Tonight KFC got our order totally wrong

There was a mess of unbelievable. Food and liquid were on the floor, and it was hard to find a clean table, which was far below standards.

Watched delivery driver do 2 deliveries in the opposite direction of our house before finally looping back past the restaurant delivering freezing cold food around 1 hour and a half after orders and 39 mins after the first delivery time. Total joke.
