Great food, prices are getting out of hand though

Waited 30 minutes after going through the drive through had to go inside to collect my food more interested in getting Aberdeen eats orders out chicken was so greasy it fell through the bag avoid at all costs

Chips are disgusting and you don't get an option not too have

Not good again thought would give one more chance. Chicken bland more bone than chicken. Chips cold, tastless and hard. Dipped bites nice. 1 star for that.

not happy how can you make so many mistakes with the order 😕 have of it was missing or worse wrong things shoved in but I still paid for it no drink in one and then a burger that is £4 cheaper than the one I ordered and payed for come on people it's not hard to fill the order properly unless they can't read English

Ken this ....waited over an hour to get a seat.yon darkie boy fae kincorth came and fixed my sime boiler within our waiting time.

Worst kfc order, chicken burger inedible (all chicken seemed overcooked and dry, seemed also like oil needed badly changed due to colour of food) and all corns replaced with gravy, tango replaced with pepsi max. No cintact from restaurant.

My driver was at restaurant for 40minutes according to the app. But then manage to get from the restaurant to the top of my street within 1 minutes. This is a 10 minute drive at least. Food has arrived freezing cold. Chicken was reheated but chips was soggy and inedible. Mash went in the bin and the gravy was cold and lumpy. Have followed refund request as this is disgraceful but also had no response

Initial ETA was pushed back and back. Tried calling the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. Would have cancelled my order in the app if I knew how. Waited over an hour in the end and when the food eventually arrived, it was stone cold. Yet another letdown from KFC and Just Eat.

After waiting over an hour, I tried calling KFC about ten times, but no one answered. I waited another 30 minutes and attempted to cancel the order since my kids were starving, and I ended up ordering food elsewhere. Unfortunately, Just Eat kept directing me to cancel via the app or website, which didn’t work either. After two hours, the food finally arrived, but when I opened the bag, it wasn’t my order. I had to run after the driver, who eventually gave me the correct order. However, one of the wraps was cold, and the entire order ended up in the bin. I will not be ordering from this KFC again. This meal cost me over £30, and I’m extremely disappointed with both KFC and Just Eat’s service!

Courier must have had at least 3 or 4 stops before the order was delivered. He then phoned and snapped for me to open the door. A very rude and unpleasant man.

For the second time in a month our order has been delivered incorrectly but with the correct receipt. I was missing chips and my drink, my son had a small chicken pops meal instead of a large one. My fillet burger was meant to be normal but was BBQ! Not happy at all! Avoid!!!

Once again, half of the meal is missing. No way to get the missing half delivered, just a refund... Hopefully. KFC is just abysmal when it comes to getting the order right. The last 3 times they've got it wrong, but this time was by far the worst.

Forgot 2 things from our order. Chicken burger was so cold when they put the cheese on it didn’t even melt. Was cold before it left the restaurant. Smallest portion of chips I’ve ever been given too.

absolutely disgusting and unsafe. chicken and fries were undercooked, chicken was wet, slimy and squishy/chewy, also pink in some areas, fries were soggy and very undercooked. waited over an hour for food to arrive cold, from someone delivering it on a bicycle.

Delivered on time, food wasn't as hot as it could have been, but 60 seconds in the micro soon raised its temperature again. Once hot the food was tasty and enjoyable.

I am not happy with my order. I paid £8.98 for 4 pieces of original recipe and got 4 drumsticks. I do not want pest to pay that for the cheapest part of a chicken. I would expect 1 or max 2 drumsticks but certainly not all drumsticks!

We ordered for 2 zinger stacker meals one buger has 2 chicken petti and the other has only one one buger has supercharged sauce and the other has sweet chilli sauce it’s not worth 10:99 if I can’t get my food the right way not happy at all ridiculous

The combination of excellent food and great service made for a memorable meal. I highly recommend this location to anyone craving some delicious fried chicken and sides. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was absolutely wonderful. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with the perfect amount of seasoning. The sides were equally delicious🥰

Half my order was missing ridiculous service I will definitely be taking this further considering I paid over £30 for the food

Absolutely disgusting for the price had a mighty meal for 1 got 2 legs which I hate 2 small hot wings and 2 over done fillets all of it cold my wife had 2 pieces of chicken and chips the food was colder than her drink the last kfc I have

When I ordered it said delivery was 10/ 25 minutes which is fine then it changed and the it changed again and the the food comes and mostly it’s cold , some of it not even here . I will not use just eat anymore.

Map is not great on the app so I added delivery instructions when I ordered. The driver did not check the ticket and had a rant claiming I put the wrong address in. Then decided to mansplain to me about it. Perhaps you should sort your maps out and give customer care training to your drivers

Ordered and got told would be delivered at 7:30pm went to check how it was coming along at 7:25 and it said that it was now getting delivered between 8:25-8:45pm absolutely ridiculous and arrived cold and wrong order!

Went with Finger-Kickin' Double Bucket: 6 PC. Absolute rip off. 6 of the smallest pieces of chichen I have ever seen. Are the chickens been cut up prematurely, because that was ridiculous. Hot wings were good, as was the fries, popcorn chicken and corn on the cob. The mash had an unusual taste. Also took 2 Zinger Burgers & 2 Fries, The fries were missing, the zingers were ok. £39.23 was really ridiculous for the amount and quality of the food. We won't be buying from KFC for a long time if that is the standard size of the chicken pieces.
