NEVER BUY TAKEOUT OR DELIVERY. Trust me. Every time I have, they forget a big part of the order and only give me drumsticks in the original piece buckets (which might be good if you like them). This time was the last straw when they forgot my order of 8 hot wings - which are my favourite part. Unbelievable! I have a feeling the employees might be put under too much pressure when dealing with takeout and deliveries. Always eat in here.

My order didn’t get delivered I waited outside the property for 35 minutes and nobody drove past and no items were received, order marked as delivered but nothing was delivered

Food was cold and gravy was missing

Order was wrong, no gravy delivered, food was cold and soggy due to delivery driver going to wrong location even though I used the pin point map facility. Driver sat at wrong place for about 20 minutes even after I tried contacting telling them they were headed to wrong location in first place. Have submitted a refund claim, if don’t receive full refund I will open a case via PayPal, I record and screen shot everything these days.

Absolute crap wrong order , told to wait in car park more than 20 minutes it’s a drive through can’t even complain to head office no one picks up , phoned Aberdeen guy didn’t know if he was the manager or not , no body cares doubt if Gordon Ramsay could sort their shit out , sides were salad and coleslaw what did I get gravy really gravy ten pieces of chicken not eight yes eight , a 4 year old can count to ten yet kfc staff can’t not the first time I’ve had issues with this outfit last time raw chicken ps gravy is out of date , phone call to trading standards and environmental health.

Incomplete order AGAIN missing all drinks and fries to go alongside the meals and also the dips and chicken sides. Surely checking bags isn’t that hard when bagging up orders

There was a mess of unbelievable. Food and liquid were on the floor, and it was hard to find a clean table, which was far below standards.

Watched delivery driver do 2 deliveries in the opposite direction of our house before finally looping back past the restaurant delivering freezing cold food around 1 hour and a half after orders and 39 mins after the first delivery time. Total joke.

not happy how can you make so many mistakes with the order 😕 have of it was missing or worse wrong things shoved in but I still paid for it no drink in one and then a burger that is £4 cheaper than the one I ordered and payed for come on people it's not hard to fill the order properly unless they can't read English

Chicken was greasy coating was soggy no flavour. Chips were mixture of hard and soggy. Won't be ordering again. Near £15 for rubbish food

Worst kfc order, chicken burger inedible (all chicken seemed overcooked and dry, seemed also like oil needed badly changed due to colour of food) and all corns replaced with gravy, tango replaced with pepsi max. No cintact from restaurant.

My driver was at restaurant for 40minutes according to the app. But then manage to get from the restaurant to the top of my street within 1 minutes. This is a 10 minute drive at least. Food has arrived freezing cold. Chicken was reheated but chips was soggy and inedible. Mash went in the bin and the gravy was cold and lumpy. Have followed refund request as this is disgraceful but also had no response

Initial ETA was pushed back and back. Tried calling the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. Would have cancelled my order in the app if I knew how. Waited over an hour in the end and when the food eventually arrived, it was stone cold. Yet another letdown from KFC and Just Eat.

After waiting over an hour, I tried calling KFC about ten times, but no one answered. I waited another 30 minutes and attempted to cancel the order since my kids were starving, and I ended up ordering food elsewhere. Unfortunately, Just Eat kept directing me to cancel via the app or website, which didn’t work either. After two hours, the food finally arrived, but when I opened the bag, it wasn’t my order. I had to run after the driver, who eventually gave me the correct order. However, one of the wraps was cold, and the entire order ended up in the bin. I will not be ordering from this KFC again. This meal cost me over £30, and I’m extremely disappointed with both KFC and Just Eat’s service!

Courier must have had at least 3 or 4 stops before the order was delivered. He then phoned and snapped for me to open the door. A very rude and unpleasant man.

For the second time in a month our order has been delivered incorrectly but with the correct receipt. I was missing chips and my drink, my son had a small chicken pops meal instead of a large one. My fillet burger was meant to be normal but was BBQ! Not happy at all! Avoid!!!

Once again, half of the meal is missing. No way to get the missing half delivered, just a refund... Hopefully. KFC is just abysmal when it comes to getting the order right. The last 3 times they've got it wrong, but this time was by far the worst.

Forgot 2 things from our order. Chicken burger was so cold when they put the cheese on it didn’t even melt. Was cold before it left the restaurant. Smallest portion of chips I’ve ever been given too.

absolutely disgusting and unsafe. chicken and fries were undercooked, chicken was wet, slimy and squishy/chewy, also pink in some areas, fries were soggy and very undercooked. waited over an hour for food to arrive cold, from someone delivering it on a bicycle.

Delivered on time, food wasn't as hot as it could have been, but 60 seconds in the micro soon raised its temperature again. Once hot the food was tasty and enjoyable.

I am not happy with my order. I paid £8.98 for 4 pieces of original recipe and got 4 drumsticks. I do not want pest to pay that for the cheapest part of a chicken. I would expect 1 or max 2 drumsticks but certainly not all drumsticks!

We ordered for 2 zinger stacker meals one buger has 2 chicken petti and the other has only one one buger has supercharged sauce and the other has sweet chilli sauce it’s not worth 10:99 if I can’t get my food the right way not happy at all ridiculous

The combination of excellent food and great service made for a memorable meal. I highly recommend this location to anyone craving some delicious fried chicken and sides. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was absolutely wonderful. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with the perfect amount of seasoning. The sides were equally delicious🥰
