its wasn't delivered im still waiting outside

The food was delivered later than informed. The food quality itself was good - however it was barely even warm when it arrived. Also I had ordered a side of gravy for £3 which was missing from the order. Very disappointing

I’ve just spent nearly 50 pounds to then have them forget the chicken popcorn both sides and all the chicken from the original chicken in burnt!!!

Chips weren’t even luke-warm and soggy, as if they had been sitting in the packaging for a long period of time until they were picked up. The chicken didn’t even taste good and hasn’t made me feel well since eating 2. Due to how bad it was, I threw the meal into the bin as it wasn’t even worth continuing to eat with the potential I become unwell in the end. Disappointing as I always thought a well known franchise would manage to deliver good food, which apparently isn’t the case.

Took over an hour to get our order the estimated time constantly jumped up and down and the driver waited a long time in the restaurant food was very cold by the time it arrived

Every thing was good but the gravy was lumpy

i’ve came here twice now and each time they have gotten my order wrong after clearly saying i wanted plain wrap and chips, i went into the bathroom and the smell was just disgusting, service took ages

The room was very dirty and cold...

My biggest issue is that the Fillet Tower burger is actually a mini Fillet the chicken burger is so small total rip off for the cost. The service at the counter is so bad, but DT is ok, but always check you order as it’s highly likely something will be missing

Got a message saying courier was just minutes away and then thanks for your order it has been delivered and no one has turned up to delivery anything?? How did the courier manage to deliver without the code!!! Never order through this app again!

Delivery was late. Food was cold. Instead of Zinger Supercharger I received a standard Zinger. Twister Wrap had a red sauce instead of Kentycky Mayo. Over 1 hour waiting and wrong and cold food!!

Chicken was ok but chips were terrible! Estimated deliver time was 6:25 and arrived at 6:45

This delivery took absolutely ages. Why does a 6 piece bucket come with 3 drumsticks? I don't consider this distribution fair considering the amount of chicken meat that is actually on a drumstick?

I send a message whit the istruction haw to delivery to the driver like usual ignore that always thee same no one of the driver follow the istruction

Waited 15minutes for 2 small popcorn chickens. Finally received my order got home and it only had 1 in the bag with the food. I'm not wasting my time to drive back for that. Shocking service tonight

my kids love this place, they never get the order right, tonight cost me an extra 2.99 cuz they didn't give us a side and they gave us the wrong juice with our order. It was all just thrown in the bag, chips everywhere. I'll order again because it's the only thing the kids agree on and I need a night off

I ordered the 14 pieces of chicken deal, which I got but 10 pieces were drumsticks not a variety of chicken

NEVER BUY TAKEOUT OR DELIVERY. Trust me. Every time I have, they forget a big part of the order and only give me drumsticks in the original piece buckets (which might be good if you like them). This time was the last straw when they forgot my order of 8 hot wings - which are my favourite part. Unbelievable! I have a feeling the employees might be put under too much pressure when dealing with takeout and deliveries. Always eat in here.

Our food never got delivered driver claiming food had been delivered to my neighbour contacted my neighbour she didn’t know anything about the food never spoke to driver Went straight to my local KFC to which there reply was nothing they could do !!!

Waited an hour for delivery. Driver said he’d been sat at restaurant for 20 mins and then someone said order was sat there. Lovely driver. Rubbish service from restaurant though. Food soggy

The RUDEST delivery driver ever, was on his phone atgueing with someone when I answered the door, then barked "delivery code" at me ! I slammed the door in his face .

Haven’t had KFC for a while, nephews choice for his night staying with his Auntie. Not sure what’s happened to the gravy but this was wayyyyy below par IMO, not thick quite watery and not nearly as tasty as I remember it, chips are also very poor

I ordered an extra piece of chicken with my meal and it was missing from my order. no way to get a refund because it's lumped in with the full meal. Not happy. No problems with delivery driver though he delivered quickly and food was hot.

The restaurant was very slow today the 24th of March. I had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for my delivery! Not happy at all.

Whilst technically it was delivered within the 60 min window given( why they need a 60 min window for a restaurant thats only 2 miles away). The driver was at the restaurant for 30 mins waiting for a simple order.this restaurant is never busy busy so theres no reason why it should take 40 mins to make 1 box meal and two portions of popcorn chicken.

Ordered it and took about an hour before it even started to be prepared the timing kept changing, food it’s self was ok warm but not hot but the driver was quick to get it here so nothing bad on his part

The delivery driver refused to bring the food to the other door since the door he was at was locked, he straight up said no in a rude tone and left the food on the floor.
