Very clean, good burger. Always my go to burger chain.

Overpriced cr*p. I paid over £20 for the most basic cheeseburger, fries, and milkshakes. The burger and fries were nicer than McDonalds but not worth even close to the price, and the milkshake was no better than anywhere else. Facilities were clean but the shop was also almost empty of customers. I waited 5 minutes for my food. I will never be buying any food from here again. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

It has customizable burgers with a variety of toppings and generous portions of FRIES.

An ok place to go if you don't eat meat. Their veggie sandwich is pretty packed full and not as pricey as their more famous offerings, which I appreciated, but it would be nice if they had some kind of veggie patty or the like. Atmosphere is of a sterile American diner. Staff were friendly and helpful with burger additions.

Over rated. I'm not a fan of burgers, and this place made it worse. It was recommended by a mate. Even BK is better, and I think it's rank.

Tried the hamburgers here, worth giving this place a try. I thought this place was overrated till I tried them. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Highlight of this restaurant free nuts. Who doesn’t like free nuts. 🥜

Great food but pricey for what it is. Their milkshakes are fantastic. They are super generous with the amount of fries they give you, too. The atmosphere is meh but the food is always the highlight.

A tenner for a burger is a bit steep, but they are fine, so it balances out. Milkshakes are also fine, not too keen on the chips but.

It's a Five Guys, doing what Five Guys does so we'll, great burgers with plenty of fries, and those lovely shakes. Mmmmmm. Staff were really nice. If I'm in Aberdeen and want a burger Five Guys will be my first choice

Food came very quickly. Good quality apart from the chips which were served just about luke warm. Would come again if in the area.

Food was lovely, can't complain, but the girl who served us just didn't have any customer service skills, not one smile, she truly looked like she didn't want to work there other than that everything else was fine. Will i go back, maybe, depends 🤔

2x cheeseburgers, 1x fries, 2x shakes, shockingly expensive but pleasantly worth it. Giving a 3/5 for atmosphere. Red/white diner theme could be cute if lights were dimmed enough to see it.

It's a glorified McDonald's really and expensive for what it is! Cajun chips are on point!

First visit to Five Guys and me and my son really enjoyed our cheeseburgers and fries. The chip portion was huge. We decided to try the milkshakes and they were amazing. Yes a but pricey but a nice treat. Staff were all really nice too. We'll be back!

Had a problem with food, but management was very friendly and quick to resolve problem, had food redone with perfection, will come back definetly.

A very solid burger and some crispy fries. The workers are very helpful to help newcomers with the system of how to order. The burgers are big and very tasty and the fries are nice new cut, fried and crispy not like the ones you get other places.

The milkshakes are amazing, all the food is fresh. All vegetables and meat are prepared on fresh each day and they take their time getting your order just right. They're fast, provide amazing customer service and have delicious food. Highest of the fast food chain.

I’ve had a five guys before in the US, so was sort of familiar with the concept. However I should have researched more. The lady taking the order was fine enough, but that’s where the good service ended. The wait was excruciatingly slow, which was surprising given the fact only one person was standing in front of me. Then I saw the Just Eat bag at his feet. Then a couple more delivery guys came in, and I twigged that all the burgers there were for delivery orders. I had to wait 10 mins for my order - so much for fast food. I ordered a cheeseburger and regular fries with a shake. The drink was good to be fair. The amount of fries you get in a regular portion is massive, so before eating my burger, I ate some of the fries, as who wants cold fries? So, by time I unwrapped my burger, it was soggy from having soaked in its own juices. It was surprising that I got two patties, as I assumed the little burger would have been the kids size. But the burger patties weren’t even cooked properly, as still had a bit of pink in the middle. The meat was under seasoned and tasteless. The soggy bun started to disintegrate so in the end I was lucky if I ate half of it. No point in complaining as I wasn’t waiting around for another one. Ironically they have a sign up saying their burgers are well done. Back to the fries, and by this time I had run out of sauce and I realised the fries were actually tasteless. Quite a lot of the fries were the tiny small things under an inch long. Cutting my losses, I finished my shake and binned the rest. I know MacDonalds or Burger King aren’t the top cuisine, but at least you can taste something, the burgers are always cooked and you don’t get ripped off to the tune of over £20 for a burger, fries and shake that 50% of it got binned. Having large portions isn’t good value if you can’t eat it. I don’t know what it is that upsets me more as an Aberdonian - the fact I had to waste so much food or the price I paid for food I didn’t eat. Probably both. The only thing that makes me chuckle about it is that the delivery burgers were probably just as bad if not worse, and serves the people right for not getting off their backsides and going to the store.

Great place for burgers and especially their french fries are awesome. Most importantly the milk shakes are simply the best.

Comida cara y de calidad justa.

It is expensive as opposed to other fast food restaurants based on the same idea, but it is very good quality and the quantity of food is much more for the money. All fresh ingredients and made to order. Nothing is frozen or pre made. You can order your add ons to create your perfect burger too. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are well presented and really helpful.

Quite expensive for just a burger and chips, but as an occasional treat it's amazing.

Always have the most amazing time here the food is top notch the price is worth it because of the food being so tasty we love going as a family one of our favourite places to eat

I was absolutely shocked by the whole experience here, the price was ridiculous, over £17 for burger, chips and water !!! The burger is stuck in a bit of tin foil, for that price I want a plate and cutlery thank you !, the burger was absolutely running with grease, the chips were terrible and went in the bin, when I asked the guy behind the counter if he had any wet wipes, he looked at me as if I had two heads ! It was the first time visiting and rest assured it will be the last.

The burgers are really tasty, heaps of toppings to choose from. Generous portions and the food quality justify's the price.

£10.65 for a burger isn’t to everyone’s liking but WOW that’s a seriously amazing burger. The oooze, the meat, the drip, the calories, the small amount of salad…. who cares!! You only live once, enjoy it! Honestly the best burger I have ever had. Top tip - just get everything added that you’re thinking about adding.

Service bad as for me food is untasty (and raw) manager refused to provide service. He was very impolite.

First visit ever last week. Really enjoyed the food, bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and grilled onions and a portion of cajun fries (which were delicious) Just over £15 without a drink. Food was excellent. It is a little pricey, especially if you add on a drink, but it was genuinely very enjoyable.and I can't wait to return.

A burger House that delivers perfect double burgers. Always good and fresh to order. All extra topping included in the price so customise your own stack. Fast service too considering they made to order.

Friendly staff and absolutely delicious burgers, fries and shakes. Five Guys are famous for giving you more fries than you know what to do with and they never disappoint at this restaurant. My only complaint is the price which is a bit on the steep side, but that aside in a world of burger royalty and fast food clowns, Five Guys reigns supreme.

LOVE FIVE GUYS. DON'T LOVE THIS ONE. I am a Five Guys fan, and have been been to Five Guys all over the world...but this is by far the worst of the bunch. Staff look unclean, and stand behind the counter ignoring you and swearing to each other. Service is slow. Burgers are their usual goodness...but you often get bits missing. Poor management...as this is an anomaly in what is typically a good brand.

I like Five guys. The staff is nice but the location is a bit dodgy. When we were there a bunch of kids were creating nuisance and there was no door supervisor. The rating is a mere criticism to the management to put the safety of the customers and the staff working there in a bad position.

The best quick lunch in Aberdeen, food was served by friendly staff and was 10/10 for taste and quality thanks

I tried Five Guys for the first time after it was recommended by a friend. The service and explanations were excellent. I also liked the straightforward menu and pricing system. I went for a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and sauce - there were more exciting options, but I wanted to try what a Five Guys was all about first. Yes, it is expensive but it's well done, with tasty, skin-on chips and decent-sized, moreish burgers. I'll return and try other options. With the brown bag, paper cup and foil wrapper, it's well set up for sorting waste and recycling. However, there was only one bin so I'd like to know if the packaging gets recycled. Went yesterday for the first time and the food was good, chips were a bit over cooked. Only thing I’d say to mark down the experience is that the drink mechine exploded on me and a plastic thing dropped into my drink, I have it to the staff and they put it back in (idk if they should maybe have cleaned it as I did hold it). They offered me a new cup but ye, got the impression this had happened before which makes me wonder how clean the drinks mechine is

Excellent burgers with fries. Although it's not the cheapest, you get what you paid for. The lassie serving refused my request for two servings of fries, saying that one would be sufficient. She wasn't kidding; four of us couldn't even eat one portion.

Just a normal five guys restaurant, with free peanuts and unlimited refills.

Fries 🍟 were awesome, quite sizy unlike the usuals. Atmosphere was quiet and serene. Loved it.

The food I ordered was great - the little hamburger with the free pickles. However service is needing a full reboot. The checkout experience was very impersonal . The young lady at the till probably new but lacked sales skills and quite frankly didn't look as though she actually wanted to be there. People need to be Present. Take a leaf out of Pret or Starbucks customer service toolkit .

By far the best burgers anywhere..just so good. The chips are nice as well and there are free nuts. Staff were very friendly as well and offered to take group photo of us as it was our daughter's birthday

Absolutely love a five guys burger, so yum.

Great food, decent enough prices. Comfy well lit space to eat it. Minimal drink options, but you are there for the burgers anyway. Always fill their chips up nicely.

Received mushrooms on a burger which I didn't order and can't eat. Waited an age for a replacement only to receive yet another burger with mushrooms. Clear incompetence. Cold chips and only one of us ate our full meal. Refund but only on one burger. Won't be back.

You pay for a cheeseburger 10£ and they have you bread a slice of cheese and meat. Where are the tomatoes,cucumbers and salad ? Not worth it

Delicious burgers and friendly staff but really expensive for a burger without chips. Too costly to feed a family on a regular basis. I would only go as a treat. Also disappointed they don't serve tea or coffee. I am diabetic so I can't drink shakes or fizzy drinks due to sugar content. Had to stick to plain water out of the machine which tasted funny.
