Five Guys Aberdeen in Aberdeen City

First time visiting a five guys, even doe I was unsure about giving it a go glad I did. The staff were so helpful and I didn't feel any pressure from them to hurry up. Highly recommend you should try atleast once, yes it's expensive but a one off every now and the you won't regret.

Always clean, efficient and friendly staff, burgers don't disappoint, best fast food place on Aberdeen imo

I have been here before and always enjoyed the food. It’s better quality than most fast food burger chains, fills you up and the fries portion sizes are good. Service was quick, although it was quiet when I went in and there is plenty of places to sit. I still think the prices is a little expensive, I understand you can have unlimited items like dressings and sauces etc on your burgers, but still expensive. The free refill drinks are good, but again seem expensive. Would love to go here more often, but prices does deter me.

First time in 5 guys - food is decent - not sure it's worth the high price. Service is ok - no one else there at time so not sure how to judge service levels - place was clean and tidy

cold food drivers seem to take several orders at same time

Initially meant to be delivered at 7.05pm, and ended up being delivered just after 7.15pm. but I live a bit out of town, so better than I've experienced with other deliveries!

The driver was very kind and apologetic about being late but the food was still nice and warm and tasty

Food spot on. Courier very quick. Professional and hygienic appearance. Polite and made an effort to find a difficult address. Worth the tip. This is the type of courier that encourages me to use the app

Ordered delivery from this place, specifically asked for vat receipt. Guess what - no vat receipt included in order. Contacted restaurant just to be told,that they are not providing vat receipts. Food was bellow expectations - grilled cheese was inedible, cheeseburger very average at the best and chips cold when arrived. Never again. Answer to the shop - If you can't give VAT receipt(hard to believe, cause that means that order don't go through the till) and see "VAT receipt needed" on order slip - would it be common sense to phone client and explain that BEFORE you make an order and send it away? ? ?

Great burger, fries and milkshake. Bit too much food for my smaller than average appetite and a little on the expensive side.

Specifically asked to include receipt - guess what, no receipt included. Phoned to the store just to be told, that they are not issuing receipts. and apparently JE should do that . What???? State of food was far away from expectations .

Classic Five Guys. Expensive but good burgers.

Ordered my food around 2:30pm didn’t actually get my food delivered untill 4:30pm 2 hours of waiting for our food and then when it turns up it’s all cold very bad service won’t be ordering again

It was a delivery so I can give my opinion on the food. Expensive for the size and the quality. The burguer were too thin and they were tasteless and dry. The c chips were put in a plastic cup and they did not fit so they were all in the paper bag. I won’t be ordering from here

Five guys did not close the bag of my burger and chips properly leading it to arrive in an unhygienic condition. No straw arrived for the milkshake. Feedback from customer service was generic.”, lacked common sense and failed to address the quality control issue. Will no be ordering from Five Guys Aberdeen using just eat again.

Only our 2nd time being here. Forgot how good the burgers are!! Although it's slightly more than the usual fast food place, the quality is so worth it. We just ordered cheese burgers fries and drinks. Burgers - are double lol (I did wonder why it was £10 something for a cheeseburger lol). If you want a single burger, order the Little cheeseburger' I love that you can add as many topping from the list as you want, to customise your burger yum 😋 😍 Soooo tasty that I think my daughter inhaled her burger lol Fries - we order a regular portion and shared between us, there were a lot in that 1 portion and still some left over. Drinks - I had juice from the dispenser (free refills too, bonus) and daughter had a milkshake. £5 something for the shakes, but oh my goodness!!! So delicious 😋 😍 You can choose what you would like in your shake from the list provided, any combination of ingredients you like. She chose strawberry and banana- absolutely recommend 👌 Totally recommend a visit here. A very nice treat.

If only. If only they used rolls that stood up to the arduous test of shipping: suffocation and sweating. They don't. The burger is fine. You won't be able to hold it together. I will give them props for the fries thought; exceptional and truly salty. Win, win. Sort out the bap though.

Get the hot dog, don't be a sheep. Bit slow on the dog front but I can imagine this is because nobody EVER BUYS THEM. The shakes are unreal.

Over the phone help was abysmal and rude and no interest in helping us and straight up poor customer service, whoever the worker is should be sacked.

Only my second time at five guys. Wasn’t too busy, food was quick to arrive. Burgers were good, the chips were lovely and crispy. Good experience.

Food came an hour late and was cold

Driver took 45 mins to arrive and seemed to stop for 15 of them at ASDA and other places before getting here. Food completely cold.

The burger and fries were good but the soda was weak and tasteless. If you are asking these kind of price for food it all should be excellent.

As always, Five Guys is a sure thing. Tried it in New York and London, now this one in Aberdeen. The taste of the sandwiches and chips is inimitable. Special thanks to the staff, specifically Valentina, who was really patient and courteous in explaining and composing the sandwich.

When placing order it estimated 20 mins. It actually took 1 hours 15 mins. Food arrived cold and no sauce with order even though it was required. Poor

Never give mayo sachets despite having their own 5 Guys Mayo. Ruins the meal when you have dry chips. Do better 5 Guys Aberdeen

3rd time I’ve ordered from this branch and every time they have missed the milkshake! Absolutely useless shambles of a Five Guys!! Do not recommend at all!

First visit in a while. Food was great and service was friendly. Clean seating area.

server was really quite rude stared at me and my family the hole time left the food at the door press the door bell 6 or 7 times in 10 to 15 seconds and walked back to his car before seeing if we got our food also never said one word

All great. Except the driver. In the delivery note I said to leave it outside the door as I have COVID. Driver did not care, rang the bell, and I told him I had covid and to just leave it outside, he wouldn't leave until I opened the door... Weird and unsafe

I cannot call the number on the app. nobody picked the phone up after 5 attempts? wrong order deleved I paid £ 26 and I can't get intouch to fix this mistake

Delivered the wrong order 20 minutes late and refused to answer their phone to correct it.

Always really nice! Very fresh and tasty burgers. My nan loves this place and we take her here every Tuesday, well, we did. That was before I accidentally ran her over (sorry nan) cheers x

I love hotdogs and it's basically the only proper place for them in the UK. Chips are one of the best. Peanut butter milkshake is unbelievable.

Hamburgers were awful!! All 3 of us didn't like it and could smell it. The meat had a subtle strange smell. It is not a smell of meat going bad, no. It is a smell of an organ meat. I know for sure because I tried organ meat when growing up and can tell exactly what organ it is by looking (at raw) and tasting (the cooked ones). I guess they are adding organ meat to their patties to bring the cost down. Anyways, don't buy hamburger. If you do buy and like it then your teste buds are screwed. Five guys do make the best milkshake and potato fries though.

Got order wrong asked for lettuce and tomato and NO PICKLES but did not come with what I asked for and loaded with what I did not ask for chips cold called them over 15 times dut did not get through

The delivery time was originally 6.10-6.20pm. my food arrived 45 minutes late and cold. Really not edible

Good quality burger as usual and mountains of chips. Does feel expensive compared to other fast food places but the burgers are delicious and fresh.

The food was great and delivered on time but I paid 2.95 extra for Coke as part of the burger meal. the Coke was missing from my delivery. I cant request a refund because it's part of a meal so doesn't come up when I select "order is missing items". Cheeky way of preventing refunds being requested for missing items. 😡 Justeat need to update their app so that meal items can be selected separately if missing.

Overpriced cr*p. I paid over £20 for the most basic cheeseburger, fries, and milkshakes. The burger and fries were nicer than McDonalds but not worth even close to the price, and the milkshake was no better than anywhere else. Facilities were clean but the shop was also almost empty of customers. I waited 5 minutes for my food. I will never be buying any food from here again. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

I just told my friend on the phone that my hotdog from five guys was as good as any new york vender... it was delicious 😋 😍 and your fries and milk shakes are also totally amazing... the last couple of nights I had a BLT and a milkshake so tonight I decided to have a hotdog for a change 😋 everything food ways is definitely delicious 😋 thank you.. 😊

It has customizable burgers with a variety of toppings and generous portions of FRIES.

Tasty food. Burger and chips well cooked and seasoned. Delivery looked squashed and chips all spilled from paper cup. Burger was mostly warm, chips were mostly cold on arrival.

An ok place to go if you don't eat meat. Their veggie sandwich is pretty packed full and not as pricey as their more famous offerings, which I appreciated, but it would be nice if they had some kind of veggie patty or the like. Atmosphere is of a sterile American diner. Staff were friendly and helpful with burger additions.

Over rated. I'm not a fan of burgers, and this place made it worse. It was recommended by a mate. Even BK is better, and I think it's rank.

Tried the hamburgers here, worth giving this place a try. I thought this place was overrated till I tried them. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Highlight of this restaurant free nuts. Who doesn’t like free nuts. 🥜

Great food but pricey for what it is. Their milkshakes are fantastic. They are super generous with the amount of fries they give you, too. The atmosphere is meh but the food is always the highlight.

A tenner for a burger is a bit steep, but they are fine, so it balances out. Milkshakes are also fine, not too keen on the chips but.
