The place is definitely good to relax and enjoy with friends but the chicken was dry and stringy !! and sadly the meal was a poor effort, could just be a bad day !!

Always a great time in this Brewdog - went last Sunday and had a good time with my family. The service was great from the team and food was tasty. Only reason it loses a star is due to the bottom of the pizza being burnt. The buffalo wings are a must have! Otherwise a really great time.

Very disappointed with the food. We had a Itison voucher which gave us brunch and coffee. The coffee machine was broken, so had to have soft drink. Quite a small brunch menu and it was really a breakfast menu, very little to no lunch items in my view. We had the Chicken and waffles and the American breakfast. The chicken and waffles were way over cooked, the waffle was very thin and very hard. the chicken was also overcooked, very thin chicken and not great, flavour was decent, but a poor dish for a normal £11. We also had the American breakfast, pancakes were decent, eggs over cooked, oven roasted tomatoes never saw an oven, hard. Streaky bacon, not really and smallest amount of hash you have ever seen. Again normally £11, both dishes just not worth it. Serve was OK, take was very sticky and you get that stale pub smell. Maybe OK for the vast drinks selection, but food was poor and not an overall good experience. Unlikely we will return.

First visit to Brewdog for a long time, and we were very impressed. We had a sharing starter of loaded fries, and it was very good, with a lot of chicken pieces and some really nice flavours. We've been buying sharing dishes of late, often from Wetherspoons, and this was an entirely better class of starter for a similar price. I followed up with a burger, and my companion had a salad. They were both really well prepared, flavoursome and better than we had expected. There was a good selection of beers, including the new stout, and we tried a few, as well as a guest beer. Brewdog have developed quite a range of beers and would have something for most tastes. All-in-all a very pleasant experience, with friendly and cheerful staff, we were glad we decided to give it a go and expect to be back...

Love the atmosphere here! It's not too busy and fairly relaxed. The staff are all friendly & supportive. Pizza & fries are delicious. Great variety of drinks too 👌

I popped in to see if they were selling a beer that I’d tried a while back, but couldn’t remember the name of. The legend that is Cody (spelt with a C) decided to give us a hand, and after some insight from her superior beer brain, we found a bottle of what I was looking for. (I’d have been there all day because apparently it turns out that Trappist beers aren’t even Belgian, they’re Dutch!) Anyway, that beer is now sitting on my kitchen counter with my new glass and I have Cody (spelt with a C) to thank for that. Thanks for your help!

This place is dreadful. Firstly we waited 40 minutes after ordering. We had a starter along with a salad. The salad had warm chicken which should've been hot and the pieces of lettuce were old and rotting. Also the Avacado was mush and the chips were cold. It was kids that were serving who really hadn't a clue what nice food should look or taste like. Never be back again!

Went for a catch up with friend and was very underwhelmed. The onion rings were super greasy neither of us could finish them. The chicken burger was overcooked and dry, the bun didn't taste fresh and the sauce that was to come with it was a dribble at best. While they had an offer on at the moment, it was still expensive for what could have received elsewhere with much better taste and less money.

Not the best on this occasion, been a few times and never had a complaint. Food was mediocre at best, tasteless. Quite a lengthy wait food sat on the hotplate for a good 10-15 minutes, final dish arrived and it was freezing cold. The cleanliness in the toilets is something to be desired too, no soaps, just a bit of a letdown based on previous experience.

We were served by Ross who was absolutely amazing and had great knowledge of the beers, company and recomendations and very chatty and helpful. He let us try a couple of beers to see what we liked and told us about the history of brewdog. Will definitely be returning, some of the most kind and personal experience of service I’ve ever had

Pretty poor. Popped in to grab some food before getting the bus to dundee. Server who took my order (not dressed in uniform so possibly manager?) was useless. When he wasnt dancing about like a prick, he was chatting up a table of lassies. Every time i looked up. After nearly 40min of trying to get someones attention to let them know my food hadnt come yet and i needed to leave soon, a guy who was havibg his lunch break spotted me and was very helpful. Turned out my server hadnt put it through the system correctly. 2 stars for the guy who could actually do his job and the free food.

Brunch was good, but the crockery needs to be cleaner. It can only be hoped that the unidentifiable stuff stuck to the outside of the teapot wasn't replicated on the inside too.

Staff are very friendly and the food was great. If u like Frank's hot sauce wings try the buffalo loaded fries its just the same but no bone and on chips! Bosh!

Service was slow as extremely busy. Too many tables and packed in like sardines. Food was not very hot and the Mac and cheese was cold. We told the server who offered a new one but we declined. Was told it would be taken off the bill but it wasn’t

Whilst visiting with a friend I had ordered a pizza and Caesar salad to take away. When my pizza had arrived the bottom of the pizza and some of the crust was black and tasted like charcoal. I then took my salad away and when I got home I opened the box and the chicken was pink, I looked at the other pieces to make sure and they were all pink. The service was amazing and they were very attentive and cordial.

Very poor service. Ordered lunch and waited over 40 minutes, on enquiring I discovered that our order hadn't gone through to kitchen. Staff apologised and stated "mistakes happen" indeed, this is true, but the error should have been noticed by staff much sooner as the restaurant wasn't busy. We didn’t have time to wait further so unfortunately had to leave without eating. Incidentally the couple at a neighbouring table didn’t fare much better, they returned their food because both meals were cold. I must stress the staff apologised and were not rude, however due to the very poor service standards it's very unlikely we will return.

Nice, tasty, convenient location. The only negative: it is impossible to order food and drinks until you fill out a form with all your personal data - I didn’t like it.

Every time we visit we are made to feel extremely valued customers. The bar has a great atmosphere around and it caters for everyone. You can even take your kids for a meal or your dog for a beer. It’s awesome!

Huge range of ales and lagers. There's many you won't enjoy but you will find a few that are absolutely superb. Very polite staff. Not tried the food at this location but always looks fantastic when it's brought it.

Great selection of beers. Food was good and piping hot, although took a bit of time to get it after ordering. The staff are dressed in normal clothes and don't have uniforms which is a bit strange.

One of our group was given a chicken burger (I can’t recall the precise name) that was clearly undercooked, very pink in the middle. The item was not billed but troubling nonetheless. I appreciate that the kitchen was busy - service was very slow - but undercooked meat a big concern.

Didn't have food this time but always a great place to visit. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We have eaten before and I like the patriot burger. Weak spot, the state of the toilets. Not very clean.

Utter disappointment. We came into town specifically for the brunch but left hungry. First, the kitchen staff came out to explain there were no eggs so they couldn't make waffles - we had to settle for chips instead. Then, even though it wasn't busy, our food sat in service hatch for about 8 mins (wait staff looked at it twice but seemed to be confused so didn't serve it and went away again?) It arrived stone cold so was sent back, but then we were told they couldn't redo the other meal cause they'd run out of those ingredients too. We ended up leaving without food but they were very apologetic and gave us our drinks for free.

I am sorry but Brew Dog is to me Over priced & the food is nothing special. You can get better value for money else where. I even tried the one in Las Vegas last week & some of the Staff there were not interested in the general public, their body language was all wrong although friendly enough their attitude was not in the job of service.

I was here for a business lunch. The food was really tasty. The staff were really friendly and very helpful.

This was my first time to brew dog and I was very disappointed! When I booked the table I requested a highchair and disabled access - neither was provided, instead we were squashed into an area that would only fit 4 adults comfortably and not 6 + 1 baby. The menu was limited with very little choice and when the meal arrived it did not live up to my expectations and it failed to impress me! The milk shot turned out to be a milk ice lolly and there were no brew dog goodies - not even a beer mat!!My overall opinion of brew dog is hyped up and expensive with very little value for money - there are better places to eat! I certainly will not be back nor recommending to anyone.

Never fails to satisfy. It's our go-to place. The pizzas are the nuts. Go spicy. It will test you, but it is delicious 😋

We went here randomly after the cinema so I'll start with the good parts: the place itself is pretty cool and well done and the staff were really pleasant. The food isn't going to win any awards like but its not that sort of place anyway so from the point of view it was ok. The last time I was here was years ago when they accepted cash and since that point I'm not sure if the management has changed or whatever but the toilets were filthy no soap etc and not accepting cash is totally unacceptable for me. I'm actually a brewdog shareholder too and avoid them as much as I can now due to their no cash policy.

Overpriced & Underwhelming, Sounded Awesome & Honestly was Really Looking Forward to It , Rich Gravey reminded me of Bisto Very Salty , 20 quid a bit Pricey , Certainly wasn't as Described on Menu , Burger Yes , Smashed far from It , was in New Orleans at a Greasey Spoon Type Diner , Burger Twice as Big for about Half the Price, Watched them Make It, Felt Sorry for Staff as Seemed like they Needed More Regardless of the Time of Day.

Went in for unlimited wings, but was very disappointed. It was ok, but not great. Had much better wings from kfc tbh. My wife had chicken burger with chips. The chicken was very tasteless and chips was cold. It came out of the kitchen quite quickly so maybe reheated? Ended up ordering pepperoni pizza. Again nothing to write home about. Tasted better pizza elsewhere. I know this is a very critical review. I don't blame the staff. They were very friendly. Sadly to say I won't be back

Having been a few more times I have improved the rating from 4 to 5 stars. Brewdog alcohol is great and most people know that but this place has great staff at the moment and that's what keeps me coming back.

Not usually one to leave reviews but this has got to be the worst place i have ever went for dinner, For start our drinks took 30 minutes to arrive at our table , to then add to our frustration our food all came out at different times and by the time it was all here it was partly all cold. Then we were told our sides would be out in 2 minutes ( they ended up not even arriving ) I can fully understand if places are a bit slower due to it being busy but when the staff have time to drink at the bar and go on their phones they surely have enough time to provide decent service.

Plenty staff but very poor service, spent more time chatting than serving. Forty-minute wait for food that was at best average. £45.70 for two burgers and chips plus two drinks!!! Only had two drinks as no one asked and couldn't catch anyone's attention. Place was half empty, just zero management of staff.

We ordered some food and drinks on a friday. It was not too busy, the girl that took our order was nice enough but soon after she disappeared for half an hour. The drinks never came nor did the water. After a while the food was there but still no drinks. We had to prompt another waiter to get water and beer. My friends burger was not too bad but my burger was horrendous. I had the buffalo chicken and the burger was drowning in sauce. The bread was soggy and soaked in sauce, the chicken was slauthered in sauce, so much so it wasnt cripy anymore it was just wet. On top of the buffalo sauce they added some mayo as well. The burger was slimy, i had to clean the plate 3 times with napkins becuase it kept leaking sauce from all sides. I have never seen anything like it. I swear i dont know how it is humanly possible to add so much sauce to a plate. It was soo much that it became funny after a while it seemed the burger was generating sauce from the inside. Anyway everything else was okey.

Went in for a light lunch and was lovely. My 13yr old daughter had the truffle fries and I had the korean loaded fries. Both were really tasty. Staff were good, not overly intrusive and would go back gain.

Food and drinks were great in this venue as they are in the other Brewdog bars. Unfortunately this bar was very undermanned only 2 people waiting and had over 40 mins wait for the food. The drinks took about the same. If you want to go to a brewdog i suggest castle gate thats about 5 minutes walk away

It's 🆗. Quite large premises. Food quality is quite good. Fast food style but done better. Beer here is the main attraction though and you either love it or hate it. BrewDog beer has a very distinct after taste. Staff are young, trendy, helpful and friendly.

We called in for a few beers and a snack. Staff, as always, were very good. Well worth a visit if you're waiting for the train.

Asked for toasted salmon bagel… was expecting only the bread to be toasted but instead the salmon was a well and it was disgusting and smelt terrible. Had to bin it :(

If you're looking for some drinks and are in the shopping centre near the train station, here is a must to go to. BrewDog beers are great and have a wide range to taste before you buy. Give it a go.

Really enjoyed our breakfast here, staff were very friendly, welcoming and kind to our children. Breakfast was good quality. We used an itison voucher so was excellent value. Will be back.

Food was excellent, staff were excellent. Only complaint would be the length of time out food took to arrive (approx 45 minutes). With a five year old, this can be an eternity. Other than that we really enjoyed our lunch.

Popped in for a weekday lunch. Relatively quiet, with a couple of staff looking after 5 or 6 tables. Our order was taken promptly and our drinks (non-alcoholic on this occasion) arrived fast. Our order of Caesar Salad took 35 mins to appear and was disappointing. The portion size was poor for the £13.95 price tag, and whilst the chicken was warm and freshly cooked, the croutons appeared to be out of a packet and the presentation was bland. The pizzas and burgers that were delivered to the tables around us looked reasonable, so maybe I made a bad choice. Next time I will stick to the (very good) beers and skip the salad.

Went for lunch. £15 for a chicken burger… extra for a cup of fries. You would think it would be a chicken breast for that price, but they use chicken thighs. The meal was cold. Expensive for the quality of food you receive. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just a nightmare 🤣 arrived around 8pm on Saturday eve ( close at 11pm) me and 6 other friends including a very pregnant chum. Chicken buffalo burger and wings came out, cold to the touch, told the waitress and they agreed to cook again( not all food had been taken out , but the decided to do the whole lot again) Next load came out, around 30/40 mins later , warm this time...but raw!! Lots of pink in the wings. There was a bit of confusion with my drink order and a great pile of drinks ( cocktails) being unavailable , on my 4th choice of pina colada I was told it was out, but on enquiring at the bar they had plenty.The saitan wings and pork burger were totally fine 🥰 Bartender Beth was excellent, and our poor server was attentive and didn't charge us for the raw foods 🤣 sadly will not be returning though as it was really disappointing.

Bit of a shock when we received our Bill tonight to find that we were charged for the chips….. when I questioned this, the reply was “oh it’s a cost of living thing” It was £7 extra, so it’s not the cost, but that you should really be making customers aware that chips are now a side/extra to go with the dish you are ordering!!

Brew dog beer was always more expensive than most others before Covid and now everybody’s prices have gone up they still are more expensive. Our food came quickly after we ordered and was hot and delicious (chips extra). While waiting to order, it seemed to...

Ordered through the app. We waited for 30 mins before asking about our order as our drinks hadn't come. They hadn't processed our order and probably wouldn't have unless we said anything.
