Great place to grab a drink or watch boxing/ufc when the clubs and bars close. Staff are friendly and service is good. if you plan on coming here late. Come slightly before the 3AM rush or there is a queue to get in. Games look fun but i don't gamble.

This place is the pits. I spent a lot of money in the slot machines whilst having a little break with my sister. I was ready to leave for my bus home to perth this morning. Tried to cash in my meagre winnings. The cash desk had a note on saying back in 20 minutes. The do it yourself cash dispenser had no paper in it so the member of staff just walked off and left me standing there. So had to leave for my bus with a voucher in my pocket. So let's hope I'm back before that runs out. There's always a pleasant cheerful person on the desk upon arrival but that's it as far as helpful friendly staff go in this place. Nobody asked if we would like a coffee at all this morning.

Rather small casino. Hard to get to the bar as from 3am its massively crowded ( just around the bar) not much of a choice of slots. Most of people is there just to get drinks after 3am as it is last place to get it after 3am.

The staff at this venue is homophobic. They kicked out my partner for no reason. I will be making a formal complaint. The person at the reception refused to let me speak to the manager or raise a complaint

So I am now standing in the taxi queue because the bouncer said I was too drunk. I finished work at 01:00, it is now 02:22. I've had exactly 2 pints before the bar I was at closed. He is very much wrong in his assement of me. I'm not very happy with this, and will put me off coming back in the future. 26/12/23

Vastly disappointed at the presentation of their 5 bean chilli that was missing the advertised nachos and sour cream. It was a tad bland so definitely not a recommendation at £12.95.

Now a frequent haunt of ours. Very chilled out vibe. Nice bar to actually sit and enjoy. Nobody is rowdy. Good food and no pressure to spend money

You're better coming here early on in an evening. If you go to other clubs then go there or come back there, the bouncers always refuse you entry because you're are "too drunk". What do they'd think I should be drinking at 3 in the morning - Herbal Tea!

Definitely a nice place to visit as long as you are gambling aware. The only problem is the hassle you get outside for money or cigarette. Not sure can blame Casino for it but is off putting. Would still now recommend as a place to visit.

First time at Grosvenor Casino, after living in Aberdeen for 4 years. I'm not a big gambler, but was curious and wanted to check it out. The registration took way too long, and I found the dealer at the table very grumpy, irritated and unhelpful when I wasn't sure how to use the voucher I received. I tried to lift the mood, but no! The 10 pound voucher had to be used in a single bet and couldn't be split. That's silly, but hey ho.

Very disappointed that they allow and help an Aberdeenshire taxi to operate from their premises (unlicensed to operate in Aberdeen city limits). Taking work from the licensed Aberdeen taxis. Having this person walking around looking for business outwith his licensed area and in a licensed Casino is not good. They need to make sure customers are not hassled in this way before I would recommend them.

Bad place to come to. The door staff refuse entry for the tiniest of reasons. I would avoid this this place. They will refuse entry for the smallest of reasons. There is better places to go to.

The staff were actually really nice. I see myself coming back cause of them. However, the kitchen was not fully functioning on the day I booked in for meal with family/friends. The menu had x marks in them showing which ones can't be cooked due to some equipment not working. There was also only one male staff running about serving the whole casino, running to serve drinks around the whole casino ground and to accommodate us in the proper dining area. Poor thing really. Also poor thing for me and my group, as the food we wanted to order were crossed out, only leaving small finger foods, and what have you in the option. I booked weeks ahead to eat here and we get there to eat nothing. Wow. I'd still come back for the nice staff but other than them, it was just a big let down really

I was taught blackjack by a friend in this casino. The overall experience was great, and I was able to leave with some extra cash, so I could I complain? Some dealers were a little bit cold but overall I liked the place!

The place is starting to look grubby there is also an unpleasant smell lurking each time I go in, guess the carpet could do with a clean. No floor service and buzzed several times on the roulette.machines. The place is very poor compared to a few years ago. Only thing good is the free parking in the NCP.

Fui casualmente después de una noche y me sorprendió mucho. ¡Hay muchas máquinas y mesas para jugar y tiene una barra enorme! Tuvimos muy buenas noches en un entorno agradable con un personal muy amable. Al salir noté que hicieron el menú Twisted uno de mis favoritos. Estaba de vuelta! Ahora voy antes de mis salidas nocturnas, ya que tiene una sensación relajada increíble y a mi novio le gusta el deporte en su gran pantalla junto al bar. ¡Sorprendentemente, puedes aparcar gratis en el aparcamiento adjunto! No encontrarás eso en ningún otro lugar en Aberdeen, eso es seguro. Soy bastante joven, pero la clientela es una mezcla de todas las edades.

Haven't been here for a while and was pretty much shocked on how it is now. The staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't have food but it looked good and it's always been good in the past. The food is a bit expensive but that's to be expected really. My issue with the Casino and why I've dropped it down on the stars was the way that everyone was just allowed to walk straight in. Always in the past you were required to join and then present your card on entry. Now if you make it past the bouncers you are just told to go straight through. There seem to just be a lot of boozed up youngsters in the place who still had a schoolyard mentality. Messing around and capering around. Outside when we were leaving was just as bad with the police having to turn up to sort out three clowns who were constantly trying to sneak past the bouncers after getting refused. I'm not sure if I'll be going back after this, maybe it was just the wrong night to be there?

Been to a few G casinos now. Favourites are London near Marble Arch and Coventry. This one is obviously going to be smaller. Slot selection could be better with more variety such as the cabinets with Rainbow Riches on etc. Drink is expensive and the older foreign bar maid needs to learn to smile and say thank you and please.

Casino does what it says on the tin

Been to this casino numerous times and half the time they won't let me in because they said I was drunk even though I never had any alcohol. The foreign croupiers are extremely rude. There are better casinos in Aberdeen that actually treat there customers with respect.

The casino was fun for a little while. However, my sibling was drunk and got kicked out of the whole casino for wandering into the men's bathroom by accident. Two disgusting shitebags kept banging at the stall she was trying to pish in, she was literally afraid she would get beat up or killed. And then a member of staff came up and kicked her out the casino. They would not even let her get her bag or tell family that she had to leave. Absolutely disgusting human behaviour and an overreaction from staff. Never going again. She was crying the whole way back home. I hope whoever kicked her out is ashamed of themselves.

Horrible staff behind bar. Always argue with slightest things. I.e at 5.24 AM bar tender asked me what I want to drink, told me it's almost time we stop serving alcohol which is 5.30 sorry I can't serve you. Having said that Security staff are very good specially ayoob.

Good bar, very good staff and atmosphere in general is quite good. On street parking is very mimited but there is a paid car park just a stone throw away so no issues there. Have not really tried the restaurant there.

Sabía que iba a ser una mala experiencia desde el momento en que me uní a la cola. Quería irme, pero mis amigos eran miembros y querían visitarlos ya que estaba en camino a casa. Mientras esperaba, me puse de pie y observé a una persona tras otra acercarse al personal de la puerta, intercambiar un abrazo machista y luego saltar a la cola. La mayoría de estas personas estaban claramente aquí para beber y no jugar al casino. Le casino grosvenor est un casino ouvert à tous sans abonnement. Vous pouvez bien entendu aller y jouer mais également simplement y passer un bon moment pour regarder un match, un concert ou simplement y prendre un verre. EN jour le casino est ouvert et il est très calme, idéal si vous souhaitez un endroit chic mais aux prix très accessibles dans une atmosphère plus calme qu'un pub traditionnel.

We were out with the intention of celebrating a birthday. We are house clients for 8 years now and this never happened to me before. It was four of us eating and drinking, we ordered five dishes, garlic and cheese bread and french fries of some of them, we ordered two prosecco for the ladies and a beer for the birthday man. The garson in speaking said he had two ask for permission before selling the beer - very rude, if I say - he didn’t wanna sell it but, Jorge, give the permission and even then when he left the beer, very unprofessionally, he said it was the last one. Not only once but 3 times in a row. You should never said that to a client even if the client in drunk - and that wasn’t the case! We only took a break of gabbling to eat something and relax and we didn’t even do that because of him. We left all food on the table and he send the beer back, we paid for everything, left a big tip and left the casino furious.
