Tiger Raja Indian Takeaway Kintore in Aberdeenshire

Would not recommend, poor service, still waiting for food, ordered over 2 and a half hours ago. Very disappointed and very hungry. Unfortunately no option for 0 stars.

Ordered through just eat and at the time the delivery time was estimated at 35 - 40 minutes but by the time we confirmed the order it had changed to 65 - 85 minutes which we though ok we can live with that. 2 Hours it took for our food to arrive. There were items missing and the curry was Luke warm and only half filled the tub. Worst worst worst take away I have every ordered. Tried calling the take away and whoever I spoke to claimed to not understand a word I was saying which is strange if they can take phone orders. My wife also called before me and they hung up on her. Avoid avoid avoid. Very rude staff for what was a very poor take away. Totally disappointed but now know to never order from there again and to make anyone who asks not order from their either.

Staff missed a stuff of our order. After more then 30min the stuff was delivered but unfortunately the cheese cake was unfresh and frozen 😟.

This is an absolutely disgraceful place to order from, they have no customer service nor do they even no how to deal with complaints, they should never be used

Great takeaway in Kintore. I've only had 4 takeaway meals so far the last one on sun. 27/11/22 was delivered. I was kept informed by email on my order. Excellent food, Excellent service.

Tried this places 3 times twice delivery with stuff missing and one I went into shop and ordered and the food awful sorry to say chicken pakora soggie chips soggie zalad not the freshest chicken korma and chicken tikka masala both runnie with chicken hard like re heated not nice ordered garlic Naan received plain naan

First time ordering from them won't be the last, the portion size is fantastic and such good value for money (better then down south which is where were from while visiting my mum) all the food was hot and well enjoyed, thank you Tiger Raja hope to enjoy your food again soon.

Food was terrible. Ordered chips and Kebab meat....got chips some very hard and dried up bits of kebab meat and chicken as they did not have enough Kebab meat. Also had chicken korma which had no flavour to it along with Hard Pilau rice. Suppose to have been cheese nan bread but i got a very thick stodgy plain nan bread again no taste. Very poor food and wont be rushing back

Disappointed, recent order was very salty and portions are now smaller than they used to be.

One of my favourite places now! Incredible! The pizza was so yummy, I’m a picky eater but I absolutely loved it.

The food was really nice. I enjoyed it greatly. I had the kabab , the pizza and the hamburger. I’m going to become a regular buyer from this takeaway. Great value for the quantity and quality of food.

Very poor meal tonight. Pink chicken, coconut in sauce when not advertised, chips greasy and double cooked, not too hot and arrived after longer than 90 minutes. Last 3 of 4 orders have taken nearly 2 hours to arrive. Certainly not worth the wait. Maybe time to find a new takeaway......

We waited from 6.50pm until 8.30pm for our food to arrive. We had by the time tried to cancel as we were hungry and really didn't think it was going to come. Having been fobbed off twice when calling. Just eat took the money from our account straight away and we are still at this minute trying to get a refund! Really will not order from here again.

I'd recommend the Achari and the Tiger, very tasty!

Super Chicken burger comes as only a dry bun and defrosted chicken patty. Saag aloo was frozen and heated so potato is watery and can taste the crystals formed when frozen. Food arrived cold and the sauce, presumably for the fries, tastes like soap.

Shocking customer service they have been very rude, we ordered 4 items and only 2 showed up AFTER BEING CHARGED FOR 4. After we phoned them again and told them and then we got told he wouldn’t be delivering our 2 items, but we can pick it up free of charge. Bearing in mind we have already paid for the 4. Then 2 minutes after we finished the door bell goes with the delivery driver with our 2 items. Then he proceeds to tell us we cannot order from here again. We wouldn’t even be going back anyway as this is shocking customer service and that’s a shame as the food was nice, the old management was way better. Not EVER ordering again, not happy.

Under new ownership so still testing the water, but so far so good. Disappointed they don't take cards, but had the meals ready for collection when they said (15 mins).

I’m only giving one star as I cannot give no star review, this used to be a go to takeaway for us always early delivery 4 miles away from them great food. Tonight we placed our order as usual through just eat, noticed that there was a new menu, placed our order showing a wait time of 45mins for delivery, at an hour I called them to find it where our order was to be told they now do not deliver as we are too far away🤔 now they had our details but they did not phone to tell us of our problem, they did not ask if we wanted to come to them to pick up our order nor offered any apology, we found the Persons who we dealt with to be rude and I do not care if there food is any good as we did not get the chance to sample it and will not be ordering with them again.

Yummmmy .. we aren't local and usually when buying take out it's like warm by time we get it home.. but not from here.. highly recommend

Initially very pleasant customer service, however when food arrived cold and order not conplete, and i called to inform, shop owner completely dismissive and unapologetic. Will not be returning.

Food was just ok. Nothing to get excited about. Be careful if you want the chilli, garlic sauce and salad seperate as they charge you an extra £1.50 per kebab for it. The salad consists of a plastic bag of shredded iceberg lettuce. Nothing else. Total £32.90 for 1 chicken pakora, 2 standard chicken kebabs and 1 large chicken kebab. I won’t be hurrying back

Recently moved to Kintore went for a takeaway was lovely most empressed will be back again.

Excellent food once again tonight , generous portions absolutely delicious . Would highly recommend to try Kintore Tandoori . Staff always very helpful . Well done Sammi & your team .

Had a curry tonight it was a bit spicy but very nice. The staff are ace and good to get along with. I will definitely order again. The delivery driver is always polite and is always on time with food.

Used Kintore Tandoori a few times since I moved to Inverurie. Tried 4 different dishes and they have all been excellent in flavour. As a tasty mild dish, I would recommend the Gulapi butter chicken. Beautiful flavour

I absolutely love the lamb balti and my girlfriend enjoys the chicken bhuna. We have our neighbours going regularly now as well!
