The best restaurants in Streonshalh Scarborough Yorkshire and The Humber

The service here is amazing, super helpful and friendly and I can highly recommend the Yorkshire Fatties. We bought some last year on our holiday to Whitby, we have been back this week on holiday and have bought some more. I pre-ordered 8 to bring home too 🙂 I would highly recommend you visit if you are in Whitby.

Coffee in here is always spot on and nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. Always a friendly and pleasant service 🤌🏻 Best cuppa in town.

Came across this brewery by chance and what a fantastic find. Perfect location welcoming and knowledgeable staff and the pizzas were amazing. If we are ever in that neck of the woods again we will be back.

What a great little micropub. Love the fact that it is small and cosy. Fantastic landlord, really friendly and the beers are superb. Thank you for not selling inch's cider!

A great alternative to fish and chips. Great value for money and we were so full after the meal we had to go lie down for an hour at our hotel. Yummy

Lovely food and wine, helpful staff. Plenty of options that offer a (sometimes much needed!) change of pace from fish & chips. The pizza was delicious and a generous portion.

Great location, staff are very friendly and accommodating for dogs & children. The food is simple but done well, tea cake or scone, fry up or something a bit more sophisticated… prices should probably be higher given the great location and tourist trade, but they keep them fair and service comes from the heart.

Really good fish and chips. The scampi was like nothing I had ever tasted. Nothing like the frozen variety!

Encantadora comida y servicio en este restaurante. Aunque tranquilos decidimos darle una oportunidad pero para ser justos eran solo 5 : 30 pm. Tuve la berenjena ahumada, gambas con mozzarella y el pan esponjoso y disfruté de cada bocado 😋. El plato de berenjena en particular era increíble. Mi marido tenía la parrilla mixta y no estaba decepcionado, todo cocinado maravillosamente y un montón de ella. Tomamos un par de copas cada uno y el pudín de toffee pegajoso para compartir, la cuenta era de £ 79. Nuestra camarera era muy agradable, amable y atento. Sin duda recomendaría este restaurante y volver cuando en Whitby de nuevo.
