Had been in this place previously and it wasn’t a good experience everything let it down but called in because it was raining and so glad we did. This place has totally transformed. On entering it was the Xmas tree for me love the Xmas vibe the decor was really good it looked so much cleaner and inviting. Went to the bar a lovely girl there Chelsea served us with drinks and gave us an update on the place. We decided to eat there.. the food was cooked and presented really well. 2nd night as we were going to a concert at the spa and usually eat there we decided to eat at the carousel again we wasn’t disappointed. Chelsea again was behind the bar on her own but dealt with the queue amazingly quickly and so professional. The food again was excellent. 3rd night went there again to eat had the sharing dishes and again lovely. Sophie served the food and was behind the bar along with a guy Ben these people are so friendly but so professional at the same time. All the staff some I don’t know the names of but we’re always busy. The tables were cleared and everything was in order. Good selection of food and drinks clean place even down to the toilets. Will definitely visit again instead of bypassing it.

As a treat at the end of Mother's day, we ordered a take away. We placed & paid for our order online at 5.50pm, we were advised delivery would be within 45mins. At 7pm, we called & were told that the order was with the driver & out for delivery. 7.30pm we called back....this time we were told that the order hadn't even been started. We were told the would start it immediately & it would be with us by 8pm. One minute past 8pm we called & our number was passed to voice mail. We used a different phone which was answered straight away, & were told that the driver had just left. We cancelled the order & asked for a refund, the girl told us she couldn't do that & we need to ring back tomorrow & speak to the boss. I asked for the boss's name so I knew who to ask for. They dont give out names. I stated I need to know who I'm asking for, she told me she doesn't know it & I just need to ask for the boss. In other words, they can say that this 'boss' isn't available. I was also told to get off the line as she had other customers trying to get through. The order did arrive at 8.20pm, we refused it, we did film this refusal so it could not be denied. This has caused a bad end to a lovely mothers day & has delayed my daughter from getting home. Will never use again the only recommendation I give is, that you try somewhere else.

Parada en The Columbus para una bebida caliente y pastel como un descanso del clima drab Scarborough y no nos decepcionó. Todo lo que puedo decir es que el brownie de chocolate fue WOW, el mejor que mi marido y yo hemos tenido!

Llamé hoy para café y sandwich. Prácticamente tirar sobre la mesa cuando el café servido se derramó por todas partes. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Se retractó y rehecho a regañadientes. No me molestaría en volver. Así era Costa cerca de Morrisons

I have just come recently and everything was spot on , and staff were lovely. To say a Sunday night isn’t busy the girl at the bar who was only working with a glass collector was absolutely lovely she made sure everyone had a lovely night and to say the bar was packed she did amazing . The two young girls had lovely dark hair and one had a fringe and they definitely deserve some recognition! It’s a beautiful bar and I shall definitely be coming back !

¡Una mujer rubia increíblemente grosera detrás del mostrador! Nunca volvería y no recomendaría en absoluto, no podía esperar a salir. Apenas me sorprende ver solo a un puñado de personas allí, a las 12:30 en una semana de fiesta en mayo. ¡Gasta tu dinero en otra parte, ella no merece nada de eso!

¡LOS MEJORES CHINOS DE SCARBOROUGH! Ordene SIEMPRE desde aquí, ya sea entrega o recogida, alimentos siempre calientes y deliciosos. Soy un cliente regular y nunca he tenido un problema. ¡MUY RECOMENDABLE!

Disfrutamos de una taza y una rodaja de pastel de zanahoria que era muy agradable. Un café muy ocupado, sin embargo, el personal es excelente para limpiar y limpiar las mesas cuando un cliente se va. El equipo trabaja bien en conjunto, ya que es todo el equipo que despeja las mesas, no solo una persona. Disfrutamos de nuestra merienda aquí.

Had some time to kill for a train so popped in for a coffee - served by a lovely and welcoming staff member Adrian. Good coffee, nice clean and quiet cafe :)

Since my last visit probably a couple of years ago, the coffee shop has had a makeover and a new name, I am wondering if it is not actually run by Debenham’s. Everything was very clean and complying with COVID regulations. I had to queue to be served and waited some time, this was because the young lady serving was being very patient with the elderly couple in front of me. Everything had to be explained to them and they were very indecisive. So top marks to her. I had a good cup of coffee and a slice of apple pie. The cafe was a nice place to sit and relax.

Lovely food - not too expensive and excellent fast service. No complaints from us - will definitely visit again. Five stars!

Quería comprar un sándwich para tener en el hotel. Un cambio día húmedo. No puedes conseguir una bolsa de plástico. En este país húmedo. Una bolsa de papel qué locura.

Will not be returning here, service wasn't great and the food is even worse. Would not recommend at all.

If you’re into modern country music this is the bar to go to in Scarborough! Went in early doors and it was country music all the way( ok there was a little bit of Irish folk in between but that’s almost country). Great to see a bar catching onto the fastest growing genre of music in the uk. Brilliant!
