Quick delivery very reliable, tastes like dominos!

Very long wait, and ended up with the wrong pizza toppings on it, loud music blazing in the background, no wonder they get orders wrong, poor service.

Friendly staff easy place to find, food was great and hot.

A pizza is a pizza, bit salty for me but it did the job.

Hair in food absolutely gross no excuse obviously not adhering to health and safety guidelines at all absolutely vile. Do not bother unless you like finding hair in your pizza ew.

My partner got us the meatior pizza and chips with bacon and cheese, all of it was way under cooked and rushed, I threw up! Waste of mony and time, only good thing was the Lovly delivery driver, avoid Scarborough domino's

I had my first Domino pizza. Ordered meat feast small . delicious, chips weren't great the garlic sauce was nice touch

The pizzas are really delicious. I didn't have to wait long, only 10 minutes. What I find unfortunate is that you can only pay by card and not with cash.

Waited over an hour food stone cold

If I could have given 0 for service, I would have. Stood at the counter waiting g for my collection for 20 minutes. Not 1 staff member asked me what I was there for! Delivery driver was answering the phone as it was just ringing and ringing, they had no idea what to do once they had answered it either. I won't be back in a hurry

Food took nearly an hour and was cold!!! Chips wasn't even cooked too rubbish

Absolutely useless, can't get an order right to save their lives! 2 weeks in a row. When Dominos get it right it is very nice food but the Scarborough branch seem to be incapable of sending out a correct order!

As we knoe Domino's Pizza are so tasty everyone wants to have them. And Domino's pizza when served warm are delicious. Very warm welcome by the staff and service with smile that they deliver is lovely part you get to experience.

Appalling service, pizza was wrong so complained, offered it replaced then was abused when I said please do. Staff think it ok to abuse customers, spoke to the manager and explained. He apologized and got it redone. Original pizza sent back untouched as demanded. Replacement Pizza came with extra hot sauce not just the drizzle it should have. Childish staff and Embarrassing for the brand.

very poor work organization, no respect for the customer, the order did not arrive, and the owner was not interested in the matter, after reporting that the order had not arrived, he stopped answering the phone.

Visited Scarborough on the 11th September from Nottingham,on the way had a leak in my vans radiator,6 hrs later got to the central hotel Scarborough at 7pm got everything in to the room the weather was rainy ,so with having a pretty crap day and with the weather not good , thought I'd order pizzas , wedges,and cookies.placed my order from dominos Scarborough,at 8.35,at 9.25 pizza arrived we was hungry so opened pizza boxes straight away,the food was cold and the wedges were stone cold .we couldn't eat the food and was tired,I said to my partner I will email Donimos in the morning.Next morning I sent email complaining about the cold food .After a day of questioning and answering by email,a company complaints department said that they can't help me any further as I should have contacted the dominos where I ordered the food,even after I explained everything that has happened that day.would never buy anything from this company again

Got the order wrong so had to wait even longer, asked for extra garlic and tomatoe on the garlic bread was just the same as a standard one. Difficult parking.

Amazing staff, great delivery service and great food.

Was busy which is fair enough, but when trying to order all the manager did was complain about how busy it is and how long the wait would be. When we tried to phone we were placed on hold for 10 minutes at a time. Came on Monday. I understand if it's busy however don't complain too your customers about it. Cancelled our order in the end.

It's a takeaway so no atmosphere, just great food.

Was ignored by the staff. Was constantly told to order at the till instead of the app for a better deal but it was the same as the app. The food was amazing, poor service though unfortunately.

Do not bother! Waited hours for a pizza so cancelled, now have to wait 10 days for money back. I'm pretty sure that now I've given up and cancelled, the staff will finally cook and eat my pizza!

Ordered at 11.15pm said 25 min wait… still not arrived at 1am. Called numerous times and fobbed off constantly. Absolutely would not recommend this place

Used to be a really good now just okay apart from the fact they always over doing it on the bbq sauce, I had to chuck most of it away because it was just too much sauce near the pizza handles

Well I been there couple of times but it's nothing special pizza is the same like from Sainsbury's than they didn't give me drink that was paid so from this moment my foot didn't go there again. Unfortunately that's the place like McDonald's, this means that if U like pizza like food your in the right place but if U like to try REAL PIZZA TRY PEPE VERDE in Scarborough but be careful if U try it once U will never go back to dominos

This place is a mess. No one knows what to do here. The worst Domino's I have ever visited.

Friendly staff pizza Bob on but don't do olives wedgs about 10 in a box for 4.99 bit of a rip off and chicken bacon rap empty what ever was inside it was disgusting

Fuming came to order a pizza at 23.15 was turned away stating they were closing but quite clearly stated close at midnight !! How long does it take ??? Staff’s attitude was disgusting

Got a small cheese and tomato pizza, there was little cheese on it and way too much tomato sauce. Also got nachos that turned out burnt and squashed together just looked like someone threw up in it

Best one I've had from them - Hot. Tons of tomato sauce on the base. Delivery driver was lovely - Whoever was on shift 12/08/22 at 11pm take a bow. Only docking one star because you're still too expensive. But as staff, that's not your fault, now, is it. Much love.

Ordered two pizzas, half and half. One of the pizzas was meatfielder and the other half veggie supreme. No care had been taken to ensure correct ingredients as both half’s had jalapeños on and tandoori chicken. Two ingredients not supposed to be on either half, especially the vegetable half!! Some quality check!! Poor

The late opening hours were just what we needed when looking for something to eat after a long car journey to Scarborough. The young man who served us was very welcoming and recommended a pizza to suit our needs. It was absolutely delicious. We'll done Domino's.

The staff were great, explained how they get the dough and how it is proved. And the pizza was pretty good as well.

Went to collect my food and the person serving was rude, i said thank you for my food and he just turned around and walked away without saying anything or making any facial expressions. No communication at all. Unpleasant.

After several disappointing food orders tonight was the last straw. I understand they can be busy at times so after waiting an hour for more lukewarm food I opened the box of cookies. Half of them were burnt black and completely inedible see photos. Customer services weren’t interested as I hadn’t followed their companies policy for complaints. App deleted… last ever order.

Please be aware this is the only dominos country wide that refuse Blue light cards and gets snotty when questioned about why. Bridlington Donimos is head and shoulders better and will use in future. Oh yeah and food was burnt too from Scarborough one and witnessed phone ringing for 10 mins whilst so called manager was out back smoking uninterested

Shocking that your unable to pay cash these days not everyone wants to pay by card.

Ordered online it said 10 to 15 minutes until ready, I walked to the store after 10 minutes so been waiting 15 minutes since ordering, got in checked screen it said 30 minutes until complete and still going up, a delivery drivers attitude when a customer asked how long until their order is ready and he responded in quite a rude attitude "Well you are just going to have to wait then until it done" I was shocked with the customer service, I just hope I never see this again. Total time waited in shop minutes, total time waiting time for pizza for one pizza is 50 minutes it is ridiculous and they wasn't that many orders on screen. As was leaving a staff member touched face with gloves and continued to make someone else's order, quickly told them that change of gloves is needed if you touch face and all I got was ok thank you....

Good food, good service. What more could you want?

They really need to get the website sorted. Our order said 35 - 45 min. It finally arrived 1hr 45min later, like warm and one of the orders was incorrect. They really need to manage customer expectation, if you can't deliver when you say you will. This is the third time we have ordered and the time has been in excess of an hour late. The poor drivers are getting all the flack from customers, no wonder you don't have enough drivers!!

As a pizza lover I cannot express how disappointed I was with the pizza we received. Overcooked with very low quality dough. Not worth paying half price; full price is mental. If you really do need to order from here then don’t even consider the Double Decadence; £3 extra for a smearing of herb butter bearing no resemblance to the marketing images.

This place is absolutely useless!! Took over an hour and a half to get 2 pizzas which should’ve taken 15 mins. The staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. Customer services equally unhelpful. Will go to Pizza Hut in future 😡

Ordered 16 large pizzas for delivery all arrived at the allotted time and all my friends and family raved about them best ever pizzas. Geat App will definitely recommend it to anyone. Well done Scarborough.

Think this branch is really understaffed as twice in a row I have had to wait more-or-less two hours for a pizza. First time they were very nice about it, and sent me some free cookies as an apology, but the second time they just said they were understaffed and so it would just take that long - basically saying do you want to cancel the order or wait the two hours? Think the dominoes operations manager could fork out a bit more of a budget for an extra chef or two, or perhaps raise the pay to encourage more staff to join as I can imagine the staff who are already there are all very stressed.

Ordered food via the app. Happy with the deals and options available. However, no estimate was given for delivery time. The app has a tracker so you can see the status of the order. 50 minutes after my order and the food was still in the “prep” stage. I think this was because they were very busy but this could have been mitigated if the restaurant had told us when we could expect the food. Once the food was in the oven, delivery was very quick and the delivery man was absolutely lovely and friendly. The food was amazing. Delicious, fresh and hot. Full of flavour. Great vegan options. Really happy with my lovely pizzas.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I rang to say the delivery person delivered my food to the wrong address. I got called a liar, shouted at down the phone, and hung up on. Hostile & aggressive. How do you hire such horrible people? As a valued customer of 2 years being left in tears, safe to say I won't be ordering again.

I have been ordering from dominos for a long time and I always liked the food from them an hour ago I said to order something and try a wrappz when the delivery boy arrived I noticed these traces on the package for the first time and I asked him what it is and he told me something like because of wrappz something he leaves and I didn't really believe that because the people from dominos don't send the food in such a condition when I entered the house and I looked better and after I smelled the boy from the deliveries smelled of coffee he poured his coffee on the package he could have common sense and tell me he didn't want to do this and I understood him and I wouldn't post this but according to his attitude .. I don't think I'll order anything from dominos

We are on holiday in Scarborough. I thought the pizzas from my local Dominos were lovely; however the Scarborough pizza is by far the best pizza I have ever tasted. The dough is so light and fluffy and the toppings really fresh. The whole family agreed. The delivery driver was really pleasant and the delivery was swift. So not only do we have to eat fish and chips with every visit to a Scarborough - we now have to have Dominos pizza!

Pizzas couldn't have been nicer. Timed and cooked to perfection. Ordered large Ham and Pineapple and a Margarita . Thank you. It was a feast.

For the second time we are missing the cookies from our order, we thought would give domino's another chance after previously receiving come for and missing a part of our order, after another disappointing experience we will never order for from them again.

Ordered from here today as a teatime treat whilst having a staycation in Scarborough. We downloaded the dominos app, used our taste card code for 50% off and within 20 minutes our order was here! Amazing! Food was tasty as always, dominos pizzas can’t be beaten in my opinion. Would definitely order again in Scarborough should we be in the area in future.

I have been ordering for a long time since you took it and the food is very good as well and the employees only this month I don't know what happened I think the employees who really made you buy again left my last order was delivered after an hour and I can't say that I'm really complaining about this, it's just that my potatoes when I opened the box, some of the potatoes were bitten in half and some of them were crushed. All this makes me never order from dominos again.

dominoes has really let them selves go it’s awful doesn’t taste nice you don’t get what you pay for I don’t think it’s fresh I have officially gone off dominoes massive rip off my advice get a pizza somewhere else cheaper and better

Domino’s Pizza seriously delivered on this occasion. It was late, so I opted to sit inside and wait for a Veggie Supreme pizza to be crafted. It was handed over within nine minutes: incredibly fresh, really hot and far from the regular oily pizza I associate Domino’s with. It didn’t even have the trademark soggy dough Domino’s often employ! Polished it off there and then — top job.

Delicious food, it arrived within half an hour too!!! And thank you for sending such a polite delivery driver! One of our pizzas had been squashed a little bit and he offered to take it back to the store for a fresh one, which I politely declined. :)

We often order from this store and ordinarily everything is great and we have no complaints, but on this occasion we waited well over an hour and by the time our food arrived it was cold. The tracker was on quality check for over 30 minutes. We were rather put off by all of this and won't be ordering again for a while.

A little disappointed in domino's, I called up a little after 7:30 pm to order a pizza and a couple of drinks using a code I had been texted. I was told to collect it would be 1 and a half hours, I thought that was a little strange so my wife called 15 minutes later with the same order and was told she could collect in 15 minutes???? When we got the pizza it was over cooked and tasted like it had been sprayed with some type of chemical, we also got a chicken box and that was over done too. I've ordered from them loads and loads and hadn't had a bad experience up to now...

I took the delivery option and it took literally 2 hours until my food arrived. In the tracker online it Said Quality check for 1 and a half hour!!! Don’t order from this service. There is a second option called Pizza Hut. If you want to have pizza order it from there
