Great pizza , excellent service , fast delivery and really friendly

After a night out exploring the watering hole around Whitby, I found myself needing food. There it was, my oasis. They have an excellent choice of different toppings and were fast at making them. Very tidy and reasonably priced, only draw back is its a cash only establishment.

Order came hot within an hour I gave a 5 star in my opinion one of the best takeaways I’ve had also one of the cheapest I’m in Whitby for a week will defo be ordering again

Never had a bad pizza from here when we visit whitby

Great pizza, would go again! We went after a night out, around 4 am and they were still open. The only thing I would say could be better is their bbq sauce was strange.

Bought a bolonagaise pizza and a meat feast pizza, the bolonagaise was really bland and the meat feast tasted funny, this was my first time in 5 years ordering from figaro's, dont think i will be ordering again.

Rough as houses with about as much customer service experience as a spud. Food came with zero sauces once we had arrived home. Will never buy food from there again. Absolute shambles of a place.

Tried for a change instead of Porto yet still the same problem; is it me? Does garlic mayo sound so much like chilli dip that I get this revolting basic gelatinous gloop, that’s not even the same colour or consistency delivered to me every time?

Ordered Donner kebabs and a Chicken Parmo wrap for my family and I after a lovely day in Whitby. We are here for the weekend and the food has unfortunately given us all food poisoning. We spoke to one of the neighbours near the cottage we are letting and apparently this place is renowned for it with locals. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely amazing!! Food taste good! And really really good prices! If you want a pizza I would definitely recommend here!!

Food was cold , asked for pitta kebab got a tray full of meat pitta bread not cooked or cut salad was one slice tomato bit a lettuce would have been better all together in a pitta with salad and meat

The service was excellent. Really helpful on the phone and the driver rang us to say he was on his way. Managed to find our very tucked away cottage in Robin Hoods Bay. Food was excellent and no issues with the order at all.

No flavour except for the chips.

Hands down the best Pollo Kiev (Chicken Kiev), I've ever had. Generously topped. Chips were lovely too. The staff are really helpful and cheerful. You guys are a danger to my waistline lol. Highly recommend this takeaway 😊

Fairly priced and lovely staff. Food average went for a parmo, and it wasn't bad to say we're in whitby but nothing like the real thing but a decent portion and made properly. Also had a chicken and donner wrap but it was very thin. All in all, it's not terrible and worth a try.

Great food and fantastic prices it is really great quality if you’re visiting Whitby and want a great takeaway visit here you will not be disappointed staff are very friendly 10/10

Fancied a kebab and pizza and chips for kids ,only place I could find was here ,my goodness what a mistake ,the dirtiest shop I've been in ,and the staff also needed a wash ,the food well if you could call it that ,well I don't think the rats would have eaten it in the bin .don't go be warned .

Visited after the pub and it was busy. We both had cheesy chips there was plenty of it and they were nice.

Had cheesy chips after the pub, asked for some garlic mayo and they poured a full ladel on my wifes!! Mine were nice

We preordered 3 pizzas for collection. Despite our order being repeated correctly over the telephone several toppings were missed of.

We live here and I have always got our takeaway pizzas and chicken wraps etc from here. They have always been extremely good - delivered on time, and all fresh and hot. They are very helpful and pleasant and I can't understand the poor reviews. I made a mistake 2 weeks ago and ordered food from a different place in Whitby and it was nowhere near as good as Pizza Figaro. I can recommend the pepperoni pizza and the chicken wrap with salad and chips - they are always really tasty.

Great pizza! I went in and ordered a 16” pepperoni and bbq chicken pizza and both of them were nice and tasty! It was under £30 and more than fed 4 of us. They only accept cash but there is a cash machine over the road at the coop. The wait time wasn’t long approx 15-20 mins, when I’m in Whitby again I’ll definitely be back!

The guys on chicken know what they are doing, chicken is amazing.

Ordered a pizza - they forgot to apply the tomato sauce. Cheese on toast basically. Dry chicken and oven chips. Oven chips and kebab wrap which was okay. £26 - feel like I've been robbed. Had to go collect the order. Just honestly don't do it, cash aswell so no chance of any refund.

Don’t go here, sweet Jesus!!! Horrific service and tampered food. Several people were turned away AFTER ordering their food because it was cash only… We waited 40 minutes before saying we wondered where our food was (politely) to be disregarded and mimicked in front of an audience of other customers who arrived after us. We then stated we would like our money back and were declined with the owner telling us a kebab can take up to an hour?! Other customers were then served and when we were eventually served the owner said ‘someone call them in’?! Whilst he laughed with his staff. Us being three young girls, in shock because we are known to be timid and reluctant to cause a fuss. I have never even written a review but this was horrific. When we received the food we felt extremely uncomfortable when the owner handed us the food - it was as if he was suggesting he had tampered with it?!? We ended up leaving it behind. I am honestly in shock. This is my first review on trip advisor. Baffled

If you want the best pizza or kebab come here ( a lot better than domino's) ,fast service and very polite, cash only but there's a machine over the road

Lovely pizzas and cheaper than dominos

We've ordered two "Mixed kebab" and one medium size "London doner pizza". The meat was freshly cooked, chicken nicely seasoned and grilled. Pizza base nicly baked, fresh and cheese was a good quality. All food tasted excellent and the man who served us was friendly and polite. However, the place need refurbishment. We will be back!

Rude lady behind the counter, overcharging and not giving the receipts. Asked for one and got a piece of paper with my order hand written on it.

Took an hour to arrive. The pizza was cold. The chips were oven chips and they were cold. The garlic mayo container had split. And it cost way too much. Never again.

A well needed takeaway to finish a busy but successful day in Whitby. I ordered a ‘Farmhouse Pizza’ and ‘Small Chips’, with a tub of ‘Mayonnaise’ on the side. Thoroughly enjoyed, everything cooked well and decently sized portions. Would definitely venture back!

Suppose to do kebabs however never been, the chicken was mini fillets with no flavour the pitta bread want heated up just placed outside the box and the pizza was burnt. A kebab meant to be in the pitta with chilli and salad no chilli sauce total all round wast off Money and very expensive please avoid

Ok pizza, rude staff, ripped off a drunken man in the queue before us then tried to rip off my friend and apologised when they realised he was sober.

A couple of pizzas and a chicken kebab went down well with my family. They weren't raving about them, but everything got eaten so that's good enough for me. I could only try some of the chicken which was really nice.

Pizza was really tasty and the dips were generously big for the price! The service was nice and friendly too.

Decent pizza at fairly reasonable prices (especially for a tourist town in peak season). Not at all greasy and the crust was nice and crisp. I had a bit of difficulty communicating (to the owner) my request for less tomato sauce but all ended up fine. Recommended.

I can’t understand why the reviews are so good, as this place is really bad. Completely tasteless, apart from the taste of grease, which is odd in itself. Knew I’d made a ricket once I’d ordered, and the smell of cheap oil began to fill the air!

Not from the area just popped to Whitby for a couple hours, came here for a pepperoni pizza and it was delicious! Perfect balance of grease and crispiness, nice amount of cheese, thin crust which I prefer. Good job👍

Wow! Crust was perfectly cooked, plenty of topping and really tasty. We had Pollo Funghi and Calzone Classic.

Made a telephone order from pub across the road, when I asked how long they said 15 mins. So 15 mins later in we went - after being stood there waiting for any type of eye contact for 5 mins approached the guy behind counter in a grubby wooden hat - he said yeah will be soon. Eventually after another 10 mins order was ready - we did get a sorry as we paid - cash only here surprise surprise (wonder why) absolutely no customer service, pizzas average - wouldn’t order from here again in a million years- worst experience I’ve ever had in a place where I’m paying for a service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Best parmesan in whitby hands down came from figaro tonight. Im a chef myself and that was really good. Give the chef a pat on the back. Was cooked really well

Was visiting whitby and staying over. Fancied some food to take back to hotel. Was not disappointed absolutely gorgous pizza definitely one of the best!!! 👌

We aren't from the area but decided to grab pizza and chips to eat I the car as it was getting late before travelling home. The pizza was absolutely delicious, thin base with crispy crusts, the tomato base was herby and not too tangy like with most other pizza places. Will definitely make a visit there again soon.

It's exactly what you would expect from an establishment like this, nothing more nothing less.

The shop claims to have the best pizza - maybe they do. (Didn't order pizza so can't comment on their claim) However what I can say is that they sell the worse kebab ever. Bought a chicken kebab and a pita salad. A tray of thin taste less chicken and iceberg Lettuce. Discovered the pitta bread in the bag under the tray after eating some of the chicken. Needless to say it went in the bin. No customer service skills . The chap cooking never said 2 words and the other guy who doubles as a delivery driver looked like his clothes had never seen a washing machine. I would avoid this place at all costs .

Vile is the only way to describe the pizza here. Long wait and definitely not worth it. If it wasn't for the taste of grease there would have been no taste at all. Avoid!!

Heard bad reviews from a couple of yr ago about kebabs , but tbh kebab meat was really tasty and fresh. Loads of herbs in it i could tell . Plenty for your money too . Staff are freindly.

As a chef wanting a release from cooking, I'd rather have lost time with my partner than eat what I did. Whitby has not many options for takeaway, pull your finger out. In short food was..... Staying in Whitby- didn't fancy fish and chips- so ended up here. Had no idea what to expect. The pizzas were delicious! Our ham and pineapple didn't just have a few cm cube of ham on it like so many shop bought pizzas- it was loaded with real slices of succulent ham. My daughter ordered a side salad and I'd wondered whether I should nip into the supermarket for one instead- so glad I didn't. Really fresh- lettuce, onions, pineapple, tomato, cabbage. So impressed!!

It was alright, very long wait for food. The pizza wasn’t great and the chips weren’t given an option for salt and vinegar, and tasted very dry. Had a food hygiene rating of 4, and seemed a little dirty inside. It’s okay for quick food, but better places in the area.

We ordered a takeaway whilst staying in Whitby - the food was the driest drab food ever ordered. When I rang to highlight this they offered me a discount next time. I think they rely on holiday makers not having the opportunity to complain- please...

Firstly, some pizzas are good like the hot and spicy but the jalapeños weren’t very spicy. The cheesy chips came as a solidified brick. I’ve never had bad doner meat but now I have. Plastic ham in a pizza is not a good idea. Garlic bread was good. The pizza was primarily grease and the picture says everything else.

They have no social distancing, offer max 14 inch pizza but in menus you have 16 inch. Looks dirty... definitely need deep clean and refreshing

Swimming in grease covered in a pint of mayo stuff with an uncooked in sliced pitta bread on top! Even seagulls wouldn't eat it, yak AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had amazing take away here. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Chicken Parmo was amazing, huge portion. Pizzas also delicious and very good value for money. I only have good things to say about here, it was brilliant.

Avoid this Pizza shop at all costs as on Saturday night 18/01/2020 my partner and his friend witnessed the guy serving go into a cupboard and get something which was probably poisen and change a rat trap at the back of the bin in the serving area , never changed his gloves and went back to cooking and serving and when confronted said he forgot and put a clean pair on. Also handling Raw and cooked food is a big NO NO absolutely shocking. The one star rating isn't correct as it wouldn't let me submit the review without. DISGUSTING

Ordered a small chicken and corn, medium mushroom and 2 small garlic dips. According to the menu, £11-80, the delivery guy wanted £14-50. Not very nice anyway. Don’t know who runs it but they won’t get any more trade from me, my family or any of my friends. Can’t be done with rip off scum.

Last resort as dogs weren’t allowed in any pubs that did food on a Friday night. Ordered kebab, pizza and garlic bread pizza style. The garlic bread pizza was totally delicious!!!! Pizza was ok. Very strong taste of pepperoni and greasy but was still nice...

Worst takeaway I’ve ever been too then when I went back to the takeaway to deal with the poor quality of food after I was hung up on! I was treated with the most disrespect from anyone in the food industry. Should be put out of business.

Had two pizzas a ham and pineapple and a bbq chicken both 10" both were perfectly cooked and presented, would definitely return and recommend.
