All food was piping hot after it was delivered all food was lovely tonight and tasty will defo go bk we got a variety of items including parmos pizzas and chips all of which were cooked to perfection and very tasty

I think the photos speak for itself, the worst takeaway about unless you into charcoal , AVOID and save your more! !!!!!!

We had pizza and chicken kebab with salad. The pitta was in the bottom of the tray with the chicken thrown on top. I had to make my own kebab. The pitta was bone dry. Bloody awful. AVOID.

Been here 4 nights and had food from here 3 times,,the chicken kebabs are absolutely amazing,,also had fries and garlic bread also beautiful 😋 tonight only did one chicken kebab by mistake but rectified it straight away,,sad to be going home tomorrow as nothing near us is as nice as the food we've had from here,,

Second time coming here after a fab first experience to be completely and utterly disappointed this time, food came late was cold!! The replacement food was that so greasy it was inedible apart from the garlic which my son had. Customer service was appalling got hung up on twice would definitely not recommend. We will not be coming back here

Promised so much yet under delivered. Ordered a half pounder doner burger for £9 and was given a bread bun of kebab meat. No burger at all. Very disappointed. Pizza was OK but seriously I would expect a burger when ordering a burger !

Absorlute robbing people's eyes out literally spent nearly £20 on food that wouldn't even feed a 5 year old kid! Food was ok but anywhere else £20 can feed a family you need spend least £100+ for that here! Took no card had do app order said wait in car we shout you while later I went in its been sat on oven for ages it's not even hot! Not even capable of cutting a pizza they that lazy! Would rather travelled 15 mile to mcdonalds be cheaper and more filling!

Dived in here (ironic as it’s a dive) on the way home from the Ghost Walk that unexpectedly lasted 416 hours. Mostly full of drunken 50 somethings ordering pizzas and sober kebabs. Ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken Burger. The chicken burger was overdone, flat and tasteless with no sauce or salad. Absolutely minging. Wont be retuning. Unless I’m absolutely shedded in which case I might make an exception. Awful.

We ordered a Donna kebab chips and a chicken wrap or went in the bin was awful. Don’t waste your money never go again.what a waste of money

I ordered large mixed kebab with salad and 2x sauce and also wrap with salad and chips, NO SALAD OR SAUCE came kebab meat COLD, wrap had only onion no salad, meat cold, chips cold and awful Tried to ring for half hour busy.. Eventually call answered said would replace...too late by then.. Awful experience

Deciding to stay in one evening, we settled on a home delivery rather than going out or cooking at home. Looking through the flyers for a number of different home delivery places and checking Tripadvisor, we finally settled on this outlet. To be honest, none of these we were looking at had great reviews but perhaps that's the nature of takeaways. The phone call was a joke. Must have been on the line for 5 minutes just attempting to give the address. Using the proper phonetic spelling of Postcode and street name (the person ordering is in the emergency services so phonetics are day to day job) she had to repeate everything so many times, I'm surprised we didn't just give up. Meadowfields was Megafield, Medwayfield, Megafells - we were fascinated that someone in a local takeaway delivery business was so ignorant of the roads. Even the postcode went through about 5 iterations before he got it right. Eventually we did get over the address hurdle and ordered (with the review of each) 1 x lasagne - really tasty good sized portion but required microwave booster to heat it up 1 x chicken burger - good 2 x pizzas - a bit overdone and dry which meant it was very unappetising to look at. 1 x chicken kebab which looked awful, dry and overcooked but apparently tasted ok thanks to the salad. 1 pizzalike garlic bread 3 x portions of chips - tasty but absolutely lifeless, half of which ended up in the bin not because of appearance or taste but quantity over ordered - 2 portions would have been adequate. After placing the order, we were really doubtful if it would arrive but as payment was "on delivery (cash only)", that was one potential problem which failure to arrive wouldn't create. To be fair, it was only 15-20 minutes later when the food, all £80 of it arrived but if our experience is typical of takeaways in Whitby, it does explain the mediocre review scores.

Walked down myself to find the delivery driver no fault of his own picking up the order myself. Again for 25 quid what we payed disgraceful food

We come to Whitby all the time . Swore we wouldn’t use this place again after our previous experience . We did return and the service is very slow and soooooo rude . We waited ages for our food . Pizza box’s and bags of food on top of pizza oven obviously ready for delivery . I asked where our food was and it was on top of the oven under all the other food so had been there some time whilst we sat there waiting and how dare we ask where our food was that we had paid for ….

Service - terible Food - terible. Puzzas where grim and only worth £5 tops. Value for money, na! I also hate having my change thrown on the counter when I had the courtesy to hand it over. Luckily I will never ever be back.

Burnt garlic bread. I love the pizza looking type, this was obviously left in the oven way too long. Very dissapointing as I love Garlic Bread.

Awful Stayed in Whitby for a week, 1st night had pizza which was terrible tasteless salty and strange base like a Yorkshire pudding, but giving the benefit of doubt went in for a kebab last night oh boy just as bad chips hard not cooked, kebab bland. Sauces were rubbish please don’t waste your money

Rung up to ask about troubles I was having ordering online and staff was very rude putting the phone down the first time I rung then when I rung again got basically told by the manager they didn’t care, extremely unprofessional staff

Very friendly staff, food hit the spot, although the dough, like the other reviews, was a little soft, but didn’t detract from the pizza itself. Maybe add a minute or two to the cooking time, lads. Overall positive experience. Ordered 2 pizzas (10” bbq chicken and 10” spicy chicken). Would order again.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. They are open in the evenings and they had quite a few drunk customers in the shop when I went. The staff remained calm and polite despite some of the customers being less than polite.

Deliveries are always late some by more than 30 minutes even if you pre order. As a result food arrives either luke warm or stone cold. Drivers knowledge of Whitby is non existent, shop staff extremely rude when you call to complain.

A Medium Parmo & chips is enough to feed my Husband & myself. But perhaps people with 'normal' sized Appetites will enjoy a whole one to themselves. I didn't get a photo this time as it was quite late & we were hungry. Well worth a visit, & keep a menu handy at home & in your vehicle just in case....

Waited over 30 mins in the shop for a simple order when delivery orders were going out alot quicker. Order was completely wrong once we got home and they got a simple chicken wrap for our son entirely wrong and added hot sauce and lamb which got thrown in the bin!!

Ordered a kebab and missed the pitta/nann. Came for a 2nd visit and said they only had 12 inch garlic bread but accommodated a 10 veg pizza. Trying it on!!!!

This has got to be the worst ever takeaway I have been to! Ordered food at 9pm was told 15mins! An hour later still no food!! They didn’t have a clue who had ordered what! Ended up getting money back and walked out with no food. Would definitely not recommend!!!

Ordered a mixed kebab, didn’t realise all the bits to make it up I.e pitta, salad, sauce, shush and donner came separately. The pitta wasn’t cut open so had to get home before it could be assembled. Lamb was very chewy and not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend or have it again

I am (or was) a regular customer. After waiting for half an hour they decided ro tell me they had forgotten my order. They served everyone who was a tourist and forgot a local. You will miss me and all my friends when we dont give you our business during the winter months!!! Shambolic. I will never order from these guys again!

Quick and Easy to order online with free delivery and service charge included. Arrived about 30 minutes after ordering. All very tasty but fries very over seasoned. Two people struggled to eat it all and we got a free garlic bread 👍

Went here early doors 7pm, some compete knobhead chav came in complaining about order. Staff handled him amazingly and our food was great. Highly recommend 👌

Well, I can’t fault the man on the phone who was lovely but holy hell was this an experience!! Just avoid if you’re vegan. Ordered a veggie burger and chips on their website with a note that asked if the burger came with cheese could I please have it without (there were no details on the website but I assumed it would be the usual vegetable or bean burger), then completed the order and paid. A member of staff phoned me very promptly after this to say that their veggie burger is actually the Linda McCartney Mozzarella stuffed burger, so obviously no way to avoid the cheese. I did appreciate the call rather than them just sending it anyway, which is why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1. I then asked if I could just get a refund but was told this was really complicated because it had come through the website, but he could cook up the vegetables they use for the pizzas and make a veggie kebab… What arrived actually made me burst out laughing at the sheer ridiculousness. £9.50 for veggies in a box with some chilli sauce in a tub and a Diet Coke. No wrap. No chips. Nothing. I would have gone elsewhere but apparently most places in Whitby shut at 3pm even on a Saturday so by this point I had given up and just ate my sad wee veggies in between fits of laughter at what I had just paid for.

Friendly polite staff on the phone. Peak delivery time but it arrived in 45 mins straight from the oven. Both pizzas were beautiful, fresh home made base, everyone was very happy. We visit Whitby a couple of times a year and this is easily the best pizza we have tried in town. Awesome stuff.

Popped in here at the end of a night out in town (and after a few pints watching the Arsenal game). Portions were decent. I ordered a ‘Chips & Donner Meat’ at £6.00. It was bagged and handed to me in under 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the meat was a bit dry and at no point was I asked for any ‘Sauce’ choice, something I thought came hand in hand with your order. A 3/5 rating is about right.

Order from here regularly now, only really had the cheesy garlic bread and the kebabs and wraps and seems decent, tasty food and great value for money as there not shy with there portions.

Great customer service and very tasty food! They forgot our parmo but after a phone call to the takeaway they had it here within 20 minutes and even called to update us. Would recommend to anyone visiting Whitby!

At the moment I'm on a bad phone and so there website wouldn't load but you get a free garlic bread sounds delicious but the menu wouldn't show up. So I couldn't try the food or explore what was too offer very disappointing

Ordered 3 pizzas, wedges, dips and a garlic bread and they were all spot on. The Pollo Special was our favourite, but they all had plenty of toppings and we're much better than the standard takeaway pizza I was expecting. I'm not local or I'd definitely be ordering from here again 👍

Absolutely excellent. Was dubious obout them delivering to a campsite.... But they did, and called when arriving at entrance within half hour of ordering. It was on a sunday though. Pizzas were thin crust, not greasy, and very tasty. Thanks guys, great service👍

Called in early evening on spec and bought a simple chicken kebab and a lasagne (yes a meat lasagna! which my wife fancied). Got to say it was amazing. Perfectly cooked chicken, great salad and sauces included and really pleasant staff despite the busy period. My wife loved the lasagne too. Def recommend.

We got 3 12" pizzas for 6 of us. We all agreed one of the nicest pizzas we ever had, with a nice fluffy crust, and even changed the free garlic bread for chips, the only downfall is that they don't do deals on the menu. Would definitely recommend

Called into shop to order pizza was told cash only. Didn't have cash. So said would order once back into holiday flat to be delivered. Literally 5 mins from shop. So ordered was told 30 mins. After 1hr 10 mins. Still no sign of it. So phoned was obviously told its on its way. 20 mins later. It turned up stone cold. Phoned shop said he said you don't understand my situation I'm very busy. Said well why lie if you said 1hr 30mins wait I wouldn't have ordered. So if you want to pay £15 for a stone cold pizza which you can warm up as he told me. Then order away. Wouldn't mind but mediocre as well.

Food is spot on, love the place but times like these when youv family arriving at 12.30 you wish they were open early hours! One two o’clock doesn’t harm! Makes all sense to be open a bit later in Whitby nowhere else is… a lot of custom….
