The pizza seemed to be a frozen one from the supermarket and was absolutely shocking!! Burgers were dry as a bone and was charged way over the odds Truly an abomination. Never again

Waited 3hrs for our food to be delivered which is ridiculous. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth the wait. Small portions, bland and overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered my food at 8.30pm and didn’t receive it until 10.50pm, not only did I have to wait an hour and 45 minutes originally it was also 40 minutes late which is not good by any standards, and no refund was offered, whether it was or partial!!!!

Fantastic kebab we had chicken and a chicken and Donner kebab salad and sauce were all very fresh, the chicken was the best chicken in a kebab I have had! pizza was great also. staff was very helpful and polite, would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Ordered food last night to save time. Only problem when it turned up we were short of a burger when I rang they said I hadn’t ordered one but delivered one later. The kebabs said all sauce and meat in a pitta, instead it came thrown on the top not very good to have to make your own. Steer clear 👎

Best kebab in Filey without a doubt. The sauce was incredible. I would definitely recommend a mixed kebab from here.

We ordered on a Tuesday evening at 6.45pm as we had a menu posted through ourt holiday home door on the bay Foley holiday village, the ordering process through phone was easy enough once we heard each other due to patchy signal 😂 prices are a, bit on the steep side but looks to have lots of variety, typical kebab house / pizza and burger fast food place with a few extras . The pizzas are not stone baked which was disappointing 😂 we ordered a kids meal two pizzas and a chicken wrap along with a chips and cheese. Everything was tasty enough. Delivery was promised asap within the hour and came about 1hr 10min after ordering. Food was hot though but unfortunatelyd service was not with a smile .

food arrived luke warm, driver was clearly lost but didn't think to call and ask for directions. no apology for being late either. weird.

I ordered a chicken wrap and chips a large kebab meat and chips and a standard kebab and chips for £33, the difference between the two meat and chips was poor for £10 I expected a lot more for a large meal,the portion size was very small, the food wasn't warm at all , considering this costs £33 it's probably the worst takeaway I've had in ages I'm not impressed at all and if this a sample of there food I won't be ordering from here again. very very poor.

Hardly not meat what so ever and 9 mins late

Portion size is tiny. Food was cold. Got cheesy chips and cheese was overcooked it was that solid could have used it a brick! Would never use again. Disgusting. Wouldn’t even serve it to my dog.

Food ready on time. Pizzas weren’t amazing. Everything slightly overcooked. Kebab was quite small for the price

30 minutes late. Pizza dough wasn't cooked all the way through, cheese overcooked so all 3 pizzas looked brown and difficult to tell what toppings were on. Lacking in taste. Parmo was a flat disc of chicken rather than a chicken breast that was also overcooked and had burnt edges. Don't waste your money.

Food came early (20mins) after a scheduled time , then re sent the same food and said it was fresh but the food box’s came soggy and the food was cold .

Nice chicken kebab full of flavour and fresh. Kids Pizza was standard but tasted nice and not greasy. Chilli sauce nice and spicy.

The delivery time at the point of ordering, to that when the order was received was very different. Then it was late. Over 2 hours wait for food. I did call the restaurant, who said while they were busy it wouldn't be as long as it stated, else I would of cancelled.

We were told it would be half an hour ended up taking 1 and a half and didn’t get pizza till 21:45 we also rang up and they were really rude

Absolutely rubbish it was cold, I ordered chicken and chips and a mixed kebab with separate sauce. The chicken was like ( like road kill ) the chips were soggy, the kebab was dry it had the a drop of sauce on it which I asked for separate, saying it was a mixed kebab that's a understatement I had two bits of shish rest donner meat. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. I would like a refund please.

Food was late and garlic mayo was missing

ordered from the foodhub app, for the order to get accepted quite quickly for the delivery to then take over 2 hours! i rang up multiple times, the first time for then to say it was on the way and then next to say its going to be another 30 minutes! when the food finally arrived the potion was disgraceful soggy and cold! i am extremely disappointed, and can say with my chest i will never be using again.

It was actually ridiculous! The pizza and chips were oily and the coleslaw literally look like sick. I don’t understand how you can mess up simple food and serve it like that.

Awful. The worst takeaway pizza I’ve had for a longtime. The pizza was too overcooked. Served with soggy undercooked chips. It’s ended up in the bin as couldn’t eat it.

Ordered from this place as we're not local and this was closest. Upon opening my doner kebab I noticed a nice long something I did not ask for when placing the order. Nothing tastes better than a long hair in your food!

Ordered from them twice for collection as we're visiting in Reighton Sands Caravan park. Pizzas was nice and kebab was lovely. If you wish to order try using their website rather than food hub etc as prices are cheaper on there.

Great service, delivered right to the caravan, hot and fresh.

Delivery driver was lovely. However, I ordered a parmo and it was NOT a parmo! It was a dry chicken base with cheese on top. Parmos are meant to have bechamel sauce but genuinely this was dry chicken with cheese on top. I wish I was joking. I absolutely love parmos and was so disappointed. Do not get a parmo!!!!

Food good only issue is trying to get a delivery in busy caravan season we live locally and ysed for about 8 years

Can't comment on atmosphere as home delivery. Initial delivery was 4/5 based only on small detail. Fed that back next order, problem sorted. In 7 nights I ate there 4 times, so that speaks for itself. First class, highly recommend. 👍

Meh it was ok, my boyfriend enjoyed his kebab but we were hammered so understandable. I had the nuggets and chips, the chips were great however I’m not sure If it was the batter or the oil the nuggets were fried in. But they tasted gross I couldn’t even eat one. Good job I ordered some chocolate cake, which was delicious btw. Oh and I also ordered 2 mayo dips. You give me garlic mayo.

Ordered takeaway delivery to Reighton sands holiday park. We spent £75 online, waited 1 hour but no food arrived. After 3 phone calls the food eventually arrived 2 hours later. Food was lukewarm and greasy. Tasteless pizzas. Really kit worth a 2 hour wait!!

2 hour wait for food. Pizzas are terrible. Slight taste of horse poo. On a posative note free Pepsi.

We ordered the food for the last night of our holiday only to have to wait 2hours for it to be delivered. We had already been waiting ages so rang up and they said it would be here in a minute and then had to wait another hour before we actually got the food. When it was delivered the food was not good at all, it was tasteless greasy and overall not pleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices and photos on the website.

When ordered showed 1.5h to deliver, updated later to 2h. Good to be informed. Not the best looking pizzas, BUT a good tasting take-away. Arrived acceptably warm into Reighton Sands straight to my caravan door. Can't complain about not being steaming hot, it's a 15 minute drive minimum. Used every time we stay here, and will be using again next time. Thanks guys!

Ordered at 5:30pm food arrived at 19:40 called restaurant to be told not to use just eat because it's more expensive & takes longer to be delivered so we should use their website food arrived barley warm , definitely would not recommend plus the actual customer service was diabolical as restaurant would not admit fault

It was the best pizza we've had in ages.

Not only did my food never get delivered but when I called about it they lied to us and claimed they’re tried to deliver it twice and call me 4 times which they didn’t. Then demanded I come collect it instead even tho I’d paid £3 for delivery for it to never be delivered. The staff were abusive and shouting at my pregnant wife when she went in for the food which was stone cold and disgusting to say the least. We had a 1 year old to feed which they didn’t care about clearly as well. Do not recommend

Left a little disappointed truth be told, posted a menu at our caravan stating delivery. Only for driver to say we needed to collect from gate. Food was cold as a result. Inedible unfortunately. Do NOT recommend. Poor food. Off to domino's.

Just visited and the service was so lovely and friendly. Cashier was so helpful with giving us recommendations for mixed donor, pizza and sides. Definitely a must place to go :)

I have mixed reviews . Food was delayed which was inconvenient. Then when it arrived it was missing an item. The food that arrived was hot and tasty which was a huge saving grace but was disappointed not to have the whole order. Staff on the phone were not very helpful. They said the boss would call me back to sort missing item but I heard nothing. Had to go through just eat to get resolution. Shame, I don’t judge service based on error but how they deal with it. Dealt with extremely poorly!

To start with this is the second review I have left in about 10 years, staying at promise vally on holiday and needed some quick food as Iv had a few, cash on delivery was fine and came within 20-25 mins piping hot straight to my caravan. Hit and miss went 4 times last week

I would say that the pizza was one of the worst I have seen unfortunately, it was extremely bland. I don’t like to put places down but since I have started to treat this review system more seriously to get points and build profile I won’t lie anymore about my experiences.

Always had good service. Last night was disappointing late and nobody answering phone. Food was Luke warm and not exactly what I ordered. Hopefully this was a one off experience

Not happy at all!! Ordered food at least 2.5 hours ago and still no food. Called them to ask where it is. They advised they have been busy. Food still has not arrived after at least an hour after calling and now no answer. The company should not accept orders and take the money if their cannot full-fill the order!!! I want my money back as till now have still not received any food.

I was very unhappy with my order and the rather long amount of time for it to arrive causing my daughter to get distressed and have a massive meltdown
