The best restaurants serving Italian food in Castle Scarborough Yorkshire and The Humber

Hemos estado aquí varias veces ahora. Gran café, fabulosos cannoli, preciosos auténticos dulces italianos a la hora del almuerzo. Personal amable y propietarios. Maravillosa cafetería italiana, el helado se ve fantástico también con muchos sabores excelentes para elegir. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Maravilloso hallazgo.

When you want some old school Italian comfort food, look no further. We had Pizza, excellent and lasagne, pretty good. I also had a glass of house Sangiovese which was lovely. We are working our way through the restaurants in Scarborough and will definitely return to this one on regular basis, especially when we fancy a pizza. I wouldn’t be surprised if everything on the menu is tasty and made with good ingredients. Can’t wait to sample a few more things,

Decided to call in for a cup of tea as it looked quite cute and appealing. How wrong we were! The woman serving was very unprofessional and not making people very welcome apart from the shady undesirable looking locals at the reserved table. She was openly talking about customers when they were sitting outside and talking about passers by. At one point stating I am in the wrong business as I’m not a people person. We did agree on that. She is rude and very disrespectful for a business owner never mind a lady !! Give it a miss and go to the very cute friendly places along bar street towards town

Weirdest dining experience of my life, got there at half 8 and ordered the three course meal with my wife. The first bit was ok, I got a starter after about 20 mins, but then us and basically the whole room we were in was just ignored for an hour. No taking away dirty plates, no asking if you want drinks. Some lady kept walking around setting up tables for the next day whilst ignoring her current customers. The kitchen staff just stood talking and on their phones. Finally got our main just after half nine by chasing it down, never got our dessert. No apology, acted like they were doing us a favour by not charging for the dessert. As I say just odd, I've never been in a restaurant before which seemed to care so little about it's customers.

Llevó a mamá a dar un capricho. Una cálida bienvenida en un ambiente acogedor relajado y nunca se apresurará, ya que el restaurante solo hace una sentada El menú es extenso pero cuidadosamente creado. Tuvimos un mordisco de cortesía y empezamos con los ravioles de venado, los mejores ravioles que he tenido en 53 años. La pasta era perfecta Seguimos con lubina para mamá y termidor de langosta para mí - comida impresionante. Tomamos el semifreddo y chocolate y avellana de postre. La carta de vinos es algo para contemplar. Todos los vinos italianos auténticos que obviamente han sido elegidos personalmente . . tuvimos algunos vinos tintos y blancos increíbles todos curados por el chef que claramente tiene estándares extremadamente altos , un conocimiento profundo de la cocina de su país y enormes cantidades de pasión por su comida y bebida. Gastarás mucho dinero aquí, pero maldita sea... ¡Vale la pena!
