The food in this restaurant is genuinely outstanding. Incredible veal, lasagne, pasta and sea bass.

charged 3.50 for tap water, then the owner was incredibly rude to us

I don't usually give reviews on food. But the food was cold saggy fries and incorrectly cooked. I had to step up. Definitely. Not gonna recommend to order from here.

It was for my 70 th birthday we had 36 people there and everyone said how good the food was and the staff were excellent with Matt and Ben sorting everything out thank you all

Went here with my girlfriend and we decided to have some Indian street food and bubble tea after a University open day Fantastic service, a lovely young woman served us and the food was served in 20 mins. We had Keema Chicken wrap, a Saag Paneer pitta and masala fries. Very nice taste, spiced greatly and the bubble tea was very nice. Authentically made! Wish they had a bathroom though. Will be returning very soon! Thanks guys :)))

We went to a Wedding party at the Park Gate - what a fantastic place. The staff are hard working and friendly. Their function room is brilliant- a good size and plenty of outdoor space too with lots for children to do. We will definitely be calling in for a drink.

I took a widow seat and watched the world head off to work. Latte was gorgeous, bacon sandwich lovely too! Thank you!

We went to celebrate out 5th year wedding anniversary with family and friends. The food, dessert and service was good was nice of the chef to introduce herself. The only negative was a discrepancy with overall price of payment as we seemed to be overcharged. I tried contacting the restaurant to enquire about this I was told the person who dealt with the payment would be in touch but I haven't heard anything despite me chasing via message afew times. A great locals pub, its full of characters, staff included. It may not be for you if you're under 45.

Went for bottomless brunch omg it was amazing. Very attentive waitress kept the drinks flowing and the food was lovely.

10/10 for me as I don’t drink alcohol and they have a good selection of non alcoholic cocktails! Perfect would recommend to anyone

We went to the skinny kitten for my best friends baby shower! I emailed Steph to enquire and she couldn’t have done more for us she was so accommodating! On the day all the ladies were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us! We had the private function room which felt so personal and the afternoon tea was beautiful! Steph and the team thank you for making us so welcome! Nothing was to much! Highly recommend the skinny kitten for a coffee date or even a private function! Thank you all so much 💕

We have been drinking here for the last 10 years. Drinks are reasonably priced and the real ales are definitely worth a try. It's your typical drinkers pub with a warm atmosphere and no LOUD music.

Nice little tea room. Reasonably priced cakes & hot drinks. Lovely views of the river Wye. Efficient service, not particularly friendly but the staff were very young. Tables not cleaned once customers left which isn’t good in current times but, other than that, a pleasant enough place.
