10/10 for me as I don’t drink alcohol and they have a good selection of non alcoholic cocktails! Perfect would recommend to anyone

Issy was amazing! Had a 30th birthday bottomless afternoon tea and was fantastic, kept the drinks flowing and the food was brilliant

Building from outside super quirky and lovely gets the creative excitement going. Inside quickly greeted by a friendly face happy to help. Very fitting on brand! Service was sustained brilliance throughout. Afternoon tea was delivered by the chef and each part explained which was a stunning touch. She handmade all the cakes herself so spoke through them with passion which allows that creativity flow further. Afternoon tea was fantastic the coronation chicken was outrageous. The desserts just kept coming, feeling like you were eating yourself quite literally down a rabbit hole but so so worth it. Absolutely fantastic experience. Well done Chef and host, you made our day!!

Good and tasty range of inventive cocktails all fitting the theme. Personal favourite was the Cheshire cat but all were good. Staff also very friendly and good at making suggestions!

Best afternoon tea for celebrations in Shrewsbury!

The white rabbit was my favorite nice atmosphere and fairly priced drinks.

Attended a hen do here. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating! They were always checking in on us and kept us informed. The food servings were generous and super high quality! Highly reccomend!

Drink where terrible, did not taste right so we complained but was told that was the drinks. £90 we paid. Aweful.

We went here last Saturday as one of the activities for my daughter’s Hen weekend. We thought the afternoon tea was fabulous, great variety and very generous. Cocktails were good too. The only slight thing we would say was the lack of music. Other than that ‘BiG’ shout out to Sophia who dealt with my booking so personal and professional and BiG shout to Molly for looking after all the ‘Hens’ and her top class service. Thank you 😊

Some great cocktails on offer here, generally interesting quirky versions of classics. On the whole, maybe a touch sweet but certainly enjoyable Try and stick to the menu, if you ask for some off menu cocktails they aren't quite at the same level. Nice enough, you certainly wouldn't complain but you may not order another The building is fab, it was long overdue a serious makeover and the owners certainly did that. Great to see real investment in an old Shrewsbury building

I took my mother for afternoon tea and it was wonderful. Everything was beautifully prepared and presented. The Alice in Wonderland theme was very sweet, the staff and service were lovely and we were well looked after. There was a great variety and generous portions; we had to admit defeat and take some cakes home! I would highly recommend a visit.

Went for afternoon tea, some had bottomless prosecco, I had cocktails, they were delicious. The food was great, place was quirky, table setting was lovely. The ones with bottomless , the prosecco just kept on coming. Our waiter Chris was fabulous, friendly, attentive, helped us with ideas of where to go in the area. Thank you Chris and all the staff, would definitely recommend a visit here

Great choice of cocktails. Great venue. Caught them off guard with a group of 25 turning up without advance notice on a thursday night and they made us welcome and kept the drinks flowing.

Took the Mothers here for Mothers Day. The afternoon Tea was absolutely delicious. For me it was Sophia’s brownies that stole the show, out of this world fantastic.

I've been here lots of times for drinks but I tried the afternoon tea. Lovely place. Quirky. Nice atmosphere. Waitress was very attentive. I had asked for an adjustment on two of the savoury items and only one was accommodated. Otherwise, very nice. Not sure if I would have the afternoon tea again, purely because of the odd food combinations.

This place is brilliant, I booked a surprise cocktail class for my wife and she lived it. The guys behind the bar where awesome and help us make some great cocktails. Would definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been to Ten & Six on several occasions and had delicious cocktails. Unfortunately, I tried to book for afternoon tea and had a pretty rubbish experience. I had been trying to book for some time - their website said afternoon tea would resume in may but the online booking system was not functioning to allow this as, after an email to them, I discovered it was actually resuming from June. On social media platforms, Ten & Six finally announced bookings for afternoon tea were on. So I clicked the link from the afternoon tea tab of their website and booked a table for two. Great. Turned up to the venue and after speaking to someone at the bar, was approached by a scruffy looking chap who wanted to see my confirmation email. I showed him. He told me that was not for afternoon tea. I assured him I’d booked from that ‘part’ of the website. He told me I hadn’t got a booking for afternoon tea and it turned out that for whatever reason, they’d treated my booking as a drinks only reservation. No where at the time of booking was this made apparent. But the cocky guy who was speaking to me explained that I would have seen at the time of booking an option for afternoon tea and I should have selected it. There was no such option at the time of booking. Not the end of the world - these things happen and whilst I’d rather have had my afternoon tea, I could accept I wasn’t getting one! The thing is, the guy who was explaining this was patronising, rude and downright indifferent to the fact that somewhere down the line, an error had occurred. He couldn’t have cared less and implied it was my fault, I was stupid, there was nothing to be done, so go away. In these times of covid when small local businesses have suffered, particularly in the hospitality sector, I am happy to try and support them. But not if I get spoken to like I was today by a scruffy jumped up millennial who really needs some serious customer service lessons. Shrewsbury has plenty of other lovely independent food and drinks establishments to choose from so take your money and go elsewhere.

Awful slow service, we had no menu for ages, we ordered 2 cocktails, I had a martini one and my daughter had a gin one , which was awful, way to much ice didn't take her long to drink it , overpriced very poor value , we complained but no joy , wouldn't go there again

I can't recommend Ten & Six enough. A combination of wonderful cocktails and genuinely warm and personable staff (such as our server Louise) made for a brilliant night. Life has not felt this normal for some time. A personal recommendation would be the Watermelon and Basil Mojito, on a side note.

This is a gem of a place for the area. There are not many places in Shrewsbury where you can enjoy some interesting cocktails in the spring sun. Had a great afternoon, some great cocktails somewhat linked to the Alice in Wonderland fairy tale, and excellent service.

Fantastic venue! Excellent service from from Jacob our waiter. The afternoon tea was amazing, we had a few dietary requirements and nothing was too much trouble and we were all catered for with ease. The cocktails were also delicious with Alice in Wonderland themed specials.

Nice cocktails, great idea on the decorations and theme but not very sympathetic to the lovely old building and beams etc. Cocktais took a while to come but very nice when they did.

I had the best margarita ever!! The guy at the bar was absolutely amazing. We had a great time! Thank you!! Will definitely come back!

Went for cream tea. Cream tea nice but service slightly off. Had to chase the cup of tea (twice) which was not served along with the cream tea.

We love the Ten & Six , aspeccially Saturday tea time just before the evening rush .There's nice seating, very good service and excellent drinks.A great choice of cocktails,bubbly ,ciders and real ale to be had.The barmen put on a bit of a show with there cocktail shaking which is always interesting to watch.The establishment is in a good position,right in the middle of town.

Door security were brilliant, so kind and staff inside helped all that they could. Very enjoyable.

What a fabulous idea - champagne cocktails and cream teas? The blueberry scones with clotted cream and lemon curd were a total delight! Absolutely gorgeous surprise! Staff were so friendly and really keen to serve you. Cracking idea for either a lovely afternoon treat or an evening out with friends. Smashing place - can't wait to visit again!

The only bar I'll go to. Great service, great drinks and even better brownies. If you're looking for a Bacardi and coke stay well clear (their alternative is better though), but if you want something with class then this is the place for you.
