I recently ordered the Craft Juicy Burger from Brooklyn, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The on-time delivery ensured that my meal arrived fresh and hot, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The small and cute ambiance added to the experience, making it a delightful dining experience overall. I highly recommend trying their juicy burger for a satisfying and memorable meal.

Very crispy, freshly made skin on fries - could have more peri seasoning on it. The Peri chicken burger was good but I was expecting a fatter chicken breast covered in more marinade rather than the mayonnaise / sauce inside it which I found a bit bland. Next time I'd get the beef smash burger. For £11 the meal is good value and healthier and fresher than KFC. Small area inside so I waited for a bunch of schoolkids to leave before going in.

Genuinely the nicest food ever. Said mmm after every bite🤣 It’s my birthday today and I came here for food and it has made my day. Juiciest chicken burger I’ve ever had and perfectly seasoned crispy fries. Box was absolutely full, milkshake was delicious and was literally only waiting for our food for about 3 minutes. Very fairly priced and will definitely be returning!

This is my favourite go-to place for burgers and milkshakes. The burgers are delicious and appetising, so fulfilling! The milkshakes are heavenly! Worth every penny! Lovely small and calm ambience to dine-in! Customer service is brilliant. Keep it up guys! :)

Casual fast food with very informal seating area. Urban graffiti style walls. Really good burgers. The chicken burger was tasty with a crispy seasoned breadcrumb. Big burgers and the sides were all really good portion size too. We probably over ordered the sides and could have shared.

I'd normally leave a good review but for the second time food delivery has taken over 2 hours and this time was cancelled 2 hours after ordered Even though the website had said for the last 35 mins that it was put for delivery. Not really an acceptable amount of time to be waiting for food for it to be cancelled.

I placed an order online giving them an hour to do my food, I travelled 30 minutes to get there to be told they couldn't find my order, so I had to go back to my car to fetch my phone for the email confirmation, when I returned to the shop, they said that they'd found it and I'd have to wait 10 minutes, I said OK, but then we saw them getting the burgers out the freezer,, and preparing the food with no gloves on, no masks on, no social distance at all, and to top it off one of them was scratching his head over the food so we walked out

Burgers good but not massive in size. Prices not cheap either. A bit bigger and cheaper would result in 5 stars. Different opening times listed here. Shuts at about 3pm on a Sunday but here says 10PM. EDIT Stopped being a regular customer to never going again. Customer service took a dive. Forgot to deliver one order and two weeks later were closed when they said they were open and didn't refund the order. No reply to FB messages or email. Looking forward to the Beefy Boys opening so we can end our burger drought.

First time ordering. Disgustingly dirty and beautifuly tasting burgers. Throw in some chicken wings and loaded chicken fries and you have a recepie for success! Definitely ordering again!

We drove from Birmingham to try this burger joint out and we was not disappointed, both burgers were huge and tasty and the portion of fries was plenty thankyou very much!

Absolutely beautiful burger and spicy chips, really quick service. The restaurant has seating upstairs and is decorated with loads of graffiti which looks super cool. Great selection on the menu including veggie options.

When arrived we got given the wrong burger which we had ordered. We also never got our drinks which were selected in the meal deal. Definitely not worth the money, however on a more positive note, it was here 45mins earlier than expected.

Class burgers and amazing milkshakes

Visited this place when passing through Shrewsbury last weekend. Dining area is more suited to younger customers but that shouldn't put anyone off from trying the amazing food. We had the meal deal of burger, fries and drink each plus halloumi fries. Food is extremely flavourful and plentiful. We struggled to finish the meal and were very full on leaving. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Shrewsbury who enjoys a gourmet burger. Beats the fast food nationals hands down.

Just ordered through just eat, it was disgusting!! Chips were wet through with grease and the burger fell apart as soon as I picked it up...

I am not one to usually complain but this has upset me and irritated me. I ordered a late night birthday meal for me and my partner at 9 for collection at 10:50. I ordered it on the website, everything indicated to me that it was still open and they were even accepting orders on foodhub. My partner drove 30 minutes to go and pick up our food only to be told that they were closed and there were no orders. That’s it. No explanation, no I’m really sorry there’s been a mix up. Nothing. Therefore, I messaged them on Facebook letting them know the situation and low and behold they read the messages and completely ignored them. Once again today I have messaged and rang and I have had absolutely nothing back. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and I am missing my money for a meal I never even received.

Absolutely disgusting, never again will we be ordering from here. Waited 3 hours for our food. After many phone calls our food arrived. Cold and nachos missing. I phoned up and again spoke to Justin he was very very rude as passive aggressive. Never have I been spoken to like that before it was disgusting. He then went on to tell me that I was the reason he would be leaving his job. And he then hung up the phone on me, still no nachos delivered. We’d only heard good things about this place so we’re excited to order. Never again will we return and I will be passing on my bad experience and the tone of the “managers” attitude.

We ordered of just eat, and our order was ever so slightly wrong.. the manager was very apologetic and polite!! Went out of his way to help us , we didn’t mind because it was amazing anyway!! Such a positive experience , I recommend!!

Just had a wonderful phone call with the manager when ordering - not had the food yet but giving max review because I know the food is excellent from last time. However, he was really nice and has given us 25% discount because my wife is a key worker. Very nice man. Highly recommend.

Absolutely awful. Ordered £40 of food last night. When it came the chicken wings were still raw inside and the kids chicken was burned. The chips were half cooked and disgusting and the burger lke slop. When I asked for a refund the young man I spoke to was only interested in me but putting any pictures of the raw chicken on social media. Then when we are meant to be staying in because of the virus and limiting contact tried to insist I rang a taxi and put the food in it to send back. Risking contact for a driver and myself. I am still waiting for my refund as the food was inedible. If their staff bother yo look they will see the pictures of the food in messenger on Facebook

Fantastic service and food. Very safety conscious when preparing the food and handling it over. With great support for our NHS and Teachers with a cheeky discount, keep up the great work guys.

Absolutely disgraceful in isolation so can get take away only £55 worth of food 2 hours late eventually food comes cold and wrong order will definitely not be using this place again you should be embarrassed

Absolutely brilliant service by all members of staff, everyone was really friendly and attentive to me and my boyfriend’s needs on my birthday! We ordered two Darwin burgers with halloumi fries and these where gorgeous. We even had complimentary milkshakes which was the Millie milkshakes (absolutely amazing!!) and this really made our evening! I go there regularly, at least once a month on average. The menu is great, the bread is fantastic, fries are amazing. I'd recommend everyone to try anything off the menu.

Also, they have really nice student discounts. Really great atmosphere and unlimited drinks as well.

Really great, tasty burgers and delicious shakes. The eat-in experience is a bit no-frills, with graffiti and plywood giving an edgy urban feel. But the food is top notch and clearly prepared by people who understand flavour. Also it's really nice to find this is a halal menu so that I can enjoy a burger with my family. Recommended.

My family called in for a quick bite to eat and our burgers were perfect. The staff made us feel at home (thanks Rosie!). If you're looking for freshly-made, tasty burgers and amazing fries, then this is your place.

Well had a burger from here and it seems they forgot to add any type of seasoning as the burger didn't taste very good perhaps it was a low fat burger. The chicken wings tasted worse than the ones from Asda.

First time users of this establishment. We ordered 3 burger and chips for home delivery, and waited expectantly. And waited. And waited. And waited. 1.5 hours after ordering we were presented with stone cold burgers and chips that were inedible. Granted this was on the night of the Xmas lights being switched on and town was busy but twice we telephoned to check on our order, first time we were told it was ‘on it’s way’, the second time that it ‘was leaving shortly’ .

Didnt attend the restaurant but met some of the guys at a food festival in Market Harborough and got some food from the burger van and I have to say me and my partner have no complaints about the food at all. I do alot of reviews of different platforms but for me this is to date the best chicken burger I have had and felt like I was robbing them for the price I got the food at I will undoubtedly be taking s trip to one of the restaurants

First of I would like to inform my fellow Tripadvisor users that the address for Brooklyn Craft that is on the Tripadvisor page is the old address and not the current one Brooklyn Craft has moved to this address 10 Shoplatch, Shrewsbury SY1 1HL I don,t know why it is impossible to change the old address to the new one but hey anyway on with the review I was doing some pre halloween shopping around town and i was walking for quite some time and I started to feel very peckish for something nice to eat well you know that feeling you get when you walk past a nice smelling restaurant and you just have to go in well i went inside and it was nice and warm and I ordered a burger called the Darwin and had some sweet potato fries with it and a milkshake with bits Oreo on it very very very nice indeed so I would definitely recommend going in their after a busy day of shopping

Best described as half arsed end of a night food. Ordered through foodhub who tried to deliver 1/2hr early. Food did turn up on time but definitely wasn't fresh. Tiny patty and soggy looking lettuce. Told them to take food back. Won't be ordering from here again. Over priced and poor quality food

Come here most weeks for food, great service from rose/rosie i believe? Great food & soft drink selection too. Meals are always fresh and very tasty. Fantastic student deal, excellent idea. Love the decor and music, really enjoyable and quirky place to be. Can I suggest some air refresher and more light upstairs as sometimes quite dark and smells from the kitchen linger upstairs slightly. Other than that, great experience every time!

First time visiting tonight.After the great reviews I had heard was really looking forward to this....£23 later we end up with 2 cold burgers and freezing cold skin on fries.Ive had better McDonald’s even on a bad visit to Mac Donald’s that beats the inedible food I have received tonight.I am disgusted and will not be returning at all.

Perfect place for a quick and cheap, quality burger!

I had a really bad experience with them on Saturday night. I had food from them many times before and I never had this problem. I ordered food for delivery at 1:30 at night with the cut off orders being at 2. The order was accepted and the money was taken, at 2:20, 50 minutes from the order, I received a text message that said the order was canceled, I called them and was told I would be given a call back regarding a refund, no apology for the food delivery being canceled and no clear reason why. When I never got the call back, I called back and was hung up on. After that, my phone calls were not answered until I called from a different number, and was promptly told I will have the money back soon and then once more, I was hung up on. Awful service.

We had read the good reviews for this place when it was on Castle foregate, so we needed some food on a Tuesday evening and went to the new location on Shoplatch (old one is now a hot dog place).

Visited here last week with a friend. It's been a year since my last El Hombre Burger and side of spicy nacho fries. I'll not leave it that long again! The burgers from here are still amazing, friendly staff and the food is reasonably priced. I couldn't recommend brooklyn craft enough! Good job guys!

Made our choice from the menu, went to order and were told “we’re not taking any orders at this time”. If you’re only going to take Just Eat orders, do that and stop wasting people’s time as an open restaurant
