Cross Keys Hotel in Cannock Chase

We have been drinking here for the last 10 years. Drinks are reasonably priced and the real ales are definitely worth a try. It's your typical drinkers pub with a warm atmosphere and no LOUD music.

Good old fashioned pub with a great atmosphere. A rarity these days but it's so nice to go somewhere traditional.

Standard pub. Quite outdated but pleasant members and staff. No food and no kids.

Great pub. Not been in for a while due to covid etc. Looking forward coming back with me and my stepdaughter.

Friendly. Well thought out systems & well prepared to receive customers, enabling everyone to keep social distance. Tables cleaned thoroughly when a customer/s leaves, ready for new ones.

Good choice of ales, nice atmosphere, but no food except for the usual crisps. Shows all football and other sports.

Very friendly pub, staff and customers. Had lovely afternoon watching the F1 and play off against Charlton Athletic and Sunderland, both on sky sports. Thank you.

Fantastic old pub like they should be.

It was on a Tuesday afternoon when I visited this pub and I had not been there for several years. Although the bar was relatively quiet I found the staff very friendly as well as the customers. The ales on offer were the 'usual suspects' but had been kept in good order. I must visit this pub more often!

Typical English pub. Prices are decent. The drinks selection is good. They can host events and put on special evenings occasionally. There's plenty of parking and plenty of locals who frequent so it's obviously a friendly and enjoyable venue.

Really nice pub, friendly atmosphere, great selection of well kept beers, good service too.

An old staging house hundreds of years ild but now modernised. I enjoyed it their and would return.

Best Bar in the Midlands by far. Proper boozer with a multitude of prestigious Camra awards on the wall. Even a picture of the legend Sir Bobby Robson adorns the wall behind the bar. Spent many a fantastic evening chatting with the friendly staff and locals. Plenty of TV's to watch the match dotted around the bar. Brin the Manager and ex Hednesford Town FC player and FA Trophy winner is always on hand with some lively banter. Highly recommended, you simply cannot miss visiting whilst in the area.

No idea what the hotel side is like but this is a great traditional drinkers pub. All the Beers are first class.

Epicenter of true Hednesford Town Supporters. Lovely proper pub, non of this gastro stuff, this has the beams and brasses like a real establishment. All the Ales and Beers are always very tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beer garden is nice on the rare occasion the sun comes out.
