Having recently had some greek food locally we wanted to try a few other local greek places, street and sit down types also to check it out, we arrived however we just wanted to try some chicken in a wrap with chips, but this was made really difficult and unpleasant to order making a already awkward order then abit humiliating to the point we was just going to leave instead but as I said we wanted to try the local greek locations out however this is more greek inspired, no skewered meat wrap was soggy chips was ok but the herbs was just added soo much oregano and also clumps of oregano at the bottom of the wrap also. Overall a difficult service, I thought it was a 1 off till another customer was going to order and she didn't want some things also on the meal and a comment was made by the staff which resulted in her just saying nah I won't eat anything instead and they left part of me feels I should of done this also but we wanted to test it out. Food didn't really have much taste and didn't feel like greek food just greek inspired ( chicken, chips in a wrap) with selection sauces and dips

Food was absolutely lovely! I had the chicken gyros, and I mentioned that I had a nut allergy, the staff was amazing about it all and explained everything in so much detail! will definitely be going back! super friendly staff.

Fabulous food from Kostas, Emily & Lewis this evening. Husband & I both had The Box meals with chicken gyros and 'all the trimmings', they were delicious! Perfectly cooked chicken gyros with tasty salad, seasoned fries & flatbread - the whole thing was full of amazing flavour. Fantastic customer service too.

Amazing food lovely and friendly staff. Surved by Costa, explained how the menu worked and gave us a sample of the meat before we ordered so we knew which one we wanted.

Came here for a quick dinner quite late in the day (7:45pm ish) and Em and Ky were brilliant! Although they were cleaning down they still served me up freshly made food for me to takeaway and engaged in conversation along the way. Made me feel very welcome and as always the food was spot on!

Overall, Kouzina offered a true taste of Greece with its authentic dishes and warm hospitality. It's a must-visit for anyone who appreciates good food and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to return and try more of their delectable offerings.

Took that long ended up getting a refund and leaving . My food was just sat on the side for 10 minutes waiting for chips that had also been sat a very long time One person slowly cleaning One person very very very slowly preparing food One person dealing with just eat. There were around 3 customers actually there . Just slow staff who clearly don't get paid enough to care Unsure why pre cooked food would take so long .never again

Absolutely smashing time! On this fine day I could wish for nothing more than a Kouzina Greek. The mouthwatering tastes of this Greek cusine is just divine. The Friendly staff are so welcoming and I will 100% be visiting again.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Thanks to the chatty manager.

Great food and service! We ordered the box (their most popular option) and wow it didn’t disappoint. We were unsure on choice of source so they let us sample before ordering. The food tasted really fresh and great portion size. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. They even got our dog a cool bowl of water while we were eating too. Highly recommend the halloumi fries too. We will for sure be back!

Excellent high-quality, freshly cooked, tasty greek food. Obviously, others thought so too, as the Kouzina Greek stall was busy all day. People were prepared to queue and wait, as they have a number ordering system. The food was definitely worth waiting for. I had a boxed meal, you can choose your type of fries, meat or halloumi, drink, dip and it was served with Greek salad. My friend had a wrap meal. It was lovely. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend Kouzina Greek cuisine.

Really busy June Sunday but worth the wait for sure. Food is good portion size and really well cooked. I always worry its spicy but it wasn't at all. I had the salad box with fries and chicken. My husband had the loaded fries. You que to order then are given an order number and this is called out. The only lyrics downside was it appears the young lad didn't know the menu. My husband was told abruptly that he couldn't have a meal (add a drink) with the loaded fries. My husband had to tell the staff member to read their own menu because it states you can. He said 'oh yeah' and carried on. This was the only issue

Food was ok at best, for the £13-£14 for the box you get barely anything and it wasn't as great as I had heard about. It took about 20-25 minutes for it to be put together from the time I paid for it, pretty shocking considering it wasn't too busy. Also the cashier should learn to greet, welcome, and smile. Genuinely thought I'd annoyed her by turning up this evening.

Worth the hype! Absolutely fantastic food met with 5 Star Customer service. Special shout out to Stefan, he is an absolute credit to this company. He advised me and my Husband on the best sauces with our meal (Halloumi Wrap is the one!) and was an absolute joy to deal with. Thank you, i have already told everybody i know to try this out and we will be back in no time!

Absolutely ridiculous placed order told be a 15min wait . Fast forward 45 minutes and still only just got food disgusting attitude from staff ..no customer service at all ...only met with abuse and a couldn't care less attitude from staff particularly the prat with the long hair and ponytail........AVOID.AVOID .AVOID .........

Had good here several time this time had most bad experience staff was very rude and unfriendly will never come again . After waiting 30 min food was cold served

Lovely coffee girl on counter who served me was very pleasant polite and informative You have some food items with Greek wrappers didn’t have a clue what they was would be good for a a brief description of what it is in English ? Probably sell more?

I stood for 15mins waiting to be served whilst 4-5 staff were stood around, flapping, not quite knowing what thy were supposed to be doing, but not even getting the basics of customer service right by saying we know you are waiting, we will be with you in a moment . Instead i was met with vacant looks and a total disinterest. Queues were building but there didn’t seem an inclination to serve. A shambles, and whilst i understand that they hadn’t been open for long, there was no support for the very inexperienced staff. A poor and disappointing visit.

Meli coffee review Service not very quick, waiting long time for hot drinks ,no organization,no trays for hot drinks and food. Coffee and cake very nice though.

I'm not sure if I'm in East or West. I realise it's a Saturday and busy but the wait for a tea and coffee is really long, no trays mean 3 trips to and from the table, there is coffee everywhere all over the sides and floor, they pick up the cups by putting their fingers inside them. A lady asked for Baklava and they couldn't get it to cut with the cake slice so pulled it apart with her hands and slapped it on a plate. We've counted 8 people working in this store, this shouldn't be an issue. The coffee, tea and patisseries were nice though.

The food is expensive, however the food is nice and there is friendly service!

Yet again, another fantastic take away from Kouzina! The meals are consistently good,full of flavour and cooked to perfection! The staff work so hard especially with how busy it gets, which is no surprise. I would like to say a massive thankyou to Natalya, who went above an beyond with her customer service, very friendly and will definitely be returning again.

Mid day lunch at Macarthur Glen Outlet at this lovely Kouzina Greek. Brilliant helpful and friendly service. Our chicken Gyros and Lamb gyros in boxes were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend you pay a visit. You wont be disappointed.

Just tried a Chicken gyros wrap with their signature sauce and it was really delicious. Lots of meat plenty of salad and the sauce was really nice. Staff were lovely too which always makes a difference. Thank you

Always lovely food and lovely staff!

Gutted, normally really like eating at this place and would give it 5 stars but the new person serving us left our chips out to get cold while he cooked the chicken, we did point it out but he brushed us off and forgot the salad that went with it. When we went to eat the food it was all cold and soggy, it won’t stop me from going back as said before it’s normally a really nice place to stop at!

The box tastes so yummy, and I had the most delicious, fresh baklava.

The food was amazing, really fresh and flavoursome, good portions too. The service was just as good, the gentleman were so friendly, smiley, funny and really attentive. My other half is fussy and they made it exactly as he wanted and asked a few times to makes sure, check on allergys too. Can't wait to go back to eat there again.

My son and I simply fancied a taste of Greece on a cold day. And on ordering 2 chicken gyros meal deals, they hit the spot. Tasting so like gyros we've had in Kefalonia and Kos before. Will most definitely be heading back again, absolutely delicious 😋 Staff so happy, chatty and efficient , Going to be amazing in the summer sitting out and watching folk go by.

The worst lamb I've ever put in my mouth, chewy, fatty, burnt, absolutely terrible. Would never put myself through that again. The only positive was the Tzatiki sauce

the last time i went to get same food from you it was good and hot but this time the chips was cold and heard the pork was cold i will not be going again

Due to a mild allergy I asked for my food without tomatoes. Prior to this I asked if I could remove items off of the wrap. To then I was asked ,after I ordered, if it was an allergy thing, to which I responded yes (I will not die if I have them). The staff began to start talking about me behind my back very loudly so I could hear, to which this made me feel uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be returning after this! After working in hospitality myself I know this is no right way to treat a customer, at least do it after I’ve left.

Very tastey food, always cooked fresh and good sized portions. Price is more then reasonable, especially for the quality and quantity. Staff are lovely. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting outlet or just local for food.

Just ordered lamb kebab wrap hardly any lamb very dry couldn’t taste the sauce totally totally overpriced dnt waste ur hard earned cash avoid this place disgusting 🤢☠️

So I couldn’t not leave a review. We just went about half an hour ago and took the food back to the car. 1) both ladies on the counter were a joy to talk to and took the time to have a good chat to our daughter. 2) the food was amazing! Next time we come shopping again we will make sure to visit

Kosta (or Costa) and George provided excellent service in terms of helping us choose the best meal for us — they went as far as providing us with a sauce testing to ensure we had all the flavours we wanted in our food. Food was exceptionally tasty! Would definitely recommend.

Simply amazing. I’ve tried 2 meals so far (grilled halloumi bowl & lamb wrap) and both time have been made to perfection. Most lovely staff as well who you can tell take pride in the food they prepare and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your food. Definitely worth it after a day of shopping.

A very pleasant surprise seeing a Greek restaurant in the shopping centre, the food was excellent and the service was quick and friendly. Would highly recommend dropping in if you’re peckish and you fancy something other than burgers

Just ordered slow cooked lamb wrap for £10.50 I got overcooked skin and fat only. Guys just said sorry by that. Thats all. Don't know how this place have 4.4 stars. 🤢. Disgusted.

Good quick food no fuss, could do with a bit more choice.

It was refreshing to see they did a small section of gluten free food, the preparation was spot on gel hands,change of gloves , unopened salad from under the counter, couldn't have fries as the gf fryer had broken but they accommodated us well with what we asked for. Food was delicious, all the staff were lovely.

We had the Chicken Gyros meal with my daughters yesterday. It was absolutely delicious. Costa the chef was very fast and the lady was very friendly. I will have to have one every time I’m visiting the Designer Outlet. Thank you for bringing this lovely Greek food to this area.

Visited here today with the kids. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Food was great, and I recommend the House sauce and chilli sauce!

Menu looked really tasty, the food when prepared looked really good a d service was good. Only issue was that the bowl was loaded with a fair amount of salt - there is natural salt in the feta and olives but the fries and the lamb were all heavily salted and when getting to the bottom of the bowl it felt like everything was covered in salt. If you like your food with extra salt you won't be disappointed but personally found it a bit too much

Me And my partner wanted to order food and pay by cash but unfortunately card only . Shame !!! We went to eat somewhere else where cash was accepted .

In my recent visit to McarthurGlen for shopping trip and tried this Greek style food and it turned out nice. You can tell everything made freshly from sauce to salad and bread. The queue was bit long but don’t blame them.

I thought it was a Greek food, but in fact the name was Greek, an English woman who works like that was very impolite, I ordered the same thing, a customer behind me ordered the food before me, only that he was known to her, I told her what is happening with my food, she did not apologize, she gave me the food as if I wanted it for free, zero respect for the customer

food was utterly disgraceful, barely any meat in the gyros ordered 4 meals that came to £65 which isn't worth the money at all. The miniscule amout of food for the ridiculous amount charge is disgraceful. I will definitely not be recommending this place to any one I know. I have never felt the need to write a review before now

Food good, could be a little bigger portion but still good. There are just too many people around there but that's out of their control.

Not someone who normally eats Greek, but walked past this place and it smelled too good not to stop. So glad we did! Great food and good friendly service.

Saw a post on Facebook about this place and just knew I had to check it out. I had the falafel wrap and my partner the chicken wrap, we also had a baklava to share. I'd change nothing and will be back soon! Loved it so much 🤗

Simply the best! Have eaten multiple times here as we live local. Everything is always fresh, tasty and authentic. Having lived in Greece and Cyprus for sometime I always crave the food and this place takes me right back every time. Kleftico bowl is incredible as is the chicken gyros wrap meal.

Honestly tasty food, great flatbread, but honestly not worth the extortionate price considering it's just fast street food. £12.50 for a gyro (£14.50 for lamb) with a small portion of fries and a can. The price may seem ok but the portion of meat you get is miniscule, 1 tablespoon of meat max. For this reason id honestly not recommend. Shane, we love greek food and was looking forward to this.

We had 2 x chicken gyros meals. Absolutely the most authentic and fresh Greek food I've tasted outside of Greece. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the preparation and seating areas were spotless.

I found this little place in mcarthur Glen outlet in cannock, I ordered a chicken gyros. And all I can say is it took me back to rhodes within a second , I was totally blown away by its greek authentic flavours, if I could afford it I would go there every day for my lunch! .. Well done guys. Your the best ! Xx
