Kouzina Greek - Mcarthur Glen West Midlands in Cannock Chase

Had my first wrap today and I absolutely loved it, very flavoursome. I will definitely be back again!

Masive rip off. 20 fries max with some lettuce and a cup of meat. Meat is not so fresh and burnt. All for nearly a tenner. Won't be coming back any time soon.

Recommended/edible by English standards. I ordered a pita gyro with chicken for 9.75 pounds. But I was still hungry after eating. It's a designer outlet snack bar, after all.

food was absolute quality and very flavourful and overall amazing service. Food also didn’t take long to arrive. I reccomend the ‘the krispy one’ special wrap

I made a special journey out just for the Greek food here, it is so tasty. A bit expensive but still tasty. I especially like the chips and the sauce. It was so busy, and difficult to get a table.

First time we have eaten from this takeaway and weren’t sure what to order, staff were really helpful and the food was very good. Will definitely have food from there again and would recommend, unfortunately we can’t remember the names of the staff.

Perfect food. First time trying and will 100% return. Staff who was working today 2 women and a guy was brilliant I visited 27th at 12:30 would 100% recommend I even went to say thank you for the food and lovely service and he was so appreciative

Food is great. I ordered 1 box, 2 wrap and kids meal. Unfortunately they didn’t pack my kids meal.

Service was awful it was quiet the girl serving was too busy having a conversation with Aaron about her near miss driving experience to look or serve customers and when she did she wasn’t overly helpful! I asked for Tzatziki which I didn’t get. Whilst waiting for my food a supplier turned up and she wasn’t overly helpful downright rude when he left mocking him to other staff. The food was amazing, I would go back, hopefully next time someone else is serving!

The staff was really friendly and nice especially the young girl that took my order asked how I was and was geniuenly friendly while I waited on my food

I visited this place on Friday evening, hoping for a good street food experience, but unfortunately, the service completely ruined it. While the food was okay, the staff’s attitude was appalling. From the moment I arrived, I was ignored for ages. When it was finally my turn to order, I greeted the staff politely, only to receive a rude response. No manners, no basic customer service skills. Later, when I misheard my order number, I was shouted at and met with eye rolls—completely unnecessary behavior. To top it off, while I was still eating, the cleaner started aggressively cleaning around me, making me feel so uncomfortable that I threw half my meal away and left. I understand that not everyone loves their job, but basic respect and courtesy cost nothing. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Update to my review:Following my initial experience, the restaurant reached out to apologise and offered a refund, which I have now received. I appreciate their response and hope my feedback contributes to improving their customer service

Absolutely one of my favourites! Beautiful tasty food. The gyro's are amazing, meat always flavourful & juicy, salad and I always have signature sauce.... I need a big bottle of it for my cupboard at home!😁 Everything is lovely tasty crispy chips, Greek salad, falafel, great choices of sauces, lots on menu. And the staff are always really helpful and friendly, polite, fast workers, food always cooked perfect! Cant fault the place, use it regularly

My favourite food place, I have to have excellent self discipline to not go every day. Sometimes the food can take a little bit of time but it's always fresh and really tasty!

This place always serves up top notch food! I come here often and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and efficient at getting the food out to you. I was served by Kostas, he's a nice chap and delivers service with a smile. Always happy to chat to you too! I would definitely recommend Kouzina if you're in or around the centre and fancy a nice bite to eat. 😊👍🏼 P.S. Bring back the Smash Burger!!!

I stumbled upon this place while shopping, and the food was absolutely stunning. The quality was impeccable, and the portions were generous. Our server, Diana, was friendly and approachable, taking the time to explain all the food options. It was a 5-star experience all around!

Disgusting service waited 25mins after ordering in person no one was ahead of us watched a string of uber orders come in and be processed check if we’ve been missed to be told it will be at least another 20mins. When will these stores learn to prioritise the people in front of them instead of keep accepting internet orders. 2 cold children and a dog later we got a refund and left. Awful. Tried this place in summer before they began Uber and they were brilliant.

Just order off uber eats the food was completely cold and there was more fries in the box than anything else will not order from here again will still to Joeys but more pricey but at least quality is there

One of the best greek meals I have ever tasted! I ordered the Chicken Gyros and fries with the chef special sauce and couldn't believe how tasty and fresh it was. It was cooked to perfection, great flavours and great portions for what you pay. The customer service was 10/10 considering how busy they were also. Will definitely order food here again when shopping and would highly recommend to anyone!

Took a rather long drive to Cannock to try out McArthur Glen West Midlands Outlet as opposed to the East Midlands one near me…Kouzina Greek was here too! But this time they had the sliced, grilled lamb option, together with the usual chicken or falafel option too. I had to try it and boy did it deliver! I immediately ordered 2 boxes for takeaway and asked for 2 extra servings of the lamb and the 2 lovely ladies were too kind and generous. Kouzina for the win! 🏅 Outstanding food with great flavours….we loved it! See you soon!

The only place I want to eat at is here when I come to Cannock. 100% try it out you will not be disappointed. There are many options to choose from. Will be back again and telling everyone again to eat there when they visit 😋 I will be back next time for the baklava for sure!

A Greek outlet without feta!!! Disappointing

Called in today and we were a little unsure on what to order. We spoke with owner, Maria, along with Emily and Chloe and they were all really lovely and helpful. Food was banging! My dad's first time trying Kouzina at McArthurglen. Sadly they don't accept cash, so on this occasion Stephan was kind enough to give my dad his kebab for free 🥙😀 Dad states the kebab was beautiful 😍 Thanks Stephan, much appreciated 😀

Ordered the Chicken Gyros box. Meat was very greasy and not much of it. Small amount of salad and the dip was tiny. 4 small peices of flat bread. Lots of chips but they were cold. I didn't enjoy the food and felt it was overpriced at £16 and nothing special. I would not eat here again.

Food quality 10/10 for someone who is very picky with choosing a food place this restaurant has blew me away very chilled atmosphere and the banging smell comes from a mile away, I didn’t know what to have young lad on the till suggested me what to have plus let me try the sauces they offered after I finished eating he asked me if i enjoyed which was new team and I’m definitely going to be back

First time here and when I told the owner this he was pleasant to make me try a few of the sauces and some halloumi cheese which made my decision to eat there even easier ... customer skills were 100! It really goes along way when your made to feel comfortable and have a lil banter with the staff as you purchase your food which was 10/10 quality flavour 10/10 quantity ( i helped the Mrs finish hers ) I even shared with the owner I normally go slim chickens when I visit the outlet but he's got a customer for life whenever I'm there now! #KouzinaGreek ♥️👌🏿

Having recently had some greek food locally we wanted to try a few other local greek places, street and sit down types also to check it out, we arrived however we just wanted to try some chicken in a wrap with chips, but this was made really difficult and unpleasant to order making a already awkward order then abit humiliating to the point we was just going to leave instead but as I said we wanted to try the local greek locations out however this is more greek inspired, no skewered meat wrap was soggy chips was ok but the herbs was just added soo much oregano and also clumps of oregano at the bottom of the wrap also. Overall a difficult service, I thought it was a 1 off till another customer was going to order and she didn't want some things also on the meal and a comment was made by the staff which resulted in her just saying nah I won't eat anything instead and they left part of me feels I should of done this also but we wanted to test it out. Food didn't really have much taste and didn't feel like greek food just greek inspired ( chicken, chips in a wrap) with selection sauces and dips

Fabulous food from Kostas, Emily & Lewis this evening. Husband & I both had The Box meals with chicken gyros and 'all the trimmings', they were delicious! Perfectly cooked chicken gyros with tasty salad, seasoned fries & flatbread - the whole thing was full of amazing flavour. Fantastic customer service too.

Came here for a quick dinner quite late in the day (7:45pm ish) and Em and Ky were brilliant! Although they were cleaning down they still served me up freshly made food for me to takeaway and engaged in conversation along the way. Made me feel very welcome and as always the food was spot on!
