Didn't get dr pepper can I ordered :(

What food it’s not even been delivered

Hardly any sauce on our deserts dry and not nice!

Waffle was chewing and spongy, undercooked, it was freezing cold, ice cream was good not melted, very overpriced

Wonderful experience nice food friendly staff

Forgot an item but I called them and they quickly rectified and sent the missing item, food as delicious as always.

Pizza luke warm, had to reheat

Waited 50 minutes and order is wrong!! There was corn on cob and spicy supercharger mayo neither did I ask for!! In stead of popcorn chicken!! And no bbq bites that I ordered!! Plus no free popcorn chicken!! Not happy at all!!

Had a delivery and had accidentally given this woman more money £20 to be exact. So I went out before she drove off and asked if I did just to make sure and she was adamant she never had it but have just had a call from oasis after ringing them asking.. fair play to them as the boss has rang back and said they have got it and are bringing it back. But the driver promised me we never gave her extra money

Amazing food. The milkshakes and donuts are amazing and the chicken strips and chips just like a well know brand. Kids loved it, I loved it and the price and quality and quantity is bang on. Will be ordering again. Thanks and delivered with a smile.

food was lovely we ordered a chicken tikka wrap, chips and beans x2, 2 lots of nuggets and some drinks including 2 milkshakes. Food was over 15 minutes late, we thought ok we don't mind that probably traffic, etc. Milkshakes were missing. Phoned them to chase them up was told they were still on the side and they would be delivered straight away, no apology!. 30 MINUTES LATER still no milkshakes, phoned again told the delivery driver had just left (so they clearly were not on the side as stated) again no apology. 45 MINUTES LATER they arrived, at least the driver apologised. maybe we will get better service next time

First order and I’m impressed. Amazing, the milkshakes are something else. Burger was amazing also succulent good cut and a nice thick beef patty. Deffo recommend will be back again.

Confused by the number rating for this place; it doesn't reflect how nice the food is! Great place, milkshakes are really nice and burgers and kebabs are really good too!

Delivered the food that quick, you forgot the vanilla gelato I paid for. Otherwise it was delicious

Excellent food as always, best burgers in the area by a mile, particularly recommend the ‘New Yorker’ burger but everything I’ve had on the menu is beautiful always

Waited nearly an hour which wasn't expected. Food is OK. Could have done with more pineapple on the hawaiian burger but that is just personal choice. My partner ordered the large doner kebab which is tiny. For £7.50 was really expecting something much larger. Disappointed with an aspect of the meal again as was last time.

Varied menu including desserts!! Which are so good!! Especially the doughnuts, they come still hot and are to die for!

Both burger buns were sloppy, the cheese was like rubber on the burgers and chips were like cardboard and flavourless! Not happy

Just had a meal from here wanted to leave some feedback as was disappointed with my burger. I ordered the combo burger and expected to receive beef and chicken fillet, however it was a small cheap breaded patty. Won't have this burger again. I had food envy as my girlfriends burger looked amazing.

Previous time we ordered, we had a call from the driver asking where in Hixon we were, which is odd because our address is Rugeley. Not sure how you confuse a WS postcode with an ST one. Cold food, no apology. Given a 2nd chance, we had a delivery time of 35 minutes. After an hour, I called to find they'd run out of donner but hadn't bothered to tell us. Suggested it would be 15-20 minutes. Arrived 40 minutes later. Was told I'd be 'sorted' for a discount next time but not sure I can risk a next time The food is good but can't be let down like this.

There was metal wire in my sons southern fried chicken

Churros didn’t have cinnamon on them and the chips with cheese had no cheese…

it was over 2 hours late and cold when we got it we called after an hour and they said they was making it then an hour later we rang and they was making it then 30 mins later was here!!

The "large" kebab is tiny. It's on a small little pitta bread and definitely not worth the money. The rest of the food was excellent

10/10! Burgers were amazing still hot on arrival really tasty, fries could have a bit more flavour, milkshakes were beautiful! 100% will be coming back for one of them burgers.

I'm so impressed with Oasis. Myself and my youngest have medical problems. We can't always cook. Cause of this, we order from Oasis. The food is always hot, perfectly cooked and yummy. Tonight's order came with 2 bags of gravy bones for our 2 dogs. Oasis just get better and better. The delivery people are also a bonus to them. I could hug them all, but obvo that's weird and unsafe. Thanks to all at Oasis in Rugeley xxx

Food wasn’t nice at all the pizza was good but garlic mushrooms were soggy and too salty, cheesy chips were literally stale

First time ordering from here and food was nice and hot delivered on time

We asked for the pizza to be double cooked something most places ignore but not oasis, everything was very hot and tasted amazing, after reading reviews we were alittle hesitant but the was blown out of the water with the pizza

I'm honestly not one for reviews but I'm super fussy when it comes to waffles and just finished the strawbreeze waffle and it was DIVINE! Fella on deserts knows where its at! So fresh and fluffy and my partner got a kinder sundae, quote "it's the best sundae he's had in AGES!" Living 2 mins from this place is a dangerous blessing lol 10/10

Worst takeaway we have ever had from rugeley. Chips must have been re fried about 10 times before arriving to us. Every single chip was just full of grease, chicken korma was that thick it practically came out the tub in one piece. pizza was cold and chewy and delivery took well over an hour. The nann bread wasnt even edibale and absolutly stunk of fish in the wrapper so i didnt even touch that. Not happy at all waste of money.

Food took 90 mins to arrive. Said was on way and delivered on app but when chased up changed to delay at restaurant. Food arrived barely luke warm, salad on everything when specifically asked for no salad. No salt and vinegar as requested. Meat was very overdone on mixed starter and very bland compared to previous meals and didn’t have the yogurt dip, very disappointing meal all round

Food delicious but we asked for a sugar free drink and we got sugared. Not ideal for a diabetic who can’t drink this!

I’ve tried a curry a few times from Oasis and NEVER been happy, always regretted it! BUT tonight I tried again as my partner and kids were ordering. I had chicken tikka jalfrezi it was BEAUTIFUL!!! Nicest curry I’ve had in a while , not sure if they have a new chef?? As it was nothing like the others. Will defo be going here for a curry again 👌🏻

The food tasted lovely and arrived hot. It had leaked everywhere so when I pulled the rice out the bottom was sodden in curry. The delivery driver was awkward at the door and rushing and it took so long.

Very poor service, delivered late. When the delivery driver was asked the answer was “I’m just the delivery driver”. No reason for the lateness. Very poor quality food. I would like the delivery charge back at least. Poor value for money at all with the cost far outweighing other similar orders at other outlets.

The presentation of my food was a disgrace my korma busted all over the bag, I asked for Pilau rice and was given Basmati rice and my pshwari nann bread was awful and tasteless never again I felt let down considering I spent £25

took ages to come,balti curry was too hot to eat so went in the bin. portions were so small. had a chicken tikka kebab naan bread was burnt black 9 squares of chicken in it will not be ordering again all went in the bin.

Food was so disappointing! naan breads were cold on arrival and hard and the lamb was ever so tough. £30 order and the only decent thing about it was the cheesey chips, will not be ordering from here again!

Chicken that tasted anything but chicken and chips that were vile.

Ordered this evening, Food was brilliant, very tasty but gutted I ordered a large bottle of pop to realise a few hours later that it wasn't delivered with my food by that point too late to complain, other than them not delivering my pop the service was good, delivered on time and nice food.

Took an hour from ordering to delivery then some parts were missing. Called up and the employee put the phone down. Called back and the rest of the order arrived separately once the original had been consumed. Food quality average at best, won’t be using them again.

Ordered the empire burger twice now (chicken fillet with hash brown) Twice it has come with no Hash Brown. Other that that lovely food, well cooked.
